Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hambatan komunikasi antarbudaya yang terjadi di kalangan Pelajar Asli Papua (OAP) dengan Pelajar Pendatang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis hambatan komunikasi antarbudaya siswa asal Papua khususnya di SMA YPPK Teruna Bakti Jayapura. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan teknik purposive sampling (bertujuan) untuk pemilihan subjek, dengan jumlah informan sebanyak 10 (sepuluh) orang siswa – siswi. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber data primer dan data sekunder yang berkaitan dengan situasi dan kondisi empiris. Wawancara dan dokumentasi guna memperoleh data primer mengenai Hambatan Komunikasi Antarbudaya siswa asli papua dengan siswa pendatang di SMA YPPK Teruna Bakti Jayapura. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hambatan komunikasi antarbudaya masih sering terjadi karena masing – masing suku masih mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami setiap perbedaan budaya. Adapun yang menjadi faktor penghambat komunikasi antarbudaya adalah mengenai perbedaan bahasa, kesalahpahaman nonverbal (seperti gestur tubuh, suara dan sebagainya) serta dalam persepsi mereka dalam menilai masing – masing kedua suku tersebut. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This research is motivated by intercultural communication barrier that happened among students of native Papuan with students Papuan immigrants in Jayapura. The results showed that intercultural communication barriers are still frequent because each tribe still has difficulty in understanding every culture difference. The study intends to determine simultaneous and partial influence of service quality (X) consisting of physical evidence (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4), and empathy (X5) on patient satisfaction  (Y)  in  the  General  Hospital  of  Banggai  Islands,  where the  study  is  located.  The type  of  research  is  descriptive. Sources  of data  is  primary  data  retrieved  from  questionnaires  and secondary data  obtained  from  documents  of  the  Regional  General  Hospital Banggai  Islands.  The sample consists of 72 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Based on the results, it is shown that the quality of service (X), consisting of physical evidence (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4), and empathy (X5) simultaneously have significant influence on patient satisfaction (Y) of 69.60% while the remaining 30.40% is influenced by other causes. Partial test  shows  that  there  are  three  independent  variables:  physical evidence  (X1),  reliability  (X2)  and assurance (X4) that have non-significant influence to the patients’ satisfaction at the General Hospital of Banggai Islands.Tujuan  dari  penelitian  ini  adalah  untuk  mengetahui  pengaruh kualitas  layanan  (X)  yang terdiri  dari  bukti  fisik  (X1),  reliabilitas  (X2),  responsivitas (X3), jaminan (X4),  dan  empati (X5)  secara simultan  dan  parsial  terhadap  kepuasan  pasien.  (Y)  di  Rumah  Sakit  Umum Kepulauan  Banggai.  Lokasi  penelitian  ini  di  Rumah Sakit  Umum  Kepulauan  Banggai.  Jenis penelitian  ini  bersifat deskriptif.  Sumber  data  dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah  data  primer yang diambil  melalui  kuesioner  dan  data  sekunder  diperoleh  dari  Rumah Sakit  Umum  Daerah Banggai. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 72 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah  purposive sampling.  Berdasarkan  hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan  bahwa  variabel kualitas pelayanan (X) yang terdiri dari bukti fisik (X1), reliabilitas (X2), responsivitas (X3), jaminan (X4),  dan  empati (X5)  secara  simultan berpengaruh  signifikan  terhadap  kepuasan pasien  (Y)  dengan pengaruh 69,60%  sedangkan  sisanya  30,40%  dapat  dijelaskan  oleh penyebab  lainnya.  Uji  parsial  menunjukkan  bahwa  terdapat  tiga variabel  bebas  yang  tidak signifikan yaitu bukti fisik (X1), reliabilitas (X2) dan jaminan (X4) terhadap kepuasan pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum Kepulauan Banggai.

This research was conducted to find out the motivation of female tourist to visit Gay club, the perception of the tourist and local community towards the Gay Club. The methods used in this research id descriptive qualitative. The technique of determination of informants used is purposive sampling technique. Data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. Primary data in this research is sourced from direct observation to the research location by means of observation and interviews. While secondary data in this research are the data obtained from the documentation or studies library to complement the primary data. The result of the research shows that most tourist say curious to see Gay club as a motivation for a visit; most tourist plead happy after seeing the atrractions there; most neutral against Gay tourist; most local community already know about Gay club; most local community are not disturbed; most local people are not benefitting from the presence of the Gay club. Tourism is designed to be a number one source of foreign exchange in Indonesia. But the development of toursm and tourist destination will definitely have an economic impact whether it’s positive impact or negative impact. As well as development in tourist destinationHidden Canyon Beji Guwang. This research aims to find out what is the participation of local community in the development of Hidden Canyon Beji Guwangand to find out what is the economic impactof it. The data used in this research is qualitative and quantitative data. Primary data source data and secondary data source. This research used descriptive qualitative method. Which is obtained through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Informant determination is done bypurposive sampling technique.                   The results of this research is tourist destinationHidden Canyon Beji Guwangmanagement derived entirely from the participation of local communities in Desa Guwang. The growth of accomodation number in Canggu Village is very significant and happen on the seashore. Canggu village is a strategic place for investors to invest today. One of accomodation that has been built by investors in this village is Canggu Intercontinental Hotel. The building process of this hotel experienced many problems caused by violation of agreement between investors and local people. Thus, this research aims to determine the conflicts between local people of Canggu village and tourism investors. This research conducted in Canggu village, Kuta Utara subdistrict, Badung regency. The type of data used is qualitative data. The data source used are primary and secondary data. The data collecting technique used are in-depth interview, observation, and literature study. The method used to determine informants is purposive sampling technique, and the informants are chief of Banjar Canggu and head of orderliness and peacefully section of Kuta Utara subdistrict. This research is limited by concept of agreement, concept of local people, and theory of conflict. The result of this research is that the conflicts between local people and tourism investors about access of Batu Mejan and Canggu cemetery in Canggu village, Badung regency are manifest and latent conflict. The manifest conflict is in the form of road blockade to Canggu Intercontinental Hotel construction which done by local people. The latent conflict is in the form of local issues that emerged among local people which can lead them to do physical actions or manifest conflicts with the investors. Those conflicts are proofs of disagreement between local people and investors regarding to the access of local cemetery and Batu Mejan Temple in Canggu village. This research was conducted based on the condition of the development of tourism on the island of Nusa Lembongan, aiming to find out the impact brought about by socio-economic conditions against the tourism society.This study uses qualitative and quantitative approach with mix method, the primary data source that are obtained by observations and direct interviews and secondary data. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling techniques and data analysis using the method of case study. This study shows tourism provides impact on society and the government on the island of Nusa Lembongan are seen from eight aspect among others : impact increasing of foreign exchange, impact toward local community income that increasing before tourism exist, impact toward higher prices than the real prices, impact toward employment for opportunity to local community, ownership and control of tourism accommodation, the distribution of benefits and advantage against indigenous village, development in general are seen from 4A tourism and government income of tax viewed from PHR. Advice can be given to government and businessman and tourism service on the island of Nusa Lembongan in the order of future improve the facilities, infrastructure supporting tourism, reinforce the rules on the division of the proceeds against the indigenous villages, improving access and employment for local community on the island of Nusa Lembongan.   Key Words              : Tourism, Nusa Lembongan Island, Impact

Abstract. In recent years, the world of Islamic banking in Indonesia has shown very rapid development, both in terms of the number of new office openings, types of bank businesses and the volume of bank activities they do. Al Salaam SRBs are BPRS that are superior compared to other SRBs in the city of Bandung. However, the level of BPRS Al Salaam's problematic financing (NPF) was the highest among other BPRS. The problematic financing that occurred at the Al Salaam SRB was due to several factors and processes that did not occur quickly, where these factors could be sourced from bank management aspects as well as customer aspects. This study aims to identify the Internal and External Factors that determine Non-Performing Financing (NPF) in mudharabah financing at Al Salaam Bandung Branch. This type of research used in this research is quantitative descriptive research with survey methods. The survey method was carried out by interviewing and distributing questionnaires to 10 respondents namely 5 bank management parties and 5 customers. Sampling is done by simple calculations using purposive sampling technique. Data sources used in this study consisted of two types, namely secondary data and primary data. The analytical method used is the Likert scale analysis method. Test requirements analysis using validity and reliability tests are assisted using the SPSS program. The results showed that aspects of bank management from the perspective of bank employees and customers are at sufficient intervals to determine the occurrence of problematic financing or NPF while customer aspects from the perspective of bank employees and customers themselves are at intervals determining the occurrence of problematic financing or NPF.   Abstrak. Pada tahun-tahun terakhir ini dunia perbankan Syariah di Indonesia menunjukkan perkembangan yang sangat pesat, baik dilihat dari jumlah pembukaan kantor baru, jenis usaha bank dan volume kegiatan bank yang dilakukannya. BPRS Al Salaam termasuk BPRS yang lebih unggul dibandingkan dengan BPRS lainnya di kota Bandung. Namun demikian, tingkat pembiayaan bermasalah (NPF) BPRS Al Salaam pun paling tinggi diantara BPRS lainnya. Pembiayaan bermasalah yang terjadi di BPRS Al Salaam disebabkan beberapa faktor dan proses yang tidak terjadi secara cepat, dimana faktor tersebut dapat bersumber dari aspek manajemen bank maupun aspek nasabah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi Faktor Internal dan Eksternal yang menentukan Non Performing Financing (NPF) pada pembiayaan mudharabah di BPRS Al Salaam Cabang Bandung.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Metode survei dilakukan dengan wawancara dan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada 10 responden yaitu pihak manajemen bank sebanyak 5 orang dan pihak nasabah sebanyak 5 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan perhitungan sederhana menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari dua jenis yaitu data sekunder dan data primer. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis skala likert. Uji persyaratan analisis menggunakan uji validitas dan reabilitas dibantu menggunakan program SPSS.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek manajemen bank menurut perspektif karyawan bank maupun nasabah berada pada interval cukup menentukan terjadinya pembiayaan bermasalah atau NPF sedangkan Aspek nasabah menurut perspektif karyawan bank maupun nasabah itu sendiri berada pada interval menentukan terjadinya pembiayaan bermasalah atau NPF.

The Qur'an, apart from being a basic guideline in religion, has long been a primary data source in various studies and studies because of the richness of scientific concepts contained in it. Istifhâm as one of the various sentences used as a medium of interaction in the Al-Qur'an. In this study, the researcher discusses the istifhâm in the 20th Al-Qur'an juz. This research is a qualitative research with a research library research design. The purpose of this study was to describe the types and functions of the interrogative words (istifhâm) contained in Al-Qur'an juz 20. The data was collected using purposive sampling technique. The research instruments were data cards and recapitulation sheets. The data analysis technique used the content analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the researchers found 32 data in the form of adawatul istifhâm, including hamzah, man, hal, maa, aina, kaifa, maadzaa, am, and ayyana consisting of 26 istifhâm majazi and 8 istifhâm haqiqi data which are divided into 9 functions and istifhâm goals.   Al Qur’an selain sebagai pedoman pokok dalam beragama sejak dahulu telah menjadi sumber data primer dalam berbagai penelitian dan studi karena kekayaan konsep keilmuan yang ada di dalamnya. Istifhâm sebagai salah satu ragam kalimat yang digunakan sebagai media interaksi dalam Al-Qur’an. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti membahas istifhâm pada Al-Qur’an juz ke 20. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan desain penelitian library research. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan jenis-jenis dan fungsi kata tanya (istifhâm) yang terdapat dalam Al-Qur’an juz 20. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan teknik sampling pertimbangan (purposive sampling). Instrumen penelitian berupa kartu data dan lembar rekapitulasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode analisis isi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peneliti menemukan 32 data yang berupa adawatul istifhâm antara lain hamzah, man, hal, maa, aina, kaifa, maadzaa, am, dan ayyana yang terdiri atas 26 istifhâm majazi dan 8 data istifhâm haqiqi yang dibedakan menjadi 9 fungsi dan tujuan istifhâm.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor intern bank dan faktor ekstern bank terhadap kredit macet pada PT. BPR Banjar Arthasariguna Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan menggunakan kusioner dan melakukan wawancara, sedangkan untuk data sekunder diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah kredit macet pada PT. BPR Banjar Arthasariguna pada tahun 2018 yang berjumlah 46 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan non probability sampling menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, dan korelasi determinasi.Hasil dari penelitian ini variabel yang paling dominan adalah faktor esktern bank. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh faktor intern bank dan faktor ekstern bank terhadap kredit macet pada PT. BPR Banjar Arthasariguna Tasikmalaya. Dimana besarnya kontribusi faktor penyebab kredit macet terhadap kredit macet pada PT. BPR Banjar Arthasariguna Tasikmalaya menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang sedang.Kata Kunci : Kredit Macet, NPL, Bank Perkreditan Rakyat   AbstractThis research aims to determine the factors internal bank and factor external bank of causing non performing loans at PT. BPR Banjar Arthasariguna Tasikmalaya. The research method that was used in this research is descriptive quantitative approach. Primary data were collected by using questionnaires and conducting interviews, while for secondary data obtained through literature study. The population in this study is non performing loans customers at PT. BPR Banjar Arthasariguna in 2018 as many as 46 people. The sampling technique that was used is non probability sampling and done by using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique that was used is a multiple linear regression test, classic assumption test, hypothesis test, and the coefficient of determination.The results of the research are the most dominant variable is factor external bank. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that there is an influence of factor internal bank and factor external bank  to non performing loans at PT. BPR Banjar Arthasariguna Tasikmalaya. Where the magnitude of the contributing factors causing of non performing loans to non performing loans at PT. BPR Banjar Arthasariguna Tasikmalaya showed a moderate influence.Keywords: Non Performing Loans, NPL, Rural Credit

Jehem Tourist Village has been designated as Tourism Village in 2015. The existence of tourist attraction Anjungan Tukad Melangit (ATM) is currently popular in the eyes of tourists who visit the Village Tourism Jehem. The purpose of this research is to know the condition of existing tourism Jehem Tourism Village and the influence of attraction Anjungan Tukad Melangit (ATM) to the development of Jehem Tourism Village. The data used in this research is qualitative and quantitative data. Primary data source data and secondary data, data method used are: observation, interview and documentation. Informant determination technique used is purposive sampling technique. The results of the research show that the existence of tourist attraction Anjungan Tukad Melangit (ATM) to make tourists began to visit the Village Tourism Jehem. The attraction of Anjungan Tukad Melangit (ATM) has an important influence in the development of Jehem Tourism Village. The purpose of this study is to empirically assess the principle of transparency, accountability, accountability, independence and fairness/equality. This research was conducted at PERUMDA Air Minum Tirta Sewaka Darma with a quantitative approach that is in the form of associative. This research uses primary data of secondary data. A population of 340 employees and samples were selected using the purposive sampling technique of 56 employees. Data analysis techniques are double linear regression. Based on the results shows that transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness/equality influence positive and significant to the quality of financial information.
