Modern enterprises require competent specialists in economics, active and independent, able to make responsible and well-founded decisions. Therefore, their practical training comes to the fore. That is why, training technologies are introduced more and more to the process of teaching economic disciplines, which are the most labor-intensive teaching methods. The article proves the perspectives of using interactive equipment during training activities. The author's interactive materials for exercises and tasks, prepared in specialized applications and on-line services, were presented. These materials are presented in accordance with the general logic of conducting trainings. At the beginning of the training, the lead-in is conducted to develop attention. Interactive tasks for them are developed in the SMART Notebook application. At the main stage of the training, the information materials and tasks, prepared in the SMART Notebook and Easy Interactive Tools, LearningApps and Scrumblr services, come in handy. These tasks are also performed in these applications and services. Summing up and reflection at the end of the training is carried out with the help of interactive materials (tables and flip charts), which are filled by students. The characteristics of the interactive materials reveal the methodology for their development and use during the training. The features of the proposed materials are related to the fact that this equipment and materials for it are similar to marker boards, markers, stickers, etc., which are traditionally used in trainings. The use of interactive equipment intensifies the training process, activates the motivational and activity spheres and allows to cut corners on traditional resources. The future teacher of economics must master the methodology of preparing interactive materials and their use during training.

Knowledge and skills have become the most crucial resource capital which enables organizations to survive in the ever changing business environment. One of the common strategies for organizations to increase their performance and productivity is through training and the main role of human resource development is to fulfil the needs of the organizations by providing employees with up to date expertise, information, knowledge and skills. Since huge financial investments and enormous time are allocated for training, organizations hope that the training will lead to the desired workoutcomes. However, this does not always happen. There is only a small percentage of training programs which had successfully shown lasting transferability to the workplace and this indicates thatunderstanding and improving the training transfer process is still a major concern for training researchers and practitioners. As training transfer is influenced by several variables at different levels of analysis, this study attempts to investigate the relationship between training transfer determinants, the involvement of different stakeholders and training activities in the training process. Specifically, this study investigates the influence of training transfer determinants on goal setting amongst small businesswomen. In addition, it will emphasize the roles of primary stakeholders in the social networkat different times during the training process towards achieving training transfer. Therefore, the framework postulates social networks as a moderating variable in enhancing training transfer andgoal setting amongst small businesswomen.

Digitalization has transformed all aspects of life, from social interactions to the working environment and education, something that accelerated with the emergence of COVID-19. The same stands for education and training activities, where the use of digital tools has been gradually advancing and become merely online because of the virus. This brought forth the need to discuss further the applications, benefits, and challenges of digital tools within the framework of the education and training process, and the need to study examples of successful applications. An analysis is presented in this study that provides insight into a practical training process and its impact on teachers and their viewpoints toward the integrated STEM approach used in that training process, together with educational coding and robotics, over the first years of compulsory primary education, where STEM implementations are relatively new. A case study was developed by two teachers following the practical training course, including pre- and post-interviews and nonparticipative observation of their classroom practices during the teacher-training sessions. The results revealed the positive perspectives that the teachers held toward the STEM-integrated approach and educational coding and robotics, despite the difficulties that arose in classroom practice. It was concluded that the STEM approach and its methods were beneficial both to pupils and to teachers alike for improving the teaching–learning process.

Актуальность исследования заключается в анализе роли интерактивных методов, а именно, дистанционного обучения в преподавании хирургических дисциплин в медицинском вузе в условиях пандемии коронавирус. Изучили применение технологий дистанционного обучения при преподавании хирургических дисциплин в условиях пандемии коронавируса. Цель исследования: анализ применения технологий дистанционного обучения при преподавании хирургических дисциплин в условиях пандемии коронавируса. Материалом исследования явились информационные платформы LMS Moodle, Google Meet, модифицированные к on-line обучению рабочая программа дисциплины, учебно методические рекомендации кафедры при изучении хирургических дисциплин on-line, данные опроса студентов относительно восприятия новых методов обучения и их эффективности. Методами исследования были вебинары, видеоконференции, чат, форумы и прочее. Карантинные мероприятия в связи с пандемией COVID-19 заставили образовательные учреждения перейти на дистанционное обучение и стали настоящим вызовом для всего российского образования по его организации. Образовательными ресурсами дистанционного обучения стали дистанционные курсы, виртуальные лабораторные работы, тестовые задания, учебные и методические материалы, веб-ресурсы, терминологические словари. Дистанционное обучение имеет свои преимущества и свои специфические изъяны. Необходимость сохранения непрерывности обучения, обеспечение эффективности усвоения учебной программы обусловило необходимость скорой перестройки методики преподавания, внедрения современных инновационных информационно-коммуникационных технологий. The relevance of the study lies in the analysis of the role of interactive methods, namely, distance learning in teaching surgical disciplines at a medical university in the context of the coronavirus pandemic. We studied the use of distance learning technologies in teaching surgical disciplines in the context of the coronavirus pandemic. The research material was the information platforms Zoom and Microsoft Teams, the work program of the discipline modified for on-line training, educational and methodological recommendations of the department in the study of surgical disciplines on-line, data from a survey of students regarding the perception of new teaching methods and their effectiveness. The research methods were webinars, video conferences, chat and ICQ, forums, etc. Quarantine measures in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic forced educational institutions to switch to distance learning and became a real challenge for the entire Russian education in its organization. Distance learning educational resources have become distance courses, virtual laboratory work, test tasks, educational and methodological materials, web resources, terminological dictionaries. Distance learning has its advantages and its specific flaws. The need to preserve the continuity of learning, ensuring the effectiveness of the assimilation of the curriculum necessitated the rapid restructuring of teaching methods, the introduction of modern innovative information and communication technologies. The purpose of the study: to analyze the use of distance learning technologies in teaching surgical disciplines in the context of the coronavirus pandemic.

This article states that the clear formulation of teaching methods is a key factor in improving the quality of lessons. It is emphasized that the combination of non-traditional and practical training with educational materials, along with mass education technologies, will serve to improve the quality of education. The effective result obtained by changing the methods of connecting the coils of electric motors is shown by examples and by the solution of the examples.

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is one of the important aspects in online learning for human resources (HR) in the target schools, namely teachers. Management of ICT needs for human resources of teachers in a fostered school (sekolah binaan) can be done by conducting a training. The purpose of this study is to describe the training process carried out by the PGPAUD FTIK Unisnu Jepara school fostering team and the effectiveness of the training activities. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Research informants came from KB Sya'roniyah teachers, with 12 people. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. while, the data collection methods are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis technique in this research is descriptive analysis with data testing method using triangulation. The results of the study show that the training process for teachers of the Sya'roniyah KB Purwogondo schools had several stages, those are needs analysis, training objectives, and determining the training program material. Evaluation is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the training. Based on the results of the evaluation of the training activities showed a positive response from the training participants. The ICT utilization training attended by the Sya'roniyah KB teacher was effective because the creativity of the teachers in using ICT after attending the training had increased and the level of parental complaints against online learning had also decreased.

The primary task of higher medical education in Ukraine today is to provide health care facilities, competitive — able, staff with fundamental knowledge. The competent component of the applicant for higher education, first of all, involves the introduction of updated approaches to the educational process. When studying the component “Pediatric Surgical Dentistry ” one of the most difficult to perceive, but very important is the topic of “Congenital malformations”. Experience shows that difficulties arise in mastering practical material. With this in mind, the aim of our work was to optimize the teaching of the component “Pediatric Surgical Dentistry” aimed at forming a competency component in higher education. When teaching the topic, first of all, you should focus on the relevance of the problem. In addition, in order to master the material in the process of practical training, we use interactive teaching methods: brainstorming, case method, presentations, role-playing and business games. To systematize the theoretical knowledge of students obtained in a practical lesson on this topic, lecture material is taught, the content of which is scientifically sound and supplemented by a multimedia presentation. To ensure a balance between theoretical and practical parts of higher education training on the basis of the department created and operates a regional diagnostic and counseling center for children with congenital and acquired disabilities, whose experience and experience is an additional source of methodological support of the educational process. Our data and teaching methods aimed at obtaining the necessary knowledge and practical skills of applicants to study the part “Congenital malformations” indicate the prospects for their implementation, as it further creates the basic prerequisites for further research to optimize the learning process to form competencies in accordance with educational-professional program.

Skills that are learnt implicitly (i.e., without the accumulation of task-related rules and knowledge) have been shown to result in performance that displays stability in conditions of psychological stress, fatigue, multi-tasking, and over prolonged periods of time. Despite the wealth of evidence supporting the use of implicit motor learning strategies, the majority of this evidence has been generated from studies of novice performers rather than of experts. The aim of this paper is to describe some of the challenges faced by high-performance coaches and athletes who may wish to use implicit motor learning and to frame potential solutions with respect to the elite Australian National Rugby League competition. Practical training activities and techniques (e.g., errorless learning, random practice, cues, dual-tasking, and analogies), designed to facilitate the development of implicit skills that transfer robustly to high-performance competition environments, are presented.

Abstract   The purpose of this Community Service activity is to provide physical condition training to novice athletes, training programs for physical trainers at Padepokan Judo Ksatria Bhayangkara (PJKB). This training needs to be done because the training process is still minimal. Trainers have the obligation to provide training and make athletes excel, but there are still limitations in doing so. Training for novice athletes is still very much needed because of the lack of planning and maturity in carrying out training activities both in terms of training material and from the intensity given. Higher education as an institution that produces trainers and educators, as well as an organization that organizes community service activities, has a moral obligation to carry out coaching and training. For this reason, community service programs providing athlete training are the way to be taken to overcome this problem. Activities include physical condition training. The material discussed is the judo training program. Pelatih memiliki kewajiban untuk memberikan latihan dan menjadikan atlit berprestasi, namun masih ada keterbatasan dalam melaksanakannya. Pelatihan bagi atlet pemula masih sangat diperlukan karena kurangnya perencanaan dan kematangan dalam melakukan kegiatan latihan baik dari segi materi latihan maupun dari intensitas yang diberikan. Perguruan Tinggi sebagai lembaga penghasil pelatih maupun pendidik, sekaligus lembaga yang secara terorganisisir melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat memiliki kewajiban moril untuk melakukan pembinaan dan pelatihan. Untuk itu program pengabdian kepada masyarakat menghadirkan untuk memberikan pelatihan atlet adalah cara yang ditempuh untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Kegiatan meliputi pelatihan kondisi fisik. Permasalahan dan kendala utama yang dihadapi oleh guru-guru di SMPN 1 Batulayar adalah tidak tersedianya media pembelajaran online, keterbatasan pengetahuan tentang teknologi pembuatan media pembelajaran online serta ditambah lagi dengan metode pengajaran yang masih bertumpu pada komunikasi satu arah yang menyebabkan siswa mudah bosan dan kesulitan memahami isi pengajaran. Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan skill para guru di SMPN 1 Batulayar dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran online. PKM dilaksanakan menggunakan metode transfer pengetahuan melalui tahapan-tahapan penyajian materi, praktek dan pendampingan pembuatan media. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dari kegiatan pelatihan dan penugasan yang diberikan saat pelatihan dapat diketahui semua peserta mampu membuat kelas baru, mengupload bahan ajar dalam bentuk file, link dan video, menyimpan bahan ajar dalam layanan Google Drive, mengundang siswa untuk bergabung di kelas. Sedangkan kendala selama pelatihan antara lain belum seluruh siswa memiliki akun Gmail sehingga ini menjadi bagian tugas para guru untuk mengarahkan siswa membuat akun Gmail. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan yang dilaksanakan dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi transfer pengetahuan tentang kemampuan dan skill dalam membuat media pembelajaran online menggunakan aplikasi Google Classroom yang merupakan salah satu aplikasi pendukung pembelajaran daring.Training on Making Online Learning Media for Teachers at SMPN 1 Batulayar, West Lombok RegencyAbstractThe main problems and obstacles faced by teachers at SMPN 1 Batulayar are the unavailability of online learning media, limited knowledge of online learning media creation technology and added with teaching methods that still rely on one-way communication which causes students to easily get bored and have difficulty understanding teaching content. This PKM activities aimed to improve the abilities and skills of teachers at SMPN 1 Batulayar in making online learning media. PKM is carried out using the knowledge transfer method through the stages of presenting material, practice and assistance in making media. Based on the results of the analysis of the training activities and assignments given during the training, it can be seen that all participants are able to create new classes, upload teaching materials in the form of files, links and videos, save teaching materials in the Google Drive service, invite students to join the class. Meanwhile, the obstacles during the training included that not all students had Gmail accounts, so this was part of the teachers' duties to direct students to create Gmail accounts. Based on the results of the activities carried out, it can be concluded that there is a transfer of knowledge about abilities and skills in making online learning media using the Google Classroom application, which is one of the supporting applications for online learning.
