This article figure out the concept of jihād and its correlation with the concept of patience through Muhammad Husein al-ṬabaṬaba’ī perspective. This research set out from a study that often separates the concept of Jihād from the concept of patience, which makes the understanding of jihād used as the basis for violence action in the Qur'an. Meanwhile, some jihād verses are often juxtaposed with patience.  By using the thematic interpretation research method (al-tafsīr al-maudū’ī) and Lucien Goldman's theory of genetic structuralism on the jihād and patient verses in Muhammad Husein al-Tabataba’ī’s Tafsīr, al-Mizān, this study found two conclusions: First, according to ṬabaṬabā’ī, jihād and patience have a strong correlation. Although jihād is a description of one’s faith, the greatest jihad is to be patient with the anger, lust and temptations of satan. A mujāhid is someone who has a patient nature in himself, so even jihād in the form of war must be done with patience. Second, from the analysis of genetic structuralism, the view of ṬabaṬaba’ī was come from an academic situation that emphasizes moderation and logical thinking. Thus, the jihād interpretation in the Tafsīr al-Mizān is peacefull Jihād.

ABSTRAK Dalam suatu perusahaan asuransi, agen asuransi adalah hal penting, karena menjadi gambaran atau cerminan dari perusahaan asuransi didepan nasabah perusahaan asuransi. Melihat begitu pentingnya agen asuransi dalam perusahaan, perusahaan asuransi memberikan penghargaan untuk mendukung jenjang karir agen sehingga pada akhirnya membuat agen akan terikat dengan perusahaan sehingga munculnya work engagement. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara resiliensi dengan work engagement pada agen asurasni perusahaan X. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat korelasional. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 104 orang agen asuransi dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang kuat dan positif antara resiliensi dengan work engagement dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,286 (p = 0,003). Dalam penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang berarti pada setiap variabel, sehingga dapat dikatakan apabila resiliensi agen tinggi, maka work engagement agen akan tinggi juga dan sebaliknya. Peneliti menyarankan untuk pihak perusahaan asuransi untuk selalu berkembang untuk mendengarkan pendapat dari agen sehingga terjalin hubungan yang baik antara agen dan pekerjaannya. Kata Kunci: Resiliensi, work engagement, agen asuransi ABSTRACT In an insurance company, insurance agent is an important thing. Insurance Agent could become an image or reflection of insurance company in front of clients. By looking at the importance of insurance agent, insurance company will gives reward to support agent's career path which finally is making agents tied to the company and resulting the appearance of work engagement. The purpose of this dissertation is to understand the correlation between resilience and work engagement of insurance agent in X-Company. The method that being used is Correlational Quantitative Research Method. The data is being collected by questionnaire with  104 insurance agent amount of sample and purposive sampling technique. The result of this dissertation shows that there's a positive and strong correlation between resilience and work engagement with 0.286 correlation coefficient value (p = 0.003). It shows that there's a meaningful correlation in each variable so it can be said if the resilience of agent is high, the work engagement of the agent is also high and vice versa. Writer suggest that company can be actively  participate in communicating with its agents so that there will be a good correlation between agents and their job. Keywords : Resilience, Work engagement, insurance

Scientific writing is a way for someone to put the concept of thinking in written form so that other people can understand what is being thought. Students are the next generations who have idealism in thinking that needs to be nurtured. The purpose of this study was to improve the scientific writ-ing of students through Collaborative Learning by utilizing blended learn-ing technology. The research method used is action research, using collabo-rative learning that is applied in learning to write scientific paper. The stu-dents are expected to have logical thinking aspects, data objectivity, vocab-ulary mastery, use of Enhanced Spelling (EYD), use of effective sentences, and paragraph development. It can be concluded that collaborative learning can improve the ability to write scientific articles because in collaborative learning students are very active, motivated and always intrigued by their hearts and minds to solve problems faced in the same group and they can compete competitively, and motivate other students to achieve the maxi-mum learning outcomes

For most students, mathematics is difficult, boring, and not fun. However, mathematics is of great help in terms of academic performance and the development of students' calculation ability and abstract logical thinking. So how to make students like mathematics? How to improve students' mathematical ability? In response to these two doubts, this article designed the following teaching links based on HPM. The research method in this research is descriptive qualitative by describing the lesson plan on arithmetic material. The sample and population were grade 3, Elementary school, in Guilin, China. The results showed that in the real class, it was found that students were very interested in the "Digital Black Hole" game, their mathematical calculation ability and the ability to find problems All have improved a lot. This shows that under the guidance of HPM, eliciting mathematics teaching through mathematics culture can help increase students’ interest in mathematics, and students are also more aware that there are many magical relationships between numbers and numbers, which are worthy of us. <em></em><p><em>Based on preliminary studies it was found that employee performance has not been optimal. Some of an important factor that was found supposedly competency and organizational culture is an important factor that is most dominant. As a </em><em>prominent factor of employee performance, </em><em>organization culture and competency has been given much attention, as well </em><em>as the influence of competency</em><em> and organizational culture to employees performance either partially and simultaneously. Research method used in this research descriptive survey and explanatory survey. The sample in this research is </em><em>employees</em><em> of PT PLN (Persero) Area Karawang. The sampling technique </em><em>used is</em><em> stratified proportional </em><em>method whereas</em><em> the method of analysis used is path analysis. The result of research </em><em>shows that there is</em><em> a strong correlation among competency and organizational </em><em>culture. The hypotheses for the partial impact of </em><em>competency and organizational culture toward employee performance </em><em>employee are all accepted. Simultaneous</em><em> influence competency and organizational culture toward performance of employee </em><em>gives</em><em> a significant effect.</em></p>

This study attempts to investigate the correlation between students‟ vocabulary mastery and ability in arranging narrative paragraphs. The research approach was quantitative. The research method was descriptive. The research design of this study was a correlational design. The population of this study was second grade students of SMA Swasta Santo Petrus Medan totaling to 118 of three parallel classes. The sample of this research was the class XI MIA totaling to 38 students. The instrument of collecting the data were vocabulary test and arranging narrative paragraphs test and split half formula was used to obtain the reliability of the test. The data was analyzed by using Pearson Product Moment formula. From this study it was found that robserved is higher than rtable (0.881>0.413). It means that null hypothesis is rejected and Alternative hypothesis is accepted. As the conclusion, there is very strong correlation between students‟ vocabulary mastery and ability in  arranging  narrative  paragraphs  at  SMA  Swasta  Santo  Petrus  Medan  in Academic Year of 2016/2017.

For any organization to compete favourably in the competitive society, employees’ attitudes and commitment towards work goes a long way in determining the employees’ performance and organization productivity. The main objective of this study is to examine the effect of incentives packages on employees’ attitudes towards work. A descriptive research method was adopted for this study using one hundred twenty valid questionnaires which were completed by members of staff of four (4) selected government parastartals in Ogun State, South-West Nigeria using stratified and systematic sampling technique. The data collected were carefully analyzed using percentage supported by standard deviation to represent the raw data in a meaningful manner. The results show that strong relationship exists between incentives packages and employees’ attitudes towards work and the workers are not satisfied with the present incentives packages. The summary of the findings indicates that there is strong correlation between the tested dependent variable and independent construct. However, employers of labour and decision makers should endeavour to review incentives packages at various levels in order to earn employees’ commitment and satisfaction.

This study aims to analyze the correlation between the inflation rate by expenditure group and the level of community mobility based on the location of visits in West Java during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is the quantitative method through descriptive analysis and correlation analysis. This study uses secondary data from the Central Bureau of Statistics and the Google Mobility Report. The results of this study explain that the total inflation rate has a strong correlation with people's mobility to the central location of the economy. Inflation of primary commodities found in the Food, Beverage, and Tobacco group and the Housing, Electricity, and Fuel group has a weak correlation with the level of community mobility. The results of this study can be used as a basis for policymakers in the context of controlling inflation and capturing phenomena that occur related to restrictions on mobility during the Covid-19 pandemic.

During this time, the student is less understanding the significance of animal ecology lectures, so that students are less able to apply it in real of life. Animal ecology lecture consists of lectures and practicum. The purpose of this research was to increase knowledge of animal ecology and logical thinking of students using the diagram Vee on Animal Ecology lab. Research method was quasi experiment. The study population was student of prospective teachers Biology at 6th Semester as much as 9 classes taken courses Ecology animals, samples taken purposing sampling by 2 classes. This research was conducted by using a diagram Vee during practicum. Data obtained from the results of learning tests and logical thinking using the Test of Logical Thinking (TOTL). Data processing with the T test using SPSS. The results showed that there was influence using Vee diagram of the learning outcomes and logical reasoning and intellectual development of students.

  ABSTRACT Employee performance is an organizational key to achieving company goals. This study aims to determine the relationship between organizational commitment and employee performance of the Al-Muawanah Integrated Islamic Foundation. The research method used is a mixed method descriptive qualitative and quantitative approach with multiple regression. The results showed that organizational commitment, employee performance generally went well. There is a strong correlation between organizational commitment and employee performance with the Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.869. There is a positive and significant relationship between organizational commitment and the performance of Foundation employees. This study is carried out at PT.YCH Indonesia. The objective of this study is to analyze significance of influence of warehouse information system to performance of operational department’s employee at PT. YCH Indonesia. This study used quantitative research method by giving questionnaires to 71 respondents, computation and data analysis used SPSS progam version 16. From the data processing found a correlation value of 0.724, thereby it can be concluded that a correlation between inventory information system variable (X) toward employee performance (Y) has strong correlation. Result of R square (R2) value of 0.569 or in the amount of 56.9%, therefore it can be said that inventory information system variable has the influence in the amount of 56.9% and the remaining of 43.1% is another influence not subject to research. Result of test identified that t count is in the amount of 9.543, therefore H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted because tcount 9.543 > ttable 1.667 and can be said that inventory information system has significant influence to customer’s satisfaction. Result of test identified that tcount 4.592 thereby H0 is rejected and Ha accepted because tcount 4.592 > ttable 1.673 and significance 0.000 < 0.1, and can be said that warehouse inventory information system has significant influence to employee performance.
