Based on the observation of some teachers found the symptoms as follows: the lack of abilityof Indonesian teachers in designing learning program (RPP), the learning device is only usedas a supplement and not to the needs of teaching, most teachers again if asked the lessonanswered not have or has not been made. The purpose of this research is to improve theability of Indonesian teachers in designing learning program (RPP) at SDN 015 PagaranTapah Darussalam through the method of administration tasks. This type of research is actionresearch school. Subjects in this study were teachers Indonesian as many as 12 people. Basedon the analysis and discussion can be concluded that the method of administration tasks canimprove the ability of Indonesian teachers in making learning device in SDN 015 PagaranTapah Darussalam through the method of administration tasks. Under these conditions, thelevel of acceptance of teachers increased. The aspect ratio capability Indonesian teachers inpreparing lesson plans through the provision of duty cycle I and II of the increase from 56%and the second cycle to 79%.

<p>The recent introduction of a high-brightness RF plasma oxygen ion source (Hyperion H201, Oregon Physics) to large geometry secondary ion mass spectrometers (e.g. CAMECA IMS1280/1300) has increased the range of available primary beam options compared to the several decades old technology of the duoplasmatron it replaces. Notably, the new source provides considerably higher beam density (ca. 10x and 3x for O<sup>-</sup> and O<sub>2</sub><sup>-</sup> respectively), which in principle allows for higher spatial resolution and/or shorter analysis times, coupled with unprecedented long-term beam stability.</p><p>Incorporating the RF plasma into both conventional spot analysis and ion-imaging geochronology routines at the NordSIMS facility has, however, revealed that the source upgrade has consequences for data-acquisition and data reduction strategies, which need to be modified in order to avoid degradation in precision. The most significant difference using the new source for spot analyses is the significant change in aspect ratio (width/depth) of the analysed volume. During a comparable length analysis, a three times brighter O<sub>2</sub><sup>-</sup> primary beam (still favoured for U-Th-Pb geochronology) will sputter a three times deeper crater that is half the width of a comparable intensity duoplasmatron beam, an effective aspect ratio change of six times, introducing “down-hole” inter-element and, to a lesser degree, isotope fractionation effects that SIMS has largely been free of. Depending on the target matrix, this can have a marked effect on the within-run ratio evolution during an analysis, particularly the inter-element ratios Pb/U and UO<sub>n</sub>/U required for full U-Pb geochronology, with standard error of the mean values several times higher than counting statistics, compared to analyses with the lower beam density of the duoplasmatron where s.e. mean commonly closely approaches Poisson counting statistics during a ca. 10 minute analysis. In line with previous observations [1], some improvements can be made by using a Pb/UO vs. UO<sub>2</sub>/UO calibration scheme instead of Pb/U vs. UO<sub>n</sub>/U, but clearly this is not the complete answer. Shortening analyses via fewer cycles in a peak-hopping routine also means smaller √n, affecting s.e. mean; lower integration times can be introduced to permit more cycles, but magnet settling times between peak jumps cannot be reduced in proportion, so the duty cycle is less efficient.</p><p>Strategies developed to mitigate this degradation and take full advantage of the new RF source include: 1) rastering of critically focused primary beams to retain high aspect ratio (at the expense of improved spatial resolution); 2) use of a defocused aperture-projected (Köhler-mode) primary beam (effectively lower beam density); 3) modelling of within-run ratio evolution based on standard analyses in a manner similar to that employed by laser ablation methods [2]; and/or 4) introduction of multicollection capabilities [3] to increase duty cycle efficiency in a shorter analysis. Poetry writing activities are still considered difficult by students. The learning media used have not been able to support learning activities on poetry material. Therefore, this study aims to produce  Android-based learning media on poetry material for high school subjects. This research method adapts the ADDIE model to design a system in learning. The instruments in this study used media validation sheets and material validation sheets. The results of this study indicate that the learning media based on an Android applications is declared appropriate for use in learning. The feasibility is evidenced by the result of the assessment of media experts and material experts who state that the learning media is very accomodating and qualified. Based on these result, instructional media for writing poetry is recommended to be develop in other materials in bahasa Indonesia. AbstrakKegiatan menulis puisi masih dianggap sulit oleh siswa. Media pembelajaran yang digunakan selama ini belum mampu menunjang kegiatan pembelajaran pada materi puisi. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan sebuah media pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi android pada materi puisi untuk siswa kelas X SMA. Metode penelitian ini mengadaptasi model ADDIE untuk merancang sebuah sistem dalam pembelajaran. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan lembar validasi media dan lembar validasi materi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran menulis puisi berbasis aplikasi android dinyatakan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Kelayakan tersebut dibuktikan dari hasil penilaian pakar media dan pakar materi yang menyatakan bahwa media pembelajaran  sangat  akomodatif dan berkualitas. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, media pembelajaran menulis puisi berbasis aplikasi direkomendasikan untuk dikembangkan pada materi lainnya dalam mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia.

ENGLISHThe background of this research is lower competency of teacher in SMK Negeri 3 Pati in preparing lesson plans character. Academic supervisions in SMK Negeri 3 Pati are conducted in order to improve the competency of teacher in preparing lesson plans character. The research subjects are the Islamic education teacher of grade X, the social science teacher of grade XII, the civic education teacher of grade X, the Indonesian language teacher of grade XI and the English language teacher of grade XI. This research method is descriptive with quantitative and qualitative approaches. The data are collected through documentation, observation, interviews and assignments. The research is designed through two cycles with procedure: (1) planning; (2) the action executions; (3) observation; and (4) reflection. The result shows that teacher’s competency increases indicated by: 1) the average score for the first cycle is 71 rated "good"; and 2) the average score for the second cycle is 90 rated "very good". The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of the academic supervision can improve the competency of teacher in preparing the lesson plans character in SMK Negeri 3 Pati. INDONESIAPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi permasalahan rendahnya kompetensi guru dalam menyusun RPP berkarakter. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, dilakukan supervisi akademik yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun RPP berkarakter. Subjek penelitian adalah guru mata pelajaran Pendidikan agama Islam kelas X, Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial kelas XII, Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan kelas X, Bahasa Indonesia Kelas XI dan Bahasa Inggris kelas XI. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui dokumentasi, observasi, wawancara dan penugasan. Desain penelitian dirancang melalui dua siklus dengan prosedur: 1) Perencanaan; 2) Pelaksanaan tindakan; 3) Pengamatan; dan 4) Refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan kompetensi, untuk siklus I sebesar 71 poin dinilai “baik” dan siklus II sebesar 90 poin dinilai “sangat baik”. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi akademik dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun RPP berkarakter di SMK Negeri 3 Pati.

<p><strong>Bahasa Indonesia:</strong></p><p>Akhir-akhir ini muncul beragam persoalan moral dan karakter pada remaja dan pelajar di Indonesia. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan meminta sekolah-sekolah menerapkan Kurikulum 2013. Salah satu ciri kurikulum ini adalah adanya kompetensi sikap religius yang harus dicapai melalui seluruh bidang studi. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengevaluasi penerapan Kurikulum 2013 bidang studi Biologi dalam mengembangkan kompetensi sikap religius siswa MAN 3 Malang. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif model penelitian lapangan yang bersifat deskriptif diperoleh sejumlah temuan: pertama, pengembangan sikap religius dilakukan melalui penulisan rumusan tujuan pembelajaran dan penyampaian salam serta berdo’a di awal pembelajaran; kedua, pelaksanaan pengembangan sikap religius dilakukan dengan cara menyampaikan salam dan do’a di awal pembelajaran, menghubungkan materi pembelajaran dengan ajaran Islam, menyampaikan salam dan berdo’a <em>kafaratul majlis </em>di akhir pembelajaran, dan menegur siswa yang dianggap melanggar aturan Islam; ketiga<em>, </em>hambatan pengembangan sikap religius berupa tidak tersedianya contoh atau panduan penilaian kompetensi sikap religius.</p><p> </p><p><strong>English:</strong></p><p>Recently many kinds of youth and students’ moral-character issues becomes a concern in Indonesia. To cope with these problems, Ministry of Education and Culture called for the implementation of <em>Kurikulum 2013 </em>(the national education curriculum). One of the curriculum characteristics is the religious competency to achieve in every school subjects including Biology. This research is aimed to evaluate implementation of <em>Kurikulum 2013</em> in developing students’ religious attitude through Biology class in MAN 3 Malang. The field research with qualitative approach and descriptive design found that: first, the development of students’ religious competency is managed by teacher by formulating religious competency objective and accustoming <em>salam</em> and praying before the class begins; second, in the process of instruction, the teacher develop religious competency in four ways: <em>salam</em> and praying at introduction, finding relationship between Biology to Islamic teaching, <em>salam</em> and praying <em>kafaratul majlis</em> in closing the class, and admonishing students breaking the rules; last, this attitude development is constrained by the absence of evaluation guide.    </p>

The purpose of this research is to use of pop up book media for writing skills in Indonesian primary school subjects. The method used in this research is meta-analisys method. This research begins by formulating the topic to be examined, than make a statement of the problem, and than stage the collection of relevant articles to collect data. The data is obtained from online journal searches through Google Scholar. The keywords used are “Pop up book” and “elementary school writing skills”. From search results there are 8 articles. The data obtained were analyzed again using quantitative method. Based on the results of Pop Up Book media analysis it can be proven to improve students’ writing skills by an average before being given treatment is 57.58 and after being given treatment is 76.05 so that increases is 18.47.Keywords: Pop up Book Media,  Skills Writing, Indonesian

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi manajemen program pembelajaran BIPA di lembaga BIPA Kota Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi dengan pendekatan kombinasi kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Model evaluasi yang digunakan adalah discrepancy evaluation model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi manajemen program pembelajaran BIPA (1) aspek perencanaan program mencapai 93%, kesenjangan 7% dengan kriteria “sangat efektif”; (2) aspek pengorganisasian program mencapai 99%, kesenjangan 1% dengan kriteria “sangat efektif”; (3) aspek pelaksanaan program mencapai 93%, kesenjangan 7% dengan kriteria “sangat efektif”; (4) aspek pengawasan program mencapai 86%, kesenjangan 14% dengan kriteria “sangat efektif”. Secara keseluruhan keefektifan manajemen program pembelajaran BIPA memiliki kriteria “sangat efektif”, dengan capaian 93% kesenjangan 7%.Kata kunci: evaluasi; keefektifan; manajemen program pembelajaran BIPA THE EFFECTIVENESS OF BIPA (INDONESIAN LANGUAGE FOR FOREIGNER) PROGRAM MANAGEMENT IN YOGYAKARTAAbstractThis study is aimed to evaluate the management of BIPA learning program of BIPA course in Yogyakarta. This research is an evaluation research with the combination of qualitative and quantitative approach. Evaluation model used in this research is discrepancy evaluation model. The result of the study shows that the implementation of the management of BIPA learning program (1) the planning program is 93% performance, 7% discrepancy with criteria “very effective”; (2) the organizing aspect is 99% performance and 1% discrepancy with criteria “very effective”; (3) the implementing aspect is 93% performance and 7% discrepancy with criteria “very effective”; (4) the monitoring aspect is 86% performance 14% discrepancy with criteria “very effective”. After all the effectiveness of the management of BIPA learning program have “very effective” criteria, with 93% performance and 7% discrepancy.Keywords: evaluation, the effectiveness, BIPA program management

The aims of service on social through the on air broadcast of RRI Surakarta were to: (1) improve the understanding of teachers of Bahasa Indonesia toward the Bahasa Indonesia learning program based on texts; (2) enrich the knowledge of the listeners, especially for the students in which the learning of bahasa Indonesia based on the curriculum 2013; (3) create the close work relation of institution between the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta and the government instituion i.e. Radio of Indonesian  Republic  of  Surakarta. The  soacial  service  was conducted  in RRI  of Surakarta, in the form of lecturing in an on-air broadcast, based on the paper which had been prepared  before. The on-air broadcast activities were  conducted by the recording before broadcasted. The recording process used the facilities in RRI of Surakarta guided by workers of RRI of Surakarta, both the responsibility and the recording process. The activities were conducted by on-air broaadcast. Every time the on-air broadcast was conducted by the speaker in which the topics were varies but, they were still on one theme. The on-air broadcast theme on the next three month is “The Improvement of Understanding the Learning of Bahasa Indonesia based on Texts of the Curriculum 2013 through the guiding on-air broadcast of Bahasa Indonesia in RRI of Surakarta”. The six times on-air broadcast activities which planned for three months, could be conducted six times of the new on-air broadcast.

The design of the RPP in the “Merdeka Belajar” program simplifies the making of lesson plans on one sheet. The three core components of the lesson plan are learning objectives, learning activities, and assessments. Therefore, it is necessary to immediately take concrete and innovative steps be able to produce an innovative RPP that can implement the true and complete "Merdeka Belajar" program. The purpose of this activity is to provide an understanding of the design of the lesson plans in the "Merdeka Belajar" program, by chang the technique of preparing the lesson plans which so far have been made in sheets into one sheet. The method in this activity is the lecture method and online demonstration. Community Service Activities with the theme Designing Innovative Lesson Plans in the Independent Learning Program at the Social Studies MGMP of Junior High Schools in Jember Regency had a positive impact. Social Studies teachers have become more aware of the Innovative RPP for independent learning launched by the Minister of Education and Culture

This study aims to describe the implementation and barriers of Indonesian language learning for autistic children at the SLB Mitra Ananda Colomadu. This research is a qualitative descriptive study where the subjects were two class teachers and four grade VII autistic students at SLB Mitra Ananda. Data is collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of Indonesian language learning at the Ananda Colomadu Partner Autism SLB used the ABA and Individual Learning Program (PPI) methods tailored to the students' abilities. The 2013 curriculum is difficult to implement because the limited Indonesian language learning materials did not meet the child's conditions. Various efforts have been made by the teacher to overcome these obstacles: using PPI, creating independent learning media, and learning the latest methods that are applicable to learn Indonesian for autistic children.[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan dan hambatan pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia untuk anak autis di SLB Autis Mitra Ananda Colomadu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitiannya adalah dua guru kelas dan empat siswa autis kelas VII di SLB Autis Mitra Ananda. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SLB Autis Mitra Ananda Colomadu menggunakan metode ABA dan Program Pembelajaran Individual (PPI) yang disesuaikan dengan kemampuan siswa. Kurikulum 2013 tidak dapat diterapkan sepenuhnya karena materi pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia yang tidak sesuai dengan kondisi anak dan media pembelajaran yang terbatas. Berbagai upaya dilakukan guru untuk mengatasi hambatan terebut: misalnya menggunakan PPI, membuat media pembelajaran mandiri dan mempelajari berbagai metode terbaru yang dapat diterapkan dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia untuk anak autis.]
