The article analyzes the research of domestic and foreign scientists on the training of highly qualified specialists in the field of tourism. It is proved that the modern development of tourism directly depends on ensuring the safety of tourists and workers in the tourism industry, the level of protection of their lives, health and property. Examples of teaching the discipline "Safety and Security of Tourism" show the process of developing skills of safe professional activities of future professionals in the field of tourism, the ability to properly assess harmful and dangerous factors and take appropriate measures to prevent hazards or reduce their impact on tourists and tourism industry. The discipline "Safety and Security of Tourism" is aimed at acquiring knowledge and skills of security in the field of tourism for the successful implementation of professional activities in enterprises and institutions of the tourism industry, in public organizations of tourism, to open and run their own business in recreation and tourism. The purpose of the discipline is to form students' abilities necessary to create and maintain healthy and safe living and working conditions for tourists and workers in the tourism industry, skills to protect against the negative factors of emergencies during tourist trips, the ability to act confidently in various unusual situations. To solve the set tasks, the discipline "Safety and Security of Tourism" considers various topics on security in the field of tourism, namely, the theoretical foundations of security, legislation, risk factors, safety of tourists in emergencies, occupational safety at tourism enterprises, sanitary and epidemiological safety, insurance and control over the observance of safety rules, safety of tourists on transport, in various types of tourism, in particular, extreme tourism, rules of conduct in foreign travel and survival of tourists in extreme conditions, accidents and diseases, fire safety in the tourism industry. For high-quality mastering of the discipline the author of the article has developed methodical recommendations for 12 practical classes on the course "Safety and Security of Tourism", the quality of which allows future professionals to gain not only knowledge necessary for mastering disciplines in senior courses, but also to develop skills for safe professional activity in tourism, hotel and restaurant business.

One of the most important terms for the development of modern Ukrainian society is the need for training such experts in any field, which are able to carry out their professional activity effectively, especially in conditions of the constant changes in the social and economic environment. Reforms in many spheres of Ukrainian society's life cause the needs for highly qualified specialists of the new generation who, after graduating from higher education establishments, receive, in addition to deep theoretical knowledge, practical training for performing high-level professional activities that will lead Ukraine to new world standards. Thus, in this article author exposes current tendencies of professional training for specialists in public administration. The professional activity of managers in any field is considered as a system of actions aimed at solving professional tasks within the framework of management communication. The author emphasizes that taking into account the current trends that have been studied in this scientific work, it is important to notice that the field of public administration is a complex formation of interrelated elements and the effectiveness of this will depend on a qualitative system of professional training for future specialists.

The article is devoted to identifying the role of gaming teaching technologies in the professional development of students - future lawyers. In the article, the author proves the thesis that gaming teaching technologies contribute to the implementation of such functions as: an activating function aimed at stimulating the cognitive interest of students both in theoretical knowledge and practical skills for the implementation of successful professional activities; developing, aimed at the formation of sustainable professional mobility on the basis of mastered professional and general professional competencies; psychological, which consists in the formation of the main mental cognitive processes, including: attention, imagination, thinking, speech, memory; communicative, aimed at developing the ability to business communication; educational, contributing to the regulation of interpersonal relations on the basis of social-perceptual interaction. Analysis and interpretation of the results of numerous studies made it possible to conclude in the article that in the course of the educational process, an integrated solution of the tasks of teaching, upbringing and the formation of the student's personality is carried out in the framework of training a highly qualified lawyer with the ability to fiercely compete in the modern labor market, expressing the most important guarantees of ensuring successful employment. The game technology of teaching in the article is presented as a reproduction of a genuine professional situation in which all students participate and have the opportunity to realize their individual status roles, in which simplified models of future professional activities are expressed. The main purpose of the article is to establish the role and place of gaming teaching technologies in the formation and development of a student's personality as a future qualified lawyer, ready for successful creative professional activity.

This article examines the questions of preparation of students of technical specialties in the higher educational institutions based on the WorldSkills Occupational Standards “Engineering CAD Software”. The relevance of implementation of 3D modeling standards in modern computer-aided design systems into the educational process is substantiated by the need in preparation of highly qualified internationally recognized specialists in different industry fields. The author analyzed competitive tasks of the WorldSkills championships, as well as assesses the importance of graphic training for the development of competences of a modern specialist, who use CAD in their professional activity. The article examines the methodology of geometric-graphic preparation of students of the specialty 15.05.01 Design of Technological Machines and Complexes, specialization in the Design of Metallurgical Machines and Complexes, implemented in the Magnitogorsk State Technical University. A distinct advantage of this methodology is the use of various CAD software and development of the skills for manual sketching of details of mechanical engineering within the framework of studying engineering graphics. The results are acquired of successful implementation of competitive tasks of the Worldskills championships in the educational process. The author concludes that the use of the developed methodology in educational process allowed improving the efficiency of preparation of students.

The current training system for specialists in the field of tourism is oriented towards the continuous change of society and tends to continuously increase the quality of provided services. One of the peculiarities of the specialties in the field of tourism is the impossibility to work within the limits of a narrow specialization, of major importance being the personality characteristics, which ensure maximum efficiency and success in the profession. The aim of the research is the study of the personality and professional qualities necessary for the future specialist in the field of tourism. The research methods applied in the study were: the method of scientific documentation, the questionnaire, the statistical-mathematical method. The main results of the research showed that students appreciate the most for the future profession the higher education in tourism, knowledge of technologies for organizing the tourism industry and the basics of psychology, which reflects the content of the vocational training process at the university. At the same time, the experience in the field is placed on the last positions, which reflects the low number of practical activities (performed only during the internship). Thus, students studying at the specialized faculty are aware of the importance and need for personal and professional qualities for the future professional activity and appreciate the importance of specialized knowledge and professional skills in becoming highly qualified specialists.

Тhis study was conducted to determine, outline the main characteristics of improvement of psychological-pedagogical basis of the concepts of «profile-oriented school», «profile-oriented school in foreign languages» at secondary pedagogical educational institutions and institutions of higher education. The author investigated, analyzed the leading role and conceptual impact of the profile-oriented direction of education in the training of future highly qualified professionals in the field of pedagogical education of foreign language. It was noted that profile teaching of a foreign language is a purposeful training of students for further educational and / or professional activities related to the use of a foreign language as an object of future (professional) activity or as a means of professional communication. Today, school profiling is one of the important directions of modernization of Ukrainian general education system. The author analyzed the following principles of specialized education in a specialized school of a foreign language, which, according to the author, play the greatest role: the principle of social balance; the principle of continuity and continuity; the principle of flexibility, the principle of variability; the principle of diagnostic and prognostic feasibility, the principle of differentiation; the principle of individualization. The model of profile-oriented studying in foreign language has not yet been implemented in the practice of the school in full. Teachers work to create a logistical, methodological and didactic base of the model. Work plans of circles, mini-textbooks, electronic manuals, other materials are developed. Therefore, the integration of profile – oriented studying will maximize the continuous studying of both students and teachers and achieve high performance. We understand that our observation is only part of the research program we have created for this issue. Further studies we see in the analysis of the practical-methodical system of profile-oriented studying of future teacher of foreign languages.

An important task of education, in addition to the transfer of special knowledge and skills, is the formation of the structural components of the personality, which will ensure the high efficiency of future professional activities. The processes of integration of the Ukrainian education system into the European world educational space pose for educational institutions the problem of improving the quality of educational services, ensuring the proper level of the educational process. Modern society is largely interested in the psychological resources of the individual as the basis of all other resource components of the development of civilization. That is why the qualities of the person, which allow her to independently and actively act, make decisions, flexibly adapt to changing conditions of life, achieve success, professionally self-realize, should be formed and developed at all stages of education. Тhe main purpose of the article is to analyze the mechanisms of formation and functioning of the individual in the process of learning and professional activity and to provide recommendations to future specialists on their effective use of methods of psychological tools, the formation of psychological culture for the successful implementation of their personal and professional self-realization. The relevance of the topic is due to the current important changes in the educational system, related, in particular, to the understanding of a person as an entity - a person and a subject of professional activity. Special attention is paid to the problem of the development of the personality of a specialist, the formation of his professional values. We concentrate on the need to ensure the productive orientation of the individual, updating the motives for achieving it, increasing the need for self-development and self-realization, as well as increasing the adequacy of the tasks of the educational process to the real tasks that applicants have to solve at different stages of vocational training.

The article describes the current problems of preparation for professional activities of future social workers. The complexity of solving the problem of forming professionally competent future social workers capable of effective professional activity is shown. The latest scientific researches devoted to the problems of preparation of modern highly qualified specialists for professional activity are analyzed. The modern requirements to the professional activity of social workers on social protection of youth rights are characterized. The inconsistency of the professional training of a social worker with the modern requirements of the labor market was revealed. The main features of a social worker for the protection of youth rights are identified, as well as the priority requirements for professional training of social workers for the social protection of youth rights. The focus is on the functions, knowledge, skills, abilities and professionally significant personal qualities of a modern social worker. The main methods of social workers' activities on social protection of youth rights are highlighted. Perspective directions of professional training of future specialists in social work are outlined.

The authors discuss the role of interdisciplinary integration (interdisciplinary connections) when filling the content of the English language in order to create a regionally-oriented communicative competence for bachelors of tourism. Interdisciplinary integration allows content to fill the features of professional work and professional activity peculiarities of the region, all of which prepares young specialists to perform professional tasks in the region. Practice shows that currently travel agencies reoriented to the Russian regions and CIS countries, which in turn causes the need for professional training of the tourism industry in regions for tourism development in the field. Accordingly, the objective of training is to train specialists on demand for regions´ tourism industries — solving this problem contributes to the formation of a regionally-oriented communicative competence of bachelors of tourism. This article describes how interdisciplinary integration of the content of disciplines from the professional cycle in foreign language teaching of undergraduates in tourism on the example of the English language. In particular, identified are the following characteristics of the study: 1) the formation of a regional and linguistic competence occurs in the process of learning material, reflecting everyday life, especially in the region and specifics of professional activities. Working with similar material, bachelors of the tourism industry master professional vocabulary, learn grammar of the English language, learn the correct pronunciation with the realities of the region´s language, learn to build theirr own grammatically correct phrases aimed at communication in professional activities and that contributes to the formation of regionally-speech competence; 2) the formation of regional-speech competence occurs in the preparation of dialogue and monologue sentences using vocabulary that reflects the professional activities and cultural characteristics of the region, in discussing problems, discussions, when writing an essays; 3) the formation of a regional and socio-cultural competence is carried out during the development of the content of the English language that reflects the characteristics of the region for professional activities: for the development of inbound tourism — knowledge of the customs and traditions of the peoples of the Far East, tourist objects of Far East, attractions, history and geography of the region; for the development of outbound tourism — knowledge of cultural traditions of China, China´s attractions, geography, China´s history

The article presents the results of the implementation of the psychological and pedagogical model of the students’ psychological readiness formation for pedagogical activity in inclusive education. The relevance of this topic depends on the introduction of the inclusive education model into the educational system of the Russian Federation, which clearly indicated the issue of preparing future teachers for professional activity in the educational inclusion conditions at the stage of study in a university. Currently, there is a need to develop effective organizational forms, methods, and programs for the formation of professional and personal qualities in students which are necessary for teachers of inclusive education. The formation of the psychological readiness of future teachers to work in inclusive education should be of great importance as a factor in the successful implementation of an inclusive approach by teachers in their professional activities. The aim of the research was to study the effectiveness of the developed psychological and pedagogical model of psychological readiness formation of future teachers for activities in inclusive education. The research was conducted on the basis of the Mari State University. The author’s definition of a teacher’s psychological readiness for activities in inclusive education is formulated. The paper gives the description of its structure and components, in accordance with which the methods of empirical research and data processing are determined. The article presents the developed psychological and pedagogical model of the psychological readiness formation of future teachers for activities in inclusive education. Within the framework of this model, formation of students’ psychological readiness for pedagogical activity in inclusive education is implemented at the final year of study on the basis of the general readiness of students for pedagogical activity, formed in the previous stages of education. The study results indicate significant changes in the indicators of the formation of structural components and the structure of students’ psychological readiness. This confirms the effectiveness of the implementation of the psychological and pedagogical model of the students’ psychological readiness formation for pedagogical activity in inclusive education.
