Today, technological achievements that significantly influence communication management are Social Networks in virtual environment. The latest research clearly indicates that this trend is going to last in the future. It is considered as a fact that there are many changes and innovations in the field of information and communication technologies during the past few decades. Development of communication technologies has provided a new framework for organizing corporate communication processes, both internally and externally. Channels for the transfer of relevant information had been faced with huge technological improvement, but fact analysis and former research do not provide insight into specific motivation patterns for usage of Social Networks among employees, nor into their influence on Communication Satisfaction within the organizations.

The image of Simon Ninheimer — the opponent of scientific and technological progress — is described by A. Azimov in the story «Galley Slave». It is used to develop the idea of resistance to mechanization, which is now finding increasingly supporters due to the increased influence of information and communication technologies in general and artificial intelligence and robotics in particular. The historical and conceptual foundations of neo-luddism are linked with modern trends calling for a gradual, controlled innovation. It is noticed that the ideas of the luddites have been preserved in romantic literature and transformed into neo-luddism in the 20th century. The theorists of this movement use philosophical concepts of different epochs (e.g. Socrates, J.-J. Rousseau and M. Heidegger) to confirm the legitimacy of their own status. As a result, in the 21st century more moderate areas of struggle against scientific and technological progress are actively developing under the influence of postmodernism. For example, the slow movement is growing strength, and its supporters are trying to slow down the pace of life and are calling for a thoughtful, responsible attitude towards emerging technologies. The positions underlying the slow movement are in tune with the dromology of P. Virilio and the slow philosophy of G. Fleistad. However, neo-luddism has social status of counterculture, but the situation can be changed due to the rapid and sometimes uncontrollable development of technology.

The article deals with the problem of integration of scientific and technological progress, in particular information and communication technologies in human life, the emergence of an alternative level of dependence of the individual on information and technogenic factors in the psycholinguistic aspect. Analysis of theoretical and practical prerequisites of influence of scientific and technological sphere on a person, particularly information and communication technologies on its psycholinguistic potential, estimation of depth, and practical consequences of influence and further prospects. The general scientific methods of analysis and synthesis of the research problem were used, formalizing the results of domestic and foreign sources, systematization, and comparing existing estimates to identify significant and minor factors and their correlation, generalization of results, forecasting of prospects. Scientific and technological progress in changing man's world has adjusted his ability to choose information, analyze it critically, and formulate objective decisions. More and more people are given not information for analysis but conclusions. The existence of human dependence on information technology comes from the understanding that their creation is a projection of the inner world of man, his views and motives. Therefore, dependence is a downside to existing technological comfort, living conditions, and communication. At the same time, competition requires constant updating of people's knowledge of technology, which only exacerbates this dependency, personal energy costs, psychological fatigue, and problems of motivation. One of the conditions for effective human existence in the information and communication system is violated - synchronization of information processing processes, which negatively affects the psycholinguistic level. The level of human dependence on technology is unprecedented, and further expansion and self-interest will only worsen, in particular psycholinguistic perspectives. The improvement of the situation does not lie in the technological plane, as it increases the level of social morality, an ethos of man and community. Keywords: scientific and technological sphere, information and communication technologies, psycholinguistics, integration, influence.

The availability of digital technologies for a wide variety of companies opens up fundamentally new opportunities for the collection and analysis of information about markets and consumers, the implementation of marketing communications with customers and the formation of brand awareness. Digital marketing provides interaction with customers and business partners using digital information and communication technologies and electronic means. The purpose of the research is to study the features of digital marketing in the sphere of promotion of organic products based on the investigation of the experience of European Union’s countries. Design/Methodology/Approach: economic and statistical analysis and comparison; economic and mathematical method; formalization; analysis and synthesis; historical and logical methods; generalization. As a result of the study, it has been established that the development of digital marketing in the sphere of promoting organic products is in its infancy. It depends on the structure of producers, which is formed according to the principle of family farms or small farm enterprises with no more than 15 employees without a special position of a marketer. It has been proved that social networks are the main channels of digital marketing of enterprises - producers of organic products, forasmuch as they do not require additional costs to attract a specialist on marketing.

Besides labor, capital and technology, institutions are another important factor of production and exports. They set a framework of motivation for economic activities and their efficiency. The previous research provided evidence for the effect of institutions on international trade and development. This paper focuses on the effect of institutional progress on export competitiveness of several services sectors in Central and Eastern Europe in the post-crisis period (2011-2017). In the analyzed period the services exports growth turned out to be more stable than the goods exports growth. The multi-country models showed that several types of institutional improvements affected the exports growth in the medium run. Excluding outliers, using weighted enlarged sample and alternative method for measuring exports growth were applied to assess robustness of the research results. Labor force growth, GDP and GDP per capita were initially used as control variables, but in most cases their effect for exports growth was insignificant in Central and Eastern Europe. Sector specific approach to the analysis turned out to be the most effective to understand the transmission mechanism of the effect under the situation of services heterogeneity. Monetary freedom (currency stability and market-based prices) stimulates exports of transport services. The rule of law (contract enforcement, property rights, efficiency of police and courts, absence of crime and violence etc.) is important for raising international tourism receipts. Information and communication technologies services exports depend primarily on voice and accountability (democratic principles, respects human rights and free media). As for financial and insurance services exports, no significant institutional factor was found. Control of corruption, political stability, labor freedom, government integrity, government effectiveness and lower government size also may be important, but their effect is not robust or cannot be distinguished from the effect of the abovesaid factors. It is more likely that fighting corruption may have a positive impact on the services exports than on the goods exports. The latter depend positively on the level of investment freedom. Using the selected EU Member States in Central and Eastern Europe as a benchmarking level enabled us to estimate a potential effect for services exports in case of Ukraine if it reaches their level of institutional development. In particular the institutional progress can boost Ukrainian transport, tourism, information and communication technologies services exports by 30-200% or by 10-15% of its GDP.
