The attention of modern linguistics to the study of verbal representatives of the mental essence (both individual and collective one) of the native speakers involves an appeal to all subsystems of the national language where territorial dialects take a significant part. The analysis of dialect linguistic units possessing linguistic and cultural value is considered as a necessary way for the study of people’s worldview and perception of the world, national mentality as a whole. The ability of stable phrases (phraseological units) to preserve and express a native speaker’s attitude to the world around them is the basis for the use of the analysis of folk phraseology as a way of penetration into a speaker’s spiritual world. Volumetric representation of the external and internal peculiarities of stable phrases allows the author to get their systematization in the form of phraseosemantic field consisting of different kinds singled out in phraseosemantic groups. The article deals with stable phrases of synonymic value recorded in the Dictionary of Smolensk dialects and stable phrases forming a phraseosemantic group. These phrases are analyzed taking into account the semantic structure of the key word, the characteristics of the dependent word, and the method of forming phraseological semantics. On the example of the analysis of phrases with the key word «bit’» and a synonymic series with the semantic dominant «bezdel’nichat’», the article discusses the peculiarities of phraseological nomination in Smolensk dialects and confirms a high level of connotativity and evaluation in the folk phraseology.

Nominalization is a linguistic process of deriving nouns from other word classes or linguistic units. Nominalization is evident in many languages of the world. The Tiv language also exhibits nominalization. This paper critically analyses nominalization in Tiv. The objectives of the paper are: to determine the processes through which nominalization takes place in the Tiv language, the extent to which the processes of nominalization are productive in the Tiv language, and the classes of words and linguistic units that are nominalized in Tiv. Data were sourced from the native speakers of Tiv using the researcher – participant technique. The researchers documented the lexical items used during the interaction, determine the basic components of the lexical items and the word classes such lexical items belonged to. The intuitive knowledge of the researchers as the native speakers of the language was harnessed. The secondary data were sourced from the already existing literatures such as textbooks, journals and the internet. The theory adopted in the paper is Hokett’s (1954) structural theory whose models are the Item-and-Process (I.P) and Item-and-Arrangement (I.P). It has been found out that the processes through which nominalization takes in the Tiv language are prefixation, prefixation plus some modifications, tonality and desententialization (sentence deconstruction). These processes are discovered to be very productive in nominalization in Tiv. It has also been found out that verbs roots and adjectives are the classes of words that are nominalized (lexical nominalization) in the Tiv language together with sentences (syntactic nominalization).

In the proposed research, the analysis of paremiological picture of the world of Italian language is performed; the notions of “picture of the world”, “linguistic picture of the world”, “paremiological picture of the world” are analyzed; the connection between the linguistic and paremiological picture of the world is distinguished; the frequency of using mythological proverbs with the proper name is set. According to the conducted research, it is possible to distinguish the following notions : 1) picture of the world is the way people see this world, how they communicate with each other, etc.; 2) linguistic picture of the world deals with the linguistic approach in seeing the world, how with the help of words people express their feelings towards different things; 3) paremiological picture of the world deals with proverbs and sayings, with the help of which people show their attitude to different things. As a result, it is possible to notice that this research of proper names in Italian proverbs in the paremiological picture of the world promotes reconstruction of one of important components of a national language picture of the world which is a cultural sphere of any language. We have distinguished that proverbs and sayings with the proper name are mythological, religious, historical, literal, toponymic, from various spheres of social and individual activity of native speakers. As a result, in the studied proverbs and sayings the features connected with mythology come to the first place among the rest of them. Never before have the scientists studied proper names in the light of meaning and form. While investigating proverbs with proper names it is possible to notice the link between ancient myths and modern mass media where we have found the majority of our examples during the research. And it is noticed that the majority of analyzed proverbs in mass media have examples in political and economic articles. From the studied proverbs and sayings we can make the conclusion that it is a vital source of national and cultural wisdom that is worth analyzing.

This article provides a semantic analysis of somatisms in the proverbs of Kyrgyz folklore, examines the ability of somatic units to metaphorize and convey in an allegorical form the cultural and everyday features of the life of the people. Proverbs from Kyrgyz folklore containing a somatic component were selected for analysis. The purpose of the study is to carry out a semantic analysis of somatisms and determine their role in the linguistic picture of the world of native speakers of the Kyrgyz language. It is shown that the most significant somatic concepts reflect the cultural, value and worldview guidelines of the people, their centuries-old history and everyday life. In the analysis, special attention is paid to the ability of somatisms to metaphorize complex everyday, historical, and cultural concepts. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the fact that the systematic analysis of various somatic groups in the proverbs of Kyrgyz folklore (communicative, denoting the senses, etc.) has been led for the first time. As a result, it was revealed that the image of "corporeality" is widely represented in the linguistic picture of the world of Kyrgyz speakers, somaticisms are an effective way of conceptualizing objects and phenomena of the surrounding world, as well as abstract concepts. It is concluded that the communicative function is often conveyed in Kyrgyz proverbs using the somatism “language”; somatism “head” replaces concepts similar in meaning (“mind”, “intellect”). The functional and external characteristics of body parts are used in folklore to denote a person's role in a social group, status, age, etc. Somatisms reveal complex folk images and metaphors that make up the linguistic picture of the world of native speakers of the Kyrgyz language.

The article analyzes the linguistic picture of the world of Hutsuls in the segment of the dialectal lexeme wuiko through the prism of the Ukrainian fictionlanguage. The author of the article in the methodology of the study of the world language picture proceeds from the position that the modeling of the world's linguistic picture by lexical means is carried out primarily in the lexical-semantic structure of words. Information about the world is structured by lexical meanings by discretization of knowledge, their objectification and interpretation. When it comes to the linguistic picture of the world of a particular ethnographic group, it is necessary to take into account that its linguistic picture of the world is formed and manifested in the linguistic units, the overwhelming part of which coincides with the normative standard of the literary language, while the other part is characterized by differences that are characteristic only of the corresponding dialect or else the adjacent dialects that do not have a national distribution range. Dialect words perform special functions of nominating such realities of extra-ordinary reality, which in the language to which this dialect belongs does not have one-word nominative means. In the Ukrainian belletristic language, lexical dialectism wuiko (uncle) functions in the Hutsul dialect as a multi-valued construction, in which the segment of the linguistic picture of the world is embodied, defined by the different lexical meanings of the word, in particular: 1) “the mother or father's brother”; 2) “aunt’s husband”; 3) “adult or senior man in general”; 4) “bear”; 5) fig. “awkward, clumsy man”. Dialecticism wuiko (uncle) also reveals a certain derivational activity, which also indicates its significance in the formation of the linguistic picture of the world of Hutsuls. Ukrainian belletristic texts model Hutsul's linguistic picture of the world in the segment of dialecticism wuiko (uncle) more abundantly than the Hutsul dialect dictionaries, which do not capture the lexical-semantic variants of ‘aunt's husband’ and ‘awkward, clumsy man’.

Processes are taking place in the 21st century that are altering the role of language and society’s attitude towards language. The virtualisation of the world, the influence of the media, and the processes of globalisation are all driving a shift in the role of language. This has made linguistics, as well as other humanities and social sciences, turn back to neuroscience and a focus on cognitive processes. The interaction between linguistic processes and real-life evolution has two axes, with semantic structure analysis playing an important part on the linguistic plane, and analysis of the impact of language on real-life processes. The economic linguistics approach makes it possible to tie the predominant sense elements of any concept to the linguistic worldview of the national language and the sociocultural consciousness of the actual language community. The objective of this article is to introduce several linguistic ideas by revealing: 1) the method of reconstruction of deep semantic structures – the ‘semantic dowry’ analysis; 2) the method of identifying the predominant sense elements of a concept in the sociocultural consciousness of an actual language community based on the approach of economic linguistics. In order to demonstrate how this method works, the article identifies the predominant sense elements of the concept estiškumas (‘Estonianness’) denominated by the lexemes estas/estė/estai (‘Estonian’, N, SG-M/SG-F/PL) and estiškas/estiška (‘Estonian’, ADJ, M/S).Kokkuvõte. Jolanta Zabarskaitė: Eestist leedu keeles. Lekseemist estiškumas (‘eestilik’) leedu keeles majanduslingvistika vaatepunktist.

If psychologism artistic method has reached to the high level of development in Azerbaijani literature from the second half of the twentieth century, the development of psychologism in world literature dates back to the beginning of the previous century. Thus, the development of psychologism in Azerbaijani prose associates its roots to world literature. There are many artists in the world literature who write with psychologism method. Many of them can be named. But I would like to focus on the great classic writer Leo Tolstoy. He had influenced to readers' spirit and heart with his works, had an irresistible influence on the development of their personalities by cultivating in them the best human qualities, aroused love to the motherland, people, language, nature and the world. I think that Tolstoy, used the most unique methods of psychologism, also had an impact on Azerbaijani literature. It is more correct to evaluate the manifestation features of psychologism in Azerbaijani prose by conducting comparative analysis. And in this article research has been conducted on the subject of psychologism in L.N. Tolstoy and in the Azerbaijani prose of 1960-1980 within the comparative typological aspect. It had been considered legitimate here identification of not only similarities, but also inconsistencies during the interpretation of the analysis. In the article, in both Azerbaijani prose and Tolstoy's creativity the heroes' spiritual world have been characterized through expression possibilities of psychologism: internal monologues, dialogues, actions and behaviors, dreams and fantasy, writer's prose, etc., and the heroes' appearance have also been shown as part of the image, to create a fuller imagination. As a result, in both Azerbaijani prose and Tolstoy's creativity, different and similar features in the expression methods of psychologism have been extensively analyzed. Keywords: hero, psychologism, character, trait, spiritual world.

One of the things that are often highlighted in the world of spirituality is a matter of sexual scandal. But lately, the focus of the spiritual world is financial transparency and accountability. Financial scandals began to arise in the Church, as was the case in the Protestant Christian Church of Bukti Doa Nusa Dua Congregation in Bali. The scandal involved clergy and even some church leaders. This study aims to describe how the conflict occurred because of financial scandals in the Church. The method used in this study is the Ontic dialectic. Based on this research, the conflict in the Bukit Doa Church is a conflict caused by an internal financial scandal. The scandal resulted in fairly widespread conflict in the various lines of the organization. It led to the issuance of the Dismissal Decrees of the church pastor and also one of the members of Financial Supervisory Council. This conflict has also resulted in the leadership of the church had violated human rights. Source of conflict is not resolved in a fair, but more concerned with political interests and groups. Thus, the source of the problem is still attached to its original place.
