The article has analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of test control of knowledge in ecology with implementation of modern computer technologies; work features in the scope of Moodle Learning Management System have been investigated; vulnerable elements in the creation of tests have been found. According to the results of the research, it has been determined that the system of test tasks should include open questions and creative tasks and have an easy-to-use interface, be unified internationally and economically accessible for educational institutions of the country. The training platform Moodle corresponds to the following requirements. The advantages of Moodle are the ability to create tasks of various types and levels of difficulty, optimize the working hours of teachers, adapt Ukrainian students to international educational systems and optimize the educational process for children with special needs. The main drawbacks of knowledge control in the Moodle environment are the sensitivity of the response to a register, case, numeric or verbal indication; failure to take account of synonymous options of answer.

The computational technological efforts towards a centralized data storage and processing have contributed to provide more sustainable solutions under the environmental, administrative and business perspectives. However, it is not yet worldwide adopted by public institutions, specially, in the Brazilian educational systems, where these technological models are still under constant discussions and development. In this sense, this work presents a brief survey about cloud and mobile integrated technologies and their possible contributions to support a centralized data management in educational systems, relating improvements in governance, data security, mobility, economic viability and environmental impact. Therefore, this work also present a list of already free and private technologies and their advantages and disadvantages in the Brazilian scenario. In this sense, the herein technological aspects considers the integration between cloud and mobile technologies as essential alternative to suppress the online requirements, which a limitation for a large number of public institutions that have problems to be effectively connected on the Internet.

Improving the professional skills of penitentiary personnel is a multifaceted process of obtaining additional knowledge to perform tasks and responsibilities within their professional activities. The article analyzes the main forms of personnel advanced training. The first is carried out in educational institutions of central executive bodies, local executive bodies (external form), and the second – in educational institutions of the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine (internal form). When clarifying the content of the external form, attention is paid to the model of its implementation. The first model is a holistic system of advanced training, which ensures the unity of the educational process and adequate educational technologies. The second is a variational model, which means working on a certain side of the profession that needs to be improved. The third model – involves using special diagnostics with subsequent monitoring of acquired knowledge. The article details the advantages and disadvantages of the external form of advanced training. The internal form of advanced training provides the participation of educational institutions of the State Penitentiary Service in this process. The structure of bodies that provide advanced training within the State Penitentiary Service is revealed. Among its advantages is the possibility of involving experienced specialists of the penitentiary service in the training process, introduction of effective innovative technologies and motivation of service activity. The disadvantages of this form of education are also analyzed. The article states the combination of external and internal forms helps to increase the level of professional knowledge and skills based on best practices used in various spheres of professional activity of society and allows to maximize the professions in bodies and penitentiary institutions. The article highlights the possibility and feasibility of the use of cloud technologies by teacher in the educational process of higher educational institutions, modern schools or institutions of additional education. The advantages and disadvantages of using cloud technologies in the learning process are indicated. After all, cloud technologies are one of the perspective directions in the development of modern information technologies. Under cloud technologies are understood distributed data processing technologies, in which computer resources and power are provided to the user as an Internet service. The use of cloud technologies is not only associated with a huge reduction in costs and intensification, but also with significant consumer risks (especially the risks of storage and data transfer). On the other hand, cloud solutions are being improved all the time, and the cloud provider can now reach an acceptable level of security by adhering to a number of conditions. The use of cloud technologies in the educational process will, above all, make it possible to solve the problem of ensuring equal access of students and teachers to high-quality educational resources both at classes and in extra hours. Cloud computing has wide-ranging prospects for applications in education, research and applied research, as well as for distance learning for professionals, postgraduates and students. Cloud technologies are not only the future, it is in many respects also the present. The use of cloud technologies (cloud computing) by higher educational institutions is a promising direction, which allows to increase the efficiency of the educational process, reduce the cost of its implementation. Significantly reduced capital costs associated with the creation and maintenance of educational institutions of their own data centers, provides flexible scalability and high availability of services used in the learning process, which ultimately increases the level of satisfaction of users needs: students, faculty, teaching staff, as more time is spent on solving educational and research tasks.

The increasing fisibility of the children with disability or special needs enhanced the debate and efforts for a new philosohy related to the treatment‎ of disability problematics in general and, especially, to their education. The concept of diasbility has evolved to a model of integration and social inclusion, especially the social ‎inclusion of children with disability in common schools‎. The law 'On the protection from discrimination' prohibits discrimination on grounds of disability, and refusal of registration in an educational institution because of this ground. Furthermore, this law provides the obligation of statal institutions to take positive measures to make possible the enhance of education of vulnerable groups, including children with disability or special needs. These provisions would lack if not accompanied with the creation of a legal framework that explicitly provide for this inclusion philosophy and create the proper mechanisms to make it applicable. It is evident the indispensability of a multi-dimensional treatment of this problematic, that requires also the collaboration of many actors.‎ ‎The innovative stands just in the creation of mechanisms that would make possible such an inclusion. This process requires directors of educational institutions and active and teachers, devoted on the integration of children with disability in every aspect of teaching and educational process.

The introduction actualizes the urgent need to reform the system of departmental education of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia, implemented both in structural and organizational tasks and in content. The purpose of this article is to substantiate professional training in educational organizations of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia from the position of axiological, practice – oriented and competence-based pedagogical approaches. In the main part of the article, the restructuring of educational organizations of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia is presented as the need to optimize them, which directly affects the increase in the level of efficiency of professional training of police officers. It is noted that the use of educational systems based on competence-based, axiological, practice-oriented approaches in the educational process of departmental educational organizations contributes to solving the problem of unprofessionalism, and as a consequence, the problem of the quality of professional training of police officers. A specific example of a pedagogical system for the formation of professional values for cadets of educational organizations of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia is given. And the article discusses also an example of a practice-oriented approach in training of specialists for the juvenile divisions of the Moscow University of the MIA of Russia named after V. J. Kikot within the complex (multi-step) practice. The results of the analytical study showed the significant importance of modern pedagogical approaches in the professional training of law enforcement officers in educational organizations of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia. The article concludes a general conclusion based on the results of the analytical examination.

The introduction of innovative technologies into the educational process has become an integral part of modern educational systems development. Information-communication technologies varies the teaching-learning process by making it more entertaining for the students and more beneficial for the teachers as it allows using more resources and a wider range of exercises to form and develop students’ skills. In this regard the article analyzes the advantages of the use of Google educational tools for the formation of students’ learner autonomy, responsibility and promotion of pedagogical interaction. It is hypothesized that future foreign language teachers’ and managers’ learning autonomy and responsibility along with learning outcomes can be enhanced by implementing ICT into educational process. The article reviews the notion of information and communication environment of higher educational institutions, analyzes the ways to introduce Google educational tools namely Google Forms and Google Classroom into the daily learning routines of university students. It also provides evidence-based instructional practices along with illustrative examples of its use when introducing new material, giving assignments, initiating reflection, conducting tests and setting deadlines. The questionnaire surveys conducted at higher educational institutions reveal that students exhibit higher levels of responsibility and motivation and display better academic achievements when being educated with the help of Google educational tools. The prospects of further investigation may include substantiation of the organizational and pedagogical conditions of the future foreign language teachers and managers training in the conditions of the information-educational environment of higher educational institutions.

The global spread of coronavirus infection has paralysed the work of many areas of economic, business, and, of course, educational activities of almost all countries on the planet. Unfortunately, Ukraine is no exception and a quarantine regime has been introduced in this country. The way out of the current situation in education in Ukraine was the introduction of distance learning in all educational institutions, which created new challenges for both teachers and students. The purpose of the paper was to study information technologies, tools and methods of learning that can be used for distance learning in educational institutions under quarantine. As a result, authors analysed world practices in ensuring the educational process within the framework of distance learning. The advantages and disadvantages of distance learning technologies for both higher education institutions and higher education seekers were identified.

The article analyzes some aspects of quality control and efficiency of electronic educational and methodological complexes of educational disciplines usage in the educational process. Analysis of the implementation of e-learning and of user work allows to build a model of student’s work, identify the disadvantages of both organizational and technological plan and take timely steps to eliminate them. The solution to this problem should include a comprehensive approach to ensure an objective result. Google Analytics tools, Moodle Learning Management System (LMS) tools, the teacher’s surveys to monitor the quality of e-learning in an institution proves its efficiency and allows to see the full advantages and disadvantages of ongoing e-learning in an institution, plan and implement further development and improving e-learning. The analysis of the effectiveness of e-courses usage should be carried out in a comprehensive manner, using the monitoring tools of the educational process adopted in the educational institution. Such as surveys for teachers and students, analysis of success, etc. The specifics of e-learning, the Moodle LMS tools and third-party services for collecting statistics and analyzing user activity in the LMS should be taken into account.

The paper systematizes and describes the leading world approaches to the use of information and computer technologies in educational institutions in the process of modernization of current educational systems in accordance with the latest requirements of the information society. It is noted that the information society gives the humanity a fundamentally new tool of life that is characterized by the possibility of operating large volumes of information without territorial and time boundaries and displays information-knowledge at the level of the leading producer of public goods. All this leads to a review of the key functions of modern education, when the possession of information and computer technology becomes the main competence requirement for the pupil, student, and every person at each stage of his/her life.The authors substantiate the necessity of creating a system of "total computer literacy" and total informatization of the national education system, wide introduction in modern educational institutions of modern models and forms of use of information and computer technologies, introduction of the national education system to the global educational space at the institutional, environmental and personal levels. It is concluded that today our state faces a difficult task of ensuring the conformity of the basic approaches, principles and instruments of the educational process to the requirements of the transition to the era of the information society in regard to the modernization of the system of national education. We have to invest in the development of domestic innovative ICT products ahead of schedule. Technology and informatization of the educational process must become priority tasks of education reforms from pre-school education institutions to higher education and research institutions, in order not to stay away from the advancement towards the global information society.
