The crisis events and processes that resulted from the COVID-2019 pandemic are one of the most important problems for today's economy. The article is not limited to classical concepts, but contains many new and modern, in particular, the paper attempts to form a mechanism of crisis management of the enterprise in a new phenomenon and concept – low touch economy. The object of the article is the process of impact of crisis phenomena on the financial and economic condition of the enterprise. The subject of the article is the mechanism of crisis management of the enterprise in the economy of minimal contact, as an effective way to overcome financial and economic problems. The purpose of the article is to develop recommendations and effective measures to prevent and overcome the main consequences of crisis phenomena and processes. In the process of performing research the following general scientific and special research methods were used, in particular: analysis, synthesis, comparison, system approach, factor analysis. An element of the scientific novelty of the work is the formation of the mechanism of crisis management of the enterprise in the economy of minimal contact and the development of a modified DuPont model on the impact of a number of factors on sales profitability. Objectives of the study: explore the essence of the low touch economy; analyze the impact of the pandemic on the economy of Ukraine; identify the main trends in the impact of crisis phenomena in the economy; choose an industry that needs urgent attention and influence; to study the industry and its enterprises and identify crisis phenomena; to investigate crisis phenomena and to consider the anti-crisis mechanism for their overcoming; to offer a set of basic anti-crisis measures to overcome the main problems of the industry and its enterprises and the consequences of working in extreme conditions. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the proposal to implement a number of recommendations and measures for effective overcoming and future prevention of anti-crisis processes and the consequences of their impact on the economy.

The aim of the study is to characterize the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the administration of the educational process on the examples of legal and linguistic-didactic aspects. The object of the study is systemic and functional changes in science and education under the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic. The subject of the study is public relations in the field of education and science in their legal and linguistic-didactic aspect under the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic. Research methods are general scientific and special scientific methods, in particular, system-structural, formal-legal, hermeneutic; methods of analysis, synthesis. As a result of the research, the peculiarities of administration of educational processes in the conditions of COVID-19 in the aspect of mechanisms of legal support of activity of bodies of education and science, linguodidactics were formulated; the characteristic of systemic changes in the sphere of education which have occurred under the influence of the distribution of a coronavirus is carried out; describe the main approaches contained in the current scientific literature to solve the above problems.

The article discusses the system of organization of training in the internal affairs bodies of Russia, substantiates the principles of its functioning. Object of study - continuing education of employees of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation. The subject of the study is the training system in the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation and methods for its optimization. Research hypothesis: the construction and implementation of individual educational paths will help optimize the training system in the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation. Methodology and research methods: general scientific theory of dialectic and historical materialism, acmeological, hermeneutic and situational-environmental methodological approaches; methods of content analysis of scientific literature and regulatory legal acts in the field of education, included observation, informal interviews, conversation, pedagogical experiment. The theoretical significance lies in the analysis and assessment of the state of departmental training system for the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation and in determining ways to optimize it. The practical significance lies in the analysis and interpretation of statistical data in the field of departmental education of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, and in this connection the justification of priority tasks in the near future.

The article is devoted to the phenomenon of communicative influence, where the main attention is paid to its theoretical consideration in linguistics. The purpose of our article is to consider the linguistic foundations of communicative influence in the theoretical aspect. The aim is to solve the following tasks: to find out the linguistic nature of the impact; outline the influential potential of language; identify the main factors that laid the foundation of the linguistic doctrine of communicative influence, consider the suggestions of language levels. The object of research was the phenomenon of communicative influence, and the subject was the linguistic component of communicative influence.The theoretical value of our intelligence lies in the deepening of knowledge about the features of communicative influence as a complex phenomenon, in particular the systematization of knowledge about the linguistic component. The practical significance lies in the fact that the obtained results can be used in teaching Vyshiv courses in modern Ukrainian (lexicology, morphology, syntax), stylistics, communicative and psycholinguistics, suggestive linguistics, theory of language communication and others. The close connection of all warehouse communicative influences is outlined ‒ physiological, psychological and linguistic, where the latter is the main, leading. Suggestions / suggestogens of language levels are considered and it is proposed to analyze them according to the degree of intensity of actualization of marked saturation. This word has been proven to be a powerful weapon of conscious / unconscious processes, as it has the ability to reflect and shape mental experience. Penetrating to the level of deep structures with the help of certain words, the addressee can detect the hidden mental processes reflected in the speech patterns of the addressee, and influence them. We see the prospects of the research in further in-depth study of the suggestions of each language level in influential discourses.

Introduction: the development of the latest information and telecommunication technologies used in the civil law sphere transforms the understanding and application of tort liability for damage caused by a source of increased danger. The identified mechanism requires a scientific analysis to determine the essential changes in the institution of a source of increased danger. The implementation of activities related to the sources of increased danger implies the presence of a threat of harm to the subjects of law. To ensure the greatest protection of subjects, digital technologies are used. The purpose of the study: to determine the characteristics of the concept “owner of a source of increased danger”, to consider the impact of digital technologies on the institution of a source of increased danger. Methods: general method; general scientific method (logical (induction, deduction, analysis, synthesis), system); private law (formal legal, comparative legal). Results: the content of the concept “owner of the source of increased danger”is revealed. The problem of lack of transparency of information about the owner of the vehicle, its causes and consequences is raised. Considered the actual use of digital technologies today in this area and proposed ways to develop the protection of subjects of law from the possibility of illegal actions. Conclusions: the characteristics of the basic concept of “owner of a source of increased danger” are defined, the influence of digital technologies on the institution of a source of increased danger is considered. It is revealed that the identification of the concepts “owner of the source of increased danger” and “owner of the property” can lead to a mixture of proprietary relations and non-contractual obligations, requiring their specific legal regulation. The analysis of the new electronic title is carried out, as well as the further prospects of its development are revealed. The approximate list of data necessary for safety of the subject which enters the legal relationship connected with use by the vehicle is specified.

The subject of the research is the impact of digital technologies on the insurance market in terms of internetization, digitalization and individualization of the insurance business. The purpose of the research was to analyze the digital insurance concept and the process of digitalization of the insurance market based on the Russian and foreign insurers’ practices in the promotion of digital technologies, including the use of general scientific approaches and research methods. Among the results of the research were the definitions of the «digital insurance» and «digitalization of insurance activities» concepts as well as the formulation of problems and prospects for further use of digital technologies in the insurance market. The paper concludes that the introduction of new technologies in the digital economy will influence the insurance technology without changing its economic substance. Moreover, the digitalization of insurance activities will be followed by significant innovations improving the effectiveness of the former, development of new insurance programs, convergence of commercial and mutual insurance and things alike.

Предметом исследования выступило взаимодействие уголовного, уголовно-процессуального и уголовно-исполнительного законодательства и его влияние на деятельность учреждений и органов, исполняющих уголовные наказания. Цель работы заключается в обобщении отдельных направлений материализации дефектов указанных отраслей законодательства и оценке влияния данных дефектов на деятельность уголовно-исполнительной системы. В основе исследования лежит общенаучный анализ и специально-научный формально-юридический метод. Исследование основано на оценке технико-юридической составляющей отдельных правовых норм, имеющих значение для деятельности учреждений и органов, исполняющих уголовные наказания. Результатом работы является формирование открытого перечня разновидностей дефектов части системы права, изучаемой в рамках установленного предмета исследования. Материалы могут быть использованы для совершенствования юридико-технической составляющей уголовного, уголовно-процессуального и уголовно-исполнительного законодательства. Выводы. Объем и актуальность предмета исследования позволяют сделать вывод, что в настоящий момент рано говорить о его исчерпании. Определенное в статье направление нуждается в дальнейшей разработке. Теоретическая разработка возможна и необходима и в рамках отраслевых юридических исследований с целью выявления конкретных недостатков юридической техники, и в рамках теоретико-правовых исследований с целью обобщения дефектов и поиска универсальных путей их устранения. The subject of the study was the interaction of criminal, criminal procedure and penal enforcement legislation and its impact on the activities of institutions and bodies executing criminal penalties. The purpose of the work is to generalize certain areas of materialization of defects in these branches of legislation and to assess the impact of these defects on the activities of the penal system. The research is based on General scientific analysis and specially scientific formal legal method. The study is based on the assessment of the technical and legal component of certain legal norms that are important for the activities of institutions and bodies executing criminal penalties. The result of the work was the formation of an open list of varieties of defects of the part of the system of law studied within the established subject of research. The materials can be used to improve the legal and technical component of criminal, criminal procedure and penal enforcement legislation. Summary. The volume and relevance of the subject of research, allow us to conclude that at the moment it is too early to talk about its exhaustion. The direction defined in the article needs further development. Theoretical development is possible and necessary both in the framework of branch legal studies in order to identify specific disadvantages of legal equipment, and in the framework of legal theoretical studies, in order to generalize the defects and find universal ways to eliminate them.

Predictive computations of the nonlinear dynamical responses of gap-supported tubes subjected to flow excitation have been the subject of active research. Nevertheless, experimental results are still necessary for validation of the theoretical predictions as well as for asserting the integrity of field components. Because carefully instrumented test tubes and tube-supports are seldom possible, due to space limitations and to the severe environment conditions, there is a need for robust techniques capable of extracting relevant information from the actual vibratory response data. Although at the present time such analysis is overambitious, as far as the multisupported tube bundles of real-life components are concerned, the same instrumentation difficulties frequently apply in the case of laboratory test rigs. Therefore, the subject of this paper is of practical significance even in the more modest realm of laboratory experiments. The knowledge of the dynamical contact/impact (vibro-impact) forces is of paramount significance, and also the tube/support gaps. Following our previous studies in this area using wave-propagation techniques (De Araújo et al., 1998; Antunes et al., 1998; Paulino et al., 1999), we recently applied modal methods for extracting such information. Based on numerically simulated time-domain vibro-impact responses, the dynamical support forces, as well as the vibratory responses at the support locations, were identified from one or several vibratory responses at remote locations, from which the support gaps could also be inferred (Delaune et al., 2010). Also recently, for the related problem of friction force identification on bowed strings, preliminary experiments have shown the feasibility of these identification techniques (Debut et al., 2010). In the present paper, the modal identification techniques developed by Delaune et al. (2010) and Debut et al. (2010) are tested using an experimental rig built at Commissariat à l’Energie Atomique et aux Energies Alternatives (CEA/Saclay), consisting of a randomly excited clamped-free beam which impacts on an intermediate gap-support. Identification of the impact force, as well as of the beam motion at the gap-support, is achieved based on remote measurements of the beam response provided by two accelerometers. A significant feature of the experimental identifications presented in this paper is that, beyond the results obtained under a point-force shaker excitation, we test here an original technique to identify the gap-supported reactions in flow-excited systems, which was recently introduced by Delaune et al. (2010). As for most inverse problems, the identification results may prove sensitive to both noise and modeling errors. Therefore, regularization techniques discussed by Delaune et al. (2010) are used to mitigate the effects of unmeasured noise perturbations. Overall, the experimentally identified results compare reasonably well with the measured contact forces and motions at the gap-supports. Actually, even if our identifications are not immaculate at the present time, they remain nevertheless quite usable.

Intensification of globalization processes and dynamic conditions of enterprises, increased demands of investors, stakeholders and other stakeholders necessitate the formation of analytical information about the effectiveness of economic, social and environmental activities and creating value for the future. The purpose of the article is disclosure of methodical basis of the comprehensive analysis of sustainable development of the enterprises based on integrated reporting The subject of the research is a set of theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of analytical support of integrated reporting of enterprises. Methods used in the research: general scientific and special methods of the research: dialectical method of knowing the essence of analytical support of integrated ability; integrated approach, methods of concretization, abstraction - the basis of disclosure of models analysis of indicators of integrated reporting; induction and deduction (knowledge of the features of the analysis of the effectiveness of social and environmental activities); analogies - for the formation of analytical tools. The main hypothesis of research is suggestion that a comprehensive analysis of sustainable development of enterprises should be aimed at generating information to assess the effectiveness of activities in the triune dimension (economic, social and environmental) in order to meet the informational needs of various stakeholders. The statement of basic materials. The basis for the development of conceptual and methodological basis of a comprehensive analysis of sustainable development of enterprises is the concept of capital, value and sustainable development, expansion of the subject area and system of indicators that characterize effectiveness and allow to assess sustainable development. In order to improve the information and organizational structure of analysis of integrated reporting, new approaches to the analysis of analytical procedures are proposed on the basis of an orderly system of indicators that determine the effectiveness of economic, social and environmental activities. The suitability of the proposed system of indicators is demonstrated on the basis of assessments of the analysis of the current state of efficiency of social activities of agricultural enterprises. Practical significance of the research is the possibility of application of provided scientific and methodological recommendations for improving the methodological approach to a comprehensive analysis of sustainable development of enterprises, which provides a system of indicators by three blocks of analysis the effectiveness of economic, social and environmental activities. Conclusions of research. The proposed approach to a comprehensive analysis of sustainable development of enterprises, in contrast to existing ones, differs in an orderly system of indicators in terms of analyzing the effectiveness of social activities and assessing the impact of key social factors on value added which will provide complete, reliable information about sustainable development of enterprises
