The background of this research is based on the phenomenon where the placement of employees hasn’t been adjusted to the skills and educational background. In addition, the unequal division of labor causes productivity to decrease, resulting in an attitude of dissatisfaction shown by employees. This study aims to analyze the effect of the division of labor on employee job satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach to explanatory survey methods with a sample of 101 respondents who are employees of the Perum DAMRI Bandung office. Data processing was carried out using IBM SPSS Statistics 24. In this study, it was found that the division of labor was in the sufficient category and the job satisfaction was in a good category. The results of this study there’s a positive and significant influence on the division of labor on job satisfaction of Perum DAMRI Bandung employees with an influence value of 24.4%.

The Emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction to be part of the factors that influence performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable partially and simultaneously. This study also aimed to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable directly and indirectly. This study was conducted to 77 respondents employees of PT. Madu Baru, Yogyakarta. The research method used is quantitative method uses statistical analysis and descriptive. The results of this study are (1) there is a significant effect of emotional intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (2) there is a significant influence of spiritual intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (3) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on job satisfaction. (4) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence on employee performance. (5) There is a significant relationship between spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (6) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (7) There is a significant relationship between job satisfaction on employee performance. (8) There is an indirect effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. (9) There is the indirect influence of spiritual intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. The purpose of this research are to see how reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibles affect the satisfaction of customer users of online transport services to UNM Economic students. Research conducted a method survey with quantitative approach. The population in this research is all students using grab bike online transport, ranging from 2016-2019 to 206 people. Sampling samples using technical samples of random sampling are 67 people. The instruments used to collect data are instruments of questionnaire, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used are regression analysis and hypothetical testing with T and F. data processing used SPSS version 21 for windows software. Research results show that variable as reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles are partial to positive and significant effects on users GrabBike online transport satisfaction. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between reliability variables, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibles to the consumer satisfaction users of GrabBike online transport services

This study aims to determine the influence of employee promotions, upward downward communication, and work environment on employee job satisfaction. This research uses a quantitative approach using a survey method (questionnaire).Path analysis is used to analyse the data collected. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Holcim Indonesia, Tbk, who have a working period of 10 years and over, totalling 510 people spread across all plants in Indonesia. The number of samples taken in this study were 225 people who were randomly selected.The results showed that job satisfaction was directly influenced by employee promotions, upward downward communication, and work environment. The study also found that the work environment was influenced by employee promotion and upward downward communication. This study also found that job satisfaction is indirectly influenced by the promotion and upward downward communication through the work environment. Based on these findings it can be concluded that any changes that occur in employee job satisfaction are influenced by employee promotion, upward downward communication, and work environment. Therefore employee job satisfaction, employee promotions, upward downward communication, and work environment can be taken into consideration in making strategic planning for human resource development.

<p>The purpose of this research is to know and examine whether their effect compensation, motivation and organizational climate on employee job satisfaction in PT. Source Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. in Gedangan-Sidoarjo.</p><p>This type of research in this study is an explanatory research and research using quantitative approach with the survey method. This study will determine the effect of pre-defined variables that explain the effect of compensation, motivation and work discipline and employee performance on office PT. Source Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. in Gedangan Sidoarjo. This research was conducted at the office of PT. Source Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. in Gedangan Sidoarjo. Total population in this study is as many as 400 people. Samples taken as many as 80 people, based on the Slovin formula with techniques proportional stratified random sampling procedure. Data collection techniques with survey method were using a questionnaire. Instruments used in collecting the data must meet two requirements, namely the validity and reliability. And the results are all valid and reliable. So that the instrument can be used in research methods analysis in this research is the analysis of descriptive and inferential statistical analysis was using the Linear Regression Analysis.</p>This research result significant influence compensation, motivation and organizational climate on job satisfaction with compensation and motivation significance value of 0.000 &gt; 0.05 and a significance value of 0.019 job satisfaction. This case shows that both variables expressed Ho rejected. It can be concluded that there is significant influence compensation, motivation and organizational climate on employee job satisfaction in PT. Resource-based theory (RBT) has long been used to gain a perspective for understanding the relationship between human resource management and the attainment of effective organizational leadership. In this study, we investigate the effect of transformational leadership (TL) on employee intrinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction. In addition, we examine whether mediators in employee group interaction behaviors act as mediators in the TL process. Overall, we attained significant results which were consistent with the RBT predictions but we moved beyond previous RBT studies, offering new findings and insights. It was found that TL has a significant influence on both interaction behaviors and employee job satisfaction, interaction behaviors have a significant influence on satisfaction, and the interaction behaviors act as mediators to enhance the effect of TL on satisfaction. It is suggested that interaction behaviors should be incorporated with TL to increase employee satisfaction because interaction behaviors are highly dependent on TL to support the integration of information, resources, and technology in group goal attainment, which helps to increase satisfaction.

This research is conducted with the aim of examining the effect of work environment and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction at Aston Hotel in Pontianak. The respondents used in this study are 100 samples of active hotel employees. The primary data in this study are collected from questionnaires distributed online via GoogleForm, then processed using the SmartPLS software version 3.3.3. The sampling technique is carried out by purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that the work environment and organizational culture have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Hotel Aston di Pontianak. Responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 100 sampel karyawan hotel yang aktif. Data primer pada penelitian ini dikumpulkan dari kuisioner yang disebarkan secara online melalui GoogleForm, kemudian diolah menggunakan bantuan software SmartPLS versi 3.3.3. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.

This research uses a quantitative approach, namely through the causal type inferential analysis. This research seeks to examine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. In this study the population is the employees of PT. Cipta Mandiri Wirasakti with 440 employees. Based on the Slovin formula, the sample in this study was 82 people. Collecting data in this study using a closed questionnaire. The analysis method used partially and simultaneous linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, then 1). There is a positive and significant influence between the work environment on employee job satisfaction. 2). There is a positive and significant influence between compensation on employee job satisfaction. 3). This research is to find out how is the employees’ job satisfaction at PT Pelopor, and how the impact of compansation and motivation to job satisfaction. Research will be conducted at PT. Pelopor Avonturir Campindo. In accordance with the title, then that will be examined are all employees of PT. Pelopor Avonturir Campindo. This study does not use samples, so the entire population to be studied  because the number of employees at PT. Pelopor Avonturir Campindo only numbered thirty- three (33) staff. And the result shown that (1) there is a significant effect between Job Satisfaction Employee Compensation for PT. Pelopor Avonturir Campindo, (2) There is a significant effect of Motivation on Employee Job Satisfaction PT. Pelopor Avonturir Campindo; (3) There is a significant influence jointly between Compensation and Motivation on Employee Job Satisfaction PT. Pelopor Avonturir Campindo.

As benefits an organization, one of the strategic functions play an important role in banking is its human resources. This aim of the research was to find out the significant influence of compensation and job satisfaction on employee performance through job motivation, either directly or indirectly. The objectof the research were bank employees in Merauke City. The data consisted of primary data obtained using questionnaire give to respondents related to compensation, job satisfaction, motivation and performance of employees. The data were analyzed using quantitative approach through path analysis to test the hypothesis. The results of the research indicate that (1) compensation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on job motivation, (2) compensation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on employees performance. (3) compensation indirectly has a positive and significant influence on employees performance through job motivation, and (4) job satisfaction indirectly has a positive and significant influence on employess performance through job motivation of bank employees' in Merauke City.
