Aim this development is to produce a instructional video thematic by mean of validation.  This research was conducted in Class 3 MI Arriyadlah Pandean Paiton probolinggo. The resulting product is a instructional video thematic. Development method with Bord and Gall model. The results of this study showed that the validation test results of experts stated very valid with the average score of  92,5% for efectivity criteria. 90% for eficiency criteria and 86,6% for attractive criteria.

<p><strong>Abstract:</strong> The aims of this development research are to produce teaching materials in the form of bioinformatics module based on problem-based learning titled analysis of the potential of natural compounds <em>in silico</em> as drug candidates that meet the requirements for validity and practicality to be used in bioinformatics courses. The research method used is research and development method with ADDIE development model which consists of five stages. The validation test result by media experts, material experts, and field practitioners in sequentially obtained the percentage of 98.15%, 91.07%, and 95.97%. The practicality test results obtained a percentage of 87.46%. The conclusion of this development research is the bioinformatics module that has been developed has met the requirements of validity and practicality and can be used without revision.</p><strong>Abstrak:</strong><em> </em>Tujuan dari penelitian pengembangan ini adalah untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar berupa modul bioinformatika berbasis <em>problem-based learning</em> berjudul analisis potensi senyawa alami secara <em>in silico </em>sebagai kandidat obat yang memenuhi syarat kevalidan dan kepraktisan untuk dapat digunakan pada matakuliah bioinformatika. Metode penelitian yang digunakan berupa metode penelitian dan pengembangan (<em>research and development</em>) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri atas lima tahapan. Hasil uji validasi oleh ahli media, ahli materi dan praktisi lapangan secara berurutan diperoleh persentase 98.15%, 91.07%, dan 95.97%. Hasil uji kepraktisan diperoleh persentase 87.46%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian pengembangan ini adalah modul bioinformatika yang telah dikembangkan telah memenuhi syarat kevalidan dan kepraktisan serta dapat digunakan tanpa perlu revisi.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan dan respon siswa terhadap media pembelajaran IPS berbasis video animasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN Panancangan 2 dengan subjek penelitian di kelas IV dengan 20 orang siswa pada uji coba terbatas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan yang telah dikembangkan oleh Sugiyono yang terdiri dari 6 tahapan yaitu analisis masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, uji coba produk. Video animasi di validasi oleh para ahli yaitu ahli materi, ahli media, dan ahli bahasa, selanjutnya dilakukan uji coba produk kepada siswa. Hasil uji validasi para ahli sebesar 79,9% dengan kriteria layak. Hasil uji coba produk sebesar 86,2% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa media video animasi layak untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran IPS pada tema indahnya keragaman di negeriku. Kata kunci : media pembelajaran, IPS, video animasi.AbstractThis study aims to determine the feasibility and response of students to media learning based on animated video animation. This research was conducted at SDN Panancangan 2 with research subjects in class IV with 20 students on a limited trial. The research method used is a research and development method that has been developed by Sugiyono consisting of 6 stages namely problem analysis, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, product trials. Animated videos are validated by experts namely material experts, media experts, and linguists, then the product is tested on students. The validation test results of experts amounted to 79.9% with reasonable criteria. Product trial results of 86.2% with very good criteria. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the video animation media is appropriate to be used in social studies learning on the beautiful theme of diversity in my country. Which has the characteristics that describe all of the information / data naturally / what it is, and the researcher as the primary instrument and attempting to solve or answer the problems encountered during the present situation. Data collection techniques in this study is testing and observation. Data analysis techniques of drawing this study using the percentage formula and individual classical completeness and N-gain formula.activity of students in cycle 1 to obtain an average score of 3.18 with both the criteria and the second cycle had a mean score average 3.75 with both criteria, thus the effort teachers to be active learners can be said to be successful. Based on the results of the study concluded that the learning outcomes of students after using the instructional video media also increased and a better understanding of the abilities active in the matter, where the initial test results in the classical percentage of 22% only 5 students who scored = 75 of the 23 participants learners. The results of tests on the first cycle in the classical percentage of 69% are 16 students who scored = 75 of 23 students means an increase between pre-test and the first cycle of 47%. There was an increase again in the second cycle the percentage increase in the classical learning outcomes by 100% or all students who scored = 75. Means that by using the medium of video learning can improve learning activity and improving student learning outcomes in class X-3 SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palangkaraya.

Patikan Kebo (Euphorbia hirta) leaves are often used as traditional medicine and have been proven to be natural antiseptics. We use this society as a basis for analyzing its antiseptic content clinically through laboratory testing. The test results will then be presented in the form of a brochure. The brochure that will be distributed before going through the 4D model development stage. The method used in this study is the maceration method to proceed to the phytochemical test. The results of this study found the presence of iodine in the sap and alkaloid content and tanin through phytochemical tests through screening tests. The results of this study are then presented in the form of a brochure with a validation test from 2 experts obtaining an average score of 3.2 in the good category. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that it is true that Patikan Kebo (Euphorbia hirta) contains antiseptic compounds that can heal wounds so that it can be informed to the public through a well-validated health brochure for distribution to the public.

Penelitian ini menghasilkan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) Matematika bermuatan HOTS. Proses pengembangan LKPD ini menggunakan model-4D yang dikemukakan oleh Thiagarajan yang terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu pendefinisian, desain, pengembangan, dan uji produk. Subyek yang digunakan adalah siswa kelas VIIISMPNegeri 2 Karanglewas.Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi angket hasil validasi dan kepraktisan. Analisis data yang dipakai meliputi data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil uji validasi LKPD dari ketiga validator diperoleh skor rata-rata 3,13 yang menunjukkan LKPD valid. Hasil uji kepraktisan LKPD diperoleh rata-rata 3,01 yang berarti praktis. Dengan demikian, LKPD berbasis HOTS materi Himpunan valid dan praktis serta dapat digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran.  Abstract This research produce Mathematics Student Worksheets containing High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). The process of Student Worksheets development was conducted using the 4D model proposed by Thiagaradjan consisted of 4 stages, namely the stage of define, design, develop, and disseminate. The subjects used were grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Karanglewas. The data technique used was a questionnaire of validation results and practicality. The data analysis used includes qualitative and quantitative data. The Student Worksheets validation test results from the three validators obtained an average score of 3.13 which indicates a valid. LKPD practicality test results obtained an average of 3.01 which means practical. Thus, the student worksheets based HOTS of set material is valid and practical and can be used in learning activities.

HighlightsAn efficient method for separating peanut seedlings and residual film harvested from film-mulched peanut was proposed, and the mechanism was optimized.The relationships between the suspension velocity and moisture content of different shredded materials were studied.Four-factor, three-level Box-Behnken experiments were carried out and analyzed, and the optimal parameter combination was determined.A validation test was carried out to verify the rationality and accuracy of the optimized regression model.Abstract. To address the problems of lower residual film removal and higher material loss in the forage utilization of peanut seedlings wrapped in residual film, this study explored the relationships between the suspension velocity and moisture content of different shredded materials derived from peanut seedlings and conducted performance tests and parameter optimization for a machine that uses peanut seedlings as forage material. Four-factor, three-level Box-Behnken experiments were designed using the rotational speeds of the shredding shaft, upper fans, and lower fans and the frequency of the vibrating sieve as test factors, and using the residual film removal rate and material loss rate as response values. The test results indicated that the suspension velocity of the shredded materials showed a quadratic relationship with moisture content. The performance tests showed that the significance sequence of the test factors for the residual film removal rate was: rotational speed of the lower fans, rotational speed of the upper fans, rotational speed of the shredding shaft, and frequency of the vibrating sieve. The significance sequence for the material loss rate was: rotational speed of the lower fans, rotational speed of the shredding shaft, frequency of the vibrating sieve, and rotational speed of the upper fans. The parameter optimization and validation test showed that the residual film removal rate was 92.71% and the material loss rate was 8.19% when the rotational speeds of the shredding shaft, upper fans, and lower fans were 1650, 770, and 665 rpm, respectively, and the frequency of the vibrating sieve was 4 Hz. The relative errors between the validation test results and the predicted values from the regression models were less than 3%, which suggests that the regression models are reliable. This study provides a reference for the forage utilization of peanut seedlings harvested from film-mulched peanut and provides a reference for determining the optimal working parameters of forage processing machines. PURPOSE: Sport-related concussions (SRC) are common, especially in rugby (3.00 incidents per 1000 athletic exposures) and American football (0.08 per 1000 athletic exposures). Physiotherapists should be aware of how to assess and manage cases with SRC. The purpose of this study was to assess the knowledge of SRC among physiotherapists. METHODS: The self-administered survey consisted of 16 questions related to physiotherapists’ knowledge in managing SRC patients, case identification, and preventive measures. Countries were divided into regions based on World Physiotherapy regions. Data were analysed using a one-way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) with Tamhane’s T2 post hoc test. RESULTS: A total of 276 male (53.4 %) and 241 female (46.6%) physiotherapists participated. The survey scores ranged from 40%to 100%, with an average score of 62.7%. A master’s degree was the highest educational qualification (46.4%) recorded. There was a difference in the score based on participant qualifications (Welch’s F (4, 58.37) = 15.03, p <  0.001). Participants with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree (73.8±14.6%) or a fellowship (73.0±19.5%) or a masters’ degree (MSc) (62.7±18.5%) obtained greater scores than participants holding a bachelors’ degree (56.7±13.8%, p <  0.001). Furthermore, there was no difference in the survey score based on participants’ region (Welch’s F (4, 143.3) = 0.08, p = 0.988). CONCLUSIONS: The results suggested that many physiotherapists worldwide are aware of the current SRC assessment and management guidelines.

This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK), which aims to improve the learning outcomes of mathematics through NHT type cooperative learning model in students of class VIII A MTs. Muhammadiyah conducted collaboratively between researchers and teachers of mathematics studies. In the implementation of this research, it is done by giving group worksheet and observation sheet of student activity using NHT type cooperative learning model after giving an explanation about Pythagoras Theorem material as much as two cycles that cycle I and II. After being given group worksheets then conducted the assessment includes assessment of test results of a cycle I and cycles II and group worksheet to students that is by applying learning model of cooperative learning type NHT. The subjects of this study were students of class VIII A which amounted to 20 students consisting of 15 male students and 5 female students. Techniques of collecting data in research are this observation and test. The data obtained were then analyzed. The results of the study showed that the implementation using NHT type cooperative learning model on Pythagoras Theorem material. the ability of students in solving problems on the material above has increased. With the increase of the average value of students in the first cycle was 43.45 and increased in cycle II 83.90. Improvement of student learning outcomes to mathematics learning using NHT type cooperative learning is good. This is indicated by the average value of group learning outcomes in cycle I 60.00 or being in the medium category and the average score of the learning outcomes of the group in cycle I 82.50 or in the high category. This shows the result of increased mathematics learning after conducting cooperative learning model of NHT type

National Examination is one of the learning results assessment set by the Government, and is ruled at Minister of Education and Culture regulation Number 4 year 2018. The problem discussed in this study is the low percentage of students achieving Graduare Competence Standard/SKL 55 in the nationale examination tryout for mathematics. One of the alternatives to solve this problem is the Peer Tutoring learning method using Whatsapp Messenger application asisstance, in which the subject is grade 12 AP students of SMK Negeri 1 Tanjungpandan academic year of 2018/2019. The research method implemented is the classroom action research. The peer tutoring learning method using Whatsapp Messenger application asisstance was carried out both inside and outside the classroom by providing a smaller member whatsapp group and a  classroom whatsapp group. Each small group consists of 6 people in which there were 1-2 peer tutors. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, there was an increase at the results of the tryout of mathematics national exam tryout for grade 12 AP students after peer tutoring learning method using whatsapp messenger application asisstance was applied, with the total increase up to 50%. This fact can be inferred from the difference of the test results percentage for the first tryout and the third tryout which is from 10% to 60%, while the average score is increased from 34.96 to 60.22 by 25.26 points.
