The purposes of this research is to know what is the meaning of public accountant career for accounting student and to know how ideological view towards career election as public accountant. This research uses qualitative approach with interpretive paradigm and informant used on this research is accounting student on ideological-based university at Makassar. Primary data is used for this research with observing and direct interview with the informants. Data analysis method used is data reduction, data display, data classification, data verifying, and draw final conclusion from the research results. The research result shows that accounting student interpret the public accountant profession as a challenging profession, promising in financial terms (salary), has promising employment field, has important influence and big responsibility, also is a risky job.

The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of regional disaster management policies in Sukabumi City and to find out the inhibiting and supporting factors of the successful implementation of regional disaster management policies. This research method uses descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the implementation of regional disaster management policies was not optimal. The conclusion is that the socialization activities are still lacking and equitable, human resources and infrastructure have not been added yet. The inhibiting factors are in terms of institutional, apparatus discipline, budget, resources, facilities and environment that are less conducive. Supporting factors are the existence of regulations or regulations on disaster management. for communication carried out by BPBD Sukabumi City in carrying out socialization activities or training on disaster management to the public is still lacking and uneven. The low interest in reading our society greatly affects the quality of the Indonesian nation, because with the low interest in reading it cannot know and follow the development of science and information in the world. With the library, it can give students an "opiate taste" and bring about new habits, namely reading. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. The research location which is the main focus in collecting data is SD Negeri 1 in Pamengkang village, located in Mundu District, Cirebon Regency. Primary data is data obtained directly from informants such as school principals, teachers, students, and library staff. Secondary data used such as school archives, and other documents that can support the completeness of primary data. Data collection techniques is a way that researchers do in obtaining data. As for this study researchers used observation, interview and documentation techniques. Analysis of the data used is data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing / verification. The results of the study show that the Utilization of School Libraries in Increasing Interest in Reading in SDN 1 Pamengkang, Mundu District, Cirebon Regency has carried out several efforts, but it has not yet run as expected, due to several factors, namely the state of the library, both from collections, facilities, and also not having librarians, so the library walk improperly following the existing path. Keywords: utilization; library; interest in reading Abstrak Rendahnya minat baca masyarakat kita sangat mempengaruhi kualitas bangsa Indonesia, sebab dengan rendahnya minat baca maka tidak bisa mengetahui dan mengikuti perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan informasi di dunia. Dengan adanya perpustakaan dapat memberikan “rasa candu” pada peserta didik dan memunculkan new habits yakni membaca. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dekriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian yang menjadi fokus utama dalam mengumpulkan data adalah di SD Negeri 1 di desa Pamengkang yang terletak di Kecamatan Mundu Kabupaten Cirebon.  Data primer adalah data yang diperoleh langsung dari informan seperti kepala sekolah, guru, siswa, dan tenaga perpustakaan. Data sekunder yang digunakan seperti seperti arsip-arsip sekolah, serta dokumen lainnya yang dapat menunjang kelengkapan dari data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data merupakan cara yang dilakukan peneliti dalam memperoleh data. Adapun dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu data reduction, data display, dan conclusion drawing/verification. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Upaya Pemanfaatan Perpustakaan Sekolah dalam Meningkatkan Minat Baca di SDN 1 Pamengkang Kecamatan Mundu Kabupaten Cirebon sudah menjalankan beberapa upaya akan tetapi belum berjalan sesuai harapan, disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor yaitu keadaan perpustakan baik dari koleksi, sarana, dan juga belum mempunyai pustakawan sehingga perpustakaan berjalan seadanya mengikuti alur yang ada.  Kata Kunci: pemanfaatan; perpustakaan; minat baca

The aim of this present study is to initiate Islamic education in order to rectify the educational paradigm in Indonesia. With respect to the research methodology, this study employed a qualitative approach and literature study method. In its implementation, the collected data was then analyzed using a descriptive analysis method. Based on the results of the discussion, in order to rectify the educational paradigm in Indonesia, it should initially change the secularism paradigm that has been fossilized in the world of education into the paradigm of Islam, al-Qur`an, and Tauhid. As a consequence, this paradigm will have implications for the establishment of the conceptualized education system that inevitably also affects the to-be-achieved educational objectives. In order to realize a good education system, there should be integration between the elements of education practitioners which consist of family, mosques/schools/campuses, and society. As a result, those aforementioned objectives will be successfully achieved in the moment when Islamic rules are fully implemented in all aspects of life. Therefore, it is necessary to continuously educate the public regarding the importance of implementing Islamic rules in all aspects of life, including in the aspect of education.

State Museum

This study aimed to determining the positioning of the State Museum of West Nusa Tenggara based on visitor’s perception. The research method used was qualitative approach with data collecting through interview, observation and documentation. Informants is selected by accidental sampling technique. Data  from  interviews  with 20  informants  were  analyzed  using content analysis method. The  results  showed  that  the  State  Museum  of  West  Nusa  Tenggara  hada positioning as edutainment with dimensions of value, uniqueness, credibility, sustainability and conformity. The museum should consider the desire and needs of visitors with the main purpose of the museum, which is to present the mission of education as well as entertainment to the public. Thus, the Museum of West Nusa Tenggara is expected to be a place to gain knowledge and experience as well as recreation that reaches all levels of society. The most important contribution of this study is the positioning model of the State Museum of West Nusa Tenggara based on the perception of visitors i.e. edutainment concept to become a pioneer for further empirical research. It is expected that in the future the managerial of West Nusa Tenggara State Museum can increase visit to the museum. Keywords: Museum, positioning, visitor perceptions, edutainment

This study aimed to determine the effect of fleet availability and control on the smooth delivery of PT. Cardig Logistics Indonesia. The survey method is used as a way to collect primary data. The population is taken from employees who work in the operational section and get a sample of 30 people. The writer used a descriptive statistical analysis method, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, or determination to test the research hypothesis to conduct this research. The results showed that the availability of the fleet (X1) and controlling (X2) on the smooth delivery (Y) of PT. Cardig Logistics Indonesia has a positive and significant effect. From the research result, the more dominant is the variable of fleet availability.

Some Muslim groups often quote the Qur'anic verse Chapter Al-Baqarah 191 which shows the meaning of al-fitnatu asyadd min al-qatl. Based on that verse, they encourage every member of the Muslim community not to cast slander to other Muslims because slander is worse than killing. The meaning of the term slander is still ambiguous and this article tries to explore its nuances. By using a qualitative approach and semantic analysis method, this study tries to describe various interpretations of slander from several prominent literary sources. This study aims to uncover the bulk of meanings of the word fitna as well to balance and to improve the narrow understanding of slander. This study found that the scope of meaning for the word fitna, includes words such as accusations, calamities, conflicts and disputes, which all have one purpose, i.e. efforts to find out which Muslims are good and which Muslims are bad. Fitna unexpectedly can befall us in various forms. Just like education tests, examinees or Muslims who are facing defamation must know how to overcome them.

The purpose of this research is; A) mapping the perception of tourists on Tidung Island tourism, b) mapping the preferences of tourists on Tidung Island tour. Primary data were obtained from questionnaires distributed to Jakarta citizen (as potential tourists) and tourists (as existing customers), a total of 60 respondents. Aspects in the study include; Product, promotion, transportation, price and service. The Important Performance Analysis (IPA) method is used to analyze the data. The results showed that; Cleanliness and appearance of the site is still considered less attractive by the public in general. There is a GAP between the perceptions of the preference of potential tourists and existing tourists. So to maintain the sustainability of tourism on the Tidung Island, then the cleanliness and appearance of tourist sites should be improved by administrators of Tidung Island

This study aims to analyze the sales strategy applied to the Brunei Eletronik store amidst the weakening condition of the Indonesian economy due to the covid-19 pandemic. The method in this study was carried out with a qualitative approach to analyze the marketing strategy applied by the Brunei Eletronik store with primary data sources obtained from data collection techniques through interviews, observations and literature studies. From the results of the research carried out, it is known that a number of new facts related to the strategy implemented by the Brunei Eletronik store during the Covid-19 pandemic, sales decreased at the beginning of the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia, especially the West Aceh region due to reduced community activities outside the home, but with the use of technology in business strategies to increase sales, income gradually improves and increases. From the results of data analysis and literature review, to improve marketing strategies, Brunei Eletronik stores can apply the SWOT analysis method in increasing sales in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Design thinking has become one of the model approaches that can be carried out by a business entity. The design concept approach model is widely chosen because it has several stages and thought lines that are systematic, mutually sustainable, understanable and applicable. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the use of design thinking approach models in business entities, which are the research locus, namely in Smartnesia Educa. This research used a descriptive analysis method using a qualitative approach. The data collected was secondary and primary data in the form of interviews and supporting documents in Smartnesia Educa. The results of this study indicated that Smartnesia Educa had applied the design thinking in its operational business processes to become heterogeneous tutoring and could be accepted by all levels of economic and social markets.

AbstractThis study aims to train whether there is an effect of zakat reporting (PSAK 109), sharia compliance, transparency and human resource competence on the management of zakat funds. The object of this research is zakat management institutions in Pemalang district.The type used in this research is quantitative. The data used are primary data by distributing questionnaires to zakat institutions in Pemalang Regency including Baznas, Laz Al-Ikhsan, Laziz MU, Laziz Nu, and BBI. There were 36 questionnaires that were collected and could be processed. Testing in research using multiple linear analysis method with SPSS program.The results of this study indicate that the application of accounting has a positive and significant effect on the management of zakat funds in Pemalang, sharia compliance has a positive and significant effect on the management of zakat funds in Pemalang, transparency has a positive and significant effect on the management of zakat funds in Pemalang, human resource competence (amil ) has a positive and significant effect on the management of zakat funds in Pemalang.So it can show the results of this research are that zakat institutions must be able to improve and maintain aspects of the application of sharia accounting, sharia compliance, transparency and human resource competence (amil) in order to gain the trust of the public to flow zakat, infaq / shadaqoh through institutions to maximize in management in order to create an equity and welfare for the general public.Keywords: implementation of sharia accounting; sharia compliance; transparency and human resource competence (amil).AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah terdapat pengaruh penerapan akuntansi zakat (PSAK 109), shariah compliance,transparansi dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia terhadap pengelolaan dana zakat. Objek penelitian ini ialah lembaga pengelola zakat yang terdapat di kabupaten Pemalang.Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan berupa data primer dengan menyebar kuisioner ke lembaga zakat di Kabupaten Pemalang meliputi Baznas,Laz Al-Ikhsan,Laziz MU,Laziz Nu, dan BBI. Kuisioner yang terkumpul dan dapat diolah sebanyak 36 buah dari 41 buah. Pengujian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis linier berganda dengan program SPSS.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penerapan akuntansi syariah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengelolaan dana zakat di Pemalang,shariah compliance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengelolaan dana zakat di Pemalang,transparansi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengelolaan dana zakat di Pemalang,kompetensi sumber daya manusia (amil) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengelolaan dana zakat di Pemalang.Jadi dapat disimpulkan hasil dari penelitian ini ialah lembaga zakat harus dapat meningkatkan dan mempertahankan aspek penerapan akuntansi syariah,shariah compliance,transparansi dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia (amil) agar dapat memperoleh kepercayaan dari masyarakat untuk menyalurkan zakat,infak/shadaqoh melalui lembaga untuk memaksimalkan dalam pengelolaan agar terciptanya sebuah pemerataan dan kesejahteraan bagi masyarakat umum.Kata Kunci : penerapan akuntansi syariah; shariah compliance; transparansi dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia (amil)
