ENGLISHThe background of this research is lower competency of teacher in SMK Negeri 3 Pati in preparing lesson plans character. Academic supervisions in SMK Negeri 3 Pati are conducted in order to improve the competency of teacher in preparing lesson plans character. The research subjects are the Islamic education teacher of grade X, the social science teacher of grade XII, the civic education teacher of grade X, the Indonesian language teacher of grade XI and the English language teacher of grade XI. This research method is descriptive with quantitative and qualitative approaches. The data are collected through documentation, observation, interviews and assignments. The research is designed through two cycles with procedure: (1) planning; (2) the action executions; (3) observation; and (4) reflection. The result shows that teacher’s competency increases indicated by: 1) the average score for the first cycle is 71 rated "good"; and 2) the average score for the second cycle is 90 rated "very good". The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of the academic supervision can improve the competency of teacher in preparing the lesson plans character in SMK Negeri 3 Pati. INDONESIAPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi permasalahan rendahnya kompetensi guru dalam menyusun RPP berkarakter. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, dilakukan supervisi akademik yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun RPP berkarakter. Subjek penelitian adalah guru mata pelajaran Pendidikan agama Islam kelas X, Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial kelas XII, Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan kelas X, Bahasa Indonesia Kelas XI dan Bahasa Inggris kelas XI. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui dokumentasi, observasi, wawancara dan penugasan. Desain penelitian dirancang melalui dua siklus dengan prosedur: 1) Perencanaan; 2) Pelaksanaan tindakan; 3) Pengamatan; dan 4) Refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan kompetensi, untuk siklus I sebesar 71 poin dinilai “baik” dan siklus II sebesar 90 poin dinilai “sangat baik”. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi akademik dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun RPP berkarakter di SMK Negeri 3 Pati.

This research is to improve student learning outcomes of civic education about the hero. This research was conducted in SDN Sesayap Tana Tidung, with 23 students as research subjects. This research is an action using Kemmis and McTaggart models in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The results showed an increase in student learning outcomes of civic education, the hero mainly about understanding the meaning and involve symbols in understanding Pancasila Pancasila principles completely. This was evidenced by the increase in student learning outcomes Civics of my heroes from the 50% of students complete with the average score was 69 in the first cycle, increased to 80% of students complete with the average score was 77 in the second cycle. Activities of teachers and students through role playing method attained mastery learning (100%) at the end of the cycle. The conclusion of this study indicate that the use of methods Role Playing makes the students more active in learning appropriate to their developmental age.   Keywords: The Students’ Study Result Of Civic Education, Role Playing Method                  Action Research   Penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dari pendidikan kewarganegaraan tentang pahlawan . Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN  Tana Tidung, dengan 23 siswa sebagai subyek penelitian. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan dengan menggunakan Kemmis dan model McTaggart dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, bertindak, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dari pendidikan kewarganegaraan, tentang pahlawan  terutama tentang pemahaman makna dan melibatkan simbol prinsip pancasila dalam memahami pancasila benar-benar. Hal itu dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya hasil belajar siswa PKn tentang pahlawan saya dari 50% siswa lengkap dengan skor rata-rata adalah 69 pada siklus I, meningkat menjadi 80% siswa lengkap dengan skor rata-rata adalah 77 pada siklus kedua. Kegiatan guru dan siswa melalui metode Role Playing dicapai belajar penguasaan (100%) pada akhir siklus. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode Role Playing membuat siswa lebih aktif dalam belajar yang sesuai dengan perkembangan usia mereka. The purpose of this research is to describe the level of mastery of professional, pedagogical, personal and social competency of PPKn college student who carry out an internship program III at SMKN 2 & 3 Salatiga. This type of research is descriptive research. Data collection techniques using document studies, interviews, and observations. Data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive techniques. The research subjects were 7 college student of PPKn Internship III Participants. The results showed the level of mastery of pedagogical and professional competencies of PPKn college student as apprentice III participants who were shown the ability to compile lesson plans, implement lesson plans in class categories in both good and very good categories, with an average score of 3.02 to 3.97. The mastery of 7 competency indicators was assessed, 4 college student were rated very well with an average score of 4, and 3 college student on indicators 4 and 7 were rated well with a score of 3, the average was also 3.71 the category was very good. 5 indicators of social competency were assessed, 4 college student rated very good, the average score of 4 and 3 college student on indicators 3 and 4 were rated as good with a score of 3, the average was 3.80, the category was very good. The results of the study can be concluded mastery of teacher competency, college student who carry out an internship program III on average are very good at carrying out tasks as a prospective professional teacher.

The main objective of this research is to improve the skills-based teaching skills of the 21st century through academic supervision of peer modeling methods for teachers of SD Gugus I, Rappocini District, Makassar City. In accordance with the objectives, in this school action research, 24 research subjects were selected who were intervened in the academic supervision of peer modeling methods in the form of action research. Based on the results of the data analysis above, it can be understood that both the ability to design lesson plans and the ability to carry out 21st-century skills-based learning activities from pre, cycle I, to cycle II have increased, namely the average score in making pre-cycle lesson plans is 2.171, cycle I increase to 3.02, and the second cycle 3,734. Whereas the ability to implement 21st-century skills-based learning the average score in the pre-cycle was 2.84, the first cycle increased to 3.30, and the second cycle was 3.53. If you look at the predetermined criteria, the average ability to design RPP is categorized as good. Likewise, the ability to carry out 21st-century skills-based learning is also categorized as good. Based on these data, it can be concluded that the teaching ability of 21st-century skills-based teachers in Cluster I, Rappocini District, Makassar City, especially for 24 people, has increased after the application of peer modeling-based academic supervision.

This study aims to analyze the Indonesian language syntactic interference on English Speaking Skills of English Language Students. The research subjects were students of semester 3 at a non-English language college in Garut. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with equivalent and distribution methods. Meanwhile, the corpus was obtained by using the listening technique (SBLC), recording and taking notes from students' conversation assignments about their past activities in the form of videos. The results showed that the syntactic interference in this study includes the inaccuracy of word forms that are influenced by the past, inaccurate subject-verb agreements, inaccuracies, absence of articles, sentence patterns that do not match S + V + O, inaccurate use of the words 'no' and 'not'.Keywords: interference, syntax, speaking skills

Grammatical metaphor refers to the coding of meaning or experience in the manner as if the meaning or experience were coded by another lexicogrammatical coding.  Metaphorical representation implies that there are two manners of coding, namely the congruent or literal and incongruent or metaphorical coding.  Transgrammatical semantic domains extends meaning by a range of grammatical units.  Transgrammatical semantic coding implies that agnated meanings are realized by more than one semantic unit.  Grammtical metaphor representation inherently contains transgrammatical coding.  This paper addresses grammatical metaphor commonly used in texts of science, technology and academics, which are very difficult for Indonesian students to understand and translate into good bahasa Indonesia (BI).  By applying knowledge or competence of gramatical metaphor and transgrammatical semantic domain Indonesian students are expected to effectively learn the meaning of English text of science, technology and academics and to translate the texts into good BI.

This study aims to reveal the formation of character through the example of the Principal and the Citizenship Education Teacher in SMA 1 Subang. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The research subjects were the Principal and Citizenship Education Teacher at SMA 1 Subang. Data collection using interview, observation and documentation techniques. Checking the validity of the data is done by source triangulation. Data analysis is done qualitatively through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the Principal and Citizenship Education Teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Subang formed student character through exemplary speech, personality traits, attitudes and appearance that were in accordance with religious character, discipline, democracy, nationalism, love of the country, peace of mind , care for the environment, and care for the social.

<p class="Els-keywords">The purpose of this study is to improve skills in developing Lesson Plans and teaching skills for students. This type of research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The research subjects were 11 students of the Mathematics Education Study Program, Teacher Training and Education Faculty, Universitas Veteran Bangun Nusantara Sukoharjo. The research was conducted on Microteaching Courses which were conducted based on Lesson Study. Recovery is carried out in a network using several platforms, namely: YouTube, the Learning System in the Universitas Veteran Bangun Nusantara Sukoharjo Network with the Moodle, Zoom, and WhatsApp application platforms. The method of data collection is carried out by the method of observation. The instruments used in this study were: Teaching skills assessment sheet and lesson plan assessment sheet. The two instruments are carried out to assess teaching skills and the Learning Implementation Plan in Open Lesson I, II, and III. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the change in the average score of 11 students who practiced their skills in developing Lesson Plans starting from 76.636; 84,182; 88,364. For teaching skills, the changes are as follows: 76,818; 83,909; 87,182. So the result of this research is that the implementation of Microteaching in a network based on Lesson Study can improve students' abilities in compiling Lesson Plans and student teaching skills.</p>

Burnout akademik merupakan sebuah kondisi yang dapat berdampak negatif pada para pelajar, baik secara akademik, pribadi, maupun sosial. Pencegahan terhadap dampak lanjutan yang tidak diinginkan melalui sebuah identifikasi dini. School Burnout Inventory merupakan salah satu instrumen berbahasa Inggris yang efektif untuk melakukan identifikasi dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui validitas dan reliabilitas School Burnout Inventory versi Bahasa Indonesia dalam konteks program sarjana, serta menguji jumlah faktor yang membentuknya. Proses adaptasi School Burnout Inventory dilakukan dengan menerjemahkannya ke dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan menyesuaikannya dengan konteks pendidikan di perguruan tinggi. Uji kesahihan terjemahan oleh ahli bahasa dan pakar dalam bidang burnout. Instrumen yang telah diadaptasi, disebarkan kepada 542 mahasiswa program sarjana (126 laki-laki dan 416 perempuan), yang dipilih secara acak secara online dan offline. Analisis data menggunakan analisis faktor eksploratori dan alpha Cronbach. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa School Burnout Inventory versi Bahasa Indonesia, sebagai keseluruhan instrumen maupun sebagai item per item, telah memenuhi kriteria validitas dan reliabilitas yang ditetapkan. Hasil pemfaktoran juga menunjukkan bahwa inventori ini dibentuk oleh dua faktor, di mana Item 1, 3, 4, 7, dan 9 terbentuk dari faktor 1 (kelelahan emosional) dan item 2, 5, 6, dan 8 terbentuk dari faktor 2 (sinisme). Dengan demikian, hasil tersebut mengeliminasi faktor 3 (penurunan pencapaian personal) yang tidak memiliki dukungan empiris yang memadai. The validation of School Burnout Inventory-Indonesian versionAcademic burnout can have negative effects on students both academically, personally, and socially. Therefore, early identification of this type of burnout is necessary to prevent further undesirable effects. The School Burnout Inventory is one of the English-language assessment tools to identify the academic burnout of students. The research aims to test the validity and reliability of the Indonesian version of the inventory in the context of the undergraduate program and to investigate its factor structure. The inventory adaptation process is carried out by translating it into Bahasa Indonesia and replacing certain technical terms with other terms that are better suited to the undergraduate context. The translation was evaluated for validity by asking for the judgment of a linguist and a burnout expert. The adapted instrument was then distributed online and offline to research subjects.  A  total of 542 undergraduate students (126 males     and 416 females) were selected at random to participate in the study. Exploratory factor analysis and Cronbach’s alpha were used to analyze the research data. The results showed that the School Burnout Inventory, as a whole inventory or as items, is valid and reliable. It was also found that the School Burnout Inventory comprises two factors, which items 1, 3, 4, 7, and 9 are derived from factor 1 (emotional exhaustion), while items 2, 5, 6, and 8 are from factor 2 (cynism). The results further suggest that factor 3 (personal inadequacy) needs to be excluded due to a lack of empirical evidence.

This study aims to improve the ability of language teachers in creating lesson plans using academic supervision methods. Academic supervision is one of the principals' tasks in developing teachers through the supervisory function to solve educational problems, including problems faced by teachers simultaneously and not looking for teacher errors. The form of this research is the School Action Research (SAR), which uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. In this study consists of two cycles and carried out using academic supervision methods to improve the ability in creating lesson plans in Indonesian and English subjects. The data obtained are in the form of teacher observation sheets in teaching supervision activities. From the results of analysts it was found that the ability to create lesson plans for language teachers increased from cycle I and cycle II, namely, cycle I to Indonesian language teachers I (60%), Indonesian language teachers II (45%), English language teachers I (50%) and English teacher II (40%) and in cycle II there was an increase in Indonesian language teacher I (80%), Indonesian language teacher II (85%), English teacher I (90%) and English teacher II (75% ). The conclusion of this study is that academic supervision methods can improve the ability to create lesson plans in language teachers in Negeri 3 Matan Hilir Selatan.

This study is intended to increase the student’s achievement and process to excute the social studies learning withRole Playing approach.This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) implemented to 4th elementary students inSDN Nogosaren Gamping Sleman as the object of study. This study contains two cycles, starts from planning,implementation, monitoring, reflecting and improving. The data were collected by using learning achievement test,observations, and interviews. The data from learning achievement tests were analyzed by using the descriptivequantitative technique. The data from observations and interviews were analyzed by using the descriptive qualitativetechnique on the basics of the results of the observation and reflection.Findings suggest that by the Role Playingapproach implementation, the civic education can get its best result. The student’s score increases. It is proved bythe average score in each examination. At the first cycle, the average score is 69,43 and the second cycle is 74,90.
