This study aims to explain the influence of innovation and product quality to the business performance of UKM Mini Resto D'Besto in address Setia Mekar, Setia  Mekar subdistrict, Tambun – Bekasi. Either partiially or simultaneously (together). In this study, the population and the sample is a consumer of these UKM  totaling 60 responden.Dengan using quantitative research and sampling techniques were used, namely, probability sampling and simple random sampling. Thus the second hypothesis on research which states that the Innovation and Quality Products variables are variables which equally affect the business performance is proven and can be accepted. This suggests that consumers would be interested in buying Chicken D'Besto if innovation and good quality of products offered. Keywords:Innovation, Product Quality, Business Performance

Abstract The purpose of this research is to understand the influence of price and product quality of T-Mart Express Indonesia’s customer satisfaction. This research is a quantitative research by using the SPSS Statistic 22 with 112 respondent of the sample which is T-Mart Express Indonesia consumers in North  Jakarta who have bought the product three times or more by using non-probability sampling method and purposive sampling techniques. The measurement used was a questionnaire that was distributed through Google Form to the respondent. The result of hypothesis analysis shows that price and product quality significantly affect customer satisfaction. Implications and suggestions are explained in the article. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami pengaruh harga dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan T-Mart Express Indonesia. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan SPSS Statistic 22 dengan sampel sebanyak 112 responden yaitu konsumen T-Mart Express Indonesia di Jakarta Utara yang telah membeli produk tiga kali atau lebih dengan menggunakan metode non probability sampling dan teknik purposive sampling. Pengukuran yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang dibagikan melalui Google Form kepada responden. Hasil analisis hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa harga dan kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Implikasi dan saran dijelaskan pada artikel

Halal label has an important role to make consumers recognize easily the quality of products, especially to Muslim consumers. It has enhanced the image of products’s cleaness, purity, and no harm. The non-Muslims are also give positif feedback about halal label. This study aims to determine the consumers’ perseption of halal label, the effect perception of halal label on consumers purchasing preference at the Pizza Hut and KFC Restaurant. Determine whether there are differences in consumers' perception of halal label based on gender, religion, educational background, and income. Determine whether there are differences of influence on halal label perception based on gender, religion, education background and income to consumer preferences. This research is quantitative with 200 sample respondents Pizza Hut and KFC, simple random sampling method. The data collection using a likert scale questionaire. Data were analized using Correlation Analysis, Different T-test & F-test (Anova), and Analisis Multivariat Analysis Varians (Manova). The result found that overall average level of respondents's perception of halal label positif and has significant effect on the preferences. Then the result of analysis differences perseption found that there are significant differences between the consumers’ perseption of halal label based on gender, religion, educational background, while based income level, did not occur significantly different. The result analysis in effect, discover that there were significant differences influent perception of halal label on the characteristics of the consumers purchasing preferences: gender, religion, educational background, and income.

ABSTRACTThis research aims to identify  he influence of quality of academic service owned by the Prodi Administration Business toward consumer satisfaction batch 2013. This research used quantitative descriptive method. The type of data required for research is the primary data and secondary data. Sampling done by the method of probability sampling type of simple random sampling with 72 responden. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of T test here are two variables that effect i.e. variable Responsivenss (responsiveness) and Tangible (physical evidence), while variable Reliability (reliability), Assurane (Assurance) and Emphaty (empathy) does not affect the satisfaction of the students. The study was aimed at seeing how extracurricular Islamic spirituality affects student’s behavior at SMAN 10 Bengkulu. The kind of research that was used in this study was quantitative research with a quantitative descriptive approach. The data-collection techniques used were questionnaires, observation, interview, and documentation. The sample in this study was all of the students who have participated in extracurricular Islamic Spirituality at SMAN 10 Bengkulu. Researchers used probability sampling techniques of simple random sampling. Research data analysis used simple linier regression analysis, F-Test, t-test, and coefficient determinations (R2) with the help of SPSS 16. The finding of these studies' extracurricular activities of Islamic spirituality affects student’s behavior. This was evidenced by tcount of 3,120 whereas ttable of 2,037 at a significant level of 0.05. Based on these results tcount was greater than the expectation tchart. Thus, it may be concluded that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected so that there was an influence of Islamic spirituality extracurricular activities on student behavior by 22.8% while the remaining 77.2% was influenced by other factors not studied in this study.

This research is a quantitative research that aims to determine the effect of price, Brand Image and Quality Product. The population to consumers who come to Yamaha dealers in the area of South Jakarta City, the sample size was taken as many as 75 respondents, with probability sampling method, especially Random Sampling. Data collection is done through the distribution of questionaires. The analysis technique used is the method of PLS (Partial Last Square) analysis. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran efektivitas pembelajaran daring menggunakan media online selama pandemi covid-19 pada mata pelajaran matematika. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif yang fokus pada evaluasi pembelajaran menggunakan media online. Populasi penelitian yakni seluruh peserta didik SMA Negeri 1 Wajo yang diajar pada mata pelajaran matematika menggunakan metode daring. Sampel penelitian yakni peserta didik kelas XI MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Wajo yang dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan mempertimbangkan homogenitas populasi. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner pembelajaran daring. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan peserta didik menilai pembelajaran matematika menggunakan media online sangat efektif (23,3%), sebagian besar mereka menilai efektif (46,7%), dan menilai biasa saja (20%). Meskipun ada juga peserta didik yang menganggap pembelajaran daring tidak efektif (10%), dan sama sekali tidak ada (0%) yang menilai sangat tidak efektif. Akhirnya, untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran daring matematika selama pandemi covid-19, maka pendidik harus memenuhi sepuluh saran dari responden, yakni: (1) pembelajaran dilakukan melalui video call; (2) pemberian materi pembelajaran yang ringkas; (3) meminimalisir mengirim materi dalam bentuk video berat untuk menghemat kuota; (4) pemilihan materi dalam video harus berdasarkan kriteria bahasa yang mudah dipahami; (5) tetap memberikan materi sebelum penugasan; (6) pemberian soal yang variatif dan berbeda tiap peserta didik; (7) pemberian tugas harus disertakan cara kerjanya; (8) memberikan tugas sesuai dengan jadwal pelajaran; (9) mengingatkan peserta didik jika ada tugas yang diberikan; dan (10) mengurangi tugas.AbstractThis study aims to describe the effectiveness of online learning during the covid-19 pandemic in mathematics. This descriptive quantitative research focuses on the evaluation of online learning. The population of this study was all the students of SMA Negeri 1 Wajo who were taught mathematics. The research sample is XI MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Wajo was selected randomly with population homogeneity consideration. Data was collected by using an online learning questionnaire and analyzed descriptively. The result showed the presentation on students’ who were assuming learning mathematics was very effective with online learning was 23.3 %, the majority of students who assumed it was effective was 46.7 %, 20% of them assume it was nothing special, 10 % assume it was not effective, and 0% assume it was very ineffective . It also found from the study that to enhance the quality of mathematics online learning during the covid-19 pandemic, the teachers should full fill the respondent recommendations, they are; (1) the learning should be done with video call (2) the contents should be simple; (3) minimize the learning video capacity (4) the language that used in the video should be easy to understand; (5) the content should be explained before giving the task; (6) variety task for each student; (7) the task should come with clear instructions; (8) the task should be on schedule; (9) the task should be reminded to the students; (10) reduces the task.

The Indonesian cosmetics industry is currently developing—one of them, PT. Martina Berto encourages her company to excel in competition. The first brands produced and marketed was Sariayu Martha Tilaar as a natural cosmetics. In 1983, Sariayu had become a very well-known cosmetics in the country. PT. Martina Berto, developed by Martha Tilaar Group, improves the quality of Sariayu lipstick products and maintains affordable prices so that it can compete with other lipstick products. The purpose of this study is to analyze and discuss the effect of product quality and price on loyalty with satisfaction as an intervening variable on SARIAYU Lipstick customers at Martha Tilaar Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya Outlet. This type of research is quantitative research. This research uses a non-probability sampling technique with 110 respondents taken from SARIAYU Lipstick customers at Martha Tilaar Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya Outlet. The instrument used was a questionnaire that used a Likert scale and analyzed it with path analysis using AMOS 22. The results showed a positive and significant effect of product quality on satisfaction. There is also a significant effect of price on satisfaction. Then there is a positive and significant effect of satisfaction on loyalty. Besides, there is a positive and significant effect of product quality on loyalty. Furthermore, finally, there is a positive and significant price on loyalty.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions on Mayoutfit Bandung products. The research method used for this research is descriptive verification. The population in this study was Mayoutfit Bandung followers of 1.2 billion, using simple random sampling with a sample size of 100 people.The results of this study indicate that: (1) Descriptive analysis of the Mayoutfit Bandung brand image shows results with good criteria with an average value of 3.53. (2) The results of descriptive analysis regarding the quality of Mayoutfit Bandung products show results with good criteria with an average value of 3.44. (3) The results of descriptive analysis of purchasing decisions show results with good criteria with an average value of 3.52. (4) There is a significant influence between brand image and product quality together on purchasing decisions. Based on the results of the F test, obtained an F count of 40.768. These results indicate that F arithmetic> F table (40.768> 2.36). This can be interpreted that the Effect of Brand Image and Product Quality together affect the Purchasing Decision.

Abstract:This study aims to determine how the influence of service quality on member satisfaction. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study were 503 members of the Bhakti Lestari Savings and Credit Cooperative who addressed the Merarai Satu Village, Sungai Tebelian District, Sintang Regency. The number of samples in this study were 80 respondents, the sampling method  Used was Simple Random Sampling. Data analysis was first carried out by looking for validity and reliability, contribution tests, and classic assumption tests. The results showed that the quality of service affects the satisfaction of members of the Cooperative Bhakti Lestari with the results of the t test, obtained a t count of 8.774 is greater than (>) t table of 1.990 and the value of Sig. 0,000 <0.05.Keywords: Service Quality, Member SatisfactionAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan anggota. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif.Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah anggota Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP) Bhakti Lestari sebanyak 503 orang yang beralamatkan di Desa Merarai Satu, Kecamatan Sungai Tebelian, Kabupaten Sintang.Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 80 responden, metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Simple Random Sampling.Analisis data terlebih dahulu dilakukan dengan mencari validitas dan reliabilitas, uji kontribusi, serta uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan anggota Koperasi Bhakti Lestari dengan hasil uji t, diperoleh nilai thitung 8,774 lebih besar dari (>) ttabel 1,990dan nilai Sig. 0,000 < 0,05Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Anggota
