This type of research is qualilative and quantitative research, the research method used in this research method of interview, observation, and documentation, the techniques of determining informants used are snowball procedures, and data analysis using qualitative descriptive analysis. This study aimed to increase children's creativity by exploring the natural surroundings of group A children at TK Tunas Dansari Dosay, Jayapura Regency. The subjects of this study were 15 children. This research is a classroom action research method using the action model from Kemmis and Mc Taggart. Data collecting was observation and documentation—data analysis using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed an increase in the creativity of group A children in TK Tunas Dansari Dosay. The research data showed that before the action, the average group value was 45.55%. After being given action cycle I, the average result was 55.55%; action II amounted to 63.33% and increased in action III 67.22%. In cycle II, an action I increased to 71.67%, action II increased to 75.55%, and action III increased to 81.10%. Based on these data, exploring the surrounding nature can increase the creativity of group A children at TK Tunas Dansari Dosay, Jayapura Regency.

This study aims to improve students' language skills through a constructivist approach at MAN 1 Mataram. This research method uses classroom action research. The subjects of this study were students of class XI IBB MAN 1 Mataram. Data collection techniques in this study used tests, observations, and questionnaires. While the data analysis technique is quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. From this research, it can be concluded that the constructivist approach can improve students' language skills. The success of using this constructivist approach is shown by 36 out of 41 students in class XI IBB MAN 1 Mataram who managed to score above the KKM. This exceeded the target set before the study was conducted, which was 33 people. In addition, the percentage of students who chose to agree with positive statements related to language skills was 76%, exceeding the target set by 75%.

This research takes the object of Sebening Syahadat by Diva SR, this work is a novel that tells the story of the journey ofa teenager named Sam who is in the process ofsearching for identity. The journey is filled with interesting twits and turns embelissed with a love story that is very suitable if consumed by the younger generation who are learning to find identit. This study aims to reveal the value motives that led Sam’s character in finding his identity, which expected to be a material for reflection for readers, especially young people who are in the process of discovering his identity, the scope of the problem in this study is to reveal the value motives that affect the character’s psyche. Sam is told to have a rascal character.The research method used in this study took a descriptive qualitative approach, data colletion used was a literature study technique with stages of reading, note taking, coding for futher analysis. The analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis technique.The result of the research in this research process indicate that the mental process of Sam’s character influenced by several factors, including: a. Motives in cultural factors (Situasional Factors), b. The motive for love begins with admiration for the attitude of someone who is full of noble values of character, c. The motive of curiosity and fulfillment of his needs for true value.

One source of Regional Original Revenue is local taxes, regional levies and other legitimate local revenue management. Regional levies consist of 3 types of retribution, namely general service retribution, business service retribution and certain licensing retribution. Market’s levies is one type of regional retribution that is included in general retribution whose collection must be in accordance with the existing operational procedure standards to support the realization of its acceptance. This study aims to determine the mechanism of market’s levies collection and the level of effectiveness of market’s levies in the city of Bitung. The research method used is qualitative descriptive analysis, by analyzing the collection mechanism and the effectiveness of market’s levies. The results of the study show that the mechanism of collection of retribution is in accordance with the existing SOP and the achievement of its effectiveness is effective with an average level of 87.13%. Bitung city government can be better able to approach marketers for example by socializing market’s levies regulations so that later can also support the realization of levies revenue.Keywords : Market’s Levies, Collection Mechanisms and Effectiveness

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the realization of capital expenditure budget in the Trade and Industry Board of Musi Banyuasin. It has been reached the goal budget target in the government of Musi Banyuasin Regency. The methods of research used are qualitative methods. The data collection techniques used are interview research, documentation, and library studies. Data analysis was conducted using qualitative descriptive analysis methods and the use of capital expenditure budget data and the realization of capital spending in 2016 to 2018. The results showed that The Trade and Industry Board of Musi Banyuasin Regency in realization of the capital expenditure budget in the year 2016 to 2018 can be said to be effective and in positive growth. In 2016 to the year of 2018, The Trade and Industry Board of Musi Banyuasin Regency is still dependent on local government so that the implementation decentralization of capital expenditure budget can be said to be effective.

The purpose of this study was to determine the source of funds used in the micro and small businesses in the village supermarket Mulyoagung District of DAU. The method used is the method of survey, data analysis is qualitative descriptive analysis based on primary and secondary data. Based on the results of a survey conducted by the researchers of the 10 self-service according to the class of micro enterprises in the village Mulyoagung DAU Malang, there is a 100% initial planning. the source of funds used for micro and small businesses in the supermarket, the source of funds used approximately 75.5% use their own capital due, which was developed in the supermarket business is already quite big and cost quite a lot. Supermarkets that require considerable cost using capital loans at the bank around 24.5% to run a business in this way could make more developed self.

This study aims to determine the cases of trafficking that occur in Kapuas Hulu. Some prevention efforts, a form of protection of victims and develop a model of protection of victims. Methods of data analysis performed using qualitative descriptive analysis with a sample of Sub Badau traffic being trafficked in Indonesia-Malaysia border. The results showed that some types of work done by the women and the children victims of trafficking are workers in places of entertainment, plantation workers, and etc. As for some of the factors that influence the occurrence of trafficking is the opening of the Postal Cross Border (PLB) Entikong Sanggau district. One of the prevention efforts that can be done by the Kapuas Hulu regency government is makes education and health as a priority program.

The Village

Bukit Buluh temple is one of the kawitan of the homeland / Tutuan people who are in the village of Adat Gunaksa Dawan District Klungkung Regency. Pura Center citizens Tutuan Bukit Buluh has an inscription which until now still stored and awake its existence in Pura Bukit Buluh. Issues to be discussed include: (1) The contents of the Inscription Ki Mantri Tutuan. (2) The Value of Hindu Religious Education In Prayer Ki Mantri Tutuan. (3) The Function of Inscription Ki Mantri Tutuan. This study aims to determine: (1) the contents of the Inscription Ki Mantri Tutuan. (2) The value of Hindu Religious Education contained in the Inscription Ki Mantri Tutuan. (3). Function of Inscription Ki Mantri Tutuan. Theories used to analyze problems are: Value theory, hermeneutical theory and structural functional theory. Subject of this research is Inscription Ki Mantri Tutuan. Methods of data collection are interviews, observations, literature studies and documentation. Data that has been collected is analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis research method.The results showed: (1) The content of Prasati Ki Mantri Tutuan is telling about the birth of Ki Mantri Tutuan in the kingdom of Keling Kediri Java until becoming the king of Bali Ida Dalem Tegal Besung and established pasraman in the reed hill which is now known as pura hill reed. The Subject

Writing this article backed by multi interpretation problems raised by a text, especially literary texts. Multi interpretation is inseparable from the consciousness and unconscious of the subject of the author, as well as the process of reconstruction by the reader. Based on this article this article aims to describe the results of deconstructing binary opposition readings on the story of Kritikus Adinan by Budi Darma. The data source used is the story of Kritikus Adinan. The research method used is descriptive analysis with the theoretical perspective of deconstruction of Jaques Derrida. Based on the findings and data analysis, the results show the following. First, the deconstruction readings of the Kritikus Adinan can not be separated from the word-scoring process as Jaques Derrida puts it in deconstruction theory. Secondly, the reconstruction of Kritkus Adinan’s story leads to unfamiliarity but leads the reader to discover the marginalized texts. Third, based on the results of deconstruction reading in the story of Kritikus Adinan, there is a binary opposition that has been denied and broken by the author by presenting a reversal of fact. Suggestions that can be recommended are many other literary works that are worthy and important to be reviewed by other researchers to uncover the phenomenon of reversing the facts by the author.

This study aims to determine the effect of investment on employment in Central Java in 2009-2013. As it is known that investment plays an important role in the absorption of labor or can reduce unemployment. Thus with the increased investment hence the absorption of labor will also increase. The research method used in this research is quantitative research method. This research was conducted in Central Java. The test used is the instrument using the validity test. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test. The results of this study indicate that the increase can be explained by the regression equation is Y = 16595732.325 + 0.32 X. Where the constant is positive value of 16595732.325 indicates that if the investment variable is considered constant (0), then the value of labor absorption of 16595732,325 . Then the regression coefficient of the investment variable is 0.32, this means that if the investment is increased one unit, it will increase the labor absorption of 0.32.
