The purpose of this study is to examine the potential of Syawalan tourism in the Tomb of Sunan Gunung Jati tourist attraction in the city of Cirebon. This type of research is qualitative research, data collection methods are observation, interviews, library research, and documentation. Source of data in this study are primary data that is obtained through interviews and observations in the field, and secondary data obtained by literature study. Data analysis in this research is descriptive qualitative data analysis. The results found that the tradition of Syawalan in the Tomb of Sunan Gunung Jati has the potential to become one of the leading tourism destinations in Cirebon. The tomb of Sunan Gunung Jati is the main attraction for pilgrims. The tomb of Sunan Gunung Jati becomes the center of Iwalan tradition activities, namely pilgrimage activities. The existence of supporting facilities has also become an advantage, such as inter-city-inter-provincial bus terminals, good road conditions. Parking facilities and restrooms are also almost available in several places so that it supports the comfort of visitors. Based on these results, the local government and the private sector can work together in developing the tradition of syawalan to be the leading tourism city of Cirebon. In addition to the management of tourist attractions can provide education to visitors to always maintain the cleanliness of the places visited.

This study aims to determine and analyze licensing arrangements that seek to be integrated electronically (Online Single Submission-OSS) in legislation, the application of OSS in Pekalongan City, and to know and analyze the constraints of OSS implementation in Pekalongan City and its solutions. This study uses a sociological juridical approach with descriptive analysis research specifications. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews and literature study. Data analysis method used is qualitative analysis. Furthermore, based on the results of the study it can be concluded: that 1) Government Regulation Number 24 of 2018 On Electronically Integrated Business Licensing seeks to regulate all licenses in Indonesia, but in practice the implementation can only reach a portion of licensing in Indonesia; 2) The issuance of PP 24/2018 does not regulate the transition period of its enactment, the OSS system is not ready, the NSPK has passed the stipulation 15 (fifteen) days since the issuance of the PP, the OSS system has not used Digital Signature, and the weak aspects of supervision, and inefficiency in obtaining permits.Keywords: OSS; Integrated Business Licensing; PP; NSPK.

Ayodia Oemah Strawberry is one of the tourism destinations in Kintamani which is unique and still rarely found in Bali. This agro-tourism-themed tourist venue has a variety of tourist facilities such as a restaurant, racetrack, tree house, spacious yard for outbound, padlock game of love, and the most special is the hydroponic strawberry garden where tourists or visitorscan also learn everything about strawberry and how to grow it. This research will be discussed what kind of tourism attractionare in Ayodia Oemah Strawberry so that tourists know everything they can do duringvisit this place. The type of data used in this quantitative research is qualitative and quantitative data, while the data sources are primary data and secondary data. Data collection was done by observation, interview, and literature study. Data was analyzed by using qualitative descriptive data analysis. Result of the research concluded that Ayodia Oemah Strawberry has several complementary points of tourist attraction which are categorized into four terms, as follows attractions, amenities, accessibilities, and ancillary.Overall, Ayodia Oemah Strawberry has complied with the category as one of the tourist destinations in Kintamani. Social media on the one hand brings a positive impact for students. But, on the other hand, it’s brings a negative impact if users are not selective and wise in use it. Abuse of the use of social media causes the decline of morals on the students. This study aims to see the influence of social media on morality students in Metro City. This research is field research, conducted at State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Metro, Ma'arif Institute of Islam (IAIM) Nahdatul Ulama Metro and Muhamadiyah Metro University. Primary data source is done by interview to student and secondary data source obtained by conducting literature study. Data analysis is done from the beginning to the end of the research with triangulation of data. Furthermore, data analysis results are described in the discussion. The result show that the high intensity of social media users (social networking) on students in Metro City affect the morals of students, both the influence of negative and negative. Therefore, students must be selective and wise in order to utilize social media only for positive things.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui penerapan denda terhadap pelanggar berlalu lintas di kota Bengkulu ditinjau dari Undang-undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2009, serta untuk mengetahui faktor penghambat dalam penerapan pidana denda terhadap pelanggar barlalu lintas di Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian dilaksanakan disatuan lalu lintas Polres dan Polda Kota Bengkulu. Adapun data yang didapatkan adalah data primer dan data sekunder melalui penelitian lapangan dan penelitian kepustakaan, kemudian data dianalisis dengan cara deskriptif. Peraturan yang tertera pada undang-undang yang tertera sepenuhnya untuk meningkatkan kesadaran untuk setiap pelanggar yang melakukan pelanggaran, tetapi pada kota Bengkulu undang-undang tersebut tidak sepenuhnya berjalan efektif. Menurut pandangan Undang-undang 22 Tahun 2009, penerapan pidana denda masuk dalam kategori pidana pokok (sesuai Pasal 10 KUHP) sebagai urutan terakhir atau keempat, sesudah pidana mati, pidana penjara dan pidana kurungan. Selain dari itu, faktor penghambat keefektifan Undang-undang seperti faktor ekonomi, faktor kedekatan emosional dan faktor kekebalan institusional.Kata kunci: tindak pidana; hukum pidana; dendaABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the application of violators from cities in Bengkulu in terms of Law Number 22 of 2009, and to find out the inhibiting factors in the application of fines to traffic violators in the city of Bengkulu. The research was carried out in the traffic city of the City Police of the City of Bengkulu. The data obtained are primary data and secondary data used for library research and research, then the data are analyzed descriptively. The regulations stated in the law that are fully stated to increase awareness for every offender who commits an offense, but in the city of Bengkulu the law is not fully effective. According to the view of Law 22 of 2009, the application of criminal fines falls into the main criminal category (according to Article 10 of the Criminal Code) as the last or fourth order, after the death penalty, imprisonment and imprisonment. The museum is one of the cultural heritages that should be preserved. Museum Bali is one of the old museum is located in the city of Denpasar and became an icon of cultural tourism. The purpose of this study to determine the perceptions and motivations of tourists to Museum Bali as cultural tourist attractions in Denpasar. This study uses primary data and secondary. Data collection technique used observation, interview, questionnaire, and documentation. Sampling technique using the formula slovin by sampling using accidental sampling devoted to 96 respondents. To analyze data using qualitative descriptive. The results of this study indicate that the perception of tourists to Museum Bali shows a good response because from 17 indicators used as a measure of the response has been positive, there are two indicators  got  bad response. Advice can be given is the need for more interesting information and support so that tourists are more interested to know the collections of the Museum Bali.There needs to be a cultural attraction, the better promotion and attractive to increase the number of tourist visits.   Keywords: Tourist Perception, Museum, Cultural Tourist Attraction

This study aims to analyze the implementation of State Defense policies to achieve National Resilience. This research was conducted in the area of Kodim 1309 which was carried out by the Regional Command Unit (Satkowil) namely Kodim 1309 / Manado Korem 131 / Stg Kodam XIII / Mdk in the city of Manado and its surroundings. This research was conducted from December 2019 to February 2020. This study used primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained by observation and interview methods, while secondary data were collected using documents related to the topic of this research, particularly with regard to land defense. Interviews were conducted with 15 informants who were selected purposively. Data analysis used qualitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that, first, the communication process carried out by Kodim 1309 as the executor was carried out by building communication with stakeholders in the Kodim 1309 area, which process went well and was accepted by stakeholders and the general public. Second, the implementation of the institutional strategy of the bureaucratic structure carried out by Kodim 1309 / Manado to the Koramil in its ranks has been good through forms of supervision. Third, in the aspect of resources in implementing the national defense of the Police, Kodam 1309 uses human resources, namely army personnel and available facilities. These activities have not been maximized because there are not enough personnel so that to carry out state defense activities was limited of number and face various other activities that must also be carried out too. Fourth, the attitude of policy implementers has not shown maximum results and has not been running sustainably.

  Ekonomi kreatif merupakan salah satu sektor yang diharapkan mampu menjadi kekuatan nasional dan provinsi Banten dengan kontribusi terhadap PDB meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Diperlukan pemetaan terhadap potensi dan prioritas sektor industri kreatif di provinsi Banten untuk menentukan rencana aksi dan strategi pengembangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi dan prioritas industri kreatif skala kecil dan menengah di Provinsi Banten melalui indikator indikator yang bersifat kualitatif. Penelitian menggunakan metode diskriptif kualitatif dengan melakukan survei terhadap pelaku industri kreatif di provinsi Banten. Data primer diperoleh dengan metode wawancara, dan kuisioner sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari data yang relevan dari sumber lain seperti BPS, Disperindag dan studi literature. Analisa data menggunakan Analytical Hyrachy Process (AHP) merupakan pendekatan pengambilan keputusan yang dirancang untuk memberikan solusi dari permasalahan yang menyangkut kriteria yang bersifat komplek, menentukan prioritas pilihan-pilihan dengan banyak kriteria, dan menentukan model alternatif untuk menyelesaikan bermacam-macam masalah. Hasil perhitungan AHP dengan penyilangan Kriteria Prioroitas dengan Prioritas Subsektor Ekraf, didapatkan angka 0,496243386 pada posisi pertama untuk Kriya, 0,404603175 untuk subsektor Fesyen pada posisi kedua dan 0,099153439 untuk Subsektor Kuliner pada posisi ketiga. Ketiga Subsektor Ekoomi kreatif ini menjadi Sub sektor yang paling dominan dipilih oleh responden dan posisi peringkat diatas menjadi gambaran bagi pemerintah untuk memberikan stimulus lebih pada subsektor yang ada dan menjadi kekuatan utama sektor industri kreatif skala kecil dan menengah di Banten.   The research objective is to mapping the potential and priority of small and medium the creative industry in Banten Province through indicators with qualitative approach.  Research used qualitative descriptive methods by conducting a survey of creative industry actors in Banten province. Primary data was obtained by interview method, and questionnaire while secondary data was obtained from relevant data from other sources such as BPS, Disperindag and literature study. Data analysis using the Analytical Hyrachy Process (AHP) is a decision-making approach designed to provide solutions to problems involving complex criteria, determine priorities with multiple criteria, and determine alternative models to solve various problems. AHP calculation results by crossing the Priority Criteria with the Subsector's Priority Ekraf, obtained the number 0, 496243386 in the first position for Kriya, 0.404603175 for the Fashion sub-sector in the second position and 0.099153439 for the Culinary Subsector in the third position. The three subsectors of this creative economy become the most dominant subsector chosen by the respondents and the ranking position above becomes a picture for the government to provide more stimulus to the existing sub-sector micro, small and medium creative Industry sector in Banten Province.

Fluctuation in the price of red chili pepper is an old problem in the horticultural product trade, moreover, the high level of red chili pepper consumption also has an impact on the sensitivity of red chili pepper prices in the market. The cause of this fluctuation is not only due to production and productivity factors of red chili pepper but also due to distribution factors and the role of marketing of each agency. The purpose of this study was (1) to describe the institutions involved in the marketing of red chili pepper; (2) to analyze the functions and roles of institutions in the marketing of red chili pepper; (3) to analyze the potential of institutional development in producing marketing recommendations system in the future. This research was conducted in North Sumatra by selecting 3 districts, namely Karo Regency, Deli Serdang Regency, and Dairi Regency. The data method used was a survey method with qualitative data analysis. The data used consisted of primary data (observation, interviews, and questionnaires) and secondary data (literature study). The method of processing and data analysis used was descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed: (1) there are 2 main institutions in the marketing of red chili pepper, namely a marketing agency and a farmer institution; (2) those institutions have different roles in the marketing of red chili pepper and the results of the research show that marketing agencies have a bigger role in marketing red chili pepper; (3) the existing STA is the potential for farmer level institutional development. It is necessary to strengthen farmer level institution without forgetting farmers and also marketing institutions that play a role in the red chili marketing system.

Mass media currently plays an important role in the homeland. In addition to functioning as an agent of change and forming public opinion as well as economic and business facilities are profitable. One of the lucrative press companies to become the leading business conglomerate in Indonesia is Kompas Gramedia Group. In addition to managing the national mass media, Kompas Gramedia also manages local newspapers. Warta Kota is one of the local newspaper owned by Kompas Gramedia. In order to dominate the reader market in the capital city as well as to reach the larger advertising cake, the management of Warta Kota took over Kota Newspaper previously managed by PT Pena Mas Pewarta, and became its main competitor. The takeover of the City News newspaper is only done by purchasing the City News Newspaper. While PT Pena Mas Pewarta is not purchased. This research, want to see if what is done by Warta Karta Kota newspaper organizer is contradictory with Law No.5 of 1999 concerning Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition, and can turn off the competitive climate and healthy competition in print mass media business in Jakarta and surrounding areas. The research was conducted using empirical law research method. Research that prioritizes field research to obtain primary data as the main data. In order to support and complement the main data, conducted by library research to obtain secondary data. Revealed the legal action conducted by the newspaper Warta Kota, in addition to avoiding the takeover of corporate responsibility of the City News Newspaper previously, as well as efforts of Kompas Gramedia to avoid acts contrary to the Law N0 5 of 1999 Article 28 (2). In addition, the Newspaper News Manager has violated Law no. 5 of 1999 Chapter IV Article 25 (1) and has violated Law no. 5 of 1999 Chapter IV Article 17 (2). What the Koran Warta Kota has done has also harmed the readers of the Kota Berita Newspaper in DKI Jakarta and its surroundings.

This study aims to determine the effect of customer satisfaction on buyer loyalty at Green Mart in Namrolesupermarkets. This research is quantitative. This research took place in the city of Namrole with the object of research at the Green Mart Supermarket. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques in this research were survey and literature study. Sampling was done by non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis in this study used regression analysis. This analysis is used to examine the effect of customer satisfaction on loyalty. The results showed that customer satisfaction has a positive effect on loyalty. This implies that, if customer satisfaction increases, loyalty also tends to increase, if a customer is satisfied with the value provided by the products sold and the services received from Supermarkets, Green Mart is very likely to become loyal customers to Supermarkets. Green Mart for a long time. However, if customer satisfaction decreases, loyalty tends to decrease. Increased customer satisfaction is influenced by several factors, including the product and quality of products sold by various stores and according to the market tastes of shop consumers, friendliness, speed of service, and ease of transactions.
