In Indonesia the number of occupational accidents shows a fairly alarming number, there are cases of accidents that every day experienced by the workers of every 100 thousand workers. This research aims to analyze the effect of job accident guarantee and death guarantee of BPJS employment on employee productivity at PT Mitsubishi Kramat Yudha Motor and Manufacturing Jakarta, with sample of 97 employees. Adapaun sampling technique used using simple random sampling with SPSS version 18 analysis. The result of this research shows that there is partial influence between work accident to work productivity, there is partial influence between mortality guarantee to work productivity and there is influence between work accident and work death together to work productivity.

This study aims to analyze (i) the effect of information technology variables on job satisfaction; (ii) the effect of competency variables on job satisfaction; (iii) the effect of information technology variables on work productivity; (iv) the effect of competency variables on work productivity; (v) the effect of job satisfaction variables on work productivity; (vi) the influence of information technology variables on work productivity through job satisfaction variables; and (vii) the effect of competency variables on work productivity through job satisfaction variables. The quantitative approach is used to test and analyze the factors that influence job satisfaction and work productivity. Research location at Hasanuddin University, Makassar City. The population in this study were Unhas employees with the status of ASN (State Civil Apparatus) as many as 935 people. The sampling method uses probability sampling with a simple random sampling technique. Withdrawing the number of samples using the Slovin formula, which produces 90 people as a minimum number. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a measurement scale used is a Likert scale with five components. Data analysis techniques in this study used path analysis. The results showed that information technology and competency variables significantly influence job satisfaction and work productivity. Information technology and competence have a significant effect on work productivity through job satisfaction variables. All hypotheses are accepted and supported by previous research.

Berdasarkan data dari produktivitas pegawai PT.Cipta Rasa Utama Kabupaten Cirebon pada bulan Maret hingga Mei tahun 2014 terjadi penurunan produktivitas pada pegawai bagian produksi packing yang dimungkinkan dipengaruhi oleh indikator stres kerja (sering mengalami pusing, sakit kepala, gangguan pencernaan, tidak bisa mengontrol emosi, mudah marah, dan tidak bisa berkonsentrasi selama bekerja). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan antara Stres Kerja dengan Produktivitas Kerja Pada Pekerja Bagian Produksi di PT.Cipta Rasa Utama Kabupaten Cirebon tahun 2014. Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional analitik dengan pendekatan Cross sectional populasi penelitian ini adalah pegawai bagian produksi packing sebanyak 45 responden pegawai bagian produksi yang bekerja di PT.Cipta Rasa Utama Cirebon. Sampel diambil dengan metode Simple Random sampling dengan undian Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan wawancara dan studi dokumentasi data hasil produksi dari PT.Cipta Rasa Utama. Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan dengan uji statistik Rank spearman pada tingkat kemaknaan 5% atau (0,05).Hasil uji statistik analisis menggunakan rumus Rank Spearman diperoleh nilai ρ = 0,03 pada taraf kepercayaan 5% karena nilai ρ = 0,03 lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,03 ≤ 0,05) sehingga Ha diterima yang menyatakan ada hubungan antara stres kerja dengan tingkat produktivitas kerja pada bagian produksi PT.Cipta Rasa Utama Kabupaten Cirebon Tahun 2014.Kata Kunci : Stres Kerja, Produktivitas Kerja ABSTRACKBased on the results of employee productivity data PT.Cipta Major Pain Cirebon in March to May 2014 there is a decrease in employee productivity made possible the production of packing is affected by occupational stress indicator (often experience dizziness, headache, indigestion, can not control emotions , irritable, and unable to concentrate during work). This study aims to determine the relationship between Work Stress At Work Productivity Part Production Workers in Major Pain PT.Cipta Rasa Utama Cirebon in 2014. The study design was observational with cross sectional approach. The samples were 45 respondents employees who work in the production of the Main Pain PT.Cipta Cirebon. Samples taken with the way the draw random sampling method. Data collection techniques using the checklist sheet and if the production data of the Main Pain PT.Cipta. Processing techniques and data analysis was done by Spearman Rank statistik test at a significance level of 5% or (0.05). Statistical analysis of test results using the Spearman Rank formula obtained value of ρ = 0.03 at 5% confidence level because the value of ρ = 0.03 is smaller than 0.05 (0.03 ≤ 0.05) Ha received stating that there is a relationship between work stress to the productivity of labor in the production PT.Cipta Rasa Utama Cirebon 2014.Keywords: Job stress, work productivity

Abstrak Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi terhadap produktivitas karyawan di Kantor Jasa Penilai Publik (KJPP) Firmansyah & Rekan. Adapun isu – isu pokok yang akan di diungkap dalam penelitian ini adalah seberapa besar produktivitas kerja dari karyawan yang bekerja di KJPP Firmansyah & Rekan. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan di Kantor Jasa Penilai Publik (KJPP) Firmansyah & Rekan. Pendekatan penelitian adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non-random sampling, yaitu dengan Teknik Purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 35 responden., dengan membagikan angket/ kuesioner dan teknik skala pengukuran menggunakan skala likert. Pengolahan data menggunakan SMARTPLS. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis dari penelitian ini, yaitu adanya pengaruh antara kompensasi, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation, work discipline, and motivation on employee productivity in the Office of Public Appraisal Services (KJPP) Firmansyah & Partners. The main issues revealed in this research are how much work productivity of employees who work at KJPP Firmansyah & Partners. The population and sample in this study were employees at the Office of Public Appraisal Services (KJPP) Firmansyah & Partners. A research approach is a quantitative approach. Sampling used a non-random sampling technique, namely the purposive sampling technique. The sample used is 35 respondents, by distributing questionnaires/questionnaires and measuring scale techniques using a Likert scale. Data processing using SMARTPLS. Spotlight on the performance of nurses is a problem that must be addressed immediately, because nursing services determine the quality of hospital services. Poor performance will affect the low service, patients feel less comfortable and not satisfied that affect the productivity of work. Some causes of low work productivity include workload, motivation and work stress. The purpose of this research is to know the factors that influence productivity at Bakti Mulia Hospital Muncar of Banyuwangi Regency. The research design used was cross sectional. The research population is all employees at Bakti Mulia Muncar Banyuwangi Hospital as many as 133 people and sample size 100 people. The sampling technique using simple random sampling. Data collection using questioner then analyzed using logistic regression. The results show that there is the influence of the workload on work productivity (p = 0.012; OR = 0, 314), there is the influence of motivation to work productivity (p = 0.035; OR = 0, 035), there is the effect of work stress on work productivity at Bakti Mulia Hospital Muncar Banyuwang District (p = 0,0 3 9; OR = 0 , 102). While the most dominant factors that affect the productivity of employees at Bakti Mulia Hospital Muncar Banyuwangi regency is the work load. Based on the research, the management of hospital should consider the work load factor, motivation and work stress to increase work productivity and also to improve the facilities and infrastructures that support for the employees in the work.

Human Resources has been recognized as a central force that drives organizational dynamics. This study was conducted to determine the Effect of Compensation and Work Safety on Employee Productivity At PT. Musirawas Lestari Makmur Unit Tuah Negeri Musi Rawas Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 50 employees determined based on simple random sampling technique. Data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination (R2), and Test F. From result of Multiple Regression Analysis obtained that compensation (X1) and safety (X2) give contribution of 83,2 percent to work productivity Y). While the rest of 16.8 percent influenced by other variables. which is not included in this study. The results also indicate a significant influence between compensation and work safety on work productivity. For that the company needs to increase the compensation and employee safety to increase employee productivity. Keywords: Compensation, Occupational Safety and Work Productivity

The aim of this research is; 1) investigating the level of online learning satisfaction among students during COVID 19; 2) analyzing the influence of differences in gender, years of study, major in determining online learning satisfaction among students during COVID 19; 3) to analyze the relationship between online learning satisfaction and student academic achievement during COVID 19. The population was 656 students at STKIP Singkawang, and then a sample of 357 students (87 males and 270 females) was taken using a simple random sampling technique. The instrument in this study was adapted from Aman's Satisfaction instrument, which was then used to collect research data. Data analysis using SPSS with descriptive statistical techniques, MANOVA, and correlation. The results showed that online learning satisfaction was at a high level, meaning that students were satisfied with the online learning that had been implemented. The major differences have a significant effect on determining online learning satisfaction. Intercorrelation shows that there is a significant relationship on each indicator of online learning satisfaction with academic achievement, meaning that the higher the satisfaction felt by students in online learning, the student's academic achievement will increase.

Head of a village election with e-voting system is a new thing for community The success level of e-voting system can be reached by fulfil several principles in order to the implementation going effective and the result of the election can be accepted by all. The objectives of this research is to analyze the relation between the success level of e-voting system with social capital of the community. This research is carried out with the quantitative approach and supported by qualitative data. This research takes 60 respondents using simple random sampling technique. The results showed that the success level of e-voting has a correlation with the level of social capital of the community. Based on the field study, the social capital of the community is classified as high. The high social capital makes the implementation of e-voting successful and the success level is also high, because in the election ten years ago occurred a conflict. The community considers e-voting easier and more practical, cost effective and time-saving, and the results of e-voting are also reliable. A practical and fast of e-voting system can be a solution especially for “rural-urban” community who are busy or work outside the village.Keywords: E-voting, the success level of the system, social capital Pemilihan kepala desa dengan sistem e-voting merupakan hal yang baru bagi masyarakat. Keberhasilan penerapan sistem e-voting dilihat dari terpenuhinya beberapa prinsip agar penerapannya berlangsung efektif dan hasilnya dapat diterima oleh seluruh masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan tingkat keberhasilan sistem e-voting dalam pemilihan kepala desa dengan tingkat modal sosial masyarakat. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang didukung oleh analisis data kualitatif. Penelitian ini mengambil enam puluh responden dengan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat keberhasilan e-voting memiliki hubungan dengan tingkat modal sosial masyarakat. Berdasarkan kajian di lapang, modal sosial masyarakat tergolong tinggi. Tingginya modal sosial tersebut membuat pelaksanaan e-voting berhasil dan tingkat keberhasilannya juga tergolong tinggi karena pada pemilihan sepuluh tahun silam sempat terjadi konflik. Masyarakat menganggap sistem evoting lebih mudah dan praktis, hemat dalam segi biaya dan waktu, serta hasil dari pemilihan juga dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Sistem e-voting yang praktis dan cepat dapat menjadi solusi khususnya bagi masyarakat daerah “desa-kota” yang memiliki kesibukan atau pekerjaan di luar desa.Kata Kunci: E-voting, keberhasilan sistem, modal sosial.

Mount Merapi eruption has occurred several times in Indonesia and the biggest eruption that last occurred in 2010. The community were suffered losses and were affected by eruptions. The purposes of this research are to analyze community resilience, to analyze the level of vulnerability, and to analize the community adaptive capacity. The research using a quantitative approach supported by qualitative data. Simple random sampling technique is used as the sampling method and the informant was taken purposively. The results of this research showed that when the eruption occurred the community has a high vulnerability. The adaptive capacity is also high with innovative learning based on institutional memory and supported by the connectedness. Communities achieve resilience and can adapt to changes with high adaptive capacity.  Keywords: adaptive capacity, community resilience, eruption, vulnerability ABSTRAK Erupsi Gunung Merapi sudah terjadi beberapa kali di Indonesia dan erupsi terbesar yang terjadi terakhir kalinya yaitu pada tahun 2010. Komunitas mengalami berbagai kerugian dan terkena dampak dari erupsi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis resiliensi komunitas, menganalisis tingkat kerentanan komunitas, dan menganalisis kapasitas adaptasi komunitas. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang didukung oleh data kualitatif. Pemilihan responden dilakukan dengan teknik sampel acak sederhana sedangkan pemilihan terhadap informan dilakukan secara sengaja. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa saat erupsi terjadi komunitas memiliki kerentanan yang tinggi. Kapasitas adaptasi komunitas tinggi dengan adanya innovative learning yang didasari oleh pengetahuan dan pengalaman dan didukung oleh jaringan yang dimiliki. Komunitas berhasil mencapai resiliensi dan dapat beradaptasi dengan perubahan-perubahan dengan kapasitas adaptasi yang tinggi.Kata kunci : kapasitas adaptasi, kerentanan, erupsi, resiliensi komunitas

<p>The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of learning discipline <br />and logical mathematical intelligence on mathematics achievement. This study is a survey design. This research did in student class XI IPA SMA Negeri 98 Jakarta semester 2012/2013. The sample taken by simple random sampling technique, involved 40 students. The instrument were in the forms of questionnaires and tests. The data were analyzed first by test requirements, the normality test, linearity and multicollinearity. Based on the fulfillment of the criteria in terms of the tes analyzed, inferential analysis to the test the research hypothesis. The data were analyzed using correlation and multiple regression. The findings showed that (1) learning discipline and logical mathematical intelligence had a positive and significant simultaneous impact on mathematics achievement. (2) learning discipline had a positive and significant impact on mathematics achievement. (3) logical mathematical intelligence had a positive and significant impact on mathematics achievement. </p>

The research is proposed to test the influence of Leadership and Motivation Work on Public Service Quality. The population in this study was the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh who had received the last 1 year service at the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh, amounting to 260 people. Furthermore, by using the Slovin formula, a sample size of 158 people was chosen with a sampling technique based on Simple Random Sampling. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis and hypothesis testing using t test with data analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of the study based on showing that partially the Leadership and motivation work have a positive and significant effect on Public Service Quality. The results also show that motivation work variables act as intervening variables between Leadership and Public Service Quality.
