Consistent design of the conceptual-analytical system of philosophical knowledge about the essence of interaction of cultures faces the problem of absence of «mono-object» (or single object), because the subject of study is interaction of systems or system complexes. In view of this, the article substantiates the need to enhance the integrative status of the philosophy of culture, in particular by including in its subject some specific problems of cultural studies and proposes to consider the interaction of cultures as a system complex containing cultural systems of different levels of generality (community, group, personality). Consideration of a number of systems (system complexes) allows us to understand the two-vector nature of adaptation and to see the positive and negative factors influencing the development of personality consequences of the interaction of cultures. Taking into consideration, that analysis of the process of socio-cultural adaptation of an individual is complicated by the presence of levels, the number and difference of which are determined by the understanding of the individual not only as a creature acting in the physical but also in the socio-cultural plane, the need of search for mechanisms to preserve the individual's self in the conditions of rapid renewal of all spheres of social lifeIt is tmphasized. Sociocultural adaptation as the process of active adapting of an individual or group to a changing environment through cultural mechanisms ( not only the changing environment itself, but also the changes of the individual or group itself) in the process of adaptation was reviewed. It is emphasized that synonymous use of the terms "acculturation" and socio-cultural or intercultural adaptation is inappropriate. The development of the theory of acculturation, its levels and additions to the theory of strategies of acculturation are traced. It was suggested by to consider the theory of acculturation (including supplementing dimensions) and the theory of strategies of acculturation as the complex of acculturation. The multi-quality of the interaction of cultures is revealed. Some reconciliation of existing paradigms of cultural interaction are proposed, since in the current conditions of accelerating the processes of globalization the use of philosophical methodology will help to understand the common problems of human being, and will create the basis for the combination of a bunch of systems (system complexes) of interaction of cultures.

The purpose of this article is to study the correlation of human resources and web resources in the current stage of the information society development through the prism of intersubjective relations in a communicative environment. As methods of research, the authors used methods of comparative analysis and data synthesis, based on the anthropic principle and holistic philosophical methodology. This article analyzes the specifics of the modern information space and concludes that the focus of the space-time continuum of the modern world is the practical and theoretical development of Web resources and related forms of worldview. In these conditions, when the Web-space is not able to disclose the inner experience of the individual, its existential dimension, the task of restoring the subject as the center of the socio-cultural space that sets and transmits information becomes urgent. One of the most important means of solving this problem is the reflection of information ecology, within which human and Web resources interacting represent a whole in which all types of human activity and communication are realized and express the initial relation of the subject and the object, the person and his object environment.

A specific goal of the field of cultural evolution is to understand how processes of transmission and selection at the individual level lead to population-wide patterns of cultural diversity and change. Models of cultural evolution have typically assumed that traits are independent of one another and essentially exchangeable. But culture has a structure: traits bear relationships to one another that affect the transmission and selection process itself. Here we introduce a modelling framework to explore the effect of cultural structure on the process of learning. Through simulations, we find that introducing this simple structure changes the cultural dynamics. Based on a basic filtering mechanism for parsing these relationships, more elaborate cultural filters emerge. In a mostly incompatible cultural domain of traits, these filters organise culture into mostly (but not fully) consistent and stable systems. Incompatible domains produce small homogeneous cultures, while more compatibility increases size, diversity, and group divergence. When individuals copy based on a trait's features (here, its compatibility relationships) they produce more homogeneous cultures than when they copy based on the agent carrying the cultural trait. We discuss the implications of considering cultural systems and filters in the dynamics of cultural change.

The participation of the community in an implementation of the program or activity greatly affects the success of the program. This participation itself was born because of the factors from inside and outside the individual as members of that community group. This writing is based on a study that takes place in low-income community settlements in Tenilo RT II / RW II Kelota Kelota Gorontalo, Gorontalo Province with the aim of identifying the forms of community participation as well as the factors that influence the participation of the community in the implementation of the quality improvement program which is part of the Community-Based Settlement Environment Management (PLPBK) program by the government in the National Urban Empowerment Community Empowerment Program (PNPM-Mandiri Urban). The method used in this research is by qualitative analysis approach to analyze the primary and secondary data. The study finds that the form of community participation in the implementation of the program of improving the quality of settlements of low income community groups in Tenilo RT II / RW II Kelota District Gorontalo in the form of energy and goods . Internal factors that influence are gender, education, occupation, age, and income, while external factors as the incentive is the willingness, ability and opportunity.

Several negative factors contribute to a decline in the number of insect pollinators. As a novel approach in therapy, we hypothesize that the EM® for bees could potentially have an important therapeutic and immunomodulatory effect on honey bee colonies. The aim of our study was to evaluate its impact on honey bees at the individual and colony level. This is the first appliance of the commercial probiotic mix EM® PROBIOTIC FOR BEES in honey bees as economically important social insects. The sugar syrup with 10% of probiotic was administered by spraying or feeding the honey bee colonies in the field conditions, in order to evaluate the infection levels with spores of Nosema spp. and colonies’ strength. Moreover, in laboratory-controlled conditions, in the hoarding cages, adult workers have been fed with sugar syrup supplemented with 2.5, 5, and 10% of EM® for bees for biochemical and immunological analyses of hemolymph, and with 5 and 10% for measuring the size of hypopharyngeal glands. It was found that following the EM® for bees administration the Nosema spp. spore counts in colonies were significantly reduced, and colonies’ strength was increased. The results at the individual level showed significant positive physiological changes in treated groups of adult bees, revealing at the same time a higher mortality rate when feeding sugar syrup supplemented with the probiotic.

The failure processes of maintained systems operating in a changing environment may be affected by the changes and exhibit different failure behaviour before and after the changes. Such processes exhibiting abrupt changes in failure intensities at specified times require segmented models with the process domain divided into segments at the points of changes in the environment to represent them. The individual segments can be modeled by any of the usual point process models and combined to form a composite segmented model with multiple change points. This paper proposes such segmented models with multiple change points to represent the failure processes of these systems and uses a hierarchical binary segmentation method to obtain the location of the changes. Its purpose is to quantify the impacts of changes in the environment on the failure intensities. These models are applied to the field data from an industrial setting; parameter estimates obtained and are shown to more accurately describe the failure processes of maintained system in a changing environment than the single point process models usually used. The interpretation and use of these models for maintained systems is also depicted.

It is shown that the individual subsystems of a stochastic analytical system affect the a posteriori uncertainty and thereby, the information gain of the analytical result. The effects of sampling, separation procedures and calibration on the information gain of quantitative analysis, expressed in terms of the extended divergence measure, are discussed, and rules that can be utilized in the optimization of analytical procedures are given.

In the article, the author presents the results of research on sustainable and harmonious development of personality in the context of implementation of the concept of pedagogical facilitation. The author's concept of pedagogical facilitation, based on K. Rogers’ theory, has been implemented over years at the Ural State University of Economics. In this article, the author considers her own experience of applying the methods of goal setting, which contribute to the sustainable and harmonious development of the personality. In the context of implementation of the concept of pedagogical facilitation, self-actualization of the individual is carried out, the life scenario is developed, in which priority goals, and ways of achieving them are identified. The obtained result of the study confirms that personal, professional and social goal setting is an important factor of sustainable and harmonious development of the personality in an unstable and constantly changing environment.

The originality of postmodernism consists in the negation of the intellectual achievements of previous eras and losing the continuity of the problems of human existence, thus, losing the search for its solution. So, it is forced to justify its postulates and methodology by the way of reflection. How can the individual in the case of the negation of philosophical ontology, epistemology and logic make more or less adequate reflection and comparative analysis? Last resort is found in philosophical methodology, which remained beyond criticism of adherents of postmodernism as their different sentences can be considered as a product of detailed methodological postulates. The methodology is veiled by the concept of "discourse", i.e. the characteristics of Postmodernism as a special spiritual attitude and ideological orientation, expressed in "image I" possessing certain connectedness and immersed in a socio-cultural, socio-psychological and other contexts. However, in the postmodernists is implicitly shown the methodological function of philosophy in the formation of the "reflexive consciousness" and "social reflection" as of the two fundamental determinants of human existence in the post-industrial society.

The functioning of the enterprise in a constantly changing environment means that they should make the necessary transformation, meet challenges, thus anticipate and shape the reality. Each company should be the instigator of continuous change, particularly innovative projects which success depends largely on the mobilization of all employees, on creative thinking, action and learning. Strużyński M. writes: “the contemporary processes of globalization create new conditions for flexible and rapid action on the use of various forms of organized business to gain competitive advantage on specific markets” (Strużyński 2003). Globalization can promote and restrict entrepreneurship, especially the individual one. It is written more often, however, that globalization offers the most professional conditions for the great inspiration in the field of entrepreneurship, and it is the source of modern technology and efficient management methods.
