Indonesia is a country with unique tourist destinations from each region. The tourism sector has an impact on the Indonesian economy which can encourage economic growth and increase the country's foreign exchange from foreign tourist visits. Tourism growth in Indonesia was disrupted due to the Covid-19 pandemic with the imposition of major social restrictions which resulted in a decrease in tourist visits and the paralysis of the tourism sector. Based on the problems described above, the authors are interested in conducting research in order to classify data on foreign tourist arrivals based on the entrance of foreign tourist arrivals. This research uses data mining method and K-Means Algorithm to form 5 clusters. The 5 clusters are divided into groups of tourist entrances which are categorized as very high (C1), high (C2), moderate (C3), low (C4) and very low (C5). In forming the 5 clusters, the researchers used Ms. Excel and Rapidminer 10.1 to process data. The results of this study obtained that the tourist entrance group was categorized as very high (C1) with 1 data, high (C2) with 1 data, moderate (C3) with 1 data, low (C4) with 1 data and very low (C5). ) that is with 21 data. This study aims to provide suggestions and future considerations to the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemenparekraf) to carry out policies so that the Indonesian tourism sector can return to normal.

Due to the process of globalization, travel has become much more affordable, so tourists have the opportunity to visit foreign and even some exotic destinations. Market research helps travel agencies in formulating a marketing strategy, which should attract tourists and ensure their satisfaction, which ultimately enables the service provider to make a profit. The purpose and goal of the research is to determine whether cultural intelligence as a push-factor implying the desire of tourists to learn a foreign language, and get to know other cultures and their value systems and cultural heritage as a pull-factor implying touring buildings, and cultural monuments of other countries, influence the choice of foreign tourist destinations. Furthermore, the research examines whether the influence of these variables from the aspect of a demographic characteristic of age is more pronounced in respondents belong to generation Z compared to the generation X respondents. The sample includes 208 respondents from the Republic of Serbia. After statistical processing of the data, the obtained results show that variables have a statistically significant positive impact on the choice of foreign tourist destinations, and that their impact is more pronounced in generation Z respondents compared to those of generation X, so the research provides useful information to marketers and travel agencies.

There are complicated correlations between process parameters and quality indicators in candy manufacturing. The objective of this work is to develop an optimization system of candy production process to improve final candy quality and to increase production efficiency. The study is conducted by using an artificial neural network data mining method to obtain optimization knowledge of process parameters from large amount of saved process data. The software platform including data processing, statistic analysis, data mining and graphical display module was developed and the quality forecasting models for typical processing operations were discussed. Experiments indicated that the system can optimize and predict the quality of candy production process effectively.

It has long been observed that tourism is a rapidly changing area of the economy. This applies to both types of tourism, and to tourist destinations. In this context, there is objective problem of reliable and comprehensive information support of tourists and travelers in relation to both the traditional tourism countries and new places. Based on the experience of majority of tourism advanced economies, we believe that geo-portal dedicated to the tourism can serve as such resource. It will have multifaceted importance. On the one hand, the geo-portal can visualize the research results of the territory´s tourism potential and to provide a basis for further scientific and educational works. On the other hand it gives the opportunity for tourists to understand the differences and peculiarities of destination, and for investors - to select promising areas for development. The author gives the example of the geo-portal for tourism created by him with the help of geographic information systems. One of the main distinguishing features of geo-portal is considerations of local differences, because every place has its own uniqueness. For the Republic of Armenia, country with a developing tourism sector, this resource will be useful and necessary. The mountainous terrain and the people living in this area for a long historical period are the main features of the tourism potential of the Republic of Armenia. Geo-portal will provide an opportunity to demonstrate not only a popular attractive tourist sites, but also other objects that may be of tourist interest. This will reduce the pressure on the several popular tourist destinations, as well as to develop tourism in the new parts of the country.

The tourism sector is one of the country's biggest foreign exchange earners. Foreign tourist visits to Indonesia reached 16.1 million during 2019. Therefore foreign tourist visits become a very important thing. In this study clustering will be carried out or grouping data on foreign tourist visits into 5 groups for the category of countries with very high, high, high enough, low and very low visits. Data processing was performed using the K-Means clustering method and the Principle Component Analysis (PCA) dimension reduction method. From the data processing, K-Means modeling results combined with the PCA method resulted in a smaller or better Davies Bouldin Index (DBI) evaluation value of 0.310 compared to K-Means modeling alone which obtained a DBI value of 0.382. The tools used in data processing are RapidMiner. The results of clustering are expected to be a reference for related parties to maximize the promotion of overseas tourism.

The Indonesian tourism sector currently contributes approximately 4% of the total economy. In 2019, the Indonesian Government wants to increase this figure to double to 8% of PDB (Produk Domestik Bruto), a target that implies that within the next 4 years, the number of visitors needs to be doubled to approximately 20 million tourists. This study discusses the Application of Clustering in Grouping the Number of Foreign Tourist Visits by Nationality and Month of Arrival by the K-Means Method. The source of this research data was collected based on data on the number of foreign tourist visits produced by the National Statistics Agency. K-Means clustering is one of the data mining techniques that gives a description of an item's cluster. The purpose of this study is to classify the number of foreign tourists in Indonesia. The results of this study are grouping the number of foreign tourist visits grouped by two clusters (high and low), high clusters of 4 countries and low clusters of 87 countries. Countries that are included in the lower clusters can be used for the Government of Indonesia in terms of improving existing facilities in tourist attractions so that visiting tourists will increase in the future.

Branding of territories is growing rapidly as an approach used in the tourism sector to promote a tourist destination. The concept of branding was borrowed from the world of the mass market and is actively used in a number of national tourist destinations, however, at this stage of its development, an academic analysis of the value and effectiveness of the use of branding of territories is still not fully carried out. First of all, the role of branding in regional tourist territories is not investigated, where brand personalization is extremely important given the geographical proximity of their location.
