This research is motivated by the process of recruitment, selection, and retention of human resources in implementing the SUSENAS program at the Central Statistics Agency of the City of Lubuklinggau. The purpose of this study was to determine the process of implementing the SUSENAS program through recruitment, selection, and retention at the Lubuklinggau Central Statistics Agency. This study uses qualitative methods, the informants in this study are BPS employees of Lubuklinggau City, field officers, and the people of Lubuklinggau City, so that the sample obtained in this study amounted to 13 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study are documentation techniques and interviews. The data analysis technique used is the SWOT analysis. The results show that development achievements are the main data source for policymakers in planning national development, one of which is through the National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas) which is the main support for meeting the needs of the government in implementing national development in line with the National Medium-Term Development Plan, to planning, monitoring, and evaluating, as well as measuring the accountability of development and public welfare, namely through the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), is a Non-Departmental Government Institution in Indonesia that has duties based on Presidential Decree No. 103/2001 concerning Position, Duties, Functions, Authority, Organizational Structure, and Work Procedure of non-Departmental Government Institutions, carry out government duties in the field of statistical activities in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations. in the process of recruitment, selection, and retention on the implementation of the national socio-economic program in the Lubuklinggau municipal statistics body, the writer can conclude that the Lubuklinggau City Central Statistics Agency seeks qualified, disciplined, and responsible field officers so that the resulting data is of high quality. Constraints encountered in implementing the national socio-economic census program (SUSENAS) on recruitment, selection, and retention of human resources at the Lubuklinggau municipal statistical body are fluctuations where prospective officers who do not meet the needs of the public interest who are less interested in becoming field officers due to lack of promotion from the field of statistics. Government to Citizen (G2C) is a form of relationship between the Government and the Citizen within the Government area based on Information Technology. Citizen to Government (G2C) is a form of relationship between the Government, Citizen, and changes in Information Technology. Jogja Smart Service (JSS) is a digital-based service for the Yogyakarta City Government that is integrated and integrated through an information system application, available web (jss.jogjakota.go.id) and mobile (Android and iOS) platforms that can be accessed directly by the people of the municipality area. by prioritizing self-service (self-service). This research uses data from SWOT analysis and KAFI vs KAFE analysis. This research aims to determine how far the Yogyakarta city government application, namely the Jogja Smart Service (JSS) is utilized by the people of the city of Yogyakarta and is actively accessed as an effective and efficient communication bridge between G2C and C2G through digital interaction. The results of the analysis carried out show that there is a digital interaction that is quite effective and efficient in G2C and C2G in the use of JSS applications. As many as 61.9% of users are very enthusiastic about using the application and 75% of potential users are interested in using the application.

Pemerintah Kota Surabaya bersama Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro (Dinkopum) berupaya mengelola permasalahan PKL dengan membuat sentra PKL sebagai solusi atas permasalahan terganggunya keindahan kota, terhambatnya aktivitas pejalan kaki di trotoar, dan lalu lintas yang menjadi tidak lancar. Sejak pertama didirikannya hingga awal tahun 2020, program Sentra Wisata Kuliner (SWK) Urip Sumoharjo beberapa kali mendapati keadaan “mati suri”, yaitu menurunnya minat pembeli yang menyebabkan sepinya sentra. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menggambarkan manajemen strategi program SWK Urip Sumoharjo oleh Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik dalam pengumpulan data melalui observasi dengan mewawancarai pihak Dinas dan PKL disertai dengan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SWK Urip Sumoharjo sebagai sentra wisata kuliner di Kota Surabaya yang dilakukan oleh Dinkopum, yaitu Menetapkan Misi dan Tujuan, Dinkopum meningkatkan kemampuan usaha mikro dalam mengembangkan sumber daya produktif melalui SWK Urip Sumoharjo; Ancaman dan Peluang, berpeluang menjadi sentra maju dengan promosi serta menemukan ancaman berupa tempat makan modern dan kepekaan pelanggan terhadap produk; Kekuatan dan Kelemahan, pemberian pendampingan & pelatihan serta sarana prasarana sebagai kekuatan yang dimilki Dinkopum dan kelemahannya yakni kualitas kuantitas SDM dan lokasi sentra; Mempertimbangkan Alternatif Strategi, dengan rencana peningkatan SDM; Memilih Strategi, dengan peningkatan kualitas SDM; Implementasi Strategi, dengan pendampingan dan pelatihan PKL; Evaluasi Strategi, Dinkopum belum mampu mengubah pola pikir PKL. Salah satu saran yang dapat diajukan adalah meningkatkan sosialisasi dan promosi SWK kepada masyarakat Surabaya. Kata kunci: Manajemen Strategi, Sentra Wisata Kuliner, PKL.   The Government of Surabaya with the Cooperative and Micro Business Office of Surabaya are trying to manage problems related to street vendors (PKL) by making 44 street vendors centra as a solution to problems with disruption of the beauty of the city, obstruction of pedestrian activity on sidewalks, and unstable traffic. Since it was first established until early 2020, the Culinary Tourism Center (SWK) program on Jalan Urip Sumoharjo has several times encountered a "suspended animation", which is a decline in buyer interest which has led to lonely centers. The purpose of this study is to describe the strategic management of the SWK Urip Sumoharjo program by the Surabaya City Department of Cooperatives and Micro Businesses. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Techniques in collecting data through observation by interviewing the department and street vendors accompanied by documentation. Data analysis techniques by, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results showed that SWK Urip Sumoharjo as a center for culinary tourism in the city of Surabaya carried out by Dinkopum, namely Setting Mision and Goals, Dinkopum increasing the ability of micro-businesses in developing productive resources through SWK Urip Sumoharjo; Researching Threats and Opportunities, having the opportunity to become a center forward with promotions and discovering threats in the form of modern eating places and customer sensitivity to products; Researching Strengths and Weaknesses, providing assistance & training as well as infrastructure as the strengths of Dinkopum and weaknesses, namely the quality of the quantity of human resources and the location of the center; Considering alternative strategies, with plans to increase human resources; Choosing a strategy, by improving the quality of human resources; Strategy Implementation, with PKL assistance and training; Strategy Evaluation, Dinkopum has not been able to change the mindset of street vendors. One of the suggestions that can be put forward is to increase the socialization and promotion of SWK to the people of Surabaya. Infrastructure development is an integral part of national development and the driving wheel of economic growth. Infrastructure also has an important role in strengthening national unity and unity (Bappenas: 2009). The banjarwaru, banjarwangi, and telukpinang highways are the access roads traversed by 8 villages including alternative routes for the cicurug-sukabumi area. This road is always passed by the people who headed to the city. Therefore, the benefits of this road is very important because it is often passed from the cicurug-sukabumi area due to the diversion of traffic flow so that the intensity of high road users.In this study the author uses the theory of Ridwan and Sudrajat. Quality of service is the level of incompatibility between expectations with customer desires and also the perceptions of these customers. Quality of service here can be assessed by looking at the dimensions. These dimensions include the quality of service, the ability of officials, and service convenience. During the observation to the community through the survey to direct approach with the community, most people complained that the development service to build the kecamatan should be further improved and the results of this study showed that the Quality Assessment of Service in Road Infrastructure Development in Ciawi Sub-district Bogor Regency is categorized Fair Good this is because the assessment of the quality of development services by the Subdistrict Apparatus itself and from the community assess the ability of District Officers still have to be improved in conducting the service and its implementation.Keywords: Service Quality, Infrastructure Development.

ABSTRAK: Inti pokok masalah dalam penelitian ini meliputi latar belakang gerakan sosial masyarakat Kampung Labaluba Desa Kontumere Kecamatan Kabawo Kabupaten Muna, Faktor-faktor yang mendorong gerakan sosial masyarakat Kampung Labaluba Desa Kontumere Kecamatan Kabawo Kabupaten Muna, proses gerakan sosial masyarakat Kampung Labaluba Desa Kontumere Kecamatan Kabawo Kabupaten Muna dan akibat gerakan sosial masyarakat Labaluba Desa Kontumere Kecamatan Kabawo Kabupaten Muna? Latar belakang gerakan sosial masyarakat Kampung Labaluba yaitu keadaan kampungnya yang hanya terdiri dari beberapa kepala keluarga tiap kampung dan jarak yang jauh masing-masing kampung membuat keadaan masyarakatnya sulit untuk berkomnikasi dan tiap kampung hanya terdiri dari lima sampai dengan tujuh kepala keluarga saja. Kampung ini letaknya paling timur pulau Muna terbentang dari ujung kota Raha sekarang sampai kampung Wakuru yang saat ini. Kondisi ini juga yang menjadi salah satu faktor penyebab kampung ini kurang berkembang baik dibidang ekonomi, sosial politik, pendidikan maupun di bidang kebudayaan. Keadaan ini diperparah lagi dengan sifat dan karakter penduduknya yang masih sangat primitif. Faktor yang mendorong adanya gerakan sosial masyarakat Kampung Labaluba Desa Kontumere Kecamatan Kabawo Kabupaten Muna adalah adanya ketidaksesuaian antara keinginan pemerintah setempat dan masyarakat yang mendiami Kampung Labaluba pada waktu itu. Sedangkan proses gerakan sosial masyarakat Kampung Labaluba Desa Kontumere Kecamatan Kabawo Kabupaten Muna bermula ketika pemerintah seolah memaksakan kehendaknya kepada rakyat yang menyebabkan rakyat tidak setuju dengan kebijakan tersebut. Akibat yang ditimbulkan dari adanya gerakan sosial masyarakat Kampung Labaluba Desa Kontumere Kecamatan Kabawo Kabupaten Muna terbagi dua yaitu akibat positif dan akibat negatif.Kata Kunci: Gerakan Sosial, Factor dan Dampaknya ABSTRACT: The main issues in this study include the background of the social movement of Labaluba Village, Kontumere Village, Kabawo Sub-District, Muna District, Factors that encourage social movements of Labaluba Kampung Sub-village, Kontumere Village, Kabawo Sub-District, Muna District, the social movement process of Labaluba Village, Kontumere Village, Kabawo Sub-District Muna Regency and due to Labaluba community social movements Kontumere Village Kabawo District Muna Regency? The background of the Labaluba Kampung community social movement is that the condition of the village consists of only a few heads of households per village and the distance of each village makes it difficult for the community to communicate and each village only consists of five to seven households. This village is located east of the island of Muna stretching from the edge of the city of Raha now to the current village of Wakuru. This condition is also one of the factors causing the village to be less developed in the economic, social political, educational and cultural fields. This situation is made worse by the very primitive nature and character of the population. The factor that motivated the existence of the social movement of Labaluba Village in Kontumere Village, Kabawo Subdistrict, Muna Regency was the mismatch between the wishes of the local government and the people who inhabited Labaluba Village at that time. While the process of social movements in Labaluba Village, Kontumere Village, Kabawo District, Muna Regency began when the government seemed to impose its will on the people, causing the people to disagree with the policy. The purpose of this study is to compensate for the intangible variables of the human resources of MSME actors in Bandung City, related to Employee Engagement and Attitude at the time of the COVID-19. Therefore, the intact condition of the two related variables is important for stakeholders such as the government and other related parties to understand and serve as a basis for policy and decision making, especially when the economy is exposed to COVID-19. The research method used is descriptive, verification and comparative. Data were tested using the validity test, reliability test, classical assumptions and data normality, and to test the level of contribution between variables and variable dimensions used correlation and termination tests. The data were obtained from the MSME economic actors in the city of Bandung total 45 samples. The city of Bandung was chosen as a place of research because the city of Bandung is known as a model city, culinary, education, creative industries as well as the city of culture and government of West Java. The results showed that the contribution, enthusiasm, pride of business people towards MSMEs was not supportive, lost trust and small. Only MSME players have employee engagement in the form of willingness. Attitudes or attitudes in the form of motives, traits and self-concepts are still strong for every MSME actor in Bandung City, and this condition is in line with the willingness dimension of employee engagement. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the employee engagement of MSME actors in the city of Bandung is currently not good or has decreased, while the attitude at is still good.

Sea transportation is a major factor connecting the islands of Indonesia which has strategic and important value in supporting the sustainability of the national economy. Along with the government's policy on the sea highway program and the development of the domestic shipping industry, the growth of the commercial fleet, especially vessels, is currently experiencing rapid progress. In supporting the government program and the demand for reparation and procurement of new ships in domestic production, readiness is required from the shipyard. However, the current condition of the shipyard is only able to meet 83% of the demand for new shipbuilding so that the shipyard still needs to be developed in order to improve its capabilities, so that it can meet the needs and be able to carry out its functions in accordance with the progress of shipping technology. In this study discusses the strategy of developing shipbuilding using qualitative descriptive methods and quantitative SWOT analysis. In this case study shipyard development strategy by increasing the ability of shipyards to meet the demands of ship building by increasing supporting facilities and accompanied by increasing the ability of human resources in the mastery of science and technology. Citizens of our country face municipal complications like Street damage, Street cleaning, Garbage bin overflowing, light post damage, wa-ter outage etc. They started to register their complaints with advanced technologies. The complaint registration has many ways to file their complaints, it makes easier to register the complaint and saves our time. To solve these types of complications, we are going to implement a web application that helps the people to intimate about their issues directly to the government officer. So when the people iden-tify any complications in the city`s environment then, the government officer will solve the complications through his web portal. This will minimize time as well as money to go to an office for complaint registration. If the problem solved by those subjective then user will get the problem solved message. Otherwise, the problem will be again send to higher authorities to take action about it. The message alert will hap-pens repeatedly until the problem gets solve. Only the authorized persons have the rights to create the account by using aadhar card etc.

Tourism is very necessary to continue to be developed to improve the economy in Indonesia and increase the position of the country geographically, which is very strategic for tourism and the world economy. For this reason, the ability to communicate in English is absolutely necessary, in order to compete with workers from other countries, so that they can contribute to the improvement of the national economy. The ability to communicate in English is a strategic sector in the development of highly competitive human resources in the tourism industry sector and in the global economic community. By having good English communication skills, it will be easier to grab market share in the tourism industry sector and the economic sector. The tourism sector as one of the prime industrial development is developed in order to further increase the rate of national development. For this reason, it is necessary that the government continues to increase its resilience, policies, and increase the development of tourism with a view to further developing the community's economy and increasing the ability to speak English so that human resources are able to compete in various tourism industries so that the economy will increase.

Abstrak. Pesatnya pertumbuhan penduduk dan tingginya perkembangan pembangunan, menyebabkan banyaknya kawasan yang beralih fungsi menjadi kawasan yang bukan peruntukan yang sesuai yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah termasuk ruang terbuka hijau (RTH) yang berfungsi untuk menunjang kualitas hidup masyarakat di dalam suatu kota baik dari segi lingkungan maupun kesehatan. Pesatnya perkembangan suatu kota tentu banyak menarik minat masyarakat untuk pindah menuju kota tersebut, semakin meningkatnya jumlah penduduk tentu juga meningkatkan kebutuhan akan oksigen. Untuk itu Kota Bireuen dituntut mampu menyediakan RTH untuk mengimbangi kebutuhan oksigen masyarakat kota itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung ketersediaan RTH yang direncanakan di dalam RDTR Kota Bireuen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada lah metode deskriptif dengan teknik survai. Sedangkan analisis kecukupan RTH menggunakan rumus berdasarkan luas daerah dibagi dengan RTH yang tersedia. Hasil perhitungan analisis RTH di dapat bahwasannya RTH Kota Bireuen sebesar 46,96%.Kata Kunci: Bireuen, RTH, RDTR Abstrack. The rapid growth of population and the high development of the developmental, causing the number of areas that switch functions to areas that are not appropriate designation established by the government including green open space (GOS) that serves to support the quality of life of people in a city both in terms of environment and health . The rapid development of a city would attract many people to move to the city, the increasing number of people of course also increases the need for oxygen. For that Bireuen City is required to provide GOS to compensate for the oxygen needs of the people of the city itself. This study aims to calculate the planned GOS availability in the DSP of Bireuen City. The method used in this research is descriptive method with survey technique. While the analysis of GOS adequacy using the formula based on the area divided by the available GOS. The calculation result of GOS analysis can be that the GOS of Bireuen City is 46.96%.Keyword: Bireuen, GOS, DSP

This developing area provides a very wide potential in the development as an area that has excellent products or development projects in Bandung. Cigondewah area has the potential to become this area as a creative industrial area that can support the income of the people and the city of Bandung. Cigondewah is one of the areas known as the Cigondewah environment and surrounding areas as a creative industrial area about the utilization of textile industry waste that sells the rest of cloth from factories around the city of Bandung. The area of Cigondewah grows and develops with the uniqueness of the community itself that will take advantage of opportunities from the textile industry, homes along the road corridor that turns into the shelter, the community into warehouses and shops to sell fabrics.It is also the aim of the government to promote and develop tourist areas Cigondewah for the future to be better again to enhance the identity of the area Cigondewah as a tourist area fabric shopping in the city of Bandung. This study aims to determine the development of creative industries in Cigondewah. Cigondewah Textile Tourism Area of Bandung City, especially Capacity Building, to show the identity and image of Cigondewah area as a textile tourism area in Bandung City. The identity of Cigondewah area which is currently called Cigondewah as Tourism Shopping Area Cloth. From this research is expected to give an idea that the environment is in the corridor Cigondewah road.
