This research was conducted at D’Raja Coffee Multatuli Medan. This study tries to examine and evaluate the influence of hygiene standard implementation on customers’ perception of service during COVID-19. Data was gathered by the observation, interviews, and questionnaires shared with the consumers. The research sample is 83 respondents. Hygiene Standard Implementation Influences Customers’ Perception in Service at D’Raja Coffee Multatuli Medan. The Coefficient of Determination Test results attained the R squared value is 0.174 which shows that 17.4% of the dependent variable Customers’ Perception in Service at D’Raja Coffee Multatuli Medan can be described through Hygiene Standard Implementation during COVID-19 while they remain 63% is described through the other variables that were not implemented in this research. As the research conclusion is Hygiene Standard Implementation Influences Customers’ Perception of Service during COVID-19 at D’Raja Coffee Multatuli Medan.

Store atmosphere is a condition in a store that is formed by the tangible and intangible components, which can influence consumer behavior, such as customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is the level of one's feelings after comparing the performance or perceived value with expectations. This study used a quantitative method, such questionnaires which distributed to 142 respondents and also the observations results. In addition, this study uses three types of analysis to achieving the objectives, namely descriptive analysis, correlation analysis and linear regression analysis. Meanwhile, the results of this study indicate that store atmosphere good categories with a mean value of 3.72 and customer satisfaction at high category with a mean value of 4.09. In addition, the coefficient of determination test indicates that the effect of store atmosphere contributes 27.7%to customer satisfaction and the other of 72.3% is the contribution of the influence from the other variables which not examined in this study. Based on test results obtained linear regression equation such Y = 26.711 + 0,367X. This is show that if there is additional to the store atmosphere, the customer satisfaction will be increased by 0,367. And the results of hypothesis testing indicate that there are significant influences between store atmosphere and customer satisfaction at theToko Buku Togamas Branch Supratman Bandung.

Previous research studies have indicated that using fibres to improve crack resistance and applying expansive agent (EA) to compensate shrinkage are both effective methods to mitigate shrinkage cracking of concrete, and the additions of both fibres and EA can enhance the other performance attributes of concrete. In this study, an EA was added to fibre reinforced concrete (FRC) to produce concrete mixes with various water/binder (W/B) ratios, steel fibre (SF) contents and EA contents for testing of their workability and compressive properties. The test results showed that adding EA would slightly increase the superplasticiser (SP) demand and decrease the compressive strength, Young’s modulus and Poisson’s ratio, but significantly improve the toughness and specific toughness of the steel FRC produced. Such improvement in toughness may be attributed to the pre-stress of the concrete matrix and the confinement effect of the SFs due to the expansion of the concrete and the restraint of the SFs against such expansion.

This study aims to determine the relationship of loneliness with problematic internet use on boarding students on Silaberanti street in Siantan jaya Opposite Ulu 1 Palembang city. Research subjects numbered 220 people using random sampling methods. Data was collected using a 60 item problematic internet use scale and a 60 item loneliness. Realibility is generated on scale of problematic internet use of 0,955 and loneliness of 0,946.Hypothesis testing uses product moment correlation analysis techniques. Hypothesis test results showed a positive relationshif between loneliness with problematic internet use on boarding students on Silaberanti street in Siantan jaya Opposite Ulu 1 Palembang city r= 0,684 with a significance level of 0,000 (p<0,01). Loneliness in this study made an effective contribution of 46,8% to problematic internet use which can be seen from the coefficient of determination (r²) that is equel to 0,468.

This research is aimed to examine the influence of brand image and product quality to car purchase decision at PT. Mitsubishi Krama Yudha Motors and Manufacturing. Data analysis method was used, is quantitative analysis, by using validity and reliability test, coefficient of determination, and multiple linear regression analysis. Result of regression equation is: Y = 0,665 + 0,517 X1 + 0,416 X2 Simultaneously testing of brand image variables and product quality to purchase decision, shown by F count equal to 85,955 bigger than F table 3,159 or with sig. F 0.000 is smaller than alpha 0.005. Based on the test results simultaneously, can be seen that the independent variables (brand image and product quality) have a positive and significant impact on the car purchase decision at Mitsubishi cars At PT. Krama Yudha Motors and Manufacturing. Suggestions which can be given for future developments and determinations of policy are, companies should pay attention to brand image, product quality, to make customers more satisfied and keep using Mitsubishi cars as their choice.

The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of leverage, inflation and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of the share price at PT. Astra Autopart, Tbk. companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2015. The sampling technique in this study using a purposive sampling. With the technique of purposive  sampling, all the members of the research samples by criteria. Samples that meet the criteria are used research data. Then followed the classic assumption test and test hypotheses by linear regression. The results of this study demonstrate the regression results in regression equation that Y = 2605,424 + 1561,550 X1 + 2,338 X2 + 38,994X3. T test results showed that the leverage anda GDP (Gross Domestic Product) is positive and significant effect on stock prices, while inflation is not positive and significant effect on stock prices. F test results showed that jointly leverage variables, inflation and GDP variables affecting the stock price significantly. This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, independent attitude and family environment on the interest in entrepreneurship at the University of Flores Management Faculty of Economics. This research is an associative research. The population in this study were students of the Management Study Program of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Flores in the class of 2015-2016 who had passed the entrepreneurship courses of 170 people. Samples taken in this study were 105 respondents, with sampling techniques using simple random sampling. Data collection using questionnaires and interviews, while data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of multiple regression analysis are Y = 1.060 + 0.594X1 + 0.114X2 + 0.421X3 + e. The coefficient of determination R2 for the variables X1, X2, X3 is 0.675, which means that entrepreneurial interest can be influenced by emotional intelligence, independent attitude and family environment by 67.50% and the remaining 32.50% is influenced by other factors including factors of education, skills, motivation and others. F test results show the value of Fcount> Ftable (28.442> 2.69) with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05 meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between emotional intelligence, independent attitude and family environment together on the entrepreneurial interest of the Faculty of Management Study Program Students The economy. Partial test results (t) show 1) Emotional intelligence factors have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest 2) Family environment factors have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest 3) Independent attitude factor has no positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest.

Abstract A typical qualitative microbiological method performance (collaborative) study gathers a data set of responses about a test for the presence or absence of a target microbe. We developed 2 models that estimate false-positive and false-negative rates. One model assumes a constant probability that the tests will indicate the target microbe is present for any positive concentration in the test portion. The other model assumes that this probability follows a logistic curve. Test results from several method performance studies illustrate these estimates.

In recent years, efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions have continued worldwide. In the construction industry, a large amount of CO2 is generated during the production of Portland cement, and various studies are being conducted to reduce the amount of cement and enable the use of cement substitutes. Ferronickel slag is a by-product generated by melting materials such as nickel ore and bituminous coal, which are used as raw materials to produce ferronickel at high temperatures. In this study, we investigated the fluidity, microhydration heat, compressive strength, drying shrinkage, and carbonation characteristics of a ternary cement mortar including ferronickel-slag powder and fly ash. According to the test results, the microhydration heat of the FA20FN00 sample was slightly higher than that of the FA00FN20 sample. The 28-day compressive strength of the FA20FN00 mix was approximately 39.6 MPa, which was higher than that of the other samples, whereas the compressive strength of the FA05FN15 mix including 15% of ferronickel-slag powder was approximately 11.6% lower than that of the FA20FN00 mix. The drying shrinkage of the FA20FN00 sample without ferronickel-slag powder was the highest after 56 days, whereas the FA00FN20 sample without fly ash showed the lowest shrinkage compared to the other mixes.

Modern facial recognition algorithms make it possible to identify system users by their appearance with a high level of accuracy. In such cases, an image of the user’s face is converted to parameters that later are used in a recognition process. On the other hand, the obtained parameters can be used as data for pseudo-random number generators. However, the closeness of the sequence generated by such a generator to a truly random one is questionable. This paper proposes a system which is able to authenticate users by their face, and generate pseudo-random values based on the facial image that will later serve to generate an encryption key. The generator of a random value was tested with the NIST Statistical Test Suite. The subsystem of image recognition was also tested under various conditions of taking the image. The test results of the random value generator show a satisfactory level of randomness, i.e., an average of 0.47 random generation (NIST test), with 95% accuracy of the system as a whole.

In the adult organism, angiogenesis is restricted to a few physiological conditions. On the other hand, uncontrolled angiogenesis have often been associated to angiogenesis-dependent pathologies. A variety of animal models have been described to provide more quantitative analysis of in vivo angiogenesis and to characterize pro- and antiangiogenic molecules. However, it is still necessary to establish a quantitative, reproducible and specific method for studies of angiogenesis factors and inhibitors. This work aimed to standardize a method for the study of angiogenesis and to investigate the effects of thalidomide on angiogenesis. Sponges of 0.5 x 0.5 x 0.5 cm were implanted in the back of mice groups, control and experimental (thalidomide 200 mg/K/day by gavage). After seven days, the sponges were removed. The dosage of hemoglobin in sponge and in circulation was performed and the ratio between the values was tested using nonparametric Mann-Whitney test. Results have shown that sponge-induced angiogenesis quantitated by ratio between hemoglobin content in serum and in sponge is a helpful model for in vivo studies on angiogenesis. Moreover, it was observed that sponge-induced angiogenesis can be suppressed by thalidomide, corroborating to the validity of the standardized method.
