Individualized Consideration is an important factor affecting organizational employees’ job satisfaction. Many studies show that Individualized Consideration of leadership has positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. Based on a literature review and previous work, this study aims to investigate the influence of Individualized Consideration on organizational job satisfaction. The findings of this study provide evidence that Individualized Consideration have significant positive influence on job satisfaction. The study suggests that if organizations heads demonstrate Individualized Consideration, it will be proven, highly effective to achieve employees’ job satisfaction in their organizations.

AbstrakTujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari: (1) motivasi terhadap kinerja,(2) kepuasan kinerja, (3) motivasi terhadap karir, (4) kepuasan karir, (5) kinerjakarir, (6) motivasi dampak kinerja pada karir, dan (7) kepuasan kerja dampakkinerja pada karier dosen di instansi IKIP Veteran Semarang. Jenis penelitianadalah pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan:(1) motivasi kerja memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja,(2) kepuasan kerja memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja,(3) motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadapkarir, (4) kepuasan memiliki pengaruh positif dan dampak yang signifikan terhadapkarir, (5) kinerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap karir,(6) motivasi memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap dampak kinerja padadosen fakultas karir, dan (7) kepuasan kerja memiliki dampak positif dan signifikanterhadap kinerja dosen dampak pada Veteran Semarang IKIP dosen karir.Kata kunci: motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja, kinerja dosen, karir.AbstractThe purpose of research to determine effect of: (1) motivation on performance, (2) thesatisfaction of performance, (3) motivation toward a career, (4) satisfaction withcareer, (5) the performance of career, (6) the motivation of performance impact oncareer, and (7) job satisfaction the performance impact on faculty careers in IKIPVeteran Semarang. A person’s loyalty is a form of loyalty to an object, both people and tasks. But in fact in the current era, loyalty is a difficult thing to find. Human resources who born in 1983-1997 or called Y generation have lower loyalty than X generation (1963-1982). So that studying loyalty of tourism buses’ drivers and their assistants is an interesting thing in order to know what cause the loyalty of drivers and their assistants. The purpose of this study are (1) to find out the description of job satisfaction, organizational commitmen and driver and kernet loyalty, (2) to find out whether there is a significant positive influence on job satisfaction on the driver's and kernet's organizational commitment, (3) to find out whether there is a positive influence significant organizational commitment to driver and kernet loyalty, (4) to determine whether there is a significant positive influence on job satisfaction on driver and kernet loyalty, (5) and to find out whether there is a significant positive effect on job satisfaction on driver loyalty and kernet through organizational commitment. This research is quantitative and using path analysis to determine the relationship between variables. The sampling method uses purposive sampling in the form of judment sampling. Population in this research is 125 driver and kernet in Malang with sample 105 driver and kernet. Data collection methods use a closed questionnaire. The research results show that: (1) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the driver's and kernet's organizational commitment; (2) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant influence on driver and kernet loyalty; (3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on driver and kernet loyalty; (4) Job satisfaction affects the loyalty of driver and kernet through organizational commitment.

Customer value is important factors that influence sustainable businses both real sector and service sector. This <br />research ia aimed to examine and analysis the relationship among customer value, customer satisfaction and <br />customer loyalty. This stydi was conducted at Economic and Business Facutlty of Trisakti University which took <br />180 student as respondents. Using Structural Equation Model, the result shows dimension service value and <br />relationship value of customer value have significant positive influence to customer satisfaction, while dimension <br />core value product of customer value has no significant influence to customer satisfaction. Customer Satisfacation <br />has positive significant influence to Customer Loyalty, only dimension core of value of customer value has <br />significant positive influence to Customer Loyalty while dimension of service value and relationship value have no <br />significant positive influence to customer loyalty.

The Influence Sevice Optiamisation and Job Motivation with Employee Dicipliner in Measure Job Satisfaction Toward Administration Power at UPT and Education Official East Kutai Regency Provincy East Kalimantan. There is research to aim for the service optimalisation effect and employee motivation with employee dicipliner in measure work satisfaction toward administration power at UPT and Education Official East Kutai Rigrncy. There is kausal study do it Eighteen District and twenty UPT between one Education Official East Kutai Regency. The method used in this Research is Quantitative method with multiple Regression Analisis. The Sample of this research is one hundred and two respondent of four hundred fifty nine at Population. The result of this research is that there is a significant positive influence either partially or colletively between the effect service optimalisation and work motivation with employee dicipliner to measure work satisfaction employees toward administration power at UPT and Education Official East Kutai Regency. Based on the results of this study the researcher concludes that the batter of service optimalisation and work motivation with employee to dicipliner to result in more the more feeling satisfaction in the job.(1), The Higght more the more in motivation work or duty do it to result in of satisfaction the work (2), The Dicipline more the more and rule obdient employee doing the duty or manner rule, more the more to hoist satisfaction work (3), More the more service optimalisation, more the more work motivation with more the more rule obdient employees in dicipline their work becoming satisfaction to gether the administration power, more the more to services.

The objective of this paper is to investigate the effect of the ethical climate on the organizational commitment, professional commitment and job satisfaction of Malaysian auditors. Using a survey questionnaire comprising instruments about the ethical climate, organizational commitment, professional commitment and job satisfaction, 263 usable responses were received. To achieve the objectives, mean scores, standard deviations, correlations and multiple regressions were performed. The study revealed that a significant positive influence of a caring ethical climate on professional and organizational commitment as well as job satisfaction existed. There was also a positive significant association between the law and code ethical climate and professional commitment. On the other hand, the study discovered that the instrumental ethical climate type had a significant negative relationship with organizational commitment and job satisfaction. A significant negative relationship was also revealed between the independent ethical climate type and organizational and professional commitment. A significant negative relationship between the rules ethical climate and job satisfaction was also discovered.

The title of this study is the factors that influence the use of e-filling tax facilities by taxpayers as a means of submitting effectively and efficiently annual notice (SPT) in Pratama tax service office of Bengkulu city. In the use of e-filling facilities, not all taxpayers use it for various reasons. This study aims to find out the empirical evidence of the influence of perception of usefulness (X1), perception of easiness (X2), complexity (X3), security and confidentiality (X4), taxpayer information technology readiness (X5), and counseling to taxpayers (X6) toward the intensity of behavior in the use of e-filling (y) in the Pratama tax service office of Bengkulu city. In this study, the samples taken were 100 taxpayers registered in the Pratama tax service office of Bengkulu City. Data collection is done through direct observation and surveys, and the data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. This study uses Technology Acceptance Models (TAM) with the SPSS program. The results showed that the perception of usefulness (X1) had a significant positive influence on the intensity of behavior for the use of e-filling. Easiness perception (X2) had a positive significant influence on the intensity of behavior for the use of e-filling, Complexity (X3) had significant negative influence on the intensity of behavior for e-filling, security and confidentiality (X4) had significant positive influence on the intensity of behavior for filling the e-filling, taxpayer information technology readiness (X5) had a significant positive influence on the intensity of behavior for filling the e-filling, and counseling to taxpayers (X6) had a significant positive influence on the intensity of behavior for filling the e-filling. Keywords: Perception of Usability, Perception of Convenience, Complexity, Security and Confidentiality, Taxpayer Information Technology Readiness and counseling to Taxpayers on Behavioral Intensity in the Use of E-Filling.

The Covid-19 pandemic conditions has accelerated the use of digital applications due to the situation of people's movements being limited by work from home, school form home, as well as restrictions on social, community and religious activities. The purpose of the study was to see the effect of the UTAUT2 Model on the behavioral intention of adopting mobile banking with the addition of the covid-19 pandemic variable among private students in Jakarta. Data processing using multiple regression with SPSS 26.0 application. The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant influence along with the Utaut2 Model on the behavioral intention of adopting the use of mobile banking among private students in DKI JAKARTA. Three factors that have been shown to have a significant positive influence are hedonic motivation, habits and the COVID-19 pandemic.

This study aims to test whether there is influence of psychological contract and work engagement to job satisfaction. The sample of this research is 53 employees of Head Office of PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. with non-probability sampling method and incidental sampling technique. Multiple regression analysis is used as a technique to analyze data and test hypotheses. The results from this study is that there is a positive and significant influence between the psychological contract on job satisfaction, the positive and significant influence between work engagement to job satisfaction and positive influence and significant correlation between psychological contract and work engagement simultaneously on job satisfaction.

Abstract The study was conducted to determine the effect of Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) to Job Satisfaction the sampel of the study nurses were at the Persahabatan hospital. Using 125 nurses working in RSUP Persahabatan as sample. This study used quantitative method. Incidental sampling was used as sampling technique. The meansure of Job satisfaction variables in this study using instruments Job Satisfaction Scale (JSS) and OCB variables in this study was method using instrumen OCB by Organ. Regression analysis performed with SPSS version 17.00 for windows. The study explains that there is significant influence between Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) to Job Satisfaction. Regression equation obtained is Y = 75,410 + 0.381 witch means there is a positive influence between job satisfaction with the OCB with the value F = 6.960; p = 0.009 (α <0.05). The determinant index (R Square) to the occurrence of job satisfaction and OCB shows 5.4% and the remaining 94.6% is influenced by other factors beyond job satisfaction.
