REPRESENTATION OF NOSTALGIA IN THE PROGRAM  MEMORI MELODI IN TVRI NATIONAL

This study describes the representation of nostalgia in the “Memori Melodi” music program in the episode Tribute To Yon Koeswoyo. This study uses a construction approach from the representation of Stuart Hall. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. Data collection used is observation without a roleplay and interviews. Data analysis used Miles and Huberman model data analysis which consisted of data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and verification. The results of this study indicate there is a nostalgic representation in the music program of “Memori Melodi” episode Tribute To Yon Koeswoyo. The appearance of nostalgic is constructed through verbal and non-verbal language in each segment. The construction of social interactions between the performers (host, singer, audience) and sensory input (music, visual, narrative about Koes Plus and Yon Koeswoyo, and expressions of the performers) is a form of nostalgia in the Tribute To Yon Koeswoyo's episode. This nostalgic representation is useful knowledge about the reappearance of nostalgia in music programs on television.

The objectives of this research are to know and to analyze about the effect of Continuous Improvement on the performance of employees at PT. Rentang Buana Niagamakmur (PT.RBN) Tasikmalaya. Research method which applied in this research is survey research method, while data collecting technique is done by through questionaire. Sampling technique applies sample is accidental sampling technique and the size sample is 55 respondents. Data analysis techniques used in the study is simple regression technique, analysis of the coefficient of determination and t test. The results showed that the Continuous Improvement including both criteria, including employee performance criteria, as well as Continuous Improvement has a positive influence on employee performance of 76,4% in PT . Rentang Buana Niagamakmur (PT.RBN) Tasikmalaya.

This study aims to determine the extent to which the teaching staff in the Semarang State Polytechnic Accounting Department applies a style of speech; i.e. either oratory, deliberative, consultative, relaxed, or intimate. The data collection is done by questionnaire and class observation. The population of this study consists of teaching staff at the Semarang State Polytechnic Accounting Department. The data is more qualitative, which is more in the form of a description of the characteristics of the respondents and not much related to the numbers. Sampling technique is done by population, namely all teaching staff of Semarang State Polytechnic Accounting Department. Data analysis is carried out by a Likert Scale of 5. The results indicate that Consultative Speech is the style most widely applied by the Teaching Staff of the Semarang State Polytechnic Accounting Department, while the oratoric speaking style is the least practiced style. Extemporan presentation method is the most widely applied method in the activities of the Teaching and Learning Process in the Semarang State Polytechnic Accounting Department, while the impromptu method is the least applied method. The most widely used body language is a smile, while eye flicker is the least applied body language. The distance between the Teaching Staff and Students in the Teaching and Learning Process activities that are most widely applied are groups (125-350 cm), while the least applied distance is intimate (50 cm). The results of this study support the previous research that the use of Body Language greatly affects the success of the Teaching and Learning process.

The rate of stroke incidence is about 200 per 100,000 people throughout the world. This study aims to determine the Relation Suffer Stroke With Independence Level In Neurology Polyclinic TK II DR Ak Gani Palembang Year Hospital 2017. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with cross sectional design that is done by interviewing techniques with questionnaires on 42 respondents with Accidental sampling technique. This research was conducted in August 2017. Data analysis used is univariate data analysis and bivariate data analysis with one way anova test result. The results of univariate analysis showed that the duration of the respondents suffering from stroke was between 2.10 years to 3.38 years. Also found that most respondents were at the level of independence f; independent, except bathing, dressing, moving, and one other function with a total of 12 respondents. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the long suffering stroke with the level of independence with the value of p value 0.025. For that the need for rehabilitation to patients and families of patients in order to help improve the independence of stroke patients in doing their daily activities. AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of the role of the Chairperson and Cooperative Manager in the preparation and application of Financial Statements based on SAK ETAP in cooperatives in the city of Palembang. This research is a quantitative study using data obtained from questionnaires and measured using a Likert scale. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The sample used in this study was the Chairperson of the cooperative and the manager of the cooperative in the city of Palembang. The cooperatives studied were 203 cooperatives. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test. The research is proposed to test the influence of Leadership and Motivation Work on Public Service Quality. The population in this study was the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh who had received the last 1 year service at the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh, amounting to 260 people. Furthermore, by using the Slovin formula, a sample size of 158 people was chosen with a sampling technique based on Simple Random Sampling. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis and hypothesis testing using t test with data analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of the study based on showing that partially the Leadership and motivation work have a positive and significant effect on Public Service Quality. The results also show that motivation work variables act as intervening variables between Leadership and Public Service Quality.

This research was conducted in order to test how much influence product quality, price and brand to the volume of sales at PT. Gemilang Jaya Bella bracelets Spring Bed Semarang. Independent variables include variable product quality, price and brand while the dependent variable is the volume of sales.In determining the data to be studied sampling technique used is the census. Census is a sampling technique when all members of the population used as a sample .. Respondents were selected is the consumer stores PT. Gemilang Jaya Bella bracelets Spring Bed Semarang. Thus obtained sample was 50 respondents. Data analysis methods used to perform hypothesis testing is multiple linear regression analysis.Based on the results of research that has been conducted on all data obtained, the importance of the research that 1). There is a positive and significant effect of the variable quality of the product (X1) to sales volume (Y). 2). The Relationship

This study aims to analyze the interaction of ethical culture, spiritual intelligence, ethical content, and students' ethical behavior. The population in this study is a student at one of the leading accounting vocational education institutions in Yogyakarta. Sampling technique in this research use purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study was 368 respondents. Data analysis using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that the content of ethics affect the student's ethical behavior. The interaction of ethical culture on the relationship between ethical content and ethical behavior suggests it can strengthen its influence. Similarly, the interplay of spiritual intelligence that demonstrates can strengthen the relationship between ethical content and student ethical behavior.

This research was conducted to analyze the effect of innovation orientation and entrepreneurship on the competitive advantage of culinary MSMEs in the Cilandak Barat area, South Jakarta. The population used for this study was 36 actors in the culinary field of SMEC. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling method. The data analysis tool used is PLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that the innovation variable has a significant influence on the culinary competitiveness of SMEC. And, entrepreneurial orientation has a significant influence on the culinary competitiveness of SMEC. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between interpersonal communication and emotional intelligence with achievement motivation in packaged home schooling community students. The population in this study were 50 packaged home schooling community students, where the sampling technique was saturated sampling (census), because the population was the same as the sample. Based on the results of data analysis using multivariate correlation with the help of SPSS 15.0, research results obtained with a correlation coefficient of 0.657 with p <0.05, then H0 which states there is no correlation between interpersonal communication and emotional intelligence is rejected, while Ha which states there is a correlation between Interpersonal communication and emotional intelligence are accepted. Based on the description above it can be concluded that there is a significant correlation with the positive direction between interpersonal communication and emotional intelligence with achievement motivation in packaged home schooling community students. So, the better interpersonal communication and the higher the emotional intelligence will be followed by the higher achievement motivation Keywords: Interpersonal Communication, Emotional Inteligence, Achievemnet Motivation. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui korelasi antara komunikasi interpersonal dan kecerdasan emosi dengan motivasi berprestasi pada siswa komunitas home schooling Berkemas. Populasi pada penelitian ini siswa komunitas home schooling berkemas yang berjumlah 50 orang, dimana tehnik pengambilan sampel adalah sampling jenuh (sensus), karena populasi sama dengan sampel. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan multivariate correlation dengan bantuan program SPSS 15.0 diperoleh hasil penelitian dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,657 dengan p<0,05, maka H0 yang menyatakan tidak ada korelasi antara komunikasi interpersonal dan kecerdasan emosi ditolak, sedangkan Ha yang menyatakan ada korelasi antara komunikasi interpersonal dan kecerdasan emosi diterima. Berdasarkan uraian diatas dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa ada korelasi yang signifikan dengan arah positf antara komunikasi interpersonal dan kecerdasan emosi dengan motivasi berprestasi pada siswa komunitas home schooling Berkemas. Jadi, semakin baik komunikasi intepersonal dan semakin tinggi kecerdasan emosi akan diikuti dengan semakin tingginya motivasi berprestasi. Kata Kunci: Komunikasi Interpersonal, Kecerdasan Emosional, Motivasi Berprestasi.

Background: In Batik Mawar, almost all work is done manually using the hands and upper arms on a continuous basis combined with the rigor of work and the use of traditional tools. The work has a heavy workload because all the work process is done by the same craftsman causing fatigue besides that the worker also have double role. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between workload and dual role with feelings of fatigue on craftsmen batik roses.Method: This research is Quantitative research with Cross Sectional research design. The population in this study are all artisans in Batik Mawar. Sampling in this study using total sampling technique with the number of research samples as many as 40 respondents. Data analysis used by Univariat and Bivariat.Result: Result of data analysis using Chi-Square test for work load got value p-Value = 0,001. The result of data analysis using Chi-square test for double role got p-value = 0,031. Thus it is concluded that there is a meaningful relationship between workload and dual role with feeling tired. We recommend that craftsmen wash clothes 2 times a day, cook ready meals, other than together in completing the work at home Di Batik Mawar, hampir semua pekerjaan dikerjakan secara manual menggunakan tangan dan lengan atas secara berkesinambungan yang dikombinasi dengan ketelitian kerja dan penggunaan alat-alat tradisional. Pekerjaan mempunyai beban kerja yang berat dikarenakan semua proses kerja dilakukan oleh pengrajin yang sama sehingga menimbulkan kelelahan disamping itu pekerjanya juga memiliki peran ganda. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan beban kerja dan peran ganda dengan perasaan lelah pada pengrajin batik mawar.Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian Cross Sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pengrajin di Batik Mawar. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 40 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan Univariat dan Bivariat.Hasil: Hasil analisis data yang menggunakan uji Chi-Square untuk beban kerja didapatkan nilai p-Value = 0,001. Hasil analisis data yang menggunakan uji Chi-square untuk peran ganda didapatkan nilai p-value= 0,031. Dengan demikian disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang bermakna antara beban kerja dan peran ganda dengan perasaan lelah.Sebaiknya pengrajin mencuci pakaian 2 kali sehari, memasak makanan siap saji, selain itu dengan cara bersama-sama dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan dirumah.
