Implementation of the teaching and learning process in general still use conventional learning models so as to result in low mathematics learning outcomes of students, especially in the surrounding material and flat building area. This study aimed to measure the differences in learning outcomes of class IV students through STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) learning model and conventional learning. This study used quasi-experimental quantitative research design by looking at the differences in mathematical value results in pre-test and post-test between control class and experimental class. Based on the data analysis, the results of the study showed that there were differences in the learning outcomes of mathematics students of class IV who use the learning model Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) and conventional learning. This was evidenced by the average value of the control class which increased by 9.88% from 54.36 to 64.24 while the average value of the class in the experimental class reached 24.92% from 55.80 to 80.72.

This study aims to find out (1) students 'learning outcomes of mathematics taught with different strategies, (2) students' mathematics learning outcomes taught by traditional algorithms, (3) Are there different effects of counting strategies on results learn mathematics students on integer operation material. This research is a quantitative research with kind of quasi-experimental research. The population in this study were all third grade students of Public Elementary School 114349. The sample in this study was class III-1 as an experimental class with a total of 30 students and class III-2 as a control class with a total of 30 students. The findings in this study indicate that classes taught by using different strategies have an average value of 31.970 and the classes taught by algorithm have an average value of 28,5758. The results of hypothesis testing show that t count> t table is 2.925> 2.0018 with the conclusion that students' mathematics learning outcomes are taught with different strategies better than those taught with traditional algorithms on integer operation material in Public Elementary School No. 114349 Academic Year 2016/2017

This study aims to determine whether using napier rods can improve student mathematics learning outcomes. The method used in this study is quasi-experimental. The type of research isor Classroom Action ResearchClassroom Action Research (CAR)(CAR). The sample in this study were all students of class IV SD 2 Wadasmalang in the 2018 academic year 2018 as many as 24 students. The instrument used in this study was a student achievement test. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the use of napier rod props can improve student learning outcomes in mathematics class IV at SD Negeri 2 Wadasmalang. This can be shown at the end of the cycle test results turned out to be obtained a significant increase in value, meaning that the process of learning mathematics by using the napier rod props the average value of the class has increased with the results on pre-cycle of 51.67; the first cycle was 66.67 and the second cycle was 78.89. With the percentage of completeness in pre-cycle of 25%, the first cycle of 66.67% and the second cycle of 83.34%.

Therefore, the necessary learning model that can support the passage of the curriculum in 2013 that STAD cooperative learning model and cooperative learning model NHT.Formulation of the problem in this research is "Are there any differences in mathematics learning outcomes matrix material between students taught using cooperative learning model Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) and cooperative learning model Numbered Heads Together (NHT) in class X AK of SMK Mahardika Surabaya ? ". The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a difference in the mathematics learning outcomes matrix material between students taught using cooperative learning model Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) and cooperative learning model Numbered Heads Together (NHT) in class X AK SMK Mahardika Surabaya?.The population in this study were all students of class X AK SMK Mahardika Surabaya. While the sample is composed of two classes, namely class X AK AK AK-1 and X-2. Data was collected by providing a subjective test on the subject of the matrix given to both classes.From the data analysis calculated that t_hit > t_tabel of 4.2> 1.99125 and the average value of students who use cooperative learning model STAD is greater than the average value of students who use cooperative learning model NHT. So it can be concluded that there are differences in mathematics learning outcomes in the matrix material between students taught using cooperative learning model Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) and cooperative learning model Numbered Heads Together (NHT) in class X AK SMK of Mahardika Surabaya. The Effectiveness of Explicit Instruction Learning Model on Learning Outcomes Mathematical Subjects of Comparative Material and Class V Scale of MI Ma'arif Krakal Alian Kebumen. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the use of Explicit Instruction learning models on Mathematics learning outcomes Fractions and class V scales MI Ma'arif Krakal. This research method is quantitative research in the form of Pre Experimental Design with the design of One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population of this study was all fifth grade students of MI Ma'arif Krakal. The samples taken were all students of class V which numbered 25 students using the Nonprobability Sampling technique in the form of saturated sampling. The data in this study were obtained through interviews, documentation, and tests. The results of the analysis of research data after getting treatment using the Explicit Instruction learning model obtained 21 students who completed and 4 students who have not been completed. Calculation of the value of learning outcomes at the average value of posttest > pretest is 65.60 > 47.44. This is evident in the final analysis using the t test known that the result of tcount > ttable is 8.316 > 1.711 at a significant tariff of 5%. The average value of attitudes and skills of students also increases by using the Explicit Instruction learning model. From the analysis it can be concluded that the Explicit Instruction learning model is effective against the mathematics learning outcomes of the fraction material and class V scale MI Ma'arif Krakal. The problem that underlies this research is the lack of collaboration and mathematics learning outcomes of students of class IX C of SMP N 4 Sumbang. This can be seen if students have difficulty in understanding the material, students tend to be quiet and do not want to cooperate with friends, even though the cooperation of students is very necessary to achieve the success of teaching and learning. To create student cooperation in the learning process, a learning model is needed. One such learning model is the TAI (Teams Assisted Individualization) type of cooperative learning model, where the model is oriented towards collaboration, both mentally, attitudes, and socially. The purpose of this research is to find out the improvement of cooperation and learning outcomes in mathematics through the application of cooperative learning models in the form of sequence and series TAI material. This research is a Classroom Action Research. Learning tools, namely syllabus, lesson plans, teaching materials, and worksheets. While the research instrument is the description test and observation sheet. The subjects of the study were 22 students of the IXC class at SMPN 4 Sumbang. Data sources come from teachers and students. Data collection techniques are by observation, and tests. The study was conducted in December 2017 until April 2018. The subject and time of the study were chosen because the researcher taught in the class and the implementation time was adjusted to the lesson schedule. The research procedure begins with problem identification, action planning, implementation of actions and observations, and analysis and reflection. The results showed that the ability of student cooperation, from the first cycle the percentage of student cooperation with the category of "quite good" 27% and the category of "good" by 73% to the category of "good" 54% and the category of "very good" by 45% in the second cycle. Student learning outcomes in the first cycle obtained an average of 72.18 with a classical completeness of 59.09% and an increase in the second cycle an average value of 80.36 with a classical completeness of 81.82%. From these results it is recommended that teachers be able to clarify the process of assessing the ability of students to collaborate in the learning process, so that the implementation of learning can run smoothly. While students are advised to increase collaboration so that individual and group learning outcomes can be achieved to the maximum.

This study aims to determine the completeness of mathematics learning outcomes of VIII grade students of SMP Negeri Selangit after applying the Auditory, Intellectually, Repetition (AIR) learning model. The research method, is a quantitative research with quasi-experimental research design (quasi experiment). The sample in this study was grade VIII.4 students consisting of 30 students. Data collection was carried out using test techniques. The test data collected was analyzed using t-test. The results of the study, based on t-test analysis with a significant level α = 0.05, obtained an average test score before the application of the Auditory, Intellectually, Repetition (AIR) learning model was 22.15 and after the application of the Auditory learning model, Intellectually, Repetition (AIR) obtained an average test score of 73.94 with tcount> ttable (2,821)> (1,699). Conclusion, student mathematics learning outcomes after VIII SMP Negeri Selangit after the application of the Auditory, Intellectually, Repitition (AIR) model are significantly completed. The process and student learning outcomes in science learning material properties of light is a problem faced by class IV SD Negeri 3 Mengwi. Student activity and learning outcomes have not been maximized because the teacher delivered science learning materials using the lecture method. This is the background of the researchers to conduct research with the aim of improving the process and learning outcomes of science with material properties of light with learning models Contextual Teaching and Learning. This research is a type of classroom action research conducted in SD Negeri 3 Mengwi. The subjects of this study were fourth grade students, amounting to 27 students consisting of 14 female students and 13 male students. The implementation of this study used 2 cycles. Instruments used to collect data are observation sheets, interviews, documentation and test questions. The results of this study indicate that science learning outcomes with material properties of light using the Contextual Teaching and Learning model in SD Negeri 3 Mengwi have increased in two cycles with quite satisfactory values. There was an increase in learning outcomes from cycle 1 an average value of 68.51 to 75.37 in cycle 2. In addition, there was an increase in the learning process of students in science learning carried out by teachers using the Contextual Teaching and Learning model. The problem in this research is the low social studies learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to improve the social studies learning outcomes of the fourth grade students of SDN 006 Sencano Jaya, by applying the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) type of cooperative learning model. The hypothesis in this study is that if the cooperative learning model (STAD) is applied, it can improve the social studies learning outcomes of students of SDN 006 Sencano Jaya class. The results showed that the teacher activity in the first cycle of the first meeting showed an average of 70.83%, in the first cycle of the second meeting an average of 83.33%. In the second cycle, the first meeting was 87.50%, in the second cycle the second meeting had an average of 95.83%. Teacher activity in this study increased. Student activity in the first cycle of the first meeting with an average of 58.33% in the first cycle of the second meeting was 70.83%, in the second cycle of the first meeting an average of 75.00% in the second cycle of the second meeting with an average of 91.66%. Student activity in this study also increased. The initial data of social studies learning results showed that only 11 students completed with a percentage of 40.74% who did not complete 16 people or 59.25% of students who obtained a basic score above the minimum completeness criteria standard (KKM). In the UH I who completed 15 people or the percentage of 55.55% who did not complete 12 people with a percentage of 44.41%. At UH II, 24 people or 88.88% who did not complete were only 3 students or with a percentage of 11.11%. Social studies learning outcomes in this study are increasing, so with the application of the Cooperative learning model type Students Teams Achievement Division (STAD).

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of the Two Stay Two Stray learning model (TSTS) to the history of student learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 7 Medan. The research method used is quasi-experimental. The study population was students of class X IPS with a sample of 65 students consisting of 34 students of class X IPS 2 as an experimental class and 31 students of class X IPS 1 as a control class. Data collection techniques using observation and tests. The data obtained were analyzed using the t-test. The observation results showed that 91% of the experimental class students who took part in learning with the TSTS model got very good average scores. The average post-test value of the experimental class was 80.3, while the average value of the post-test of the control class that followed the learning with the conventional model was 63.70. T-test results for the post-test scores were obtained tcount > ttable (7,004 > 1,670).These results indicate that the TSTS learning model has a great influence in improving the history of student learning outcomes in class XI IPS 2 SMA Negeri 7 Medan.

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to determine whether using the TPS learning model by using LKS can improve student learning outcomes in the material system linear equation two variable in class X Senior High Public School 2 of Pematangsiantar. The type of research used is classroom action research with 2 cycles. Subjects of class X-IPA 7. On the implementation of the first cycle of action, the result of the analysis of tests of students at the moderate (≥ 65) category in a classical manner were still not achived because only 52.78% of students were completed, with a grade average 65.00. After the implementation of the second cycle of action, the learning outcomes of students in the medium minimum category (≥ 65) have been achived classically, namely 86.11% with an average value 73.75. The increase in students’ mathematics learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II was 21.11%. Based on the result of the above research it can be concluded that the application of the TPS learning model using LKS can improve student learning outcomes.Keywords: Laerning Outcomes, Think Pair Square (TPS), LKS
