Technological developments that were increasingly rapidly, especially information technology have a positive impact in people’s lives. So spur of information technology to transform follow any changes that occur, due to the increasing needs of the growing. However, there are still problems to deal with at this point, including the benefit of the project are felt still less effective and efficient in the entire college community, thereby inhibiting the activities and some decision-making. Therefore, making an application system which is precise and accurate information is highly recommended. With online based storage system, it can greatly facilitate students learning environment. iREC is an online support system in the delivery of students’ project activities and scientific research, which strongly supports the iLearning environment and community. Further described in this article, regarding the problems that arise and solving the problem under study. In addition there are three (3)characteristics and 6 (six) advantages of this application. In the implementation, there are prototype displayed shown in iREC applications. Hence, it can be concluded that the contribution of iREC system can maximize scientific research activities in delivering a project to study of the students, so that more targeted research can be achieved, and can be used as a medium of valid information is for the entire university community and society in general.

The article describes the essence and content of academic culture as a significant component of national innovation security. The semantic and terminological analysis of the key concepts of the research like «national security», «human security», «human security of humanity», «human capital» were carried out. The concept of «innovative security» is described as a stable, effective provision of country’s innovations in the economy, creation of conditions for modernization of industries, development of priority areas of fundamental and applied scientific research, technical and technological developments that ensure the competitiveness of the country.It was proved that main features of academic culture are the culture of study at the university, ethical values, traditions, norms, rules for conducting scientific research; scientific linguistic culture, professional subculture of the scientific community; social, moral responsibility for the process and results of the research which is formed in the cultural and educational space of higher education institution. The cultural and educational space of the university is described as a component of the development of human capital and one of the factors of national innovation safety. It is noted that universities must clearly show the values of educational services, be centers of academic culture, act on the principles of academic freedom, public responsibility, respect for human dignity and support adherence to academic integrity in research activities. The formation of the researcher’s academic culture in the conditions of the university’s cultural and educational space is defined as a complex, multidimensional, phased process of qualitative changes in the psychological sphere of the individual, taking into account the main provisions of the theory of activity, intercultural communication; the ideas of a humanistic, acmeological paradigm; concept of continuous pedagogical education.

Technological developments are very rapid but it does not necessarily with the renewal of information technology to the public due to the limited differences in public interest. Indonesia is one of the most populous countries in the world with the majority of the Muslim population. In line with that, the Muslim community highly upholds the values of Islamic teachings contained in the Qur'an one of the concept of Halalan Toyyiban. Information that is rarely accepted by the public is the halal principle of an industrial product, whether food, beverage, cosmetic or other manufacturing industries. This is also supported by the human lifestyle factors on goods from outside the country regardless of the origin of the goods. As a predominantly Muslim country, it is necessary to have simple and accurate information on the use of materials in an industrial product to determine the absence of an industrial product. One of them is the use of derived compounds or single compounds derived from pigs. From several research results that have been done, obtained the image pattern from the examination result of the sample. So that people can easily obtain information about the source of materials used in everyday life.

ABSTRAKPerkembangan teknologi informasi yang sangat pesat dewasa ini perlu diantisipasi oleh pustakawan untuk mendukung kegiatan penelitian di lingkungan lembaga induknya, khususnya di unit penelitian dan pengembangan (Litbang). Pemilihan dan pemberian informasi yang tepat dan akurat sangat diperlukan untuk kegiatan penelitian yangberkelanjutan, mulai dari penyusunan rencana sampai ke tahap evaluasi, pelaporan dan publikasi hasil kegiatan. Informasi merupakan faktor kunci dalam keberhasilan kegiatan litbang. Pustakawan yang memiliki kemampuan dalam literasi informasi akan mampu mengetahui kebutuhan pengguna secara tepat. Lokasi sumber informasi, cara memperolehinformasi, etika dalam memakai informasi, serta bagaimana mengelola informasi yang sudah didapatkan perlu diketahui oleh setiap pustakawan. The purpose of the research is to provide the warehouse staff with convenience to process inventory data so that they can give fast, precise and accurate information. The research method used for the design of this application system is a Grounded Research method. After designing the system of inventory data input application, the researcher then draws a conclusion that the application using Netbeans and IReport softwares can generate more interactive appearance and provide convenience for the PT. Tatuis warehouse staff. Further, PT. Tatuis offers excellent service and produces the goods of high quality. Therefore, to make it more effective and efficient, PT. Abstract Car rental is a type of business that is engaged in four-wheeled vehicle rental transportation. With the current technological developments greatly affect the quality in the field of car rental services. Several fields that use information technology are education, agriculture and companies have used information technology to facilitate quick, precise and accurate information to the public. The development of technology is not only used for a field or large-scale company, but can be used by various groups of people to support a business they manage. One of the businesses that utilize this information technology is Sakti car rental, which is engaged in transportation for four-wheeled vehicle rental services. Currently, four-wheeled transportation has become a necessity to support the daily mobility of all people. Data management on Sakti Car Rental still uses manual methods which often cause errors. Technological developments also allow the development of a programming language, one of which is the CodeIgniter Framework. Therefore, the author designed a car rental application with a codeigniter framework that aims to make it easier for owners to manage car data, transaction data and to print transaction reports and avoid errors.

Background: Public engagement (PE) is defined as the involvement of “specialists who listen, develop their understanding, and interact with non-specialists in non-profit activities of educational, cultural, and social nature to engage the public in science-related matters”. The public health relevance of PE consists in building up a scientifically literate society, able to participate in and support scientific and technological developments and their implications for educational settings. Neurological disorders account for 35% of all diseases. PE could have a positive impact on the lives of people affected by neurological diseases. Method: This review evaluates the role of PE in dementia, stroke, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, migraine, neurogenetics, and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. Results and Conclusions: PE can provide accessible information, support research activities and prevention through appropriate lifestyles, and increase knowledge and awareness of neurological disorders, improving their diagnosis and treatment.

The seriousness of the school/madrasah in updating instructional media hampered by the incompetence of some teachers use ICT-based learning media as one way of presenting the material. Mastery and knowledge of information technology will facilitate the teacher in finding the source of learning, so that students will not get bored attend classes. ICT training has been able to change mindside teacher of the conventional learning becomes more interactive learning. Teachers are becoming more aware that the presence of technology is inevitable in the learning process. The article covers the relevant scientific research competence of a foreign language teacher in modern conditions, describes its structure and content. The main methods of research include analysis of scientific literature, generalization and systematization of pedagogical experience on the problem, the survey of students to determine their readiness for research activities. The purpose of the presented research is a theoretical analysis of the formation of scientific research competence of students. The result of the study is to consider formation of research activities among students, which includes three stages: preparatory, main, and final with a set of tasks for each of them. The analysis of practical research has confirmed that specifically designed training is required to prepare students for scientific research activities. The most effective ways of forming scientific research competence involve different types of tasks, but the basics of the analysis are composed of specific methodological cases at a foreign language lesson. It can be stated that the formation of scientific research competence consists of a number of stages ensuring the formation of all its components as a complex. In conclusion scientific research competence creates favorable conditions for professional competence development of a foreign language teacher, as well as it has a positive impact on the development of the cognitive field of an individual.

One of the trends of modern higher education is its integration with research activities. In the process of informatization of society this led to inclusion in educational programs of universities disciplines on information technology that can be used in scientific research. It is assumed that these disciplines should be aimed at teaching technologies that promote the level of scientific research and the increment of scientific knowledge. Unlike natural science where computers have long and effectively used for scientific research the question of application of information technology in the Humanities is still debatable. This is largely due to the specific nature of humanitarian knowledge, as well as the specifics of the object and purpose of humanitarian knowledge. The article presents the experience of theoretical understanding and practical development of the discipline "Information technologies in humanitarian researches", which is read in the Northern (Arctic) Federal University named after M.V. Lomonosov for students training areas "Philosophy", "Culturology", "Sociology" and "Journalism". It is shown that in the humanities information technologies can be used as an effective tool for the organization of cognitive activity and explication of knowledge. However, the number of courses on information technologies in humanities research is more individual than a mass phenomenon.

Information technology profoundly affects both the teaching and the scientific research activities of the universities and determines their core competitiveness. In recent years, the academic atmosphere construction in universities has increasingly resulted in exposing large number of management problems. Therefore, the application of IT governance is perhaps the only way for the development of informationization in the universities. This paper attempts to integrate IT governance theory into academic atmosphere construction, in a controlled state, by avoiding various risks in the construction process and finally, accomplishes the purpose of informationization construction leading to the reforms in university education system.
