  ABSTRACT Employee performance is an organizational key to achieving company goals. This study aims to determine the relationship between organizational commitment and employee performance of the Al-Muawanah Integrated Islamic Foundation. The research method used is a mixed method descriptive qualitative and quantitative approach with multiple regression. The results showed that organizational commitment, employee performance generally went well. There is a strong correlation between organizational commitment and employee performance with the Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.869. There is a positive and significant relationship between organizational commitment and the performance of Foundation employees. This means that the more positive the organizational commitment, the higher the employee performance of the Al-Muawanah Integrated Islamic Foundation Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Employee Performance, Islamic Foundation

This research aims to analyze the relationship characteristic of respondents, purchasing power and the origin of ethnic groups with the foster pattern in the feeding of milk escort food (MPASI) in infants aged 0-12 months in Jambi city. This research using methods is an observational research with a mixed method research method between qualitative and quantitative research. This research was conducted in several tribes in Jambi city, such as the people of Origin Jambi as the result of the research is characteristic of respondents who have a last education low of 38 people (39.6%), knowledge of MPASI less well as 66 people (68.8%), customs habits (MPASI) less good as many as 45 people (46.9%), not working as much as 77 people ( And the foster pattern of poor MPASI as much as 50 people (52.1%).

Thaharah is one of the syariah in Islam which teaches its adherents about cleanliness as a form of obedience to the provisions that Allah has commanded. PHBS is a movement, attitude, knowledge, and pro-active action whose aim to maintain and prevent from disease. This study aims to determine the relationship between understanding thaharah material and hygiene and healthy living habits (PHBS). The research method used in this research is correlational quantitative method. The sample in this study were students of class VIII MTs Darul Muttaqien Bogor Regency. The data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires and tests. The instruments used in this study were 15 test items and 13 questionnaires. The results of the study through correlational tests showed that there was a significant relationship between understanding thaharah material and clean and healthy living habits (PHBS). The correlational test shows a significance value of sig. (2-tailed) 0.0000 <0.05 with a Pearson correlation value of 0.878 so that it is interpreted that the relationship between the two is strong

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between the aesthetic dimension of media literacy and the academic performance of women in the 12th district of Tehran in 2018-2018. The statistical population in this study is 80 women interested in education and 66 people were selected as a sample using Morgan table. In fact, the whole statistical population was determined as a sample. The research tools are two questionnaires: media literacy and academic performance. Hassan Khani Media Literacy Questionnaire (2018) with 90% reliability and Pham and Taylor (1999) Academic Performance Questionnaire with 84% reliability were used. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and multivariate regression. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between academic performance and aesthetic components of media literacy. Keywords: media literacy, academic performance, aesthetics

The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between communication, team work, and organizational commitment to the performance of employees at PT Seroja Lukindo Lestari Surabaya. This research is using quantitative method. The population and sample based on questionnaires to employees of PT Seroja Lukindo Lestari Surabaya of 67 respondents. The method of data collection uses interviews, observations and questionnaires. Analysis of the data used validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test and multiple linear analysis test. The results of the research showed Communication (X1), Team Work (X2), and Organizational Commitment (X3) had a significant relationship to employee performance (Y) which have a significant value <0.05.

This study aims to examine the relationship between working capital management strategies (aggressive, moderate, conservative) and profitability. The study relied on the financial statements published by industrial pharmaceutical corporations in the last five years, namely 2009-2013, using the Pearson correlation coefficient between classifications according to corporate working capital management strategies, as well as profitability classification (high, medium and low) to determine whether a statistically significant relationship between the strategies followed for working capital management and profitability of the corporation. The study's results revealed a stronger relationship between working capital management strategy and profitability of Jordanian industrial pharmaceutical corporations that followed a moderate strategy compared with those that followed an aggressive strategy. Furthermore, Jordanian pharmaceutical corporations didn’t follow a conservative working capital management strategy.

<p>This study aimed to answer the question that what is the relationship between depression and emotional intelligence among the students of Zabol University of medical sciences in 2014?</p><p>This study is descriptive-correlational that examined 294 students of Zabol University of medical sciences in 1393 by using stratified random sampling. Bar-On emotional intelligence questionnaire and Beck depression questionnaire were used to collect data. Pearson correlation coefficient and regression were used for data analysis. The obtained results show that there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and depression. On the other hand, there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence with the variables (gender, major satisfaction, type of faculty, and place of living) and depression with the variables (gender, major satisfaction, father’s education and type of faculty).</p>

In this research, it is aimed to examine the relationship between the job performance and organizational commitment of employees in the youth services and sports provincial directorate. A total of 83 people, 63 men and 20 women, who work in the Sakarya Provincial Directorate of Youth Services and Sports and determined by convenience sampling method, participated in the research carried out with the relational screening model. Research data were collected using the "Organizational Commitment Scale", "Employee Performance Scale" and "Personal Information Form". Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent groups t-test, and Pearson correlation analysis. When the research findings are examined; It was determined that there was a significant difference in normative commitment and continuance commitment scores between men and women according to the department graduated (p<.05). On the other hand, no significant relationship was found between job performance and organizational commitment and age and years of service (p>.05). In conclusion; It can be said that the job performance of the employees in Sakarya Provincial Directorate of Youth Services and Sports is at a high level and their organizational commitment level is at a good level. Job satisfaction and organizational commitment that play a very important role in the growth and survival of organizations and reduce delays and layoffs of employees and increase the level of efficiency and effectiveness in organizations. The study, entitled “Investigating the Relationship between Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment from the Perspective of Professors and Administrative Staff of the Logar University” is a descriptive-correlational study. Its main purpose was to study the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The statistical population is the professors and staff of the University of Logar University. Due to the small number of professors and staff of this institution, all of them (30) have been included in the research. In this study, the required information was collected by two questionnaires of job satisfaction and organizational commitment and was analyzed using SPSS24 and EXCEL software and its descriptive and inferential results are described in the tables, which in the descriptive method describes the variables of satisfaction. Job (nature of work, co-workers, growth opportunities and payments) and organizational commitment variables (emotional commitment, continuous commitment and normative commitment) and in inferential analysis by correlation test or Pearson correlation to test hypotheses and analyze the relationship between Job satisfaction J and organizational commitment are addressed. The results of the research show that the majority of the employees of this institution are satisfied with their work; but they are not satisfied with the behavior and attitude of the supervisors. On the contrary, the majority of the employees of this institution read the behavior of their colleagues as friendly and satisfied. The majority of the employees of this organization have said that there is no suitable opportunity for growth and promotion. The majorities of the employees of this institution are interested in this organization and consider the problems of the organization as their problems; but they do not see the current organization as suitable for securing their future, and they will leave the organization if they are offered a better job elsewhere. The results showed that the majority of the faculty and staff of this organization are below the level of job satisfaction (supervisors, growth opportunities and payments) and are below the level of continuous commitment. Regarding the hypotheses, the research showed that there is no relationship between the nature of work and emotional commitment. There is a significant relationship between the behavior of supervisors and normative commitment. There is no significant relationship between employee behavior and normative commitment. There is a significant and positive relationship between growth opportunities and pay and continuous commitment. There is a positive and significant relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment of the professors and staff of the Logar University.

Introduction: In today’s global environment there is a competition on performances of organizations. Business organizations are seeking highly skilled professionals to be employed to achieve high performance and productivity over other competitors. The purpose of this research is to determine the effects of personality traits, and professional skills on employee performance in an Automotive Corporation in the Philippines. Methodology:  The study is a quantitative research, and a descriptive-correlation. A self-constructed survey questionnaire was distributed to 97 employees of Automotive Corporation using convenience sampling. The statistical tools used for analyzing the results from the SPSS 22, was Pearson correlation to analyze the relationship and standard deviation and the mean for the descriptive study, and t-test and ANOVA were used to analyze the difference, and in terms of predictions, linear regression was used.  Result: the Study revealed that the relationship between Professional Skills has a positive significant relationship with employee performance but there is no significant relationship between personality Traits and employee performance, though openness was dominant with the highest mean. The study also showed that professional skills, personality traits, and employee performance are high.   Considering the sex, males had a higher employee performance than females. Further results revealed that only professional skills predicted employee performance. Discussion: The result of the study implies that business owners need employees that are able to get the job done because employee performance is critical to the overall success of the company. The study recommends that industries should pay attention to Professional Skills, and Personality Traits of workers because it is important in business organizations.

The Emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction to be part of the factors that influence performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable partially and simultaneously. This study also aimed to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable directly and indirectly. This study was conducted to 77 respondents employees of PT. Madu Baru, Yogyakarta. The research method used is quantitative method uses statistical analysis and descriptive. The results of this study are (1) there is a significant effect of emotional intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (2) there is a significant influence of spiritual intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (3) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on job satisfaction. (4) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence on employee performance. (5) There is a significant relationship between spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (6) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (7) There is a significant relationship between job satisfaction on employee performance. (8) There is an indirect effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. (9) There is the indirect influence of spiritual intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction.
