The purpose of this research is to determine whether Transformational Leadership, Internal Communication, and Work Discipline have any influence on Employee Performance at SETJEN MPR RI employees. The object of this research is the civil servants of MPR RI. This research was conducted on 100 civil servants of MPR RI, data were collected using a questionnaire by using quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the data analysis used in this research is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. The results of this research indicate that all three independent variables (Transformational Leadership, Internal Communication, and Work Discipline) positively and significantly affect the dependent variable (Employee Performance) at SETJEN MPR RI employees. Where Work Discipline variable has the greatest influence on Employee Performance at SETJEN MPR RI employees. Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Internal Communication, Work Discipline

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and motivation on employee performance. The object of this study are employees of Bank bjb Branch Tangerang. This study was conducted on 64 respondents using quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the analysis of the data used is the statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression.The results of this study addressed that in partial leadership style and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced from the results of the partial test (t test) to address the significance of the two independent variables that support the hypothesis. Therefore, the test results on this study can be accepted by the statement that the influence of leadership style and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance bjb Bank Branch Tangerang.

This   research   aims   to   know   the   Influence   of   Transformational Leadership Style and Work Motivation on Employee Performance. The place of this research is at PT. ISS Indonesia at Mall Matahari Daan Mogot.  This research was done to 62 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. Thus, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of of double linear regression test. Data collected directly from the respondents by using research instruments in the form of questionnaires and technical data analysis using software SPSS Ver 23. The results of this study show partially and simultaneously, the variable Transformational Leadership Style has no significant effect on Employee Performance PT. ISS Indonesia. Karena itu analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda.  Data dikumpulkan langsung dari responden dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner dan teknis analisis data menggunakan software SPSS Ver 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan secara parsial dan simultan, variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional tidak mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. ISS Indoneisa. This research aims to know the influence of transformational leadership, physical work environment and work stress employee performance in Kantor Kecamatan Penjaringan North Jakarta. The object for this research is employee at Kantor Kecamatan Penjaringan North Jakarta. This research was done to 70 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. This data analysis which is used is statistic analysis in the form of double linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously variable transformational leadership, physical work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job stress has a negative but not significant effect on employee performance on Kantor Kecamatan Penjaringan North Jakarta. It has been the result of (t) patial shows significant pont of three independent variables that supports hipothesy. Therefore the test results of this study states that there is a simultaneous influence between transformational leadership variables, physical work environment and job stress on employee performance at Kantor Kecamatan Penjaringan North Jakarta.

The purpose of this research is to know the information about relationship between independent variables which are training (X1) and motivation (X2) with dependent variable which is employee performance (Y) of PT. Bakrie Pipe Industries Bekasi, both simultaneously and partially. Data collected from 78 employee of PT. Bakrie Pipe Industries Operating Division randomly using Slovin formula. Then all data was analyzed by using regression and statistical analysis using F-statistic to know the influence of independent variable simultaneously and t-statistic to know the influence of independent variable partially with using SPSS Ver. 22 software. The results of this research shown that: 1). Simultaneously, training and motivation have positive influence and significant to employee performance of PT. Bakrie Pipe Industries Bekasi. 2). Partially, training has positive influence and significant to employee performance of PT. Bakrie Pipe Industries Bekasi. 3). Partially, motivation has positive influence and significant to employee performance of PT. Bakrie Pipe Industries Bekasi.

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation, knowledge management and organizational support on employee performance at Hotel Chanti Semarang. This research uses quantitative descriptive which describes factual conditions with data collected from questionnaires based on direct observation of objects and interviews. Population and sample in this study were 64 employees of Hotel Chanti Semarang. Descriptive analysis through frequency and percentage, as well as statistical analysis using Multiple Linear Regression. The findings of this study, namely Work Motivation, Knowledge Management, and Organizational Support have been applied by employees and have had a positive and significant influence both simultaneously and partially on the performance of employees of Hotel Chanti Semarang. The results of the analysis show that all observed variables in the form of Work Motivation, Knowledge Management and Organizational Support are significant based on the acquisition of tcount > ttable, and it is found that the dominant influence of Organizational Support (X3) affects the Employee Performance of Chanti Hotel Semarang

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of electronic media advertising and endorsement onconsumer buying interest in the physical sport shop in Tangerang City Mall. The period used in this study is 2(months) months, from July to August 2018.This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study were 172 people who knewand used specs shoes as well as advertisements in online electronic media. The sampling technique used waspurposive sampling and obtained a sample of 63 people. Data analysis techniques used were descriptivestatistics, regression tests, correlation tests and hypothesis tests.The results showed that partially electronic media advertising had a positive and significant effect on consumerbuying interest, indicated by the count value> t table (3.779> 1.999) and a significance of 0,000. For theendorsement variable partially positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest is indicated by thevalue of t arithmetic> t table (4,112> 1,999) and a significance of 0,000. Simultaneously electronic mediaadvertising and endorsement had a positive and significant effect on company value, indicated by the calculatedF value> F table (16.908> 3.15) and a significance of 0.000. The ability of electronic media advertising andendorsement variables in explaining consumer buying interest is 25.3%, as indicated by the size of the adjustedR square of 0.253 while the remaining 74.8% is influenced by other factors not included in the research model.With the value of the multiple linear regression equation Y = 3.757 + 0.285 X1 + 0.418 X2. The value ofmultiple correlation equations is 0.503 which has a moderate level of relationship intervals.

<p align="center"><strong>ABSTRACT</strong><strong></strong></p><p><em>This study aims to look at the effect of training and development on PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Palembang. Training programs and employee development in a company can improve the skills, knowledge, and experience of employees, on their work. </em><em>The main purpose of this training and development is to overcome the shortcomings of human resources at work due to possible inability to carry out work, and at the same time strive to foster human resources to become more productive. </em><em>This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a total sample of 57 respondents, while the sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling. In this study the independent variables consist of Training and Development, while the dependent variable is employee performance. The results of the independent training variable (X1) were obtained tcount&gt; Ttable (7,800&gt; 2,004), the development variable (X2) obtained tcount &lt;Ttable (1,474 &lt;2,004) and then the training variable (X1) had a partial effect on employee performance variables (Y). While the development variable (X2) does not partially affect the employee performance variable (Y). The results of the F test show that F count&gt; Ftable (33,185&gt; 3.17), while the significance is 0,000 &lt;alpha at a significant level of 0.05. Then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which means that the independent variables (training and development) jointly or simultaneously affect the dependent variable (employee performance) positively and significantly. Dalam penelitian ini variabel independen terdiri dari Pelatihan dan Pengembangan, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah kinerja karyawan. Hasil variabel pelatihan independen (X1) diperoleh thitung&gt; Ttabel (7,800&gt; 2,004), variabel pengembangan (X2) diperoleh thitung &lt;Ttabel (1,474 &lt;2,004) dan kemudian variabel pelatihan (X1) berpengaruh parsial terhadap karyawan variabel kinerja (Y). Sedangkan variabel pengembangan (X2) tidak secara parsial mempengaruhi variabel kinerja karyawan (Y). Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa F hitung&gt; Ftabel (33.185&gt; 3,17), sedangkan signifikansinya adalah 0,000 &lt;alpha pada tingkat signifikan 0,05. Kemudian Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti bahwa variabel independen (pelatihan dan pengembangan) secara bersama-sama atau bersama-sama mempengaruhi variabel dependen (kinerja karyawan) secara positif dan signifikan. The purpose of this study is to see the influence of the Islamic Work Culture "PASTI OKE" on the employee performance of BRI Syari'ah Banyuwangi branch offices, using a quantitative descriptive approach. With the census determination method a sample of 28 employees. The technique of collecting data uses observation techniques, interview techniques, questionnaire techniques or documentation questionnaire techniques. Meanwhile, the instrument used in this study was a questionnaire or a questionnaire. The test instrument used was the validity and reliability test, the data transformation used the excel program. By using data analysis through multiple regression (multiole regression), the results of the study show that the Islamic Work Culture "PASTI OKE" has a positive effect on employee performance.

The focus of this experiment is the perception of happiness among residents in the Jodipan tourism village. The basic assumption behind this experiment is that changes in the status of slum settlements in the Jodipan village which later turned into a colorful tourist villageof Jodipan are very likely to affect the level of happiness of the people who live there. This study aims to describe (a) the most influential variables in determining the level of happiness in Jodipan Village and (b) whether there is a relationship between the change in status of Kampung Jodipan (from slums to tourism villages) to the perception of happiness of the community. To test these assumptions, this study uses a quantitative-descriptive approach. The data in this study were obtained through questionnaires adjusted for indicators in measuring perceptions of happiness such as: utilization of time and life balance, speech culture and the value of religiosity, physical and mental health, and community solidarity. The data were then validated and analyzed to examine the relationship between independent variables (X), namely the status of tourist village with the dependent variable (Y), which is the perception of happiness. Furthermore, this study also aims to examine the relationship between sub-variable attitudes and sub-variables of perception of happiness as indicators.
