Abstrak Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi terhadap produktivitas karyawan di Kantor Jasa Penilai Publik (KJPP) Firmansyah & Rekan. Adapun isu – isu pokok yang akan di diungkap dalam penelitian ini adalah seberapa besar produktivitas kerja dari karyawan yang bekerja di KJPP Firmansyah & Rekan. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan di Kantor Jasa Penilai Publik (KJPP) Firmansyah & Rekan. Pendekatan penelitian adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non-random sampling, yaitu dengan Teknik Purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 35 responden., dengan membagikan angket/ kuesioner dan teknik skala pengukuran menggunakan skala likert. Pengolahan data menggunakan SMARTPLS. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis dari penelitian ini, yaitu adanya pengaruh antara kompensasi, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation, work discipline, and motivation on employee productivity in the Office of Public Appraisal Services (KJPP) Firmansyah & Partners. The main issues revealed in this research are how much work productivity of employees who work at KJPP Firmansyah & Partners. The population and sample in this study were employees at the Office of Public Appraisal Services (KJPP) Firmansyah & Partners. A research approach is a quantitative approach. Sampling used a non-random sampling technique, namely the purposive sampling technique. The sample used is 35 respondents, by distributing questionnaires/questionnaires and measuring scale techniques using a Likert scale. Data processing using SMARTPLS. Based on the results of hypothesis testing from this study, namely the influence of compensation, work discipline, and motivation on employee productivity.

In Indonesia the number of occupational accidents shows a fairly alarming number, there are cases of accidents that every day experienced by the workers of every 100 thousand workers. This research aims to analyze the effect of job accident guarantee and death guarantee of BPJS employment on employee productivity at PT Mitsubishi Kramat Yudha Motor and Manufacturing Jakarta, with sample of 97 employees. Adapaun sampling technique used using simple random sampling with SPSS version 18 analysis. The result of this research shows that there is partial influence between work accident to work productivity, there is partial influence between mortality guarantee to work productivity and there is influence between work accident and work death together to work productivity.

The present study is aimed at developing effective guidance program for increasing student’s learning motivation. The present study applies quantitative research approach with nonequivalent pre-posttest control group quasi-experimental design, and nonrandom-purposive sampling technique. The data were collected using inventory, interview, and documentary study. The study comes up with the main finding that the tested guidance program is proven to be effective for increasing learning motivation students of 11th grade at SMA Kartika XIX-2 Bandung.

This study Wages and incentives are important elements in increasing employee productivity. With the provision of appropriate wages and incentives, it is expected that the productivity of 5 SME Service Businesses in west Java, Bekasi will increase, so that companies are ready and able to compete with other companies in facing competition. The research objective of this study was to determine how high the influence of wages and incentives on employee work productivity. The sampling technique is quite simple, namely by using a saturated sample, namely all employees of 5 SMEs, totaling 81 people. The research method uses the PLS technique. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, multiple regression analysis, outer inner loading analysis and t test. The results of this study indicate both partially and collectively salaries and incentives have a significant positive effect on employee work productivity.

This study aims to determine (1) the effect of the intensity of using gadget  on the ability recite  Qur’an, (2) the effect of TPA participation on the ability recite  Qur’an, (3 ) the effect of the intensity of using gadget  and TPA participation on the ability recite  Qur’an. The study was conducted in 2020. The population is fifth grade students of SD Negeri Cluster II Ahmad Yani Laweyan Surakarta on academic years of 2020/2021. The samples were drawn randomly from the population using a stratified random sampling technique. The study used experimental methods. The data were analyzed using two - way analysis of variance and further test of data processing with software SPSS 22 For Windows. The results showed that the highest average score was students who had low intensity of using gadget  and participated in TPA (89.467) and the lowest score was students who had low intensity of using gadget  and did not attend TPA (58.5). This proves that the higher the use of gadget s and the more active students are in participating in the TPA, the higher the ability recite  Qur’an. So, it can be concluded (1) The intensity of using gadget  did not affect the students' ability to read Al-Quran, (2) TPA participation affected the ability recite  Qur’an, (3) The intensity of using gadget  and TPA participation affected the ability recite Al-Quran.Keywords: gadget, participation, ability

Bimaruna Jaya Depot is one of the companies engaged in services related to the handling and stacking of containers. This company is currently experiencing problems regarding employee work productivity which is decreasing from month to month from the achievement target. The purpose of this study was to determine whether work competence and workload affect the work productivity of surveyors in container survey activities at Bimaruna Jaya Depot. The research method used is direct observation to the field, distributing questionnaires to insurveyors and out, estimators, andsupervisors maintenance and repair and interviews with depot managers andsupervisors maintenance and repair. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative by distributing questionnaires and interviews, namely purposive sampling technique. The results of the study indicate that the work productivity of aofficer surveyor can be influenced by competence and workload with targets set by the company.

This study aims to analyze (i) the effect of information technology variables on job satisfaction; (ii) the effect of competency variables on job satisfaction; (iii) the effect of information technology variables on work productivity; (iv) the effect of competency variables on work productivity; (v) the effect of job satisfaction variables on work productivity; (vi) the influence of information technology variables on work productivity through job satisfaction variables; and (vii) the effect of competency variables on work productivity through job satisfaction variables. The quantitative approach is used to test and analyze the factors that influence job satisfaction and work productivity. Research location at Hasanuddin University, Makassar City. The population in this study were Unhas employees with the status of ASN (State Civil Apparatus) as many as 935 people. The sampling method uses probability sampling with a simple random sampling technique. Withdrawing the number of samples using the Slovin formula, which produces 90 people as a minimum number. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a measurement scale used is a Likert scale with five components. Data analysis techniques in this study used path analysis. The results showed that information technology and competency variables significantly influence job satisfaction and work productivity. Information technology and competence have a significant effect on work productivity through job satisfaction variables. All hypotheses are accepted and supported by previous research.

The Covid-19 pandemic has weakened several industrial sectors, including the aviation industry. This uncertain situation, pressing conditions and changing work environment puts pressure on the existence of airlines and anxiety for its human resources. This research wants to describe how the job insecurity phenomenon is among airline employees. The study was conducted using a qualitative research approach using thematic analysis techniques and interviews as an assessment medium and using a purposive sampling technique. Thematic analysis is a data analysis technique used in qualitative research where the researcher collects descriptive data to answer research problems. Once the data is collected, the researcher continues to read the data with the intention of finding patterns, themes, sub-themes, and so on. The results of the research found that the Covid-19 pandemic directly contributed to changes in the organizational system which then made airlines implement rules such as changing work schedules, cutting wages, making adjustment to employee duties and functions, and laying off employees. Furthermore, this change in the organizational system has several impacts, such as a decrease in work productivity, employees doing things outside their main task, dissatisfaction at work, financial problems, and a tendency to turnover. The results of this study describe the dimensions of job insecurity, antecedent factors, and consequent factors. Keyword: Airlines, Covid-19, Job Insecurity, Thematic Analysis Pandemi Covid-19 telah melemahkan beberapa sektor industri, termasuk dalam industri penerbangan. Situasi yang tidak pasti, kondisi yang menekan dan lingkungan kerja yang berubah ini memberikan tekanan terhadap eksistensi maskapai penerbangan dan kecemasan pada para SDM-nya. Penelitian ini ingin menggambarkan bagaimana fenomena job insecurity pada karyawan maskapai penerbangan. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis tematik dan wawancara sebagai media assesment serta menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis tematik adalah teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian kualitatif dimana peneliti mengumpulkan data deskriptif untuk menjawab permasalahan penelitiannya. Begitu data dikumpulkan, peneliti akan terus-menerus membaca data dengan maksud menemukan pola, tema, sub tema, dan sebagainya. Hasil penelitian yang ditemukan adalah pandemi Covid-19 secara langsung menjadi faktor penyebab terjadinya perubahan sistem organisasi yang kemudian membuat maskapai penerbangan menerapkan aturan seperti perubahan jadwal kerja, pemotongan gaji, melakukan penyesuaian terhadap tugas dan fungsi karyawan, hingga melakukan PHK. Selanjutnya perubahan sistem organisasi ini menimbulkan beberapa dampak seperti penurunan produktivitas kerja, karyawan mengerjakan hal di luar tugas utama, ketidakpuasan dalam bekerja, masalah finansial, dan kecenderungan untuk turnover. Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan dimensi job insecurity, faktor anteseden dan faktor konsekuen. Kata Kunci: Analisis Tematik, Covid-19, Job Insecurity, Maskapai Penerbangan

AbstrakUsaha peternakan itik alabio di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara belum berkembang sebagaimana mestinya ditunjukkan 80 persen peternak kepemilikannya dibawah 500 ekor. Pengembangan agribisnis itik alabio dengan  memperhatikan semua subsistem menjadi penting agar diperoleh tingkat produksi dan pendapatan maksimal.Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengkaji keterkaitan antar subsistem agribisnis itik alabio petelur terhadap produksi dan pendapatan peternak. Penelitian menggunakan metode survey, penentuan sampel peternak memakai teknik stratified random sampling, sedangkan sampel pedagang, breeder dan pembesaran melalui teknik purposive. Hipotesis diuji dengan analisis multivariat, uji F dan uji T. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengembangan agribisnis melalui peningkatan produksi dapat dilakukan dengan memperhatikan sumber bibit, harga kandang, jumlah pakan, jumlah tenaga kerja dan biaya pemasaran, sedangkan melalui peningkatan pendapatan dengan memperhatikan sumber bibit, harga bibit, harga kandang, jumlah pakan dan biaya pemasaran. Secara bersama-sama semua subsistem menentukan namun secara parsial subsistem lembaga penunjang tidak menentukan tingkat produksi dan pendapatan peternak.Kata kunci : Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara, itik alabio, pengembangan gribisnis.AbstractAlabio duck farming businesses in Hulu Sungai Utara district have not yet been developed as it should be, it indicated that 80 percent of the owners farmers just owned under 500 ducks. Alabio duck agribusiness development with attention to all subsystems become important in order to obtain the maximum level of production and income. This research aimed to examine the linkages between agribusiness subsystems of Alabio duck layers . Research used a survey method with stratified random sampling technique, while the sample traders, breeders and growers by using purposive. The hypothesis testing analysis used multivariate analysis, F test and T test. The results showed, agribusiness development through increased production can be done with the source of female ducks, cages prices, the amount of feed, the amount of labor and marketing costs. While through increasing of revenue could be fulfilled by female duck sources, female duck price, price of the cage, the amount of feed and marketing costs. Together of all subsystems were crucial but in partial subsystems supporting institutions did not determine the level of production and income of the farmers. Muzara’ah is the contract between farm workers and farm owners in which, cost of cultivations, seeds, and fertilizers are provided by the farm owners, meanwhile the farm workers have responsibility in giving their best efforts on cultivating the farmland. Later then, the harvest will be shared according to the contract that has been agreed. The purpose of this research is to describe farmer’s welfare in the village of Sodo after implementing Muzara’ah Contract with the Maqashid Sharia approach. This research approach is qualitative descriptive and uses case study as its strategy. Informants in this research are administrator from Krido Tani Farmers Association, The farm workers, and the farm owners. These informants determined by using purposive sampling technique. The data collection techniques are carried out through interview and direct observation. According to the research, it was shown that agricultural cooperation with Muzara’ah Contract has a role in improving farm workers’ welfare, viewed from the indicators of Maqasid Sharia.Keywords : Muzara’ah, Welfare, Farmer, Agricultural Cooperation

<p class="IABSTRAK"><strong>Abstract: </strong>This study aims to describe the source of student well-being in Javanese ado­lescents. This research uses quantitative research approach and supported by qualitative. Research location in Banyumas with cluster random sampling technique. Instrument data collection using the scale of student well-being and open source questionaire student well-being and interview guide. Quantitative data analysis using descriptive. The results of the study are: 1) The sources of student well-being are the dimensions of social relations, cognitive, emotional and spiritual. 3) The inhibiting factor of achieving student well-being is if there are problems in the social, cognitive, emotional, physical and spiritual.</p><p class="IKEYWORDS"><strong>Abstrak: </strong>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan sumber <em>student well-being</em> pada remaja Jawa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dan didukung dengan kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian di Banyumas dengan teknik <em>cluster random sampling</em>. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan skala <em>student well-being</em> dan <em>openquesioner</em> sumber <em>student well-being</em> serta panduan wawancara. Analisis data kuantitatif menggunakan <em>deskriptif</em>. Hasil penelitian adalah: 1) Sumber-sumber <em>student well-being</em> adalah dimensi hubungan sosial, kognitif, emosi dan spiritual. 3) Faktor penghambat tercapainya <em>student well-being</em> adalah jika ada masalah dalam dimensi sosial, kognitif, emosi, fisik dan spiritual.</p>
