Guru merupakan faktor kunci mutu pendidikan dan kemajuan sebuah bangsa. Negara yang kurang memperhatikan tenaga pendidiknya akan sulit maju, karena kualitas generasi penerus di tentukan oleh guru. Untuk itu, tujuan dalam artikel ini adalah menjelaskan peran kepala sekolah dalam memotivasi guru honorer untuk meningkatkan kualitas kompetensi profesionalitas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Jenis wawancara yang di gunakan adalah wawancara terstruktur, dan tidak terstruktur. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan dampak bahwa peran kepala sekolah dalam memotivasi guru honorer dapat meningkatkan kualitas kompetensi profesionalitas dengan cara menggunakan strategi pengembengan kompetensi profesionalitas guru berupa memberi motivasi, mengevaluasi kinerja guru secara berkala, memberikan pembinaan dan penguatan kepada guru, dan memberikan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi melalui seminar, FGD, pelatihan dan workshop kompetensi profesionalitas. The teacher is a critical factor in the quality of education and the progress of a nation. Countries that pay less attention to their educators will find it challenging to progress because the teacher determines the next generation's rate. For this reason, the purpose of this article is to explain the role of school principals in motivating honorary teachers to improve the quality of professional competence. The method used in this research is qualitative research methods. Data collection methods in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The type of talk that is used is structured and unstructured interviews. The data analysis technique used interactive analysis. The results of this study have an impact that the role of the principal in motivating honorary teachers can improve the quality of professional competence by using a strategy of developing teacher professional competence in the form of encouraging, evaluating teacher performance regularly, providing guidance, and strengthening to teachers, and providing training to improve competence through seminars, FGDs, training and professional competency workshops.

Management in madrasah education, in addition to the role of the principal, is also the role of supervisors or supervisors who are also a determinant in improving learning achievement and school quality. Education supervision or supervision is an effort to provide services to education stakeholders, especially to educators at school, both individually and in groups to improve the quality of the learning process and results, the purpose of this study is to conduct management analysis for the development of educational competence in madrasah tsanawiyah in Demak district. This research method, carried out through a qualitative approach using descriptive method of case study strategies. This study describes or describes the phenomenon of teacher competency development in classroom management. The results showed that in Madrasah Tsanawiyah, Demak Regency, showed that policies made both from planning, implementation, support and obstacles, and the impact of developing teacher professional competence which were carried out were carried out according to goals and planned although there were still obstacles and shortcomings that still had to be addressed.

This article is devoted to the study of the role of the present teacher in the period of transformation of the traditional education system and transition to a digital environment. The article analyzes possible ways and strategies to improve the quality of vocational teacher education in the current conditions. Particular emphasis is given to the necessity of changing the correlations between different components of teaching skills in the digital educational process, as well as the personality and professional competence of the teacher as the most important component of ensuring the success and effectiveness of the educational process in a digital learning environment.

The aims of this meta-analysis study are to find out how professional competence on postgraduate research results of Jakarta State University. The object of this study is to analyze the quality of human resources in the field of education. This research consists of three aspects of this study, i.e  (a) professional competence (b) pedagogic competence, and (c) teacher performance. This meta-analysis used a comparative type, with mean comparison and t-test. Based on the results of meta-analysis known that: (a) Comparison of professional competence of science teacher of SMPN of Ternate City and teacher of IPS SMP Kota Tobelo on t-test is 3,312 and 3,651 so that there is no difference of professional competence significantly between science teacher at SMPN Kota Ternate and teacher of IPS in SMP Kota Tobelo. (b) Comparison of pedagogic competence of science teacher of SMPN of Ternate City and teacher teacher of SMPN Se-Kecamatan of Loa Kulu of Kutai Kartanegara Regency at t-test is 3,245 and 2,712 so there is no significant pedagogic competence difference between science teacher of SMPN Kota Ternate and teacher of SMPN Se-Kecamatan Loa Kulu Regency Kutai Kartanegara. Based on the results of this study, there are recommendations to improve competence by (1) involving universities in strengthening professional competence; (2) empowering teacher forums in subjects; (3) develop the capacity of school supervisors/subjects in charge of fostering teachers' professional abilities; (4) strengthen and intensify the role of Pusat Pelatihan dan Pengembangan Guru (PPPG) according to the discipline of science; (5) conducting workshops or intensive training to finalize the mastery of teachers' teaching materials; and (6) provide further study scholarships for teachers. Keyword : Meta-analysis, teacher competency   Abstrak Tujuan penelitian meta-analisis ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana kompetensi profesional, hasil-hasil penelitian pasca sarjana Universitas negeri Jakarta. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa kualitas sumber daya manusia di bidang pendidikan. Terdiri dari tiga laporan penelitian dan terdapat tiga aspek kajian (a)kompetensi professional (b) kompetensi pedagogic, dan (c) kinerja guru. Meta analisis ini menggunakan jenis komparatif, dengan menggunakan perbandingan rerata dan menggunakan uji t. Berdasarkan pada hasil meta analisis di atas dapat disimpulkan beberapa hal sebagai berikut: (a) Perbandingan kompetensi profesional guru IPA SMPN Kota Ternate dan guru IPS SMP Kota Tobelo pada t-hitung 3,312 dan 3,651 sehingga tidak terdapat perbedaan kompetensi profesional yang signifikan antara guru IPA di SMPN Kota Ternate dan guru IPS di SMP Kota Tobelo.(b) Perbandingan kompetensi pedagogik guru IPA SMPN Kota Ternate dan guru guru SMPN Se-Kecamatan Loa Kulu Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara pada t-hitung 3,245 dan 2,712 sehingga tidak terdapat perbedaan kompetensi pedagogik yang signifikan antara guru IPA SMPN Kota Ternate dan guru SMPN Se-Kecamatan Loa Kulu Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, ada beberapa hal yang perlu direkomendasikan guna meningkatkan kompetensi berikut ini dengan cara: (1) melibatkan perguruan tinggi dalam penguatan kompetensi profesional; (2) memberdayakan forum guru dalam bidang mata pelajaran; (3) mengembangkan kapasitas pengawas sekolah/mata pelajaran yang bertugas membina kemampuan profesional para guru; (4) memperkuat dan mengintensifkan peran Pusat Pelatihan dan Pengembangan Guru (PPPG) sesuai rumpun bidang ilmu; (5) menyelenggarakan kegiatan workshop atau pelatihan intensif untuk mematangkan penguasaan materi ajar para guru; dan (6) memberikan beasiswa studi lanjut bagi para guru. Teacher professionalism is an important component that can determine success in the teaching and learning process in the classroom. In an effort to improve teacher professional competence there are several programs that can be done, one of them is by empowering Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) for PAI teachers. MGMP is an opportunity for teachers to be able to develop themselves and innovate in developing the quality of learning in the classroom. This research is a literature review that aims to understand MGMP management as an effort to improve the professional competence of PAI teachers. The results of this study are MGMP requires planning, organizing, mobilizing and monitoring so that the objectives of the MGMP programs can contribute positively to the development of professional competencies for PAI teachers.

Based on observations of the competence of teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Panga Aceh Jaya Regency in compiling reports on school action research, it was found that the phenomenon that the professional competence of teachers in compiling Classroom Action Research (CAR) was still low. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information on improving teacher professional competence in compiling classroom action research reports through the CLCK (Example, Exercise, Control, Independ-ent Work) coaching model in SMA Negeri 1 Panga Aceh Jaya Regency. This research is a School Ac-tion Research (PTS). Research procedures in this study include planning, action, observation and reflec-tion. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 6 teach-ers of SMA Negeri 1 Panga, Aceh Jaya Regency. The research data were collected using observation sheets. The data were analyzed using success rates. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the mentoring-based CLCK coaching model can improve the ability of teachers to compile classroom action research reports at SMA Negeri 1 Panga Aceh Jaya Regency. Analysis of the quality of the CAR reports prepared by teachers shows that the professional competence of teachers in preparing classroom action research reports has increased from cycle I to cycle II. The professional competence of teachers in preparing classroom action research reports in cycle I was 76.50 (Good) in-creased to 87.16 (Very Good) in cycle II with an increase of 10.66 points.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran kepala sekolah dalam pengembangan kompetensi profesional guru di SMP Negeri 4 Pakem Kabupaten Sleman terkait dengan peran kepala sekolah dan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi program pengembangan kompetensi profesional guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan model Miles & Huberman, yang meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) perencanaan pengembangan kompetensi profesional guru dilakukan dengan pembentukan team; (2) jenis pengembangan kompetensi profesional guru yaitu penguasaan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi dalam pembelajaran; (3) melakukan evaluasi dengan membuat form/angket penilaian guru terhadap proses pembelajaran di kelas yang diisi oleh siswa; (4) peran kepala sekolah sebagai: (a) pendidik; (b) manajer; (c) administrator; (d) supervisor; (e) peran sosial (f) penggiat kewirausahaan; (g) pemimpin; dan (h) pencipta iklim. Роль звукозаписи как источника и  катализатора изменений, произошедших в  фортепианном исполнительстве в  XX веке, мало исследована в  отечественном музыкознании. Цель автора — восполнить данный пробел, раскрыв влияние звукозаписи на развитие фортепианного искусства. В центре внимания — репертуарные предпочтения, возможности и подходы исполнителей; анализ производится в рамках предложенной периодизации звукозаписи (ранней, классической, цифровой). В эпоху ранней звукозаписи трансформация исполнительских средств связана с временны´ м аспектом. Период классической звукозаписи характеризуется стремлением к идеальному исполнению в студии звукозаписи, что обусловлено технологическими открытиями в области обработки звука, становлением типа пианиста-интерпретатора и  возникновением типа исполнителя-постмодерниста. Идеалы качества эпохи цифровой записи привели к  формированию высоких стандартов концертных исполнений, а  развитие компьютерных технологий — к  появлению новых исполнительских техник. В  статье представлены основные стилевые тенденции, возникшие под влиянием звукозаписи, обозначены основные проблемы современного исполнительства. The role of the sound recording as a source and catalyst of changes that took place in the piano performance in the XX century is researched rather little in the native musicology. The aim of the author is to fill this gap by examining the influence of the sound recording on the piano performing style. In the spotlight there are performing techniques, repertoire preferences and interpretative approaches which are analyzed within the framework of the suggested periodization of the sound recording — early, classical, digital. In the days of early sound recording, transformation of performing techniques is connected with the temporal aspect. The period of classical sound recording is characterized by the desire of an ideal performance in the studio of sound recording, owing to technological discoveries in the area of sound processing, and emergence of such types of musicians as pianist-interpreter and postmodern performer. The ideals of quality of the era of digital recording led to formation of high standards in concert performance, and development of computer technologies created new performing techniques. The article presents the main stylistic trends which appeared under the influence of sound recording, and outlines the main problems of the contemporary performance.

In accordance with the requirements of Federal state educational standards of higher education as a result of the development of the graduate program a graduate should develop general cultural, general professional and professional competences in the field of training and educational organization is obliged to provide a guarantee of the quality of graduates. However, educational standards do not regu-late the procedure of evaluation of quality of educational programs mastering, but merely set out com-mon requirements for it. Therefore, for evaluation of students in accordance with their personal achievements to the requirements of the basic educational program of magistracy many universities make their own funds assessment tools to evaluate knowledge, skills and level of item competencies. The article analyzes the existing in the teaching practice assessment systems, based on development levels of separate professional competence components. The authors note that such systems often have a high complexity and a lack of complexity in solving the problem of estimation of masters graduates readiness for professional work. The authors propose an alternative innovative solution to this problem through the use of the complex control fund as a diagnostic tool for the final certification of under-graduates. This corresponds to the guidelines of the educational standards and our evaluative tools as-sess the quality of developed students competences as well as the degree of general readiness of grad-uates for professional work. The authors present the experience of designing and use of the complex control tasks fund in the educational process of the Chair of Electric Drive and Industrial Automation of Samara State Technical University.
