Ukhuwah Islamiyah merupakan hubungan sesama muslim  tanpa membedakan luas dan sempitnya kapasitas hubungan, mulai dari hubungan keluarga, masyarakat sampai hubungan antar bangsa. Hal ini terbukti dengan masih banyak masyarakat yang belum mengerti atau kurangnya memahami sifat sosial seperti tolong menolong, khususnya dalam hal yang berkaitan dengan kematian, da ada beberapa masyarakat yang ditinggalkan kurang mampu, sehingga belum terlaksa-nanya dengan   baik   kegiatan   mengurus   jenazah.   Penelitian ini dilakukan: (1) untuk mendeskripsikan internalisasi nilai-nilai ukhuwah Islamiyah melalui kegiatan Rukun Kematian Nurud Dholam di Desa Glundengan Wuluhan, (2) untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk-bentuk kegiatan Rukun Kematian Nurud Dholam di Desa Glundengan Wuluhan, dan (3) untuk mendeskripsikan faktor pendukung dan penghambat kegiatan Rukun Kematian Nurud Dholam di Desa Glundengan Wuluhan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan data sampel purposive. Jenis  Pendekatan menggunakan Deskriptif. Analisis data model Miles Huberman yang meliputi: pengumpulan  data,  kondensasi  data,  penyajian  data, dan penarikan simpulan. Sedangkan pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian ini: (1) internalisasi nilai-nilai ukhuwah Islamiyah  melalui  kegiatan Rukun Kematian Nurud Dholam yaitu sudah berjalan dengan baik akan tetapi kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam hal keagamaan. (2) Bentuk- bentuk kegiatan Rukun Kematian Nurud Dholam adalah mengurus jenazah, membersih-kan area makam, sosialisasi, penggalian dana, dan pemeliharaan aset Rukun Kematian yaitu berbentuk pohon sengon. (3) Faktor pendukung kegiatan Rukun Kematian Nurud Dholam adalah adanya dorongan  baik  dari  pemerintah  desa  maupun  masyarakat,  untuk saling  bergotong  royong.  Sedangkan  factor  penghambat  kegiatan RUKEM Nurud Dholam adalah kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat, dan sangat minimnya pemberdayaan masyarakat. Kata kunci: internalisasi nilai-nilai ukhuwah islamiyah, rukun kematian  Ukhuwah Islamiyah is a relationship between Muslims without distinguishing the breadth and narrowness of the capacity of relations, ranging from family relations, community relations between nations. This is proven by the fact that there are still many people who do not understand or lack understanding of social characteristics such as helping, especially in matters relating to death, and there are some people who are left disadvantaged, so that they have not properly carried out the care of the corpse. From this research was carried out to describe the internalization of the values of Ukhuwah Islamiyah through the activities of the Pillars of Death Nurud Dholam in Glundengan Wuluhan Village, to describe the forms of the activities of the Pillars of Death of Nurud Dholam in Glundengan Wuluhan Village, to describe the supporting factors and the activities of the Pillars of Death Nurud Dholam inhibiting the activities of the Pillars of Death (Rukem) Nurud Dholam in Glundengan Wuluhan Village. This research method uses qualitative research, using purposive sample data collection techniques. This type of approach uses descriptive. Analysis of Miles Huberman model data which includes: data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. While checking the validity of the data using triangulation (sources and techniques). So that this study concluded: (1) internalisation of ukhuwah Islamiyah values through the Pillars of Death Nurud Dholam that is already going well but the lack of public awareness in religious matters. (2) The forms of the Rukun Death activity of Nurud Dholam are taking care of the body, cleaning up the grave area, socializing, raising funds, and maintaining Pillars of Death assets, namely in the form of sengon trees. 3) Supporting factors for the activities of Pillars of Death Nurud Dholam are the encouragement from both the village government and the community to work together. Whereas the inhibiting factor of Pillars of Death Nurud Dholam's activities was the lack of public awareness, and the very lack of community empowerment.

Transparency of Village Fund Management in Sunggumanai Village, Gowa Regency. Thesis. Public Administration Study Program. Postgraduate Program. Makassar State University. This study aims to find out and describe the Transparency of Village Fund Management in Sunggumanai Village, Gowa Regency. This research method uses a Qualitative approach with data collection techniques using interactive models, namely data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion verification. The results showed that 1). The availability of adequate information about village funds is considered effective. 2). The knowledge and insights of the community about village funds are considered to have been carried out effectively. 3). Increasing public trust in the management of village funds is considered to have been running effectively. 4). Increasing community participation in village fund activities is considered effective. Overall, it can be understood that the Transparency of Village Fund Management in Sunggumanai Village, Gowa Regency, has been effectively achieved by openness in the preparation of village fund programs, availability of information access through village forums, billboards, and the inscription making of every completed project development. So that the response of Sunggumanai villagers to the implementation of village government is going well, allocating in the performance of village funding programs has increased public confidence in the village government, the result of village development is increasingly advanced. Creating a good relationship between the community and the government through community empowerment with a labor-intensive model of the local village community is allowed to implement village funding programs both in physical and non-physical development.

This study aims to explore village authority in village financial management to realize village governance in accordance with the principles of Good Governance. One of the financing for the Village Government program is the Village Fund Budget (ADD). The research method used is descriptive analysis to get a clear picture by examining secondary data. Secondary data is obtained through literature studies from primary legal materials and secondary legal materials related to regional autonomy in villages in the management of Village Government, particularly with regard to the performance of Village-Owned Enterprises based on Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages. The data obtained from this study were analyzed juridically normative with a statutory approach. The results showed the accountability of the village head in managing village finances. In exercising the power of village financial management, the village head authorizes part of his power to the Village apparatus. (2) The village head as the holder of the village financial management power as referred to in paragraph (1), has the authority to: a. establish policies regarding the implementation of APBDesa; b. determine PTPKD; c. determine the officer who collects village revenue; d. approve expenditures for activities stipulated in APBDesa; and e. take actions that result in spending at the expense of the Village Budget. The factors that become obstacles in Talagasari, namely the lack of information and lack of direction in the distribution of ADD, so that it contributes low to community empowerment.

This study aimed to analyze and describe the performance of village assistants in sustainable community empowerment activities in Lalonaha Village, Wolo District, Kolaka Regency. Qualitative descriptive research method. Data obtained through interviews, literature study, and observation. The data analysis stage uses the Miles and Huberman method, namely data collection, data presentation, data verification, and concluding. Based on the research results, village assistants' capability in its implementation has not optimally because there are still many priority programs that people should expect but have not implemented. Activities carried out by village assistants in terms of development implementation, development supervision, and village administration training carried out by village assistants in Lalonaha Village, Wolo District have been able to run well, it is just that the obstacles faced regarding the quality of work by village assistants have not been able to carry out proper coordination fully. Both between the Lalonaha Village Government and the village community. In the implementation stage of village facilitator activities to help village government activities have not been able to run well, this is because in every development activity and supervision of development programs carried out more by the village apparatus themselves. The independence of village assistants in improving community empowerment in the village Lalonaha has not gone well because the village government itself carries out almost all the implementation of village assistance activities.

Empowerment is a process of empowering communities where the community is given an ability to manage all available resources to improve the standard of living of the community itself. One form of empowerment is like what has been done in PKBM Lutfillah and has been running since 2007. The problems that will be discussed in this paper are about how to implement community empowerment through Life Skills and Entrepreneurship Programs in PKBM Luhtfillah Pahandut Urban Village, Palangka Raya City, and whatever supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the Life and Entrepreneurship Skills Program at PKBM Lutfillah. The theory used in this study is using the theory of Edi Suharto (2011), namely: planned and collective activities; improve people's lives; priority for weak and disadvantaged groups; and carried out through capacity building programs. This type of research uses qualitative research methods where the purpose is to describe and analyze the implementation of Life and Entrepreneurship Skills Program in PKBM Luthfillah as well as supporting factors and inhibiting factors that influence the implementation of the program. Which in this study is data collection through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The analysis technique is through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. The results showed that in the implementation of Life and Entrepreneurship Skills Program in PKBM Luthfillah through 3 stages, namely the recruitment of prospective participants, implementation, and closure had been going well and the benefits had really been felt by participants both to improve their thinking skills but also able improve their lives by creating a new independent business. in addition to increasing their economic income, they are also able to change their mindset so that they are more critical in fulfilling their needs by not always relying on government assistance. Supporting factors that influence the implementation of the program are; availability of tutors, availability of funds, and availability of facilities. While for the inhibiting factors is; capture power, and time constraints.

Corporate Social Responsibility or Corporate social responsibility is a form of action that departs from the company's ethical engagement which is directed at improving the economy. The purpose of this study is to find out how the company's process in carrying out community empowerment through corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs in Cangkuang Village, the method used is a qualitative method using interactive model data analysis consisting of four components, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and Conclusion Withdrawal. The results of the study stated that the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program Implementation Process in Empowering Communities included 8 stages, namely: (1) Human Resources (HR). (2) Availability of Funds. (3) Education and skills. (4) Reduced Number of Poor People. (5) Public awareness of efforts to improve welfare. (6) Company Performance in Implementing Empowerment Programs. (7) Social interaction between the community and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). (8) Evaluation and Sustainability of the Empowerment Program.

The GDM program is a concrete step by the Bungo Regency government in order to improve welfare, provide opportunities for the development of the local economy of the village. As well as increasing the capacity of the community through a variety of village-level organizational affiliations and providing an opportunity for the village government to explore the potential that exists in the village so that it can further be developed into a village economic strength. This study aims to determine how the implementation and effectiveness of the GDM program in the context of community empowerment in Bungo District. This research uses a qualitative method approach with descriptive analysis. Data analysis techniques using the model of Miles and Huberman. Furthermore, this study uses data validity testing using the Triangulation Method, namely by comparing information or data in different ways so as to obtain the correctness of information. The results showed that the implementation of village community empowerment in Bungo District did not go well so it did not create opportunities for the community to be more empowered and protect the weak groups. The implementation of empowerment was also not carried out as stated in the regent's regulations regarding the GDM program. This is because the village government tends to focus more on rural infrastructure development and not focus on empowerment activities. The flow of submission and implementation of village community empowerment activities through groups also did not include and involve the youth organization as a forum for discussion of various group needs that existed in village communities.

Arabic learning must be dynamic following the challenges of the times. The incompatibility between planning and implementing Arabic learning caused by the COVID-19 pandemic has made Arabic learning nonoptimal. This research is oriented to describe E-learning implementation for Arabic learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is library research using a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis method. The data collection technique in this study was carried out by exploring reference books and journals. The analysis technique uses an interactive data analysis model, which is carried out through data collection, data reduction, data explanation, and conclusions. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that the use of e-learning in learning Arabic during the pandemic can be carried out following the learning implementation plan that has been prepared. This is because e-learning has features that teachers need in four Arabic language skills, namely: listening skills, speaking skills, reading skills, and writing skills.

Mojorejo village is one of the productive migrant villages (DESMIGRATIF) in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the alternative way to increase TKI household productivity of through optimization of remittances and to desain a remittance optimization program in building a constructive financial management for TKI households in Mojorejo Village, Karangmalang, Sragen.  This study uses a descriptive analysis with qualitative and systematic review approach.  Data collection techniques were carried out by review the previous research and empowerement, observation through field survey, interview with informan and secondary data searching.  The results show that the problem on increasing TKI household productivity is unoptimal remittance management and it tends to use for consumptive activities.  Lack of public awareness to allocate remittances for investment and productive business causes the stagnant economic growth and does not lead to economic improvement in the surrounding environment. Therefore, remittance optimization can be done through the community empowerment that focus in four activities, namely financial planning training for TKI households, entrepreneurship training and business plan simulations, training in processing, packaging and marketing of rice rambak crackers, and managing mini tourism object of reservoir and selfies of "Kembangan Bersolek" in  Mojorejo Village, Karangmalang, Sragen.

The purpose of this research is to find out the efforts of Arabic language teachers to improve students' ability in mastering vocabularies. The research method used is descriptive analysis. The data collection technique used is interview with Arabic language teachers. The data analysis techniques in this study use the theory of Miles and Humberman including: Data Collection, Data Reduction, Data Presentation and Drawing Conclusions. Arabic teachers' efforts to improve students' ability in mastering vocabularies consist of three aspects: (1) The use of strategies in vocabularies learning such as teaching vocabularies and making students listen to it, instructing students to repeat vocabulary, displaying pictures to understand the meaning of vocabularies, teaching vocabularies with appropriate songs on certain materials and repeating vocabulary at each class hour (2) The use of methods in vocabulary learning such as giving examples or the teacher displays something in accordance with the vocabularies to understand the vocabularies, playing simple roles, repeating the reading, using a vocabulary command and chain message game. (3) The use of media in vocabulary learning such as printed drawing media, blackboards and textbooks.
