The purpose of this research is to analize partially and simultaneously the influence of teachers competency and learning facilities to motivation and the implication to students achievement in SMPN 1 Bungbulang Garut District.Population and samples in this research is educator resources (teachers) and educational resources in SMPN 1 Bungbulang, Sub District Bungbulang, Garut District, West Java. The amount of educator and educational resources is 71 people. The method of this research is descriptive qualitative and verificative. Whereas the data analysis using path analysis.The descriptive analysis result of variable competency, learning facilities, motivation, and students achievement that on average in good category. The verificative analysis result and hypothesis test shows that (1) Teachers competency affects positively and significantly to motivation, (2) Learning facilities affect positively and significantly yo motivation, (3)There is a positive and significant influence of teachers competency and learning facilities to students learning motivation in SMPN 1 Bungbulang Garut District (4) Teachers competenc affects positively and significantly to students learning achievement 0,924% and the coefficient value is 0,854 or 85,4% with the amount of residue results 14,6%.

ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the Family Economic Conditions, Learning Motivation, and Student Learning Achievement. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Family Economic Conditions and Learning Motivation Against Student Learning Achievement in Entrepreneurship Class XII in SMK Teknomedika 2 Cibungbulang Bogor. This research was conducted using a sample of 42 students, using a random sampling technique from a population of 140 students. Consists of independent variable the Family Economic Conditions (X1), Learning Motivation (X2) and dependent variable Student Learning Achievement (Y). Researchers use quantitative data analysis, the stage of implementation of the analysis includes: (1) descriptive analysis, (2) classical assumption test (prerequisite) and (3) hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that: 1) There is a significant influence on the family economy of student achievement in SMK Teknomedika 2 Cibungbulang Bogor by 50.7%. 2) There is a significant influence of learning motivation on student achievement in SMK Teknomedika 2 Cibungbulang Bogor by 51.0%. 3) There is a significant influence between family economy and learning motivation together on student achievement in SMK Teknomedika 2 Cibungbulang Bogor by 69.7% while the remaining 30.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study . Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan prestasi belajar dan minat baca siswa disertai dengan menguji hipotesis hubungan minat baca dengan prestasi belajar siswa mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia pada kelas XI TKR SMK Bina Karya Kabupaten Tangerang tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Adapun jenis  penelitian yang digunakan  adalah  deskriptif korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif.   Jumlah populasi sebanyak 52 orang siswa dan teknik sampling dengan menggunakan nonprabability sampling. Penelitian ini disebut dengan penelitian populasi. Pengumpulan data primer dengan menggunakan instrumen berupa  angket untuk mengukur minat baca siswa dengan memberikan seperangkat pernyataan. Pengumpulan data prestasi belajar dengan  studi dokumen berupa  nilai yang berada di buku legger dan raport.  Hasil temuan berdasarkan analisis deskriptif bahwa prestasi belajar siswa secara keseluruhan baru mencapai  63.8% dari yang diharapkan 100%. Minat baca siwa mencapai  59.6 % (rendah ) dari yang diharapkan 100%.  Hasil uji hipotesis  dengan uji-t adalah =-3.480 dengan nilai p-value = 0.000  ? 0.05. Artinya  terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara minat baca dengan prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia kelas XI TKR SMK Bina Karya. Hasil uji hipotesis dengan uji-F adalah  = 12.112 dengan nilai p-value = 0.001 < 0.05. Artinya  terdapat hubungan linear antara minat baca dengan prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Abstract: This study aims to describe students' learning achievement and reading interest along with testing the hypothesis of the correlation between reading interest and student achievement in Indonesian subjects in class XI TKR SMK Bina Karya, Tangerang Regency, 2018/2019. The type of research was descriptive correlational with a quantitative approach. The total population was 52 students and the sampling technique was nonprabability sampling. This research was called a population study. To collect the data, the researcher used instrument in the form of a questionnaire to measure students' reading interest by providing a set of statements. The result of learning achievement data by means of document studies in the form of values ??in the legger book and report. The findings were based on descriptive analysis that the overall student achievement has only reached 63.8% of the expected 100%. Reading interest reached 59.6% (low) than the expected 100%. The result of hypothesis test with t-test was = -3,480 with p-value = 0.000 ? 0.05. This means that there was a significant negative relationship between reading interest and student achievement in Indonesian subjects in class XI TKR SMK Bina Karya. The results of hypothesis testing with the F-test was = 12.112 with a p-value = 0.001 <0.05. It means that there was a linear relationship between reading interest and student achievement in Indonesian subjects.

How to teach teachers more or less will motivate students to absorb knowledge. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of learning motivation and teaching style on student achievement in the MA  Muhammadiyah. The method used is descriptive method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling using a sample of 76 respondents. The analysis tool uses validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are Learning Motivation has a positive and significant effect on student learning achievement by 42.7%. hypothesis testing is obtained tcount> ttable or (7.428> 1.993), so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between learning motivation on student learning achievement at the MA Muhammadiyah Office. Teacher teaching style has a positive and significant effect on student learning achievement by 36.0%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount> ttable or (6.454> 1.993) so that H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between the teacher's teaching style on student learning achievement on. A simultaneous test of teacher motivation and teaching style has a positive and significant effect on student learning achievement with an influence contribution of 48.4%, while the remaining 52.0% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained the value of Fcount> Ftable or (39.505> 2.730), thus Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a positive and significant effect simultaneously between learning motivation and teacher teaching style on student achievement in the MA Muhammadiyah

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan instruksional guru dan fasilitas kelas terhadap prestasi belajar melalui motivasi belajar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X IPS SMA Muahmmadiyah 1 Pati yang berjumlah 48 orang. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dokumentasi dan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa motivasi belajar dan kepemimpinan instruksional guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar. Fasilitas kelas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar. Kepemimpinan instruksional guru dan fasilitas kelas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar. Kepemimpinan instruksional guru dan fasilitas kelas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar melalui motivasi belajar. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah guru harus memiliki kepemimpinan instruksional dalam mengelola pembelajaran di kelas dengan cara meningkatkan keterampilan mengajar. Didukung dengan fasilitas kelas yang ada seperti memanfaatkan media pengajaran sehingga pembelajaran lebih menarik. Motivasi siswa dalam belajar juga akan meningkat dan prestasi belajar yang optimal diharapkan dapat tercapai.   This study aims to analyze the effect of teacher instructional leadershipand class facilities on learning achievement through learning motivation. The population of this study was students of class X IPS SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pati as many as 48 students. The sampling methodused saturated sampling. Data collection techniques  in this study usedquestionnairesand documentation. Data analysis method used descriptive analysis and path analysis. The study results show that learning motivation and teacher instructional leadership have a positive and significant effect to learning achievement. Class facilities don’t have a significant effect to learning achievement. Teacher instructional leadership and class facilities have a positive and significant effect to learning motivation. Teacher instructional leadership and class facilities have a positive and significant effect to learning achievement through learning motivation. The suggestions of this study are the teachers should have instructional leadership in managing of classroom and improving teaching skills. They also should by support class facilities such as teaching media so that teaching and learning will be more interesting. Then, the students’ motivation will increase. Finally, the optimal learning achievement can be achieved.

The study aims to determine the influence of teacher teaching methods on student achievement, the influence of teacher teaching methods on the motivation of Learning, the influence of parental guidance on the motivation of Learning, the influence of parental guidance on student achievement, the influence of motivation to learn to students ' achievements, how the motivation to learn to influence teacher teaching methods on student achievement. This study was conducted on the SMAK of Santo Yoseph Denpasar. In this research student achievement is influenced by teacher teaching methods, parental guidance and motivational learning. The respondent in this study was 120 students of SMAK Santo Yoseph Denpasar. Data analysis is done using PLS (partial least square). The results showed that teacher teaching methods are positively and significantly impactful to student achievement. Then, teacher teaching methods have positive and significant influence on student achievement, proven. Furthermore, parental guidance positively and insignificant towards learning motivation, on student achievement, not proven. Learning motivation positive and significant impact on student achievement. The motivation to learn to process the relationship between teacher teaching methods to student achievement, is not proven. The motivation to learn to publish the relationship between parents ' guidance on student achievement, proven.

The research was conducted at the state SMP in Sub-district Cilandak South Jakarta by survey research method. Students of research respondent are 50 people, selected based on simple random sampling and proportional sampling. The instrument uses questionnaire of learning achievement as the dependent variable, while the questionnaire instrument of learning motivation and interpersonal intelligence were used as the independent variable. Research instrument is validated by product moment correlation formula, whereas reliability is measured by Alpha Cronbach formula. Research method used in this research is Explanatory Survey Method. Data analysis technique used in this research is Regression Analysis Modelto find out the influence ofindependent variable with the dependent variable. Statistical test using t-test. Data analysis using correlation and regression technique (simple and plural). From the result of the study found that : (1) there is a significant influence between learning motivation on learning achievement of IPS at the state SMP in Sub-district Cilandak South Jakarta (r=0,834 and Ŷ = -27.268 + 0,219X1). (2) there is significant influence between interpersonal intelligence on learning achievement of IPS in the state SMP in Sub-district Cilandak South Jakarta (r = 0,834 dan Ŷ = -27.268 + 0,197X2). (3) there is significant influence between Learning Motivationand Interpersonal Intelligence together with Learning Achievement of IPS in the state SMP in Kecamatan Cilandak South Jakarta. Keywords: Learning motivation, Interpersonal intelligence, Prestasi Belajar Penelitian dilaksanakanpada SMPNegeridi Kecamatan Cilandak Jakarta Selatan, dengan metode penelitian survei. Instrumen menggunakan angket prestasi belajar sebagai variabel terikat, sedangkan instrument angket motivasi belajar dan angket kecerdasan interpersonal sebagai variabel bebas. Instrumen penelitian divalidasi dengan rumus korelasi product moment, sedangkan reliabilitas diukur dengan rumus Alpha Cronbach. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Explanatory Survey Method, Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Model Analisis Regresi untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat. Uji statistika menggunakan uji-t. Analisisdatamenggunakanteknikkorelasidanregresi(sederhana & jamak).Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa : (1) terdapat pengaruh yang berarti antara motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar IPS pada SMP Negeri di kecamatan Cilandak Jakarta Selatan (r = 0,834 dan Ŷ = -27.268 + 0,219X1). AbstractThe suitability of character education with subjects is closely related to the learning process. Achievements are always associated with the execution of an activity or activity. Learning achievement is inseparable from learning activities, because learning is a process, while learning achievement is the output of the learning process. The purpose of this research is to know the big picture contribution of character education and student's learning motivation to student achievement on IPS subject in SMP Negeri 1 Amuntai Selatan. Method of analysis descriptive analysis with quantitative approach assisted statistical calculation. The population of this study is all students of SMP Negeri 1 Amuntai Selatan academic year 2017/2018. The sample is 71 students. Instruments using questionnaires were analyzed by multiple regression. Instrumen menggunakan kuesioner dianalisis dengan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi pendidikan karakter dan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran IPS di SMP Negeri 1 Amuntai Selatan secara bersama-sama turut berkontribusi.Kata Kunci : Pendidikan Karakter, Motivasi Belajar, Prestasi Belajar

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode everyone is a teacher here terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 18 Makassar pada materi pokok ikatan kimia. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode everyone is a teacher here pada model pembelajaran direct instruction dan pembelajaran tanpa menggunakan metode everyone is a teacher here pada model pembelajaran direct instruction, variabel terikatnya adalah motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa pada materi pokok ikatan kimia. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X1 - X9 SMA Negeri 18 Makassar. Sampel penelitian terdiri atas 2 kelas yaitu kelas X5 sebagai kelas eksperimen yang terdiri dari 28 siswa dan kelas X7 sebagai kelas kontrol yang terdiri dari 28 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh dari tes hasil belajar siswa yang terdiri atas 20 butir soal pilihan ganda yang telah divalidasi dan angket motivasi yang terdiri dari 25 butir pernyataan dengan 4 pilihan jawaban. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan dengan uji t menghasilkan thitung  > ttabel = 5,98 > 2,00 pada  ═ 0,05 untuk motivasi belajar siswa dan thitung  > ttabel = 2,28 > 2,00 pada  ═ 0,05 untuk hasil belajar siswa, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh metode everyone is a teacher here terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 18 Makassar pada materi pokok ikatan kimia. Pengujian hipotesis korelasi menggunakan perhitungan korelasi product moment menghasilkan rhitung> rtabel = 0,573 > 0,374 pada α ═ 0.05. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat korelasi antara motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 18 Makassar pada materi pokok ikatan kimia. Koefisien korelasi antara motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa pada kelas eksperimen adalah 0,573 yang termasuk dalam kategori “sedang” dan koefisien korelasi antara motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa pada kelas kontrol adalah 0,611 yang termasuk dalam kategori “kuat”.Kata kunci: Everyone is a teacher here, motivasi, hasil belajar siswa, ikatan kimiaABSTRACTThe research was a quasi-experimental that aimed to know the effect of everyone is a teacher here method towards motivation and student achievement in 10th Class of SMA Negeri 18 Makassar in the subject matter of chemical bonding. The independent variable in this research was using everyone is a teacher here on learning direct instruction models and without everyone is a teacher here on learning direct instruction model, the dependent variable was learning motivation and learning achievement on subject matter chemical bond. The population was class X1 - X9 SMA Negeri 18 Makassar. The sample of this research consisted of two classes, namely class X5 as a experiment class with the number of students was 28 and class X7 as a control class with the number of students 28 peoples. Data collection techniques derived from students' achievement test consisting of 20 multiple choice items that have been validated and motivation questionnaire consisting of 25 items with four answer choices. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The hypothesis test using t test shows that tcalculate > ttable = 5.98 > 2.00 on α ═ 0.05 for learning motivation and tcalculate > ttable = 2.28  > 2.00 on α ═ 0.05 for learning achievement, so concluded that there was an effect on the everyone is a teacher here method towards motivation and student achievement in 10th Class of SMA Negeri 18 Makassar in the subject matter of chemical bonding. The correlation hypothesis test using correlation product moment shows that rhitung> rtabel = 0.573 > 0.374 on α ═ 0.05.  Concluded that there was correlation between motivation and student achievement in 10th Class of SMA Negeri 18 Makassar in the subject matter of chemical bonding. Coefficient of correlation between motivation and student achievement in experiment class is 0.573, which is included in the “medium” category and coefficient of correlation between motivation and student achievement in control class is 0.611, which is included in the “strong” category.Keywords: Everyone is a teacher here, motivation, student’s achievement, chemical bonding

This research is motivated by the phenomenon that all parents want their children's education to be good, so they pay attention and optimize for his child's education. The existence of this need then humansare encouraged to fulfill it. This impulse is called motivation. In this case, of course the role of motivation is very important. How teachers make efforts to be able to grow and give motivation so students do goodlearning activities. The purpose of this study is (1) To find out whether there is an influence of learning motivation on student achievement in SMA 2 BURU. (2) To find out how much influence the motivation of learning on student achievement in SMA 2 BURU. This research uses a quantitative approach with adescriptive type. The population is at BURU 2 Senior High School, totaling 220 students. using purposive random sampling technique. The sample was 79 students. Research methods using questionnaire anddocumentation. All instruments have met the requirements as a measurement requirement, because they have tested so that it meets the validity test requirements using product correlation and reliability using Cronbach alpha, and has passed the test precondition. Data analysis using T-test and a large percentageof the influence using the coefficient of determination Adjuster R Square. The results showed that (1) there was a significant effect of Learning Motivation on Learning Achievement evidenced from the value ofTcount&gt; Ttable namely 3.731&gt; 1.9915 and Sig &lt;0.05, namely 0.000 &lt;0.05 (with a level of 5%). (2) The magnitude of the influence of the Adjusted R square determination coefficient of 35.9% so that the effect oflearning motivation (X), on learning achievement (Y) is weak positive means that if the variable X rises then the variable Y does not rise weakly or together all variables will rise significantly and the remaining65.1% is explained by other variables outside the variables used.KEYWORD.
