In the context of Aceh, the word “Ulama" refers to an Islamic scholar who own boarding school (In Aceh language known as Dayah) or a leader of an Islamic boarding school (known as Teungku Dayah). Ulama become "the backbone" of any social problem and play strategic and influential roles in Acehnese society. However, The Ulama roles have changed in the post-conflict era in Aceh. The assumption that Ulama are unable running their authorities in Acehnese society especially in the post-conflict era. Ideally, their roles are needed in the reconciliation regarding the agents of reconciliation who have authority like the Ulama and are trustworthy by Acehnese society. Therefore, this article aims to discuss the position of Ulama in the process of post-conflict reconciliation in Aceh. To investigate the problem, a descriptive qualitative method was used, where the method is to describe the nature of a temporary situation that occurs when the research is carried out in detail, and then the causes of the symptoms were examined. The data were literature studies, participatory observation, and in-depth interviews. The results of this research showed that during an important period of Aceh's history, the Ulama constantly become guardians that provide a religious ethical foundation for each socio-political change in Aceh, and subsequently they also act as the successor to the religious style that developed in the society. Even the formation and development of the socio-political and cultural system occurred partly on the contribution of the Ulama. The position of Ulama in the process of post-conflict reconciliation in Aceh can be found in four ways. Firstly, knowledge transmission. Secondly, as a legal decision-maker which refers to Sharia law, especially related to the reconciliation process. Thirdly, as a mediator. Fourthly, cultural roles in the form of ritual or ceremonial guides that are carried out when the parties of the conflict have met an agreement to reconcile.

<h1>Mobile   Legends   Online   Games:   Bang   Bang   is   one   manifestation   of   technological development in new media. The purpose of this study was to find out how the positive and negative impact of playing Mobile Legends: Bang Bang online games to FISIP UMA students who play games. The theory used in this study is communication, new media, positive and negative online games. The method used is a qualitative method. Where the informants fifth in FISIP UMA students. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of participatory observation, in-depth interviews and documentary evidence. The result of the study show that the impact of playing Mobile Legends is influenced by the attitude of the players, indifferent to the social environment, wasteful in terms of time and economy, can get new friends in cyberspace from other countries so as not to limit interaction, add insight and experience about technology.</h1><h1><strong> </strong></h1><h1> </h1>

Abstract The most prominent characteristic that distinguishes pesantren from other educational institutions is the twenty-four-hour education system, by conditioning the students in a dormitory location that is divided into rooms or rooms, making it easier to apply them. One of them Pondok Pesantren Khoiru Ummah Waitila Maluku Tengah. Pondok pesantren many achievements in the field of religion as in Musabaqoh Tilawatil Qur’an (MTQ), Musabaqoh Qiraatul Kutub (MQK) and so on. The achievements achieved by pondok pesantren are inseparable from the model and use of learning media pondok pesantren. This research uses qualitative research method there are three data collection techniques used in this research, in-depth interviews, participatory observation and documentation studies. For data analysis is carried out in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study showed that the Pondok Pesantren Khoiru Ummah combining between Pesantren Salaf and Moderen. Pesantren salaf is a boarding school that always maintains the tradition of teaching classical books in the process of education in pesantren. While pondok pesantren modern is pondok pesantren conducting education through formal pathways such as madrasahs or schools developed by. Then the use of learning media is done by using a number of learning applications such as through google class room, e-learning, watshaap group, telegram and so on. Keywords; Model Review, Media Usage, Pondok Pesantren Abstrak Ciri khas paling menonjol yang membedakan pesantren dengan lembaga pendidikan lainnya adalah sistem pendidikan dua puluh empat jam, dengan mengkondisikan para santri dalam satu lokasi asrama yang dibagi dalam bilik-bilik atau kamar-kamar sehingga mempermudah mengaplikasikannya sistem pendidikan yang total. Salah satunya pondok pesantren Khoiru Ummah Waitila Maluku Tengah. Pondok pesantren ini banyak meraih prestasi dalam bidang keagamaan seperti pada Musabaqoh Tilawatil Qur’an (MTQ), Musabaqoh Qiraatul Kutub (MQK) dan sebagainya. Adapun prestasi yang dicapai pondok pesantren ini tidak terlepas dari model dan penggunaan media pembelajaran pondok pesantren ini sendiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif terdapat tiga teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu wawancara yang mendalam, observasi partisipatif dan studi dokumentasi. Untuk analisis data dilakukan dengan tiga tahap, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan (verifikasi). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan model Pondok Pesantren Khoiru Ummah memadukan antara Pesantren Salaf dan Moderen. Pesantren salaf adalah pondok pesantren yang selalu mempertahankan tradisi pengajaran kitab-kitab klasik dalam proses pendidikannya di pesantren. Sedangkan pondok pesantren moderen adalah pondok pesantren yang menyelenggarakan pendidikan melalui jalur formal seperti madrasah atau sekolah yang dikembangkan. Kemudian penggunaan media pembelajaran dilakukan dengan cara menggunakan sejumlah aplikasi pembelajaran seperti melalui google class room, e-learning, whatApp group dan sebagainya. Generally, there is a gap in Total Quality Management (TQM) of education in the application of the management of tahfidz al-Qur'an in Islamic boarding schools. The purpose of this study is to determine the Total Quality Management (TQM) model of the Tahfidz al-Qur'an Islamic Boarding School which is based on the Edward Sallis Education TQM model, in order to realize the National Education Standards (SNP). This research uses the descriptive qualitative method. The research site is a modern Islamic boarding school at the Tahfidz Daarul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School, Tangerang City, Banten, Indonesia. Data collection techniques in this study used in-depth interviews, observation, and literature. While data analysis in making decisions using Miles and Huberman (data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions). The results showed that there were 12 elements of TQM Pesantren Tahfidz al-Qur'an, including leadership, commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, integrated curriculum, and learning evaluation, learning media and models, education & training, infrastructure standards, finance and financing, public relations and pesantren, unity of vision and mission, and objectives, as well as analyzing the situation.

<p>Industry of fashion that get into the life of Salafi members makes shar'i hijab become aesthetics. Approximately 30% of Salafi women in Imam Muslim Islamic Boarding School Kediri have worn hijab shar’i as their preference. This article describes the aesthetic practices of shar’i hijab and the factors behind it. This study applies a qualitative approach using a case study as a research method in which it observes the social reality of shar’i hijab aesthetic practices among Salafi women at Imam Muslim Islamic Boarding School. The research analyzes the case and situation that occurred and also attempts to understand the informants’ point of view. Through literature studies, participatory observation, and in-depth interviews, the study found that the informants have been wearing two different shar’i hijab; dark colors and bright colors. The informants also combine their "gamis" in terms of its pattern consisting of ornaments and accents in different colors. The informants also prefer to wear a unique and funny, in order to make them look flexible, younger and up to date.</p>

Research goal of this study was to know the program production process of Liputan Cilik DAAI TV in Jakarta. Method used in this study was a qualitative method with analysis participatory observation and in-depth interviews with the crew involved in this program. Result of this study finds that there are three stages of the program production process, they are pre production, production and post-production programs, and processes of SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportuniy, Threats). This program has done production in accordance with the SOP (standard operation procedure) although it is aired on television non-commercial. This program does not only provide the entertainment, but also contains the elements education.

This  Research  was aimed  to determine the construct and  implementation  of the concept of religious tolerance in Darut Taqwa boarding school Pasuruan led by Kyai Sholeh  Bahruddin. This study used a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, whereas the method of  data collection used  in-depth interviews and documentation. The results of this study showed that: Construct of Kyai Sholeh thought about pluralism and religious tolerance, which is also the foundation for the <br />policy programs at Darut Taqwa boarding school, can be categorized in the inclusive of thought and  attitude, which is believe in the existence of truth and salvation  of other religions but the highest safety standards of truth remain in their own religion. Kyai Sholeh while promoting the truth of Islam as a religion, but He did not reduce its respect for other religions  and not be an impediment to establishing religious tolerance in public life.  Kyai  Sholeh  thought  of religious tolerance is also well applied in  His policies  in managing the boarding school and formal education institutions, which is able to be a reflection of Islam and Islamic  boarding school which are inclusive and rahmatan lil alamin.

This study is aimed  to  grasp  the meaning  of a  rubber  revenue-sharingfrom the  point of view of  people  who  understand the  revenue-sharing practice  inKampar community through participatory observation. Additionally, it is aimed to deepen the understanding of  revenue-sharing practice  in  Kampar  Riau community. This study uses a qualitative method with Etnography approach. Data were collected  through  participation observation  and  open  in-depth  interviews. The data were  analyzed using Spradley model  (1997), with  includes  domainanalysis,  taxonomic  analysis, componential  analysis  and  cultural  analysis. Theresults  of this study were that gotah revenue-sharing    is    revenue-sharingcontaining the value of  KESOJUKAN  (Keadilan/Justice, Kesosialan/Socialism,Kejujuran/Honesty  and Keamanahan/Trustworthiness) in  which Gotah revenue-sharing  is a traditional custom practiced by generation and based on  Islamic values.

This study aims to analyze the results of ecological education research on the use of family medicinal plants in the GMIM Kakaskasen Maranatha Church. Education ranging from children to old age in cultivating family medicinal plants that are believed to have great benefits. Family medicinal plants are useful for preserving nature, the greening movement, herbs and medicines for human health. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with participatory observation techniques, in-depth interviews with four members of the congregation and literature studies such as books, journals, theses, internet. The results of this study indicate that ecological education in cultivating family medicinal plants does not attract the attention of young people, but is of interest to elderly mothers and women to mothers. The impact of ecological education as a marker of human reconciliation with nature. Apart from oneself, church and culture play a role in educating and preserving nature.

The lack of competitiveness caused by the perpetrators of the shoe industry Cibaduyut not apply competitiveness factors both external and internal nature. The method used in this research is qualitative method with descriptive approach. For the data collection methods used are literature studies and documentation, participatory observation and in-depth interviews with informants. The results showed that the activity of making shoes Cibaduyut Bandung can not be competitive due to the weak implementation of competitiveness factors, especially concerning factors employee skills and the availability of technology. Dalam mejalankan usahanya industri sepatu Cibaduyut mengahadapi berbagai masalah terutama masalah yang menyangkut lemahnya daya saing. Lemahnya daya saing tersebut disebabkan oleh para pelaku industri sepatu Cibaduyut belum menerapkan faktor daya saing baik yang bersifat eksternal maupun yang bersifat Internal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Untuk pengumpulan data metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dan dokumentasi, pengamatan partisipatif dan wawancara mendalam dengan para informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kegiatan pembuatan sepatu Cibaduyut Kota Bandung belum bisa berdaya saing disebabkan oleh lemahnya penerapan faktor daya saing terutama yang menyangkut faktor keahlian pekerja dan faktor ketersediaan teknologi. Kata kunci : daya saing, industri sepatu, cibaduyut

AbstractThis research was conducted using the qualitative approach. Data collection was done using in-depth interviews, participatory observation. This study aims at uncovering the religious, economic, and educational roles at Ki Ageng Selo Islamic Boarding School. In religious affairs, the boarding school has portrayed itself as a spiritual guide for the people. The interaction between the boarding school and the community in economic development spawned economic independence in the boarding school. Education developed was traditional (salafi) Islamic education focusing on religion teaching in order to preserve of salafi values both tafaqquh fi addin tradition and the culture.AbstraksiPe­ne­li­ti­an ini di­la­ku­kan de­ngan pen­de­kat­an kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara menda­lam, observasi partisipatif. Pe­ne­li­ti­an ini bertujuan mengungkap peran ke­aga­ma­an, ekonomi, dan Pen­di­dik­an di Pondok Pe­san­tren Ki Ageng Selo. Da­lam hal ke­aga­ma­an, pe­san­tren ini telah memerankan diri sebagai pemandu spritual bagi ma­sya­ra­kat. Adanya interaksi antara pe­san­tren dan ma­sya­ra­kat da­lam pengembangan ekonomi melahirkan pola kemandirian ekonomi di pe­san­tren. Pen­di­dik­an yang dikembangkan berjenis Pen­di­dik­an sa­la­fi­yah yang fokus pengajaran agamanya sehingga terjaga nilai-nilai kesa­la­fi­yahan baik tradisi tafaqquh fi addin maupun kulturalnya.
