The current global conditions of the export food market are analysed and the corresponding trends are revealed. It is substantiated that the priority direction of exports to the developed countries of the world are processed products of agricultural raw materials with significant added value. Two opposite trends have been identified – the world’s population is constantly growing, while the area of agricultural production, as well as marine fish stocks have a steady downward trend, which leads to the introduction of intensive technologies for growing crops and increase in exports. It is proved that under certain conditions Ukraine has a good chance to increase food exports, including those of highly processed food. It is determined that in order to implement the task of increasing food exports, it is necessary to develop a concept of prospects for these exports. The basic provisions, principles and model of the concept of prospects for Ukrainian food exports are formed taking into account the potential raw agricultural resources created if innovative technologies of food industry production are introduced. It is noted that the proposed concept is based on the agro-industrial potential of Ukraine and is realistic even before implementation.

ABSTRACTAgroindustry is an agriculture based industry that has an important role in economic growth in Indonesia. One of the agricultural subsector is horticultural crops, namely onion. The need for onion consumption in Indonesia has always increased. In the Bengkulu city there is a company engaged in the industry of fried onions are "UD. Safari Bawang Goreng". This research is done with consideration of the company has long standing, big enough company, and produce about 336 kg/day. Fried onions are processed products that are processed from the main source of raw material is onion. The processed onion comes from Brebes Java. To know the process can be done by the method of observation, and participation. Processed red onion products produce added value that can be analyzed by Hayami method. The process of onion processing into fried onions consists of several stages, namely the provision of raw materials, onion gaebage, sorting, slicing onion, affixing onion with flour, frying, pressing, packaging. The process of onion treatment into fried onions is called value added. The added value obtained in this study amounted to Rp 9549.65 / Kg BB.Keywords: Fried Onion, Hayami Method, Added Value.

Cassava is a type of plant that is easy to grow in various types of soil, and its cultivation method is relatively easy. The stems, leaves, and tubers of cassava have various benefits for human life. Limited knowledge and skills regarding the diversification of cassava-based processed products are an obstacle for which solutions must be sought. The purpose of this service activity is to empower the community, especially partners/target groups, through training on processing cassava into raw materials for processed food products. Community service activities carried out using training/mentoring and demonstrations/practices are one of the solutions that can be carried out for community empowerment. The results of community service activities show that all participants (100%) can actively participate in receiving all the knowledge and skills transferred and are interested in doing it themselves at home (100%). Processed products in the form of cassava flour will be consumed by themselves (77%) and sold (23%) with processed food products of cassava lunkhead (89%) and cassava noodles (11%), which were of high interest. This data shows that community service activities carried out by Palangka Raya University can contribute and become a solution to overcome problems faced by the community.

The procurement of raw materials for the red chili processing industry, the majority still comes from traders / suppliers. Chili starts procurement, processing to obtain added value, until marketing should be able to anticipate the limitations of the rights of farmers / gapotan groups that are more burdened with obligations. This paper aims to examine and express the role and benefits of chilli in the processing of red chillies to the marketing of processed products, related to efforts to accelerate the development of processing and agribusiness industries to improve the welfare of red chilli farmers. The benefits of partnership for farmer groups are the existence of market certainty, and relatively stable profits. The benefit for partners is the certainty of obtaining raw materials in accordance with the required specifications. The partner still gives the opportunity to sell to the free market if the price is better. The partnership development perspective is still very open, among others due to: (a) both parties obtain mutually beneficial benefits; (b) demand for processed products increases along with population growth. processing business is the transfer of raw material into highly-processed processed products that are able to meet the high demands of quality and hygienic (GMP) processed product requirements, as well as closely related to the increase in income from the acquisition of product value that is expected to realize and prosper farmers and businessmen , able to create jobs and increase interest in young workers on agriculture. The importance of changing the old mindset and paradigm of agriculture through the empowerment and development of chillies in processing and red chili processed agribusiness products is expected to be able to power the development of industrialization and the economy in rural areas.

This article examines the possible political and economic effects of large-scale mineral extraction from the seabed. The findings presented indicate that development in new territories may conceivably serve to exacerbate existing conflict dimensions, notably the North/South dimension in global politics. Because of the developed countries' monopoly on know-how and economic capability, exploration and exploitation of the inorganic resources of the ocean floor has de facto been the exclusive domain of these countries. On the basis of this the author shows that if large-scale production of seabed resources should become a reality in the near future, the underdeveloped countries will be forced to watch it from the sidelines. As a consequence, the exploitation of offshore raw materials will probably contribute to the further widening of the gap between developed and underdeveloped countries. Further commenting on the fact that the latter today are the main producers of the most promising seabed resources, the author expresses the view that exploitation will have a detrimental effect on the economics of the Third World countries, since it might lead to overproduction and price reductions.

With rapid increasing of the vehicle population of China, The treatment of End-of-life Vehicle (ELV) becomes a serious social problem. Because the situation of ELV, labor cost and the condition of facilities of China are different from the developed countries, the technologies and the recycling process used by the developed countries can not be simply imported to China without any change. In this paper, the recycling processes of the developed counties are analyzed firstly. And then, the shortage and the advantage of the Chinese recycling factories are discussed. According to it, a scheme of ELV recycling process is presented. And three value analyzing models are illustrated which include: (1) model of ELV to raw materials; (2) model of intermediate scrap to product; (3) model of remanufacturing. In the end, the facilities used for EVL recycling factories based on this process are discussed too.

The quality of mountain products represents a competitive advantage for the area of Bistra village, Alba county, Romania. Each mountain product comes as a result from raw materials from mountain areas and in the case of processed products, processing takes place in the mountain region. This paper aims to investigate ways to obtain mountain certification for products from this area, so it could promote agro-food products as a lever for sustainable development, that ensure economic activity. This study randomly analyze several farms in Bistra village in terms of specific indicators for mountain certification. The method used in this study is analyzing in terms of socio-economic, territorial, environmental and economic indicators. After a complex analysis of the specific indicators, results show that the Bistra village, brings together the criteria relating to mountain certification, according to the European Regulations, improving the sustainable development of the area. The main conclusion of this study is that in the current economy it is necessary to create added value for mountain products as part of a narrower niche, in order to preserve high competition and higher prices on the market, so that these farms could face competition over time.

They argue that we should withhold these resources or risk future destruction from depletion of our own resources. As grim as this policy seems, it has many advocates today. What should the passengers on the rich lifeboat do? In answer Callahan argues that we cannot turn away from the needs of the developing countries no matter how seductive that course may seem now. For one thing, we are dependent on raw materials from them. But, more important, he points out that to bequeath a civilization of morality to our children is an even greater need, and we cannot do that by selfish isolation. "If we are to worry about our duty to posterity, it would not hurt to ask what kind of moral legacy we should bequeath. One in which we won our own survival at the cost of outright cruelty and callousness would be tawdry and vile."

The Banyuwangi Regency area has the opportunity and has the potential to develop Moringa commodities. Moringa commodity enthusiasts in Banyuwangi Regency from various circles, both industry, medicine and vegetables are eaten. This study is to determine the added value The Banyuwangi Regency area has the opportunity and has the potential to develop Moringa commodities. Moringa commodity enthusiasts in Banyuwangi Regency from various circles, both industry, medicine and vegetables are eaten. This study is to determine the value added and economics of Moringa commodities and the strategy of developing Moringa commodity agroindustry. The method of data analysis uses descriptive, income analysis, value added analysis, and FFA (Force Field Analysis). The results obtained from Moringa processed products have a value-added advantage per 1 kg of positive raw material. Revenue per 1 production process, Moringa powder Rp. 2,943,263.89, Ginger Moringa teabag Rp. 1,210,463.89, Moringa dye jasmine tea Rp. 857,183.89, Moringa teabag Rp. 206,563.89, Moringa noodles amounting to Rp 104,255.56, moringa tortillas amounting to Rp 58,755.56, and lemuru kelor tortillas at Rp 177,055.56. The development strategy is to develop the cultivation of Moringa commodities intensively in order to ensure the continuity of raw materials for agro-industries and develop a plasma core partnership pattern with farmers to ensure the availability of raw materials for agro-industries; and optimizing the use of yield processing technology to maximize production capacity maximally while taking into account market demand.

Utilization of garden area at this time is still not optimal, and the development of various innovations related to the garden area is also limited. This fact related with the garden that owned by the people in general is very narrow. Verticulture is one of technique that can be used for narrow land in urban farming. The target audience of the activity is the partners and the community of Kelurahan Tengah, East Jakarta. The problems that exist are decreasing in interest and participation of target audience in carrying out reforestation activities due to limited land, and in the development of processed food products that is related with the difficulty of raw materials and the limitations of product marketing. The aim of the activity is to increase the participation of target audiences through assistance in optimizing reforestation activities, processing food products and developing market systems through online marketing. The method used in the activity are approach, socialization, and training, such as training on greening technology packages (verticulture techniques); food processing training: drinks from spinach, carrot and pineapple (Batelnas), drinks from okra, honey and ginger (The Kraduu), dodol from ginger and sesame (Dojawi), and dodol from ginger and carrot (Dojawo); and digital marketing technique training. The results showed that activity through appropriate technology transfer and assistance to the target audience is able to increase interest and participation and better care for the environment as well as business opportunities from such activities. The products resulted from this activity are new innovation products so that they have economic added value, and if it continuously done, it will increase household income of the target audience.

The relatively weak competitiveness of agricultural-based processed products is the reason why Indonesia is known as an importer of manufactured food, because it is still an exporter of agricultural-based raw materials. The comparative advantage of primary products only relies on the abundance of natural resources and uneducated TK so that they are still dominated by raw products. In the era of globalization, free trade demands highly competitive processed products, to be able to meet the high quality requirements and global market competition. Using a qualitative descriptive method, this paper aims to comprehensively describe the importance of increasing quality and competitive processed food products, supported by institutional development related to processed products. The technology development program and investment through the development and improvement of the performance of the agricultural-based processing industry in rural areas is predicted to be able to become the "engine" of strong economic progress. As a solution for efficiency, effectiveness, continuity and continuity of the process of procuring raw materials, labor and financing (capital) for processed products, if the processing industry is around the raw materials produced (agriculture in rural areas). Development of the role of industrialization to increase the added value of products, including diverting primary agricultural products (raw materials) into processed products as an effort to reduce imports. The role of the institution functions in line with the development programs implemented to be able to drive rural industrialization, create jobs and increase income in rural areas.
