The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of tourism facilities on tourist satisfaction in South Coastal District, to determine the effect of  service quality on tourist satisfaction in South Coastal District, to determine the effect of promotion on tourist satisfaction in South Coastal District. The method used is a quantitative research using descriptive, while the data collection used questionnaire. The sampling technique is non probability sampling with a type of purposive sampling of 115 respondents. The results of this study can be concluded that the: (1) Tourism facilities has a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction in South Coastal District. (2) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction in South Coastal District. (3) Promotion has a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction in South Coastal District.

The high interest of Grab users can be seen from the success of a UX Writer in creating User Experience. User Experience assesses how satisfied someone is with products, systems and services. This research has a purpose to find out the effect of UX Writing that has been done by the UX Writer in Grab application to the User Experience. The theories that are used such as Brand, Branding, User Experience, and UX Writing. The method that is used is quantitative research with the survey method. The sampling technique that is used by the authors is the Non-probability Sampling with the Purposive Sampling. The total of samples is 100 respondents. Data collection method that is used is a questionnaire of Google forms that are distributed directly or online. The research phase was carried out by using a pre-test to 30 respondents, then doing a post-test to 100 respondents. The results of data processing indicate that there is an influence of the UX Writing (X) on the User Experience (Y). The most influential dimension on UX Writing (X) is visual, while the most influential dimension on User Experience (Y) is branding. Tingginya minat pengguna Grab terlihat dari keberhasilan seorang UX Writer dalam menciptakan User Experience. User Experience menilai seberapa puas seseorang terhadap produk, sistem, dan jasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari UX Writing yang dilakukan oleh UX Writer aplikasi Grab terhadap User Experience kepada pengguna aplikasi Grab. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Brand, Branding, User Experience, dan UX Writing. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik Non-probability Sampling dengan pendekatan Purposive Sampling. Pada penelitian ini, penulis menetapkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Tahap penelitian yang dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan pre-test kepada 30 responden, kemudian melakukan post-test kepada 100 responden. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dari variabel UX Writing (X) terhadap variabel User Experience (Y) pada pengguna aplikasi Grab. Dimensi yang paling berpengaruh pada variabel UX Writing (X) adalah visual, sedangkan dimensi yang paling berpengaruh pada variabel User Experience (Y) adalah branding.

The purpose of the research is to determine the effect of the promotion mix, service quality, and company image toward satisfaction of Al-Shahba Malang pilgrims through the pilgrims’ trust as an intervening variable. Population of this research is based on consumer who choosing and using Al-Shahba Malang’s umrah package in 2016-2018 as many 276 people. Sample used in this research covers 163 consumer using purposive sampling technique. In this research, the data collection techniques is by questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentations. The data gained from questionnaires was analyzed by using instrument test, path analysis, hypoteshis testing and the coefficient of determination with SPSS 21.0 version. The research proves that the three independent variables : promotion mix, service quality, and corporate image, has a positive and significant influence on the pilgrims’ trust. The promotion mix, service quality, and corporate image has a positive and significant influence on the pilgrims’ satisfaction. The pilgrims’ trust has a positive and significant influence on the pilgrims’ satisfaction. And the promotion mix, service quality, corporate image has a positive and significant indirect influence on the pilgrims’ satisfaction through pilgrims’ trust as an intervening variable.

Buleleng Regency is located in the northern part of Bali Island with an area of 1,365.88 km2 and along the coast 157,05 km. About 57 tourist attractions such as nature tourism, marine tourism, agro tourism and historical place that can be visited by tourists so that it has its own characteristics compared to other objects. This is the reason authors try to analyze locally-generated revenue (PAD) in Buleleng Regency. The limitations are: (1) Percentage ratio to analyzing the growth rate of PAD Buleleng Regency (2) The object of research is PAD Buleleng Regency from 2001-2016. Sampling in this research using non-probability sampling technique by purposive sampling. This is a quantitative research which measured in numerical scale and data used in the research obtained from bps.go.id site of Buleleng Regency. It can be concluded that the (PAD) of Buleleng Regency increased from 2001 to 2015, but decreased by 3.73% in 2016.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is influence of service quality on customer loyalty among "X" airline company. The method used is </em><em>causal comparative </em><em>quantitative research. Data were collected through a questionnaire with a sample size of 250 people aboard with "X" airline company. Purposive sampling technique</em><em> </em><em>was used in this research. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence between service quality on customer loyalty with regression value of 0.802 (p = 0.000). Reliability, </em><em>a</em><em>ssurance and empathy </em><em>dimensions are the</em><em> three dimension that have</em><em> </em><em>the most impact on customer loyalty (p&lt;0.</em><em>05).</em><em> </em><em>Based on the results, i</em><em>t is recommended that the "X" airline company continue to strive to improve the quality of services, especially in terms of safety and comfort to create a customer loyalty.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords:</em></strong><em> service quality, customer loyalty, low cost carrier, </em><em>passengers</em></p><p> </p><p><strong>ABSTRAK. </strong>Sebagai salah satu pilihan masyarakat untuk berpergian, perusahaan penerbangan “X” adalah salah satu maskapai berbiaya rendah di  Indonesia yang dianggap memiliki kualitas layanan yang buruk meskipun menguasai hampir 60%  pangsa pasar domestik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas konsumen perusahaan penerbangan “X”. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif kausal komparatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner kepada sampel berjumlah 250 orang yang pernah menggunakan penerbangan maskapai penerbangan “X”. Teknik sampling <em>purposive sampling</em> digunakan dalam penelitian ii. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif antara kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan nilai regresi 0.802 (p=0.000). Dimensi reliabilitas, jaminan, dan empati adalah tiga dimensi yang paling berdampak terhadap loyalitas konsumen (p&lt; 0.05).  Berdasarkan hasil, direkomendasikan agar perusahaan penerbangan “X” terus berusaha untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan, terutama dalam hal keselamatan dan untuk menciptakan loyalitas konsumen.</p><p><strong>Kata kunci:</strong> kualitas layanan, loyalitas konsumen, <em>low cost carrier</em>, penumpang</p></div>

Abstract This study began with observations during the pre-study of guests staying at the Prince Beach Hotel in Padang. It was found that there were problems with the needs of guests who were not properly met so that guests were dissatisfied, including those who complained about room facilities that were experiencing a lot of damage that were considered less provide comfort for guests. This study aims to analyze the effect of room facilities on guest satisfaction staying at the Prince Beach Hotel Padang. This type of research is classified as quantitative research with a causal associative approach. The study population was individual guests who stayed overnight with an average monthly rate of 1,707 people. The research sample of 95 using purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis using simple linear regression with SPSS version 16.00. The results showed that: room facilities were classified as good (73.7%), and guest satisfaction was classified as good (61.05%). R square values ​​were obtained (10.3%), and the significance was 0.002 <0.05. This means that the influence of room facilities on guest satisfaction by 10.3% while 89.7% is influenced by other factors. Keywords: Room Facilities, Guest Satisfaction

Humans who continue to communicate with other humans cause the spread and acceptance of information increasingly consciously or unconsciously. This also causes a lot of renewal in various fields of life, including information technology. Now, information are more easily and quickly accessed through various existing media, including through new media and social media. The study aims to determine the effect of motives for accessing video accounts in chat applications towards audience satisfaction. This research uses social media theory, new media, and uses and gratification theory. The approach used is quantitative. The sampling technique used was non probability sampling, purposive sampling with a sample of 100 respondents who are millennials who access video accounts in a chat application (LINE TODAY). The technique of data collection is done by distributing Google Forms questionnaires consisting of 18 indicators. The final result obtained are the closeness between the two variables included in the high criteria. And there is an influence between the two variables whose direction is said to be positive.Manusia yang terus menerus melakukan komunikasi dengan manusia lain menyebabkan persebaran dan penerimaan terhadap informasi semakin meningkat secara sadar maupun tidak disadari. Ini juga menyebabkan banyak pembaharuan di berbagai bidang kehidupan, tak terkecuali teknologi informasi.  Kini, informasi semakin mudah dan cepat diakses melalui berbagai media yang ada, termasuk melalui media baru dan media sosial. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motif mengakses akun video dalam aplikasi chatting terhadap kepuasan khalayak. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori sosial media, media baru, penggunaan dan kepuasan media. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah non probabilitas, yaitu teknik purposive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang merupakan generasi milenial yang mengakses akun video dalam aplikasi chatting (LINE TODAY). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuisioner Google Forms yang terdiri dari 18 indikator.  Hasil akhir yang diperoleh adalah keeratan antara dua variabel termasuk dalam kriteria tinggi. Serta terdapat pengaruh antara kedua variabel yang arahnya dikatakan positif.

ABSTRACTThe general objective of this study is to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at the Intan Market Lintas Melawi Sintang. The research approach used a descriptive quantitative approach. form of research is simple linear regression. The population in this research are all consumers who have been customers of the Intan Market Lintas Melawi Sintang. The sampling technique used is a non-probability sampling technique with a type of incidental sampling. Data collection techniques used are indirect communication techniques, and documentation techniques with data collection tools in the form of questionnaires and documents. Based on the analysis results obtained: The criteria of service quality at the the Intan Market Lintas Melawi Sintang are sufficient. 2) Customer satisfaction has good criteria. 3) Based on a simple regression test, it is proven that service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction with a determination coefficient of 36.02%.Keywords: Quality, Service, and Satisfaction.ABSTRAKTujuan umum penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Pasar Intan Lintas Melawi Sintang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang pernah menjadi pelanggan Pasar Intan Lintas Melawi Sintang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik non-probability sampling dengan jenis pengambilan sampel insidental. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik komunikasi tidak langsung, dan teknik dokumentasi dengan alat pengumpulan data berupa angket dan dokumen. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh: Kriteria kualitas pelayanan di Pasar Intan Lintas Melawi Sintang sudah cukup. 2) Kepuasan pelanggan memiliki kriteria baik. 3) Berdasarkan uji regresi sederhana terbukti kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan koefisien determinasi 36,02%.Kata Kunci: Kualitas, Pelayanan, dan Kepuasan.

Indonesia is a country consisting of thousands of islands surrounded with straits and seas. Along with the increasing online businesses, the number of shipping expeditions is growing as well. In order to win the competition, many shipping expeditions offer various conveniences and services. This research is testing the impact of service conveniences and service quality to customer satisfaction in shipping expedition businesses in Surabaya. The data are collected by questionnaires because this is a quantitative research. The questionnaires are distributed to 100 respondents who are selected from the consumers using a non-probability sampling technique. Then, the data are processed using a SmartPLS program to obtain the results that service convenience does not bring any effect on customer satisfaction, but service convenience has a positive significant effect on service quality and service quality also has a positive significant effect on customer satisfaction

This study aims to investigate the variables that affect customer e-loyalty through the moderation and mediation role of brand image and E-CRM quality. Those variables include e-service quality, customer e-satisfaction, and customer value. This is a quantitative research with 152 respondents, chosen through the purposive sampling technique. The analytical tool used is PLS-SEM using SmartPLS 3.2.8 software. The findings are that E-CRM quality is positively and significantly related to customer e-loyaty. E-service quality, customer e-satisfaction, and customer value positively and significantly has positive and significant impacts on customer e-loyalty through the mediation role of E-CRM quality. The purpose of this study is to test whether E-Service Quality and Brand Image affect the Continuance Usage Intention of the DANA Dompet Digital Indonesia Platform. This study uses quantitative research, the population of this study is the users of DANA Dompet Digital Indonesia. The research data was collected through a questionnaire with a sample of 100 respondents consist of 73 women and 27 men respondents using non-probability sampling (purposive sampling) is a sampling technique based on certain considerations that are considered to represent, a population with the categories of generations Y and Z in the age range of 17-40 years and majority respondents are university students. Data were analyzed using SPSS 25 and SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed that E-Service Quality had a significant effect on the Continuance Usage Intention of the DANA Dompet Digital platform and Brand Image had a significant effect on the Continuance Usage Intention of DANA Dompet Digital.
