This study aims to determine how the strategies used by Muslim women who do UMKM songket Batubara in developing their businesses. The sample used in this study were four MSME actors of songket Batubara, and the approach used was an inductive qualitative approach. In this study, the data analysis tools used were SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats). The results of the analysis show that this study produces a triple helix stakeholder model in this study as: a. Academics in this case are a source of knowledge with the latest theories and are relevant to the business developed by Batu Bara songket business actors run by Muslim women in Batu Bara to gain a competitive and sustainable advantage. b. Business is an entity that carries out business processes in creating added value and maintaining sustainable growth. c. The government acts as a regulator as well as a controller that has regulations and responsibilities in developing businesses. The government also has a role to coordinate stakeholders who contribute to the development of women's businesses in the treatment of Batu Bara songket cloth. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, it can be seen that the Stakeholders are implementing the SO (Strength and Opportunities) strategy, which is a strategy in which the company uses the strengths and opportunities it has to run its business.

The development of the fisheries and marine sector absolutely must be done to increase the production and competitiveness of fisheries and marine products. The Government of Indonesia has established several areas as minapolitan areas, one of which is West Sumbawa Regency as a minapolitan area for seaweed development. Besides seaweed, the minapolitan area has many other potentials that can be developed to improve the competitiveness and added value of the minapolitan area. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to find out the potential of the Minapolitan Area, analyze the internal and external factors of the Minapolitan Area, and formulating the development strategy of the West Sumbawa Regency Minapolitan Area. This research was conducted from October to December 2020, in Labuhan Kertasari Village, Taliwang District, West Sumbawa Regency, which was selected by purposive sampling. The data used include primary data from the interview results of respondents and secondary data from several related agencies. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis and SWOT analysis. The results showed that the West Sumbawa Regency minapolitan area apart from being a seaweed development area also has other potentials such as capture fisheries, marine and inland aquaculture, tourism (small islands, beaches, seaweed education), agricultural food crops, plantations, and animal husbandry. West Sumbawa Regency Minapolitan area development strategy, is a SO (Strengthness-Opportunity) strategy, which is a strategy that utilizes the strengths to seize opportunities or aggressive strategies which include Encouraging investment in the Minapolitan area, Diversifying fishery and agricultural processed products, Increasing development and optimizing use facilities and infrastructure of production, processing and marketing activities of agricultural products in a broad sense and tourism, increasing the potential of agriculture and fisheries and tourism in order to expand employment opportunities and facilitate and accelerate licensing and investment service rules.

This study aims to find out how the strategy is in an effort to improve and develop people's salt management in Sumbawa Regency. The problem faced is the problem of competitiveness and product added value which is still low, so that it leads to the level of the economic welfare of the economic actors in the salt sector. To overcome these problems, a Salt Development Strategy is needed in order to have competitiveness. SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) is used in research to develop strategies by considering strengths and weaknesses (internal environment) as well as opportunities and threats (external environment) faced by the Regional Government of Sumbawa Regency in order to develop its salt potential. The method of data collection was carried out by the method of Focused Group Discussion, Participatory Resource Mapping, observation, interviews, and literature study. The research subjects are stakeholders in Sumbawa Regency, namely the Sumbawa Regency Government, Academics, Entrepreneurs/Industry, and Salt Farmers Community. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research. The resulted of this research were the strategies to develop the salt industry. Those strategies were: 1). Increasing the salt business system financing program, 2). Facilitating group or institutional development through collaboration with related parties, 3). Education about salt innovation and technology, 4). Increased cooperation with the government, especially the Cooperatives, Trade, and UMKM Service and the Fisheries and Marine Service, 5). Strengthening institutional management through various human resources education and training, 6). Strengthening capital capabilities and business partnerships, 7). Improvement of supporting facilities and infrastructure, 8). Development of salt business through the introduction of side businesses supporting the salt industry and 9). Establishment of a salt business association in the context of sharing information and experiences related to the world of salt.

ABSTRAK Rumah sakit adalah institusi penyedia jasa layanan kesehatan, Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro sebagai salah satu Rumah Sakit milik pemerintah kabupaten Bojonegoro. Sebagai pusat rujukandari beberapa rumah sakit di daerah Bojonegoro dan sekitarnya. Dalam penelitian ini menggunkan suatu pen dekatan dengan analisis SWOT yang merupakan langkah awal dari suatu perencanaan strategi pengembangan yang dimulai dengan identifikasi masalah, tujuan organisasi sampai pada menimbang kekuatan dan kelemahan sendiri serta peluang dan ancaman dari luar dan juga melakukan beberapa langkah penting yang menunjang pemasaran atau pengembangan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian studi kasus dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan Populasi dalam penelitian ini populasinya adalah pasien rawatinap dan pasien rawat jalan sebanyak 200 orang responden Sampel merupakan sebagian atau wakil populasi yang diteliti. Dalam penelitian ini mengunakan sampling pertimbangan (Judgement Sampling) Dari hasil pendekatan dengan analisis SWOT perlunya pelaksanaan atau realisasi dari struktur organisasi yang menempatkan farmasis dalam farmasi klinik, peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas sumber daya manusia, serta perlunya penambahan fasilitas berhubungan dengan IPTEK untuk kegiatan pelayanan farmasi baik secara manajerial maupun ke arah farmasi klinik. Kata Kunci : Farmasi, Analisis SWOT ABSTRACT The hospital is an institution health care providers, Regional General Hospital Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro as one of the government-owned hospital Bojonegoro. As the center rujukandari several hospitals in Bojonegoro and the surrounding area. In this study using the approach with a pen SWOT analysis is the first step of a development strategy planning which starts with the identification of the problem, the purpose of the organization came to weigh their own strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats from the outside and also did some important steps to support the marketing or development. This research is a case study using qualitative descriptive study design and population in this study population was rawatinap patients and outpatients as many as 200 people respondent sample is partially or representative of the population studied. In this study, using sampling considerations (Judgement Sampling) From the SWOT analysis approach with the need for the implementation or realization of the organizational structure that puts pharmacists in clinical pharmacy, improving the quality and quantity of human resources, as well as the need for additional facilities related to science and technology for good pharmaceutical service activities managerially and in the direction of clinical pharmacy. Sea transportation is a major factor connecting the islands of Indonesia which has strategic and important value in supporting the sustainability of the national economy. Along with the government's policy on the sea highway program and the development of the domestic shipping industry, the growth of the commercial fleet, especially vessels, is currently experiencing rapid progress. In supporting the government program and the demand for reparation and procurement of new ships in domestic production, readiness is required from the shipyard. However, the current condition of the shipyard is only able to meet 83% of the demand for new shipbuilding so that the shipyard still needs to be developed in order to improve its capabilities, so that it can meet the needs and be able to carry out its functions in accordance with the progress of shipping technology. In this study discusses the strategy of developing shipbuilding using qualitative descriptive methods and quantitative SWOT analysis. In this case study shipyard development strategy by increasing the ability of shipyards to meet the demands of ship building by increasing supporting facilities and accompanied by increasing the ability of human resources in the mastery of science and technology. The purpose of the study is to: (1). Analyzing the attractiveness of Pasut Beach as one of the tourist destinations in Tabanan Regency. (2). Analyze the strategy of developing Pasut Beach as a tourist destination in Tabanan Regency. The research location was determined by purposive sampling Pasut Beach, located in Tibubiu Village, Kerambitan District, Tabanan on the basis of having a very suitable potential to be developed into a tourist destination. The sample of the study was taken by 49 people consisting of elements from the Government, community leaders and tourism actors. This study uses qualitative qualitative analysis method (giving more detailed reviews and interpretations of the data obtained and SWOT analysis. Furthermore, in the SWOT method the External Strategy Factor Matrix (EFAS) model and the Internal Strategy Factor Matrix Model (IFAS) are used, followed by IFE matrix and EFE matrix to determine the weight, rating and score and to determine the strategy and position of the quadrant I - E matrix, Beach Pas po is in the position in quadrant I, with the S-O strategy where the values ​​of strength and opportunity are equally high ( use the power to get opportunities) by improving the quality of human resources, especially in the field of mastering technology, communication and information.

Troso is a village that was developed by the government of the district of Jepara to be a tourist village. It has the potential of home-based crafts such as weaving which could be developed into industrial centers. However, not all community members realize the potential. The community members don?t recognize that Troso is going to be developed as a tourist village. On the other hand, the way the community member doing their business is very ineffective. There is no coordination with other businessmen to accommodate and to control the business. Each entrepreneur is working on their tradition to enrich their own business. One entrepreneur to another is a competitor. For these reasons, the village needs to be developed in order to be efficient for the welfare of all people in Troso. Purpose of this research is to understand the existence of Tenun Ikat Troso industrial center and to evaluate development strategy of Tenun Ikat Troso industrial center as a tourist village in the district of Jepara. SWOT. The results show that (i) Strength – Opportunity strategy was focusing on digging deeper of the potency and then wrap them up in a specific brand which will impact on economic sector, (ii) Strength – Threat strategy was focusing on offering the potency of the village to investor to create added value of the village to attract tourists, (iii) Weakness – Opportunity strategy was focusing on building the community awareness of a tourist village plan and the importance of Troso weaving industry association, and (iv). Weakness – Threat strategy was focusing on identifying existing weaknesses of the Troso tourist village and then inviting other stakeholders to get involved in developing the village. The research aim is to determine development strategy of Banjar Samu as a tourism village. This research used qualitative and quantitative data with source from primary and secondary data. Observation, interview and documentation are data collection techniques. The sample method used purposive sampling while data analysis used descriptive qualitative and SWOT analysis.  Based on the results, the research indicate is that Banjar Samu have tourism potential which is consisted of natural potentials include panorama of rice fields and water springs. While the potential of culture include: community activities, hospitality and attitude of mutual cooperation, temples: building architecture and religious activity, sacred art of barong landung and another arts entertainment such as joged bumbung, arja, gambelan geguntangan, as well as local craft communities such as wood carving, silver handicrafts, yoga-meditation activity and sekaa such as sekaa gong,  joged, geguntangan, arja, angklung, subak and sekaa santi. Based on the analysis of SWOT Matrix, the results obtained by SO strategies are improving the quality of tourism potential and establish tourist activity. ST strategy is improving the security services. WO strategies are increasing cooperation with the government college, arranging some promotion. In the framework of improving governance, functional dimensions, and performance of the fishing port, the Nusantara Fishery Port in Jembrana Bali compiles a "strategic plan" to improve the class classification of the Nusantara Fishing Port Pengambengan to become a class A Ocean Fishing Port, a number of management facility criteria are required as the main prerequisites. The purpose of this study was to determine the condition of the facilities at Nusantara Fishing Port Pengambengan and to determine the strategy for developing a fishing port at Nusantara Fishing Port Pengambengan. This research method uses descriptive qualitative and quantitative methods. Data collection techniques through direct observation and interviews using a questionnaire regarding the condition of the facilities at Nusantara Fishing Port Pengambengan, then data analysis using a SWOT analysis approach. Nusantara Pengambengan Fishery Port is a class B port that functions as a support for the management and utilization of fish resources and the environment, starting from pre-production, production, processing and marketing of fishery products. In supporting fishery activities, Nusantara Fishing Port Pengambengan is currently supported by various facilities, namely basic facilities, functional facilities, and supporting facilities. The results showed that there were several facilities in poor conditions, namely basic pier facilities, anchoring ponds, complex roads, and drainage, from supporting facilities, namely public toilets and guest houses. Several facilities are not available in the Nusantara Fishing Port Pengambengan construction, namely ship docks, net repair wards/places, laboratories, WWTPs, watchtowers, and perimeter fences. The strategies obtained from the results of this study include: (1) Improving the quality of the catch to provide a positive image for potential investors. (2) Improve administrative services to provide fishermen comfort when carrying out fishing operations. (3) Support is needed, especially the role of the government related to management and development.

The basic concept of tourism development strategy mangrove forest is reviewing the state of observation in the area of mangrove forests, perceptions and preferences of society and local government, and the use of SWOT analysis. This study aims to determine the development strategy of mangrove forest tour in the village Langadai Kelumpang Hilir Subdistrict, so mangrove well then expected to implement development programs and the development of an integrated strategy between the conservation of natural resouces with economic development in a sustainable society. The application of the concept of travel in the area of mangrove forest ecosystems in general is expected to reduce the rate of destruction of these areas by the public.  Processing method used is the analysis of the potensial landscape and strategy development SWOT analysis. Analysis of the data elements of the landscape each focal point of the model pengharkatan done that is by scoring according to the criteria assessment landscape elements that have been modified. While the SWOT analysis is a technique for identifying problems based on potential or strengths and weaknesses to address and respond to the opportunities and threats. So that the analysis results can be used as a basis for the development of mangrove forest tour in the village Langadai Kelumpang Hilir subdistrict in the future.  Based on the results of the assessment landscape mangrove forest tour in the village Langadai Kelumpang Hilir Subdistrict is in the range of 19-33 which means to have a high quality, so it has the potential to be developed as the natural attractions. Based on the results of this study resulted in several recommendations that include: Completing the supporting infrastructure of natural traveled activities such as: roads, bridges, gazebo, fishing, sanitary facilities, public toilets and others. Promotion to the public both in the region and outside the region. The government should  make the rules tight areas in the preservation of nature and fully supported by the community. Improving the quality of management of natural attractions integrated manner.

<p>Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) have an important role and strategic for economic growth. This is because at the time of the economic crisis in Indonesia, SMEs are the economic sectors which have the most excellent durability. Wedoro Village in Sidoarjo city, Indonesia, is famous for the footwear creative industry especially slippers and shoes. A wide variety of slippers and shoes with different types available. Stores and outlets are widespread across the village. Wedoro region has been known as one of the predecessors of creative industries in the field of footwear. Currently the industrial centres of creative footwear is experiencing a decline in sales compared with its heyday in 2001-2006 years ago. This research aims to design a development strategy of the creative industry centre in Wedoro by using SWOT analysis and grand strategy. The results of this study indicate that the cause of the decline in sales is a flood of Chinese products, rising raw material prices, and the lack of innovation in product design. Hence, creative industry in Indonesia especially in Wedoro Village might need a guidance from the government in developing innovation in product design and marketing. It is therefore expected that the existence of a creative industry in Wedoro can grow and create occupations especially for local residents and also increase the revenue of the Sidoarjo city.</p>
