Patikan Kebo (Euphorbia hirta) leaves are often used as traditional medicine and have been proven to be natural antiseptics. We use this society as a basis for analyzing its antiseptic content clinically through laboratory testing. The test results will then be presented in the form of a brochure. The brochure that will be distributed before going through the 4D model development stage. The method used in this study is the maceration method to proceed to the phytochemical test. The results of this study found the presence of iodine in the sap and alkaloid content and tanin through phytochemical tests through screening tests. The results of this study are then presented in the form of a brochure with a validation test from 2 experts obtaining an average score of 3.2 in the good category. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that it is true that Patikan Kebo (Euphorbia hirta) contains antiseptic compounds that can heal wounds so that it can be informed to the public through a well-validated health brochure for distribution to the public.

Tea is a drink that is very familiar in the world and is very common in everyday life. Tea is also the most consumed and favored beverage by the public after water. Besides being beneficial, tea also contains compounds that have a negative impact on the body, namely caffeine compounds. Caffeine is an alkaloid of the methylxanthine group which plays a role in increasing the work of psychomotor in the body, and side effects that can be caused are anxiety, irregular heartbeat, difficulty sleeping, tremors, diuresis and others. The purpose of this study was to determine the caffeine content in black tea powder circulating in the Old Deli market. This type of research is descriptive with a purposive sampling method. The analytical method used is qualitative with murexide and quantitative ultraviolet spectrophotometry with a wavelength of 267nm. The results of a qualitative analysis of all positive samples contained caffeine. The average quantitative yield of caffeine in brand A black tea powder was (4,82 ±0,0356)%, B brand black tea powder (4,89 ± 0,0173)% and C brand black tea powder (4,93 ± 0,0531)%. The validation test results obtained linearity r = 0,9984, LOD and LOQ is 0,8074 mcg/ml and 2,6914 mcg/ml ,% recovery = 100,07%, RSD = 0,33%. Based on the results of research conducted, it can be concluded that ultraviolet spectrophotometry can be used to determine caffeine levels in black tea powder.

Students' problems in understanding of the hybridization process need to be overcome by using interactive media. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the results of the validation test and the feasibility test of learning media based on Augmented Reality (AR) on the concept of hybridization. The research method used was the Design-based Research (DBR) method based on technology that supports the learning process within two stages, namely the analysis stage and the design and development stage. Data collecting instruments used were a validation test questionnaire and a limited trial sheet. The media was validated by 3 expert lecturers and 10 respondents of Chemical Education Department students at UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung, Indonesia. Overall validation test results obtained an average value of robserved of 0.88. The validation test obtained a value above 0.30, which showed that the learning media was valid and can be used for the limited trial. The limited trial obtained an average value of 88.59 % within a feasible category. This research concluded that AR learning media on the concept of hybridization is appropriate to be used as teaching material in the learning.

Abstract This research produce Mathematics Student Worksheets containing High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). The process of Student Worksheets development was conducted using the 4D model proposed by Thiagaradjan consisted of 4 stages, namely the stage of define, design, develop, and disseminate. The subjects used were grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Karanglewas. The data technique used was a questionnaire of validation results and practicality. The data analysis used includes qualitative and quantitative data. The Student Worksheets validation test results from the three validators obtained an average score of 3.13 which indicates a valid. LKPD practicality test results obtained an average of 3.01 which means practical. Thus, the student worksheets based HOTS of set material is valid and practical and can be used in learning activities.

This study aims to describe the results of the development of a character-based mathematics education module. This study uses a research model developed by Thiagarajan (1974) which is more popularly known as 4D (define, design, develop, dessiminate). However, due to the covid-19 virus pandemic, the research only reached the development stage. At the develop stage, a validation test and a readability test were carried out, for the module readability test was carried out by a small group test totaling six students. The results of this study indicate that the module has met the valid criteria. based on the results of the media validator score showed 68.3% with valid criteria. and the material validator shows a score of 8.9% with valid criteria, and the average score of the two validators is 76.1% which means that the module has been used to be used.   Keywords: learning module, character, triangle and quadrilateral

This study aims to describe the development of interactive CD learning materials based on power point to improve students’ learning outcomes within the topic of production technology, communication and transportation in grade IV. The research methods used are research and development, consisting of the preliminary study, model development, and model testing. The results show that the interactive CD learning materials developed are eligible according to the development steps. The results of media validation and the results of material validation were shown with average score of 79,8% and 87,2% respectively. The students' responses to interactive learning materials scored 81.75% on small-scale trials while large-scale trials obtained a score of 85%. Then the teacher's response scored 71.7% and 80.48% respectively. Based on the value obtained, then the interactive CD teaching materials are feasible to be applied to grade 4 elementary school students. Based on the test results of the student learning on small-scale, it showed that 63% of students passed with the score ≥75. While on a large-scale, 100% of the students passed and scored ≥75. Thus, it can be concluded that the development of interactive teaching materials is appropriate for students in grade IV of elementary school.
