Culture is the most critical thing when driving innovation. This paper aims to discuss the counter-hegemony of Drama Gong against modern entertainment arts today with the dynamics of openness innovation. The research method used is qualitative and uses triangulation analysis. Basic qualitative data were obtained by examining two stories of Drama Gong, namely: (1) Angling Dharma (the 1980s) and (2) Jayaprana (2020). Data were collected through observation, document review, and interviews with artists and art observers of the Drama Gong culture of Bali. Qualitative descriptive analysis was carried out by applying the theory of semiotics and the theory of symbolic interaction. The results showed that to maintain its existence since the 1980s Drama Gong performance art has been revitalized as a form of counter-hegemony to today’s modern entertainment arts. The counter-hegemony concerns three things, namely: (1) the innovation of Drama Gong performance art, (2) the application of new technology to support the packaging and performance of the Drama Gong, and (3) efforts to maintain the function of the Drama Gong as a way to teach Balinese culture.

This research takes the object of Sebening Syahadat by Diva SR, this work is a novel that tells the story of the journey ofa teenager named Sam who is in the process ofsearching for identity. The journey is filled with interesting twits and turns embelissed with a love story that is very suitable if consumed by the younger generation who are learning to find identit. This study aims to reveal the value motives that led Sam’s character in finding his identity, which expected to be a material for reflection for readers, especially young people who are in the process of discovering his identity, the scope of the problem in this study is to reveal the value motives that affect the character’s psyche. Sam is told to have a rascal character.The research method used in this study took a descriptive qualitative approach, data colletion used was a literature study technique with stages of reading, note taking, coding for futher analysis. The analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis technique.The result of the research in this research process indicate that the mental process of Sam’s character influenced by several factors, including: a. Motives in cultural factors (Situasional Factors), b. The motive for love begins with admiration for the attitude of someone who is full of noble values of character, c. The motive of curiosity and fulfillment of his needs for true value.

One source of Regional Original Revenue is local taxes, regional levies and other legitimate local revenue management. Regional levies consist of 3 types of retribution, namely general service retribution, business service retribution and certain licensing retribution. Market’s levies is one type of regional retribution that is included in general retribution whose collection must be in accordance with the existing operational procedure standards to support the realization of its acceptance. This study aims to determine the mechanism of market’s levies collection and the level of effectiveness of market’s levies in the city of Bitung. The research method used is qualitative descriptive analysis, by analyzing the collection mechanism and the effectiveness of market’s levies. The results of the study show that the mechanism of collection of retribution is in accordance with the existing SOP and the achievement of its effectiveness is effective with an average level of 87.13%. Bitung city government can be better able to approach marketers for example by socializing market’s levies regulations so that later can also support the realization of  levies revenue.Keywords : Market’s Levies, Collection Mechanisms and Effectiveness

The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in the morphology and anatomy of ginger plants based on differences in altitude, and to make a booklet resulting from the morphological and anatomical characteristics of ginger for morphology and plant anatomy courses. This research method is a qualitative research method. Data collection techniques in this study through observation, interviews, characterization techniques, document review, and questionnaires or questionnaires. Data analysis techniques with quantitative descriptive and descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed that there were differences in the morphological and anatomical characteristics of ginger based on differences in the height of the place. Ginger in Selupu Rejang District has a high stomata density. Ginger is more suitable for planting in the lowlands with high temperatures, low humidity. The compilation and manufacture of morphology and plant anatomy course booklets were declared valid with very decent qualifications with a percentage of 86.2%. Conclusion, there are differences in the morphological and anatomical characteristics of the ginger plant based on the height of the place, while the booklets that are made have proper and valid qualifications to be used as material for plant morphology and anatomy courses. The digital age has led to the emergence of many companies such as E-commerce, which in the marketing process, not only do marketing through offline media but also have penetrated online or digital media. BliBli.com promotes its brand in collaboration with the digital agency Content Collision to be able to provide SEO (Search Engine Optimization) that can increase PageRank on Google. The purpose of this research is to find out how the communication strategy is carried out by the Content Collision Agency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative data collection through interviews, observations, and study documents. The results showed that the communication strategy used by the Content Collision Agency in promoting BliBli.com was by managing BliBli's blog to be more interesting. Content contained on the website of articles, Slideshare, infographics, and live reports in the field, given a call to action on each document that has made. The content is SEO friendly, up to date, creative, informative, entertaining, distributed via online media, and accompanied by backlinks such as QR code and action buttons (buy now). This method makes it easier for readers to be able to get products and promotions available on Blibli.com. Readers can also share by clicking the share that serves as an expression to express like the article and want to share the information by others or just provide feedback for the content through comments. Reviews of products or services from the brand can increase the number of views and also to increase sales.

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana peningkatan keterampilan siswa dalam menulis letter of opinion di Kelas XI. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada kelas XI-IPS-2 SMA Negeri 15 Semarang semester 1 Tahun Pelajaran 2017-2018 sebagai hasil penggunaan media fantastic card. Penelitian ini juga digunakan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap belajar siswa selama pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan teknik siklus yang terdiri dari dua tindakan siklus yaitu siklus 1 dan siklus 2. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan untuk data kuantitatif berupa tes tertulis ulangan harian dan data kualitatif digunakan lembar observasi atau pengamatan, lembar refleksi diri, lembar penilaian antar teman, dan rubrik penilaian kinerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan media fantastic card dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menulis letter of opinion. Ketuntasan Belajar mengalami peningkatan dari kondisi awal 53,13% menjadi 65,63% pada siklus I dan meningkat menjadi 93,75% pada siklus II. Peningkatan keterampilan siswa dalam menulis letter of opinion  pada siklus I mencapai 2,53% dari rata-rata hasil belajar pada pra siklus dan hasil belajar pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan sebesar 6,81% dari rata-rata hasil belajar  pada siklus I atau mengalami peningkatan sebesar 9,34% jika dibandingkan dengan rata-rata hasil belajar pada pra siklus.Kata kunci: menulis, letter of opinion, media fantastic cardABSTRACTThis research was aimed to find out the extent of students’ skill at writing letter of opinion in 11th grade. The research was conducted in the 11th Grade of Social Science 2at Public Senior High School 15 Semarang in Academic Year 2017-2018 after using fantastic card. It was to know the improvement of knowledge and attitude of the students during learning. Method used was class action research method with cycle technique consisting of two cycles, i.e. cycle 1 and cycle 2. Instruments of data taking were written daily tests and as for qualitative data, observation sheet, self-reflection sheet, peer evaluation sheet, and performance evaluation rubric were used. Results of the research showed that fantastic card could improve the skill of writing letter of opinion. The learning completeness improved from 53.13% to 65.63% in cycle I, and 93.75% in cycle II. The students’ skill in writing letter of opinion in cycle I improved up to 2.53% from the average learning result in pre-cycle. Meanwhile, th elearning result in cycle II improved as much as 6.81% from the average learning result in cycle I, or 9.34%, compared to the average learning result in pre-cycle.

<p><em>Bukit Buluh temple is one of the kawitan of the homeland / Tutuan people who are in the village of Adat Gunaksa Dawan District Klungkung Regency. Pura Center citizens Tutuan Bukit Buluh has an inscription which until now still stored and awake its existence in Pura Bukit Buluh.</em><em> </em><em>Issues to be discussed include: (1) The contents of the Inscription Ki Mantri Tutuan. (2) The Value of Hindu Religious Education In Prayer Ki Mantri Tutuan. (3) The Function of Inscription Ki Mantri Tutuan. This study aims to determine: (1) the contents of the Inscription Ki Mantri Tutuan. (2) The value of Hindu Religious Education contained in the Inscription Ki Mantri Tutuan. (3). Function of Inscription Ki Mantri Tutuan.</em><em> </em><em>Theories used to analyze problems are: Value theory, hermeneutical theory and structural functional theory. Forest resources can be utilized through various activities in the land-based sector, including forestry, plantations, and mining. The implications of the issuance of various permits are indicated to cause changes in the area of forest and land cover. This paper aims to analyze and explain the implications of the various land-based sector licenses that have been issued by the local government and the central government on the condition of forest areas in Riau Province. The research method was carried out with qualitative descriptive analysis, through interviews, spatial analysis, and review and tracking documents. The results of the study showed that during the period 1986-2017 there had been a change in the area of forest area and land cover. The biggest changes in forest areas occur due to the conversion of forest areas into plantations, while the largest land cover changes in successive classes are land cover for plantations (Pk), forest plantations (Ht) and mining (Pn). Some of the recommendations that we propose are the temporary dismissal of licenses in the Riau forest area, the rearrangement of all licenses related to forest areas, increasing integrity and willingness of all parties in Riau and the central government in sustainable forest management.

Introduction. Not all scientific work can be easily utilized directly by the public (society). Pusat Data dan Dokumentasi Informasi Ilmiah (PDDI)  has not optimally disseminated knowledge products. The knowledge products should be assembled, visualized and informed - through digital media. This paper aims to examine whether WebGIS can be used as a medium for disseminating information. Data Collection Method. The method used was descriptive qualitative. Data collection was conducted by means of a survey. Data Analysis. This research use descriptive analysis. The results of the survey analysis were reviewed with the results of literature studies so that conclusions could be drawn to answer the research questions. Results and Discussions. The survey shows that the Banyuwangi community expect that  an interactive industrial tree to be attached in the WebGIS (BAGEOS) of the Banyuwangi Regency Government. The survey shows that installing industrial trees on BAGEOS is not only beneficial for BAGEOS, but also for the community. Conclusions. Combination between industrial trees with WebGIS or digital maps is a good combination. All respondents agreed to pair industrial trees on digital maps. GIS is capable as  a medium for disseminating information packaging.

The 21st century is a period of rapid development of information and communication technology. Therefore, various life skills and living values are needed to balance them. One of the living values that is really needed is the synergistic work that can be grown through local potential physics-based learning. This study aims to determine whether there is an increase in student synergistic work through local potential physics-based learning. The research method that will be used is a quasi experiment. The instruments were observation sheets and questionnaires. Data analysis used quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that there was an increase in synergistic work of students who conducted physics learning based on local potential of 0.52381 with the medium category
