This paper aims to identify the concept of ethnic integration from the perspective of Islamic-based development with reference to the current situation in Malaysia. This ethnic integration has become one of the important aspects of the global and local agenda, especially in Malaysia in conveying the message of peace for all mankind. The identification of the concept of ethnic integration from the perspective of Islamic-based development can be divided into three main components, tasawur, principles, and goals. The perspective of Islamic -based development is seen to place an aspect of comprehensive development that is based on oneness to Allah SWT, based on Islamic philosophy, and sourced from Islamic epistemology. Islamic-based development differs from Western conventional development because Islamic-based development integrates both physical or material aspects and spiritual or spiritual aspects in all development activities. In the context of this paper, the integration of society, especially those of various races and ethnicities is an important agenda in conveying the message of unity and peace for mankind, especially in Malaysia which has a multi-ethnic society. Therefore, this paper tries to describe how Islam emphasizes the value of wasatiyyah and the importance of integration, especially between Muslims and non -Muslims, especially in Malaysia in various aspects of their lives, including in the aspect of development.

The article is aimed at studying the essential component of decentralization and budget revenues; determining the main results of the implemented reform of budget decentralization in Ukraine; analyzing the current situation of own revenues of local budgets. The following general scientific methods were used in the research process: theoretical generalization, comparison and grouping – to determine the essence of the concepts of «budget revenues», «decentralization» and disclosure of components of budget revenues; analysis – when considering own revenues of local budgets for 2014–2020 and the structure of incomes in the revenues of local budgets for January – July 2020; system approach – in the formation and disclosure of the essences of the main stages of the reform of budget decentralization in Ukraine. The views of various scientists on the concepts of «budget revenues» and «decentralization» are examined. It is determined that budget revenues are an aggregate of financial relations that participate in the process of distribution of part of GDP in order to form targeted cash funds at the level of the State and local self-government bodies, designed to finance their own functions and obligations defined in accordance with the current legislation. The main components of budget revenues are determined and their classification is provided. The main stages of the budget decentralization reform in Ukraine are defined and systematized, their detailed characterizations are provided. The analysis of own revenues of local budgets for 2014–2020 and revenues in local budget revenues for January – July 2020 was carried out, during which it was determined that local taxes, despite the introduced budget decentralization, comprise only about 30% in the structure of incomes in the revenues of the general fund of local budgets, while in some countries of the European Union this figure reaches 50–60%. Practical steps towards further implementation of the budget decentralization reform for local self-government bodies are proposed.

The purpose of this research is to know the current situation of digitization that exists in the Colombian tourism sector. For this, the data of the Annual Survey of Service-2018 were used, to which the multivariate analysis techniques of categorical main components and factorial analysis were applied, in the construction of an index that measures the digitization from the Technologies of the Information and communication. With the results of this application it was demonstrated that the techniques of multivariate analysis guarantee objective knowledge that allows the planning and implementation of strategies to face digital changes and generate innovation.

Quantum chemical calculations were performed on amitrole used as herbicide in agriculture to investigate its interaction with humic substances which are the main components of soil organic matter. They contain carboxylic, phenolic, amine and quinonic groups as well as specific structural configurations. Global and local reactivity have been studied to predict reactive centers and to determine the favorable site for interaction with surface. The results suggest us that hydrogen bonds are formed between this compound and the amino acids of soil organic matter. The effect of water as solvent is considered since adsorption of pesticide commonly occurs in aqueous environment.

Since the Administrative Measures of Urban Blue Line being issued, cities compile the Blue Line project in succession, which reflects a series of problems and deficiencies. The simply method to determine the line can not meet the demands of comprehensive development of water body and land function, which causes the guiding function of the project and its construction weak, this is the problem desiderated to be discussed and solved when the compiling the urban Blue Line. This article is based on the current situation of compilation and implementation of urban Blue Line project, introduces the concepts of Bluebelt, Paste Line Rate, put forward the planning control countermeasure combined with Blue Line control and Bluebelt design, build up the Bluebelt network in macroscopic area, use Blue Line to control on meso-level, adjust urban design flexibly on micro-level, in order to provide some valuable reference for the protection and development of urban water network and compilation of Blue Line and related project.

It gives general information on functional and structural features of defensins as the main components of the first-line defense of higher eukaryote organisms against infectious agents. The authors of the article, through the prism of the formation of Islamic identity in traditional Islamic society, try to identify the main cultural, philosophical and religious concepts of the phenomenon of Islamic identity. The 21st century is becoming a century of global changes. The world of Islam and the world around Islam are changing. Wars, revolutions in the Islamic world, mass migrations of Muslims to Western Europe, the promotion of radicalism, terrorism, the development of a zero degree of tolerance in open societies, inter-confessional and intra-confessional intolerance once again served to open up in the humanities the problem of modernizing Islamic consciousness, Islamic philosophical and cultural thought, and also the main issues of the relationship between Islamic tradition and modern conditions. Islamic identity as the main component of the Islamic worldview today must be correlated with the new conditions of political, socio-economic and cultural transformation. Nevertheless, for an adequate understanding and knowledge of Islamic identity, it is important to conceptualize its foundations associated with the religion of Islam itself and the Islamic tradition. Islamic consolidation around the Islamic system of values forms the Muslim ummah, which is one of the main components of Muslim self-identification.

<p>Abstrak: Tulisan ini mengungkap perkembangan filsafat Islam di Mesir kontemporer. Dengan menggunakan metode historis, deskriptif, dan analitis, artikel ini membahas aspek kajian yang meliputi akar filsafat Islam, perubahan orientasi filsafat Islam menjadi pemikiran Islam, isu-isu filsafat Islam, tokoh penting, metode dan sistem perkuliahan. Dalam kajian ini penulis menemukan bahwa filsafat Islam berasal dari Yunani melalui proses migrasi orang-orang Yunani ke Mesir. Tidak terlepas dari unsur politik, di abad modern terjadi perubahan orientasi filsafat Islam menjadi pemikiran Islam karena cakupan filsafat meluas ke ranah kajian kalam, tasawuf dan usul fikih. Persoalan yang sedang dihadapi adalah munculnya pemikiran salafi yang tidak memberi peluang untuk memberi interpretasi terhadap nash, bertentangan dengan pemikiran Barat yang terbuka lebar dan liberal dalam pemikiran. Ada tiga metode yang dipakai dalam filsafat Islam dengan mengikuti tokoh penggunanya. Metode kritik analitik Musthafâ ‘Abd al-Râziq, metode komparatif Muhammad Iqbal dan metode historis Ibrâhîm Madkûr.</p><p><br />Abstract: The Development of Islamic Philosophy in Modern Egypt. This article deals with the current development of Egyptian Islamic philosophy. Using descriptive and historical methods of analysis, this study discusses the very root of this philosophy in the modern Egypt, its orientation which gradually turns into popular thought, its methods and luminous figures, and current situation amidst the intellectual approaches of Muslim fundamentalists. In the final analysis this study reveals that the Egyptian Islamic philosophy originates from the Greece brought by her migrating people to the land of Pharaoh. It also suffers changing orientation since it deals with Islamic Theology, mistisism, ushûl fiqh. As for its methodological inquiries, modern Islamic philosophy in this country follows either Mustafâ ‘Abd al-Râziq’s method of critical analysis, Muhammad Iqbal’s comparative method or Ibrâhîm Madkûr’s historical analysis.</p><p><br />Kata Kunci: filsafat Islam, perkembangan pemikiran, modern, Mesir</p>

The paper proposed an application of intelligent AC-DC integrated power supply system in 500kV switching station. Firstly, this paper introduced current situation of AC-DC power supply system which is for home use and provided main components of this intelligent power supply system and its functions. And then, all cautions in operation and maintenance process is explained. Lastly, this paper summarized problems exposed in the system after running half year in 500kV switching station and put forward some aspects needed to be improved.

City centers have multi-functions, different values and features. But too fast development of Chinese urbanization brings about a series of problems at present, deviation from the original good original intention of setting up the city.This article starts with the fact that the development of China’s urbanization is over speeding, thereby introduces the necessity of urban study and difficulties to improve the current situation, and points out that combining a multidisciplinary approach is an essential step in the development of future cities.
