The covid-19 pandemic situation has led to many changes in living conditions and various activities that are mostly carried out at home in order to reduce and prevent the chain of transmission of the corona-19 virus. This study aims to provide an illustration of the role of parents at home during the Covid-19 pandemic situation by providing the rights that must be given to children by correlating them with the concept of childcare in Islamic family law. The urgency in education studies in the review of Islamic family law is to emphasize the position of parents who are not only responsible for providing a living, including in matters of success in education. This is a conceptual study, which seeks to explore the concept of childcare that is built in Islamic family law. The findings in this study indicate that childcare according to Islamic family law in the covid-19 pandemic situation, namely: 1) teaching children to do good and keep away from badness, this is done by way of parents giving examples and accompanying children when learning, 2) Parenting with affection, this care is done by providing safety and guidance to children, 3) Fulfilling the needs of children. In the conception of Islamic family law it is known as hadanah rights or child care which is widely understood, both in terms of livelihood to children's intelligence. The implication of this finding is that during the pandemic, parents have a significant role, in addition to living needs, parents are also required to ensure children's intelligence through the fulfillment of education.

Islamic law guarantees the protection of married women’s right to maintenance upon their husbands. The significant role of maintenance in the continuity of the marriage union in Islamic law cannot be overemphasised. The Malaysian statutory law in this context is indeed a model. The Constitution’s mandatory prescription for the application of Islamic family law on Muslims is an awesome feature. The Islamic Family Law Act is a replica of the classical texts for easy application. This paper presents the legal framework on maintenance law in Muslim marriages and the legal implication of its violation. Emphasis is laid on the classical texts of Shari’ah from the Qur’an, Sunnah and juristic opinions. Statutory and judicial authorities from the Malaysian legal system are referred to, where applicable. It is observed that the preponderant view among the four Sunni Schools is that of the majority, and interestingly, is the applicable ruling in the Malaysian family law. ABSTRAKUndang-undang Islam menjamin perlindungan kepada hak wanita-wanita yang telah berkahwin terhadap nafkah oleh suami-suami mereka. Kepentingan peranan nafkah di dalam kesinambungan sesuatu ikatan perkahwinan di bawah undang-undang Islam tidak boleh terlalu ditekankan. Di dalam konteks ini, statut perundangan di Malaysia boleh dijadikan model. Penetapan mandatori Perlembagaan berkenaan dengan pemakaian undang-undang keluarga Islam kepada orang-orang Islam adalah merupakan satu ciri yang sangat menarik. Akta Undang-Undang Keluarga Islam merupakan satu replika bagi teksteks klasik untuk pemakaian yang lebih mudah. Kertas kerja ini membentangkan rangka perundangan bagi undang-undang nafkah di dalam sesuatu perkahwinan orang Islam dan akibat perundangan jika ianya tidak dipatuhi. Penekanan diberikan kepada teks-teks klasik Shari’ah berdasarkan al-Quran, Sunnah dah pendapatpendapat juristik. Rujukan dibuat kepada statut dan penghakiman daripada sistem perundangan Malaysia. Adalah diamati bahawa pendapat yang lebih berpengaruh daripada keempat-empat Mazhab ialah pendapat majoriti, dan menariknya, merupakan peraturan yang terpakai di dalam undang-undang keluarga di Malaysia.

ABSTRACTThis study  aimed to found out the authoritative parenting role of parents to developed  adolescent nationalism and patriotism in the framework of national resilience. Quantitative research by taking data using a Likert scale measuring instrument in the form of questionnaires, namely authoritative parenting, life-satisfaction, nationalism and patriotism. The subjects involved in this study amounted to 186 adolescents (male = 99 and female = 87 female, with an average age of 18.1 years). Furthermore, the collected data were analyzed using statistical tests, namely logarithmic non-linear regression. The results showed that (a) parents' authoritative parenting played a significant role in developing adolescent nationalism and patriotism in the framework of achieving national resilience, (b) authoritative parenting parents played a significant role in achieving teen life satisfaction so that they also developed nationalism and patriotism in the framework of national resilience, (c) youth realized that the state hadfacilitated its citizens to had jobs so that parents were able to meet the needs of life for teenagers. Thus, they as teenagers were aware of being citizens who had nationalism and patriotism in their lives. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui peran pengasuhan otoritatif  orangtua untuk menumbuhkembangkan sikap nasionalismedan patriotisme remaja  dalam kerangka ketahanan nasional.Penelitian bersifat kuantitatif dengan pengambilan data menggunakan alat ukur skala Likert berupa kuesioner yaitu pola asuh otoritatif, kepuasan hidup, nasionalisme dan patriotisme. Subjek yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 186 remaja (laki-laki = 99 orang dan perempuan = 87 perempuan, dengan rerata usia 18,1 tahun). Selanjutnya, data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji statistik yaitu regresi non-linear logaritmik.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (a) pola asuh otoritatif orangtuaberperan secara signifikan dalam menumbuh-kembangkan sikap nasionalisme dan patriotismeremaja dalam kerangka mencapai ketahanan nasional, (b) pola asuh otoritatif orangtua berperan secara signifikan dalam mencapai kepuasan hidup remaja sehingga mereka pun akan menumbuhkembangkan sikap nasionalismedan patriotisme dalam kerangka ketahanan nasional, (c) remaja menyadari bahwa negara telah memfasilitasi warganya untuk memiliki pekerjaan sehingga orangtua  mampu memenuhi kebutuhan hidup bagi anak remaja. Dengan demikian,  mereka sebagai remaja sadar untuk menjadi warga-negara yang memiliki sikap nasionalisme dan patriotisme dalam hidupnya.

<p class="abstrak">Technology helps people. It makes it easier for them to find and use information. It also helps schools in educating children and this study focuses on the Anak Bangsa elementary school in Manado. Technology, and audio-visual media, help students learn, and it is the role of teachers to guide students in understanding technology and provide direction to them in using it well. It is also the role of parents to guide and direct their children in using technology and to help them avoid abusing technology. Addiction is one of the things that adversely affects the development of a child, therefore good cooperation between parents and teachers is needed to help develop children, both in school and at home, to be wise users of technology and audio-visual media. </p><p class="abstrak"><strong>ABSTRAK </strong>Teknologi membantu masyarakat sebagai kebutuhan kehidupan mereka, dimana kecanggihan teknologi memberikan kemudahan bagi masyarakat untuk memperoleh informasi serta mengembangkan diri mereka, begitupun dalam pendidikan, dalam penelitian ini ialah sekolah dasar karya anak bangsa di Manado. Adapun audio-visual dalam dunia pendidikan untuk membantu para murid dalam pembelajaran, karena itu peran guru sangat diperlukan dalam membimbing para siswa untuk mengenal teknologi dengan baik, serta memberikan arahan kepada mereka untuk bisa memanfaatkan teknologi dengan baik, begitupun peran orang tua dalam perkembangan anak sangat diperlukan untuk memberikan mereka arahan serta perhatian yang baik, karena peran orang tua memberikan nilai yang baik untuk mengindari anak dengan penyalahgunaaan teknologi. Kecanduan ialah salah satu hal yang berdampak buruk untuk perkembangan seorang anak, oleh karena itu diperlukan kerja sama antara orang tua dan guru yang baik untuk mambantu perkembangan seorang anak baik dalam dunia pendidikannya, serta kesharian nya. Karena itu akan sangat mempengaruhi masa depan mereka.</p>

This paper examines the role of parents as a source of character education for early childhood. This study was conducted using the library research method. The results of this study indicate that the role of parents is a determining factor for children's development, both physically and mentally, is the role of both parents as the first and main educators for children who are born until they are adults. In the process of forming knowledge, various parenting styles conveyed by parents are very important. Education in the family plays a very important role in developing the character, personality, cultural values, religious and moral values ​​, and simple skills of children. The role of parents in influencing the character of children is no longer borne by the mother only. The role of the father in shaping the character of the child is very large. Fathers are still obliged to participate in maintaining interactions with their children, such as inviting them to talk, joke, and play.

AbstractThis article critically examines instances of judicial activism in the field of Islamic family law in Bangladesh in an attempt to assess this judicial trend. Seeing 'judicial activism' mainly as an enlightened application of ijtihād and also as society-specific application of statutes based on, or related to sharī'ah, we highlight the justice-ameliorative role of this concept. The authors argue that judicial activism has led to the amelioration of the status of women in Bangladesh as compared to a traditional construction of the sharī'ah, and that judges have adequate authority and legitimacy to develop Islamic family law to ensure better justice in the home. We conclude that modernist judicial reform is not only desirable but also inevitable in the current South Asian socio-legal milieu, where legislative passivity vis-à-vis Islamic family law prevails.

This study aims to describe the efforts of parents in improving Islamic religious education for children in SDN 08 Sentosa Kecamatan Dua Koto Kabupaten Pasaman. This research uses qualitative research using observation, interview and documentation methods. While data analysis is by reducing data, presenting data, and making conclusions. The results showed that first: Parental guidance towards children can improve children's Islamic religious education, because parents are the foundations of education for children in the family which will then become the basis for the child's personality in the future. Second: the discipline of children to study at home can be realized with parental supervision. Third, to support the achievement of children's Islamic religious education, the role of parents can encourage children at home including attention to the learning process, giving advice, giving gifts and educational punishments, and providing sustainable children's learning facilities.

The main and first character education for children is the family environment. Education in the family is very important and is the main pillar of character building for a child. Good parenting styles will have a good impact on children's development as well as should. The success of character building in children is influenced by the role of parents in educating children. This study aims to determine the role of school residents in the formation of the religious character of students in Al Husna Islamic Elementary School and Al Qudwah Elementary School. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of field research (field research). The research was conducted in two places, namely (1) Al Husna Rangkasbitung Islamic Elementary School and Al Qudwah Integrated Elementary School Kalanganyar. Data were collected by in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study are; (1) religious character is needed and must be possessed by students to face changing times and moral degradation. The formation of religious character can be assessed from the aspect of the spiritual attitude of students. (2) the role of school residents such as principals, teachers and parents is very important in shaping the character of students, educators as second parents in schools are the main motor in shaping the religious character of students. (3) the role of parents cannot be underestimated in an education, students who spend more time at home ideally parents should be able to synergize in the formation of the religious character of students when at home. (4) inhibiting factors for the formation of religious character in Islamic schools, one of which is educational policies that are not in line with the school program. (5) efforts are being made to optimize the formation of religious characters by providing education and training for teachers around character building, appreciation of students and parental liaison books.

The problem that prompted the authors to conduct this study is the lack ofparental role at home in instilling the values of honesty in children whichimpact on the child in school. In addition, the role of teachers in schoolsin an effort to instill the values of honesty in learning Islamic education itis still less than the maximum, especially in junior high school TakhassusAl-Quran Wonosobo. Therefore the role of parents at home and teachersat school learning Islamic education is very important in the context ofgrowing the value of honesty in children, especially in junior high schoolTakhassus Al-Quran Wonosobo. This study is a qualitative field researchwith the descriptive type of approach. Sampling by purposive sampling, iein accordance with the purpose of research conducted. Samples taken atrandom as much as 25% or 68 respondents from the general populationeighth grade junior high school Takhassus Al-Quran Wonosobo,amounting to 273 learners. The methods used to collect data include:methods of observation, interviews, document study methods, and, in thequestionnaire method. The technique of data analysis is descriptiveanalysis using qualitative techniques.The results based on interviews showed that 70% of students answered yes(positive) and supports the efforts of planting the value of honesty inlearning Islamic education in junior high school Takhassus Al-QuranWonosobo, based on calculations on any number of items showed that 67or 98.53% of students stated that they supported the planting value ofhonesty in learning Islamic education, and calculations based on eachanswer option indicates that as many as 70.15% of students expressed apositive attitude towards planting efforts in the values of honesty in juniorhigh school Takhassus Al-Qur 'an Wonosobo.

The role of parents is very big for the development of their children. Parental care for children affects the personality of the child in adulthood. The lack of development of the character of responsibility for children aged 5-6 years in Korong Sungai Pinang, Nagari Kasang, Batang Anai District, Padang Pariaman Regency is suspected to be one of the causes because in this area many parents of children have a background of getting married at a young age. So that they are not yet mature in educating their children. This study aims to determine the relationship of child care in young married families with the development of the character of responsibility in children aged 5-6 years in Sungai Pinang, Nagari Kasang, Batang Anai District. This research belongs to a quantitative type of correlational research. Parents who are married at a young age who have children aged 5-6 years in Korong Sungai Pinang, Nagari Kasang, Batang Anai District, totaling 26 people, the sample of this study took 19 parents with the sample technique. purposive sampling. Data analysis using Spearman rho test. Based on the results of the research, the description of child care in young married families in Korong Sungai Pinang, Nagari Kasang, Batang Anai District is categorized as less accomplished , the description of the development of the character of responsibility in children aged 5-6 years is categorized as less developed and there is a relationship of childcare in families who marry young with the development of the character of responsibility in children aged 5-6 years in Sungai Pinang, Nagari Kasang, Batang Anai District.
