Gamification in education has been discussed with potential for further implementation at universities; however, practical suggestions concerning which key issues educators need to consider has far not been shared in academia. This study applied a qualitative approach using interview data with 24 students who participated in the business class with games as learning measures. It has found that most of them believed that gamification could be useful in reinforcing key themes and topics after having learnt them through traditional means: They appreciated the games as a supportive measure to ‘glue’ key knowledge to their learning. A significant drawback that they emphasised was that taking notes is not easy while they are involved in games, which made them unconfident and uncertain about the learning outcome. As a result, a conceptual framework for pedagogy stakeholders was proposed for further discussion of how to design a gamification-based curriculum effectively.

The aims of this research is to find out activities and learning outcomes of History major grade 3 of SMAN 4 Barabai. This research was classroom action research ( PTK )that used qualitative approach. The techniques for collecting data were observation to the students learning activities and teacher activities in teaching and learning. Meanwhile, the learning outcomes taken from the pretest and postest scores, and also questionnaires which are given to students after the lessons in order to get their responses. As the result, showed that the students’ learning activities  have been increasing in the first cycle with 84% and in the second cycle with 92%. The learning outcomes have been increasing in the first cycle with 83.3% and in the second cycle with 95.8%. The individual learning completeness has been increasing  which is seen from the average learning outcomes, and positive responses are shown by the students during  the lessons using make-a-match learning model.Key Word: Activity, Learning Outcome of History, Make-a-match model.

The integration of religious sciences (Naqli) with social and physical sciences (Aqli) manifests the uniqueness of education system in Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM). This model of teaching and learning, known as iNaQ, is however is still incomplete, thus leaving rooms for improvisation. The aspect of a standardised measurement and method of evaluation have become one of the vital impediment that ought to be enhanced. Thus, this study aims to improve the iNaQ model by applying and integrating Bloom's taxonomy of learning that will establish and produce a domain-based learning outcome. The present research utilises a qualitative approach in which textual analysis is applied as the main instruments of examination. The samples used are extracted from related documents. As a result, the application of Bloom's learning taxonomy in USIM's iNaQ Model creates clear learning outcomes for each levels of process. This finding provides a solution to the non-uniformity in the implementation and evaluation of courses in USIM due to the lack of clear iNaQ learning outcomes.

This study aims to describe the steps of Group Investigation learning using suling media that can improve the learning outcomes of students. Group Investigation learning has six steps have identifying topics and organizing into groups, planning the investigation, carrying out the investigating, preparing the final report, presenting the final result, and evaluating. The research is a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used are tests, observations, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of data used: data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal of conclusions. The validity of data is the perseverance of observer, triangulation, and peer inspection. This research can improve student learning outcomes. This result shows the percentage of student learning outcomes in the pra cycle amounting to 48% that has a rate of 75 and increased during the first cycle with 80%. The result of teacher observation is 89.28%, while the students’ is 78.57%. Based on the results of interviews conducted on four students who were the subject of interviews, one of which didn’t increase learning outcome, but liked suling media when interviewed.

The purpose of this study was to increase the learning outcomes of IPA in the Ecosystem Balance mate-rial through the application of the Contextual Teaching And Learning (CTL) learning model for class VI students of SD Negeri 1 Manggeng for the 2017/2018 academic year. The research methodology is Classroom Action Research (CAR) consisting of two cycles and each cycle consisting of two findings. Each cycle consists of planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The data collection technique is to collect test scores that are carried out at the end of each lesson in each cycle using a question in-strument (written test). The learning outcome data were analyzed by means of percentage statistics. The results showed that the completeness of student learning outcomes increased from 66,67% in the first cycle and increased to 83,33% in the second cycle. The application of the Contextual Teaching And Learning (CTL) learning model can increase the learning outcomes of IPA in the Ecosystem Balance material of class VI SD Negeri 1 Manggeng for the 2017/2018 academic year

Particularly in the fourth grade SD Negeri 011 BeringinMakmur PPKn low student learning outcomes. It can be seen from the students after the testin midterm average value of only 61.5. Based on the preliminary study authors, the lowstudent learning outcomes PPKn caused by several things, the strategies used in teaching theteacher does not comply with the demands of learning and students during lessons PPKnfrequency only ask very little because the material is only presented in the form of lectures. The purpose of this study is to improve learning outcomes in subjects PPKn through theimplementation of inquiry learning model SD Negeri 011 Beringin Makmur fourth gradestudents. This research is a classroom action through the stages of planning, implementingaction, observation and reflection. Design research is the model cycle of improvementplanning, implementing action, observation and reflection. The subjects were students ingrade IV SD Negeri 011 Beringin Makmur with the number of 30 people, including 15 womenand 15 men. While the object of the research is PPKn student learning outcomes, the dataused in this study focuses on learning outcomes data PPKn only. From the results of theaction, can be seen learning outcome Civics students from before action is taken (preliminarydata) cycle I and after the action on the second cycle by improving student learning outcomesthat have been achieved, known completeness class on preliminary data only 15 or (50 %) ofall students and after repair in the first cycle has increased to 26 people or 87% of the totalclass IV student SD Negeri 011 Beringin Makmur. In classical learning approach, conventional lecture method is commonly used by teachers in implementing learning process in classes.  The teacher becomes the main source of learning.  The current student’s habit that tends to be passive and individualistic resulted in a passive and monotone learning.      To overcome these problems, I was interested to implement the model of numbered heads together in learning Physics in the Class VII B of SMP Negeri 5 Kota Jambi. The purpose of this learning approach is to enable students to develop cooperative skill and more active learning of physics and to improve learning results. This research is a class action research, which were performed in two cycles.  All students’ activities in the class were observed and recorded in observation sheet, consisting of teacher observation sheet and student observation sheet. To find out the learning outcomes, formative test was performed using a written instrument form.  The results show the increase of students’ discipline, cooperation, liveliness, timeliness in learning Physics.  In addition, the learning model also increases the students’ learning outcomes. The average learning results increased to 75.38 (increase 3.25 points).  To conclude, the implementation of Number Head Together increase students’ discipline, cooperation, activities, and timeliness.  The model also increase the Physics learning outcome of student in SMP Negeri 5 Kota  Jambi.
