ANALISIS PENGGUNAAN RODHAMIN B PADA PRODUK TERASI YANG ADA DISEKITAR MASYARAKAT KECAMATAN POLEANG TENGAH KABUPATEN BOMBANA, SULAWESI TENGGARA

ABSTRACT This research was conducted by Descriptive method to obtain the required information. The way of data collection is by taking samples of shrimp paste in Kampung Baru Village (A), Lampopala Village (B), and Lauru Village (C) and then doing rodhamin B dye testing on the three shrimp paste samples. The results of Analysis of Rodhamin B in shrimp paste Products around the Community of Central Poleang District Bombana regency, Southeast Sulawesi in Kampung Baru Village (A), Lampopala Village (B), and Lauru Village (C) received negative results. Keywords: qualitative analysis, rhodamin B, shrimp paste.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode Deskriptif untuk memperoleh informasi yang dibutuhkan. Cara pengumpulan data yaitu dengan mengambil sampel terasi yang ada di Desa Kampung Baru (A), Desa Lampopala (B), dan Desa Lauru (C) lalu melakukan pengujian pewarna Rodhamin B pada ketiga sampel terasi tersebut. Hasil Analisis Penggunaan Rodhamin B pada Produk Terasi yang ada di sekitar Masyarakat Kecamatan Poleang Tengah Kabupaten Bombana, Sulawesi Tenggara pada Desa Kampung Baru (A), Desa Lampopala (B), dan Desa Lauru (C) mendapatkan hasil negatif.Kata kunci: analisis kualitatif, rhodamin B, terasi.

This study aims to explain how the distribution of productive zakat in the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra and how the effectiveness of productive zakat distribution in improving the welfare of mustahik in the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive method, which is a problem that guides researchers to explore and photograph situations that will be thoroughly investigated, broadly and deeply. Data collection techniques with field research, while the tools used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study inform that in distributing productive zakat funds, Rumah Zakat is in accordance with Law No. 23 of 2011 concerning Management of Zakat. The distribution of productive zakat carried out by the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra through the Senyum Mandiri Program to mustahik in Medan Helvetia Subdistrict has been effective, because it can improve the welfare of mustahik, this is evidenced by the income of eight of thirteen mustahik people in total, five people whose income is fixed and four out of eight people whose income has increased has reached the level of muzaki.

Empowerment is a way, a process, an act of empowering. So that community empowerment can be interpreted that the way society processes. In this case, the community proceeds in the UMKM. The process referred to here is a process to improve the economic situation of surrounding communities that is unstable. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. This research is located in the East Gapura Village, Sumenep Regency. Data collection techniques used through interviews, observation and documentation. This research will explain how community empowerment through UKM Craft Basket in the East Gapura Village, Sumenep Regency. The results obtained from this study indicate that the process of community empowerment through MSME Basket Craft is going well. The factor that encourages the running of this UMKM well is that there is only 1 UMKM in the East Gapura Village, Sumenep Regency. While the inhibiting factor is the limited material used to make basket crafts not yet available in the nearest area.

The purpose of this article is to analyze the service and the inhibiting factors of the Samsat Bus service around the Regional Revenue Service Unit (UPPD) of South Medan BPPRDSU. This study uses a descriptive method with qualitative analysis techniques. With data collection techniques from interviews, documentation, and observation. Based on the results of interviews and observations using 4 indicators from Tjiptono (2002) regarding the service quality of the Mobile Samsat Bus at Simpang Pemda Medan Selayang District, it is good or quality. However, comfort is still not good or inadequate because the facilities are still limited. Barriers that are often found are people who complain about the facilities. This is because the existing facilities are still unsatisfactory. Then the undisciplined officers of the Mobile Samsat Bus at the Simpang Pemda Medan Selayang District. Namely, the Samsat Bus Officers at the Simpang Simpang Pemda Medan Selayang Subdistrict enter and leave the office on time. And the community wants the operation time of the Samsat Roving Bus at the Medan Selayang District Government to be extended.

ABSTRAK Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan bimbingan agama melalui program Dauroh Qolbiyah, pengaruh program Dauroh Qolbiyah terhadap pembentukan kepribadian muslim. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data dengan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bimbingan agama melalui program Dauroh Qolbiyah menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi, ta’lim bil lu’wah atau simulasi serta metode campuran. Materi yang diberikan dalam program Dauroh Qolbiyah terdiri dari akidah, ibadah, akhlak, dan pembiasaan ibadah wajib maupun ibadah sunnah. Program Dauroh Qolbiyah tidak dapat dianggap berhasil dalam membentuk kepribadian muslim. Namun program Dauroh Qolbiyah dianggap sebagai program pembiasaan yang dapat membentuk kepribadian muslim. Kata Kunci : Bimbingan Agama; Dauroh Qolbiyah; Kepribadian Muslim ABSTRACT This paper aims to find out the implementation of religious guidance through the Dauroh Qolbiyah program, the influence of the Dauroh Qolbiyah program on the formation of Muslim personalities. This research method uses descriptive method with data collection techniques namely interviews, observation, and documentation studies. This study uses data analysis with qualitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that religious guidance through the Dauroh Qolbiyah program uses the lecture method, discussion, ta'lim talk or simulation and mixed methods. The material provided in the Dauroh Qolbiyah program consists of faith, worship, morality, and compulsory worship and sunnah worship. The Dauroh Qolbiyah program cannot be considered successful in shaping the Muslim personality. But the Dauroh Qolbiyah program is considered as a habituation program that can shape Muslim personalities. Keywords: Religious Guidance; Dauroh Qolbiyah; Muslim personality

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to find out the use of the ichiou adverb in the speech situations from participants with sociolinguistic approach. The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative analysis. Data sources are novels and questionnaires. The data collection of this study is choosing a sentence containing the ichiou adverb from six novels. Furthermore, these sentences were used as multiple-choice questionnaire containing the frequency of using ichiou adverb in some situations. As for some conclusions from the results of this research depend on the speech situation, social relations greatly influenced the use of the ichiou adverb only used for family, relatives or close friends. Keywords: Ichiou adverb, sociolinguistics, participant Abstrak: Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui penggunaan adverbia ichiou dalam beberapa situasi percakapan ditinjau dari penggunanya dengan pendekatan sosiolinguistik. Metode yang digunakan merupakan metode analisis kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan berasal dari novel dan angket , sedangkan data dikumpulkan berdasarkan percakapan yang terdapat dalam novel seri Reikan Kentei dan Kiokuya. Organizing archives needs to be done with good management. However, the Governance Section of the Batu Bara Regency Regent's Office still has weaknesses, especially in terms of archive management work procedures. The purpose of this study was to find out how the effectiveness of the archives in improving the administrative services of the Governance Section at the Regent's Office of Batubara Regency. and what are the factors that hinder archives in improving the administrative services of the Governance Section at the Batubara Regency Regent's Office? This study uses a descriptive method with qualitative analysis techniques. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study found job satisfaction has not been effective because employees have not participated in education and training evenly.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi manajemen sumber daya manusia pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang, dan mengetahui bagaimana hasil kinerja santri di pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, studi dokumentasi dan wawancara.Hasil Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa peran manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja santri di pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang yang diawali dengan pengolaan dalam bentuk fungsi perencanaan dan operasional yang baru.Terutama pengrekrutan jajaran assatidz yang berdedikasi dan berpendidikan tinggi masuk ke pondok pesantren pagelaran II. Sehingga keberlangsungan pesantren akan berinovasi dan pengendalian selalu sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen sumber daya manusia di pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang telah dijalankan dengan baik dan menunjukan keberhasilan dalam upaya menyiapkan insan kamil. ABSTRAK It aims to know how to implementation of human resources management hut pesantren by fire ii, and find out How did santri's performance result in the pesantren pagelaran 2 Sumedang. The method used in this study is a descriptive method, data collection is done using observation techniques, a documentary study and debriefing. This study found that human resource management's role in optimizing santri's performance in pondok pesantren pagelaran 2 Sumedang. That begin with processing in the form of new planning and operational functions. Particularly recruits for the dedicated, highly educated assatidz went into the pagelaran 2 Sumedang. So martial arts have continued to innovate and control always conforms to the development of The Times. So it is inadmissible that the human resources management at pesantren pagelaran 2 sumedang has been well run and show that is successful in preparing for the perfect human being.

Social movement is an effort to provide benefits to others. However, within the context of cultivating the character, research on social movement through socio-drama based on local wisdom is very limited. This study aims to examine the increasing character of nationalism through social movements in the form of socio-drama. Research subjects were elementary and secondary students residing in rural area. This research used qualitative and descriptive method. Data collection techniques were documentations, observations, and interviews. The results showed that the increased character of nationalism only arise when playing socio-drama only, they would return to the previous character. Cultivating the character values need a long time, so the change of character did not necessarily happen.

The Nagari Manggopoh community has a tradition of commemorating the day of one's death which takes place on the third, seventh, fourteenth, fortieth, hundredth, and thousandth days, but the community does not yet understand the educational values. The focus of the research is educative values in the tradition of commemorating the day of death, and their implications for strengthening Minangkabau traditional values. The object of this research is the Islamic community in Nagari Manggopoh that carries out a tradition of commemorating one's death by analyzing the educational values contained in it. The population in this study is the community who carry out the tradition of the commemoration of death. Data collection techniques are observation and interviews, then analyzed using qualitative analysis techniques, with inductive, deductive, and descriptive methods. The results of this research showed that there were some educative values contained in the tradition, namely sociological, cultural and cultural educational values, historical, and leadership.
