Excellence in International Standard Madrasas in the field of education has competitiveness in international forums and refers to the education standards of one of the other developed countries. The aim of this study is to describe, study and analyze the preparation of educational programs in providing quality learning that is appropriate to the needs and carried out according to the learning program and students to be able to evaluate learning outcomes in accordance with the learning program that has been designed by the teacher. The Amanatul Ummah MBI is one of the madrasas that has its own uniqueness in achieving outstanding achievements and easy students in continuing to study at domestic universities and overseas universities in the scholarship guarantees, on this basis the researchers decided to conduct research related to the curriculum. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method. Judging from the type, this research is a case study, because this research is conducted intensively, in detail and fundamentally about an institution, where researchers take the case of developing an international curriculum. Talking about the international standard curriculum in public schools is certainly not enough with one strategy, there must be continued and harmonized relations between religious teachers and general teachers and the local community.

Cultivating exhibitions for visual communication design students is to increase the drive to create and enhance the spirit of student appreciation for the work of students to achieve quality and character in the work. The research objective is to know and understand the governance of project learning-based exhibits to improve the quality of learning and build a climate of appreciation for artwork among Udinus visual communication design students. The research method uses qualitative methods which are more emphasized on observation, interviews, documentation. Through the implementation of project learning-based exhibition governance, learning outcomes in improving quality can be achieved.Key Words: Exhibition, Management, Project Learning

This article discusses several considerations in the education industry to achieve good quality learning by using advances in technology such as blended learning, and it uses the Community of Inquiry model as a comparison to raise quality of the blending learning program. Other aspects include on how to raise quality of a discussion as an improvement of knowledge management.

The purpose of this study is to improve student learning outcomes in Indonesian language lessons using google classroom media. The subjects of the study were students of class VIII-4 MTsN 1 Subulussalam City, totaling 32 people consisting of 14 men and 18 women. This research uses a case study qualitative research method. Data collection techniques using observation, tests, and documentation. Then contextual data is analyzed through procedures namely: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed an increase in student learning outcomes in learning Indonesian. This can be seen from the increase in the percentage of student learning outcomes from before the action, cycle I, to cycle II. Before the action the number of students who reached the KKM was 56.25% or 18 people. In the first cycle there was an increase to 71.88% or 23 people. Then in the second cycle there was an increase to 87.50% or 28 students. It can be concluded that the use of the google classroom application can improve learning outcomes in Indonesian subjects in class VIII-4 MTSN 1 Subulussalam City in 2019/2020.

<p>This study aims to explain that religious learning held in public schools is able to instill the values of nationalism and Islam, thus forming the character of students of <em>insan kamil</em>. This theory refutes the opinion which states that religious education creates civic conflict and cannot be a complement to civic education. This research complements several previous studies by adding research on Rohis<em> </em>(spiritual learning program) as part of religious learning in public schools. The research method used is a mix-method research with qualitative analysis and a sociological approach. The conclusion of this study is that religious learning, both in terms of material and methodology, is able to instill the value of religious-nationalism. The internalization of the values of nationalism-religion is applied in PAI (Islamic) learning in the classroom which is guided by teachers, and religious learning in Rohis which is guided by mentors</p><em>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bahwa pembelajaran agama yang diselenggarakan di sekolah umum mampu menanamkan nilai-nilai nasionalisme dan Islam, sehingga membentuk karakter peserta didik yang insan kamil. Teori ini membantah pendapat yang menyatakan bahwa pendidikan agama berpotensi melahirkan konflik kewarganegaraan dan tidak mampu menjadi komplemen pendidikan kewarganegaraan. Penelitian ini melengkapi beberapa penelitian terdahulu dengan menambahkan penelitian pada pembelajaran Rohis sebagai bagian dari pembelajaran agama di sekolah umum. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah mix-method research dengan analisis kualitatif dan pendekatan sosiologi pendidikan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa pembelajaran agama, baik dari segi materi dan metodologinya mampu menanamkan nilai nasionalisme-religius. Internalisasi nilai nasionalisme-religius ini diterapkan dalam pembelajaran PAI di kelas yang dibimbing oleh guru dan pembelajaran agama di Rohis yang dibimbing oleh para mentor</em>

Psychological contract represents the implicit assumptions of the employees (or employer) regarding the content of their mutual exchange in addition to those that is specified in the formal employment contract. In the case of breaching it, many negatively consequences could arise. One of them is the lower level of job satisfaction. In the study that has been conducted we tried to find out the answer whether the psychological contract breach in unfavorable economic conditions negatively influences job satisfaction as it is has been found in the most studies conducted in developed countries. The research method that we used was the case study method. In order to test the hypothesis we used ANOVA test and linear regression. The results of the study showed that psychological contract breach negatively influences job satisfaction of employees despite the unfavorable economic conditions in which they work.

This paper examines the community-based ecotourism on Yim Tin Tsai which is a representative example of Hong Kong’s responsible management. The island presents a local community of the explored saltpan and natural resources. The research draws upon criticism of ecotourism in Yim Tin Tsai as a way of understanding the importance of balancing nature with the economic interests. As adopting a qualitative research method for the case study, the experience and thoughts reflected by the local resident of will be also analyzed.

The development of suburban areas occur because people are attracted by the new place of residence or employment, but socio-economically they are still oriented to the core city. Other phenomena of suburban developments, namely the restructuring of the core city functions as a result of the shift from a manufacturing center to a center of financial activities (finance), and services, while manufacturing activity has increasingly shifted to the edge of the area. The purpose of this study was to determine the socio-economic impacts of housing development outskirts of Bandung, District Gedebage on local communities. The research method used was a quantitative approach and equipped with qualitative data. The case study is a reseach that analyze one case conducted intensive, in-depth, detailed, and comprehensively. This study is a beginning, there is expected to further research with more samples so that the data is valid

The study aimed to identify the extent of applying the international accounting education standard for the technical competence in accounting programs at King Khalid University in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study followed the quantitative approach using the descriptive and inferential analysis method to test the hypotheses and achieve the study objectives. The study population was all faculty members of the accounting programs (diploma and bachelor) at King Khalid University, which has a total number of (64) members, from which a sample of 45 (75%) participants was randomly selected. Major findings revealed that the application of learning areas and outcomes related to technical competence specified in the International Accounting Education Standard (IES2) enabled graduates of accounting programs to possess the necessary skills to find solutions to complex accounting problems, which would lead to the required technical competence levels by completing the specified accounting program. It was also found out that areas and learning outcomes of technical competence were applied in accounting programs at King Khalid University. Based on these results, the study stressed the need for more studies on the scope of applying the International Accounting Education Standard (IES2) in accounting programs at universities in various countries due to its significant contribution to program development and the competence of technical graduates. The accounting programs at King University Khaled should also pay more attention to some areas of technical competence and related learning outcomes that have achieved lower rates. The background to the problem in this study was that during the Covid-19 pandemic, teachers had difficulty providing the online learning process. During this online learning the KKM score for physical education and health services becomes 75. Students are required to be able to take a KKM score above the KKM 75 to complete it. 36 students from the class that can be used as samples have difficulty understanding the Cognitive aspects of Passing on Volleyball Class XI IPA 3 SMAN 3 Pati students in physical education learning through online media. Limited time and obstacles on the internet make student learning outcomes not optimal, so there needs to be improvements in online learning at SMAN 3 Pati. The formulation of the problem in this study is the difficulty of students understanding the cognitive aspects of upper-pass learning. The purpose of this study was to determine that online media can improve the cognitive learning outcomes of class XI students of SMAN 3 Pati. The research method used is descriptive quantitative research method with the One-Shot Case Study approach, the sample of this study was the students of class XI IPA 3 SMAN 3 Pati using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used paired sample-t-test with a significant level of 5%. The results of the research of 36 students of class XI IPA 3 (Upper Passing) showed that there was an increase in the results of learning over passing through online learning. The increase in the results of learning over passing was 11%. This study also uses a questionnaire to find out what students think about online learning. The conclusion of this research is that the use of online media can help students in learning over passing through online learning at SMAN 3 Pati. Keywords: Online learning, learning outcomes, volleyball Abstrak Latar belakang masalah pada penelitian ini yaitu dimasa pandemi Covid-19 guru kesulitan dalam memberikan proses pembelajaran daring. Selama pembelajaran daring ini nilai KKM penjasorkes menjadi 75. Siswa dituntut untuk bisa menempuh nilai KKM diatas KKM 75 untuk bisa tuntas. 36 siswa dari  kelas yang dapat di jadikan sampel mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami aspek Kognitif Passing Atas Bola Voli Siswa Kelas XI IPA 3 SMAN 3 Pati pada pembelajaran penjasorkes melalui media daring. Terbatasnya waktu dan hambatan dijaringan internet membuat hasil belajar siswa tidak maksimal, sehingga perlu adanya perbaikan dalam pembelajaran daring di SMAN 3 Pati. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah sulitnya siswa memahami aspek kognitif pada pembelajaran pasing atas. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui media daring dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif siswa kelas XI SMAN 3 Pati. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan One-Shot Case Study,sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPA 3 SMAN 3 Pati menggunakan sampel teknik sampling purposive. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji paired sample-t-test dengan taraf signifikan 5%, hasil penelitian dari 36 siswa kelas XI IPA 3 (Passing Atas) diketahui bahwa adanya peningkatan hasil belajar passing atas melalui pembelajaran daring. Kenaikan hasi belajar passing atas sebesar 11%. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan angket untuk mengetahui pendapat siswa mengenai pembelajaran daring. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah penggunaan media daring dapat membantu siswa dalam belajar passing atas melalui pembelajaran daring di SMAN 3 Pati Kata kunci: Pembelajaran daring, hasil belajar, bola voli

Participation and local wisdom are the basis for building the success of a tourist village. In a participative based tourist village, work opportunities can be created for the local community to help reduce poverty. The development model for a tourist village based on local wisdom provides the opportunity for the community to show the identity of its ecotourism and display its own uniqueness. The goal of the research is to understand the potential of social behavior that occurs in activities between individuals in the community, including aspects of participation and local wisdom in the success of developing organic tourist village. A qualitative research method is used which focuses on an investigation of the way human beings interpret values of local wisdom and the significance of participation in the development of the organic tourist village. In the research of a case study, to collect data which involve various sources of information (observation, interview, focus group discussion, audio-visual material, document, and report). The research results show that the development organic tourist village of Blederan based on participation and local wisdom. It impact to sustainability and independence of the community in resource management.
