AbstrakPada Penelitian ini di dapatkan permasalahan yang terjadi disana saat ini adalah Tidak diketahui kualitas dari website SMK Negeri 2 Pertanian Tugumulyo khusunya pada kriteria penilaian pada kegunaan, kualitas informasi, kualitas interaksi layanan dan keseluruhannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan 2 metode pengumpulan data yaitu metode pengumpulan data primer yang terdiri dari Metode kuesioner, mengumpulkan dokumen-dokumen dari tempat penelitian (dokumentasi) dan menggunakan metode pengumpulan sekunder yaitu data yang didapat berupa pengetahuan teoritis yang didapat penulis selama ini, baik dari bahan-bahan kuliah, buku-buku referensi yang relevan, serta dari hasil penjelajahan (browsing) dari internet. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 4 variabel webqual, ada 3 variabel yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas website, yaitu variabel usability, information quality dan variabel service interaction quality. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa website kurang berkualitas dalam segi Overall (keseluruhan), sehingga variabel webqual yang perlu diperbaiki dalam pengembangan selanjutnya yaitu variabel Overall. Kata kunci : Evaluasi kualitas website, metode webqual 4.0AbstractThe problem in this study is the unknown quality of the website SMK Negeri 2 Tugumulyo Agriculture, especially in the assessment criteria on the usefulness, quality of information, quality of service interaction and overall . This study uses 2 methods of data collection, namely the primary data collection method consisting of Questionnaire method, collecting documents from the research site (documentation) and using secondary collection methods, namely the data obtained in the form of theoretical knowledge obtained by the author, both from lecture materials, relevant reference books, and from the results of exploration ( browsing ) from the internet . The results showed that of the four variables WebQual, there are three variables that significantly influence the quality of the website, which is variable usability, information quality and service interaction variable quality. Can be concluded that the website lacks quality in terms of Overall (overall) , so that the webqual variable needs to be corrected in the next development that is the Overall variable . This paper seeks to research and portray how business behavior of UMKM with diversity type of entrepreneurial in cultural environment in Semarang. Entrepreneurial was given of empowerment from Government by means of the training with the purpose to create independence entrepreneurship with emphasize potential entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurs open the opportunity of economic and employment to alleviate property. It’s not just economy, entrepreneurship UMKM had a principles that are applied, such as hard-work, be patient, priority to quality of product, and teach how to sharing with others. That principles brings cultural behavior in entrepreneurship spirit. Data collection methods in this paper consists of primary data by interviews with entrepreneurship of UMKM, and secondary data, by books, publication journal, government policy, and digital newspaper. This research wants to portray the benefits that entrepreneurship of UMKM is not only centered on economic, but for cultural environment to be principles from entrepreneurship of UMKM.

AbstrakDigital Library adalah perpustakaan yang mengelola semua atau sebagian yang subtansi dari koleksi-koleksinya dalam bentuk komputerisasi sebagai bentuk alternatif, suplemen atau pelengkap terhadap cetakan konvensional dalam bentuk mikro material yang saat ini didominasi koleksi perpustakaan. Namun, dari sejak awal hingga saat ini belum pernah dilakukan evaluasi terhadap Digital Library yang dikaji dari sisi kualitasnya. Evaluasi dilakukan untuk menjawab permasalahan bagaimana pendapat pengguna tentang kualitas Digital Library yang telah diimplementasikan Universitas Muhammdiyah Malang. Berdasarkan Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa pada variabel usability dengan nilai 0,67, information quality 0,86, service interaction 0,71 dan untuk rata-rata dari keseluruhan variabel 0,74. Dari hasil analisis kesenjangan ditemukan bahwa seluruh variabel bernilai positif atau Qi GAP > 0 yang artinya kinerja sudah sesuai yang diharapkan oleh pengguna. kesimpulan yang didapatkan ada 15 atribut yang masuk kedalam kuadran 1 dan 3. Saran yang diberikan berupa rekomendasi mockup untuk meningkatkan kualitas pada kuadran 1 dan 3 IPA. Kesimpulan dari penelitian bahwa kualitas dari website Digital Library masih kurang karena masih banyak atribut yang perlu ditingkatkan kualitasnya.Abstract Digital Library is a library that manages all or part of the substance of its collections in the form of computerization as an alternative form, supplement or complement to conventional molds in the form of micro-material which is currently dominated by library collections. However, from the beginning until now there has never been an evaluation of the Digital Library that was reviewed in terms of quality. Evaluation is do to answer the problem of how the user thinks about the quality of the Digital Library that has been implemented by Malang Muhammadiyah University. Based on the results of the study found that the usability variable with a value of 0.67, information quality 0.86, service interaction 0.71 and for the average of the overall variable 0.74. From the results of the gap analysis it was found that all variables were positive or Qi GAP > 0 which meant that the performance was as expected by the user. the conclusions obtained are 15 attributes that enter into quadrants 1 and 3. The advice given is a mockup recommendation to improve the quality of quadrants 1 and 3 IPA. The conclusion from the study that the quality of the Digital Library website is still lacking because there are still many attributes that need to be improved in quality.

This study aims to determine the level of user satisfaction on the quality of SMK SMTI Padang’s website and to determine what factors that affect the level of user satisfaction through webqual 4.0 instrument consisting of usability variables, information qualilty, and service interaction. This reseacrh uses quantitative research method with multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis shows that the best quality of usability is the suitability with the type of website with the achievement of 43.71% while the worst is the attractive website appearance with the achievement of 20.87%, the best quality of information is the presentation of information with the appropriate format with a performance of 43.71%, while the worst is easy information to understand with the achievement of 20.13%, and the best quality of service interaction is personal information security with a performance of 42.71% while the worst is the reputation website 27,87%, and third variable webqual 4.0 usability, information quality, and service interaction have positive and significant effect to user satisfaction with correlation coefficient number 0,778. Keywords: user satisfaction, smtipdg.sch.id, webqual 4.0, multiple linear regression

<p>ABSTRACT <br />Website is a form of electronic media that is published through an internet network connection<br />that can be accessed without knowing the time and place. The website www.undhirabali.ac.id is a<br />website that provides news information about academic activities in the form of teaching and learning<br />activities (KBM). However, the problem that occurs so far is that there are still problems in terms of<br />quality of use such as search content (searching) does not function properly, from the quality of<br />information the existence of news content that is rarely updated, from the quality of service interactions<br />such as the number of old news that is not found can be accessed. To find out the quality of a Website it<br />is necessary to measure. By measuring the quality of a Website, it can be known the user's perception of<br />the Website. There are 4 (four) main dimensions of WebQual 4.0, namely Usability, Information Quality,<br />Service Interaction, and Overal Impression. WebQual Method 4.0. is an instrument that assesses the<br />quality of a website according to the perspective of the end user. This research was conducted at the<br />University of Dhyana Pura Badung-Bali. This research was conducted using a questionnaire and the<br />data collection method used was random sampling. The population of this research is lecturers, students<br />and administrative staff. In this study, the testing method used to test the relationship between variables<br />from Webqual 4.0 to user satisfaction is the quantitative descriptive method approach by means of Chi<br />Square testing. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the best quality of use is that the<br />website provides clear interaction while the worst is that the website has no competition, then the best<br />quality of information is providing a reliable website while the worst is the website does not provide<br />detailed information and the best quality of service interaction that is website provides security while<br />the worst is that website does not provide convenience to deliver feedback and the four variables<br />Webqual 4.0, namely quality of use, quality of information and quality of service interaction have a<br />positive and significant effect on user satisfaction (user satisfaction).<br />Keywords: Webqual, Website, Information Services, Random Sampling and Teaching and Learning<br />Activities (KBM). <br /> <br />ABSTRAK <br />Website merupakan salah satu bentuk media elektronik yang dipublikasi melalui koneksi<br />jaringan internet yang dapat diakses tanpa mengenal waktu dan tempat. Untuk mengetahui<br />kualitas sebuah Website maka perlu dilakukan pengukuran. Dengan melakukan pengukuran kualitas<br />suatu Website dapat diketahui persepsi pengguna terhadap Website tersebut. Terdapat 4 (empat) dimensi<br />utama WebQual 4.0, yaitu Usability, Information Quality, Service Interaction, dan Overal Impression.<br />Metode WebQual 4.0. merupakan instrument yang menilai kualitas suatu website menurut perspektif<br />pengguna akhir. Penelitian ini dilakukan di lingkungan Universitas Dhyana Pura Badung-Bali.<br />Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan metode pengambilan data yang digunakan<br />adalah random sampling. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah dosen, mahasiswa dan tenaga administrasi. <br />Dalam penelitian ini, metode pengujian yang digunakan untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel dari </p><p>Webqual 4.0 terhadap kepuasan pengguna (user satisfaction) adalah dengan pendekatan metode<br />deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu dengan cara pengujian Chi Square. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan<br />bahwa kualitas kegunaan yang paling baik yaitu website menyediakan interaksi yang jelas sedangkan<br />yang paling buruk yaitu website tidak memiliki kompetisi, kemudian kualitas informasi yang paling baik<br />yaitu menyediakan website yang dapat dipercaya sedangkan yang paling buruk yaitu website tidak<br />menyediakan informasi yang detail serta kualitas interaksi pelayanan yang paling baik yaitu website<br />memberikan keamanan sedangkan yang paling buruk yaitu website tidak memberikan kemudahan untuk<br />menyampaikan umpan balik (feedback) dan keempat variabel Webqual 4.0, yaitu kualitas kegunaan,<br />kualitas informasi dan kualitas interaksi pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan<br />pengguna (user satisfaction).<br />Kata Kunci: Webqual, Website, Layanan Informasi,Random Sampling dan Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar<br />(KBM)</p>

The purpose of website quality evaluation is helping ABC Government Institution to determine the significant influence of usability, information quality, and service interaction as a whole and partially. The research examines the relationship of usability, information quality, and service interaction in influencing the quality of the website in accordance with the reference webQual 4.0, by distributing questionnaires data processed using SPSS and analyzed by multiple regression analysis methods. The results of the analysis of all questions in the questionnaire were valid and reliable, the Cronbach alpha value for each statement> 0.1875. The influence of X1 usability, X2 information quality, and X3 service interaction variables on website Y1 quality is 63.8%. The value of Adjusted R Square is 0.407 or 40.7% the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. In this study, the regression model equation is Y = 0.96 + 0.517X1 + 0.754X2 + 0.760X3. The evaluation of website quality should be done on dimensions or variable usability. Thus, the respondents feel less understanding or have inconvenience in operating the website, and also find some difficult to explore the website.Keywords: Evaluation, WebQual, Regression

This study aims to look at the effect of Price, Ease, Information Quality, Safety and Confidence variables on Online buying decisions. Data collection method using purposive sampling, with 100 respondents. Data analysis method using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with independent variables namely price, convenience, quality of information, security and trust. The dependent variable used is an online purchasing decision. This study uses quantitative data with primary data sources. Primary data in question, obtained from the object of research directly by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The results showed that the price, convenience, quality of information, security and trust variables had a significant positive effect on online purchasing decisions both partially and simultaneously on the students of STIE Mandala Jember. The conclusion of this study was that price, ease, convenience, quality of information, security and trust influence online buying decisions. This writing is done to determine the effect of information quality and service quality on attitudes in the use of application systems with the ease of use of the system as an intervining variable in online transportation services (gojek) in Yogyakarta. The sample in this study is customers who use online motorcycle transportation services in Yogyakarta. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling technique. Data collection is done by distributing online questionnaires through the Goegle form and distributed with social media such as WhatsApp and Instagram on a 1-4 scale to measure 4 indicators. The results of this study show 1) the quality of information affects the ease of use, 2) the quality of service affects the ease of use, 3) the quality of information influences attitudes in use, 4) the quality of services does not affect attitudes in use, and 5) ease of use attitude in use.

This study aims to determine how high the level of customer satisfaction with the service of PLN Rayon Kediri Kota, to determine the quality of service to customer satisfaction PLN Rayon Kediri Kota, to determine the response of the PLN Kediri Kota in dealing with customer complaints. This research was conducted in the work area of PLN Rayon Kediri Kota. The research time was on March 18, 2017 to March 24, 2017. In writing this thesis, the author uses primary data collection techniques, namely by distributing questionnaires to PLN Rayon Kediri Kota customers who come to the payment counter. and PLN District Kediri City services. Based on the results of the research, the quality of service conducted by PLN District Kediri Kota is sufficient to satisfy its customers, as evidenced by the results of a questionnaire that has been conducted on 100 respondents of PLN Rayon Kediri City.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa tinggi tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap pelayanan PLN Rayon Kediri Kota, Untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan PLN Rayon Kediri Kota, Untuk mengetahui respons pihak PLN Kediri Kota dalam menghadapi keluhan pelanggannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah kerja PLN Rayon Kediri Kota. Waktu penelitian pada tanggal 18 Maret 2017 sampai dengan 24 Maret 2017. Dalam penulisan skripsi ini, penulis menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data primer yaitu dengan membagikan kuesioner terhadap pelanggan PLN Rayon Kediri Kota yang datang ke loket pembayaran dan pelayanan PLN Rayon Kediri Kota. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian kualitas pelayanan yang dilakukan oleh PLN Rayon Kediri Kota sudah cukup memuaskan pelanggannya terbukti dengan hasil kuesioner yang telah dilakukan terhadap 100 responden PLN Rayon Kediri Kota.

<em>The objective of this is research was conducted to find out how the influence of the price and quality of products against customer loyalty at PT. Alakasa Extrusindo Jakarta. This research was conducted in Alakasa Extrusindo PT by doing data collection, through the primary data and secondary data.  The research results showed that the simultaneous price variables  and product quality  has a positive and significant effect against the variable customer loyalty. partially showed that price variables has a positive and significant influence towards customer loyalty. And partially showed that product quality variables  has a positive and significant influence towards customer loyalty</em>
