The purpose of this study was to analyze the profits received by Tempe Sedap “ANDHIKA” home industry business in the village of Bahu, Malalayang Sub-District in one production process. This research was conducted for 3 months from October to December 2020. The research method used in this research is a case study. The data taken in this research is primary data using direct interview techniques with business owners using a list of questions that have been prepared in advance. The data collected in this study were then analyzed using profit analysis by calculating the difference between revenue and the costs used and then continued with the Revenue Cost Ratio (R / C) Analysis formula. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the Tempe Sedap "ANDHIKA" business in the Village of Bahu , Malalayang Sub-District, Manado City is very profitable and gets a value of R / C = 1.35 which means this industry is profitable and feasible to be developed.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the benefits received by the fried home business industry in a single production process. This research was conducted in the Village Shoulder, Malalayang District, Manado City. This research was conducted for 3 months from October to December 2019. The data used in this study were primary and secondary data. Primary data was collected using direct interview techniques with business owners with the help of a list of questions prepared in advance. Data collected in this study were then analyzed using profit analysis using the formula for Revenue Cost Ratio (R / C) analysis. The results showed that the fried food business in the Village of Bahu, Bunaken District, Manado City was very profitable and got an R / C value of 1.35, which meant the industry was profitable and feasible to be developed. *eprm*

This study aims to analyze the profitability of the coffee shop business "Baba Budan" so that it can be known in detail the amount of profit each month earned business coffee shop "Baba Budan" in the culinary area on the wheel road in Manado City. Data used in this study primary data obtained by conducting direct interviews with business owners using questionnaires, and secondary data obtained from literature studies in the form of literature, written sources or documents that have relevance to this research. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis, using business profit analysis, then continued with analysis of Return of Cost Ratio, then presented in table form. The results of this study indicate that the business coffee shop "Baba Budan" gives monthly profit of Rp. 4.208.028,2, with R / C ratio of 1,45. So it can be concluded that the culinary business is a profit to run because the value of R / C more than 1. This shows that every Rp. 1 production costs incurred by coffee shop owners are able to provide cash in the form of revenue of Rp. 1,45. Where the total revenue is still greater than the total cost of production and this business for each month.

The aim of this research was: (1) to find out the amount of income received from the tofu business; (2) to find out the value of the viability of the tofu business. This research was carried out in the IKM Dwi Berkah industry in Kancinaa Village, Pasarwajo Sub-district, Buton Regency from July to August 2019, considering that the Kancinaa Village was one of the areas of tofu business and that the area was easily reached. This type of research is a case study, so that tofu-making business owners are used as a source to gather the information needed by researchers. The data obtained were then analyzed using a profit analysis of π= TR-TC and researchers used the R / C ratio formula to determine the feasibility of the business. The results of this research show that the profit is Rp 58,094,450/month in a single production process. In addition, the 1.51 R / C ratio was also achieved in such a way that the IKM Dwi Berkah tofu industry was competitive and viable to grow in the Kancinaa Village Pasarwajo Sub-district of Buton Regency.   Keywords: feasibility, efficiency, cost, tofu industry

This study aims to analysis the profit received by CV. Indospice in one month production process. The study was conducted in January to March 2017. Located at CV. Indospice in Tuminting, Manado City. This research uses primary data and secondary data. The data used in this study using tables that are then described and analysis using profit analysis. The profit was obtained by the difference between revenue and cost incurred. The results showed that CV. Indospice in Tuminting, Manado City get a profit of Rp. 153,618,396 per month at a cost of Rp. 748.381.604 and the value of R / C cost revenue of 1.29 which means CV. Indospice gained profit.*jnkd*.

Timorese culture is patriarchal in that men are more dominant than women. As if women were not considered in traditional rituals so that an understanding was built that valued women lower than men. However, in contrast to the article to be studied, this would like to see the priority of women’s roles in traditional marriages in Belle village, South Central Timor. The role of women wiil be seen from giving awards to their parents called puah mnasi manu mnasi. This paper aims to look at the meaning of the rituals of puah mnasi maun mnasi and the role and strengths that women have in traditional marriage rituals in the village of Belle, South Central Timor. The method used for this research is a qualitative research method using interview techniques with a number of people in the Belle Villa community and literature study to strengthen this writing. Based on the data obtained this paper shows that the adat rituals of puah mnasi manu mnasi provide a value that can be learned, namely respect for women, togetherness between the two families, and brotherhood that is intertwined due to customary marital affrairs.

The low profits of mini purse seine in Sathean Village will have an impact on the business risks being carried out. The new paradigm states that the relationship between risk and profit levels is quadratic; too much risk can lead to the loss and even destruction of a business. Thus, the fisherman of mini purse seine business owners in Sathean Village needs to manage their business risk well to achieve optimum profit for business sustainability. This study aims to assess business profits and business risks. Primary data was collected on 6 fisherman owners of mini purse seine business owners in Sathean Village as respondents, conducted business profit analysis and business risk calculation based on probability density. The results showed that the business profit was Rp 241,608,203/year or Rp 196,551,994 in the peak season, Rp 41.828.721 in the medium season and Rp 3.2227.488 in the less season.In peak and less seasons, these businesses are at risk or have the opportunity to lose, while in the medium season is not risky.

ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF HOUSEHOLD INCOME ON MEAT CONSUMPTION (BEEF, PORK AND CHIKEN) AT THE VILLAGE OF SEA I, PINELENG DISTRICT.This study aims to determine the magnitude of meat consumption (beef, porl and chiken) of household based on income levels in the Village of Sea I, Pineleng district and to determine the effect of household income on meat consumption (beef, porl and chiken) in the Village of Sea I, Pineleng district. Formulation of research problem is how much they purchased meat (beef, porl and chiken) consumption household in the Village of Sea I, Pineleng district. This study was conducted in the Village of Sea I, Pineleng district. Study was conducted using a survey method, and data were obtained through primary data and secondary data. Determination of the location (rural sample) in the study was conducted by purposive sampling method. Number of samples used in this study were 30 people. Data of this study were analyzed by descriptive and mathematical analysis methods. Income indicated the amount of income earned in a month household, whether they were from the household head or sourced from other household members who work and earn income. From the money earned, the highest number of respondents had incomes between 1.000.000 to 3.000.000/month with the percentage of 70 %, while the number of respondents with the smallest income was less than 1.000.000/month with the percentage of 16.67 %. The difference of income held by the respondents in the Village of Sea I, would have an impact on the amount of meat purchases each month. This was in accordance with the opinion Sukirno (2002) stating that most of the disposable income is used to buy food and clothing. Most of the meat consumed by people in the Village of Sea I was pork and chicken meat compared to beef, it was because the price of beef was relatively expensive compared to the price of pork and chicken meat. Based on research results, pork was the most meat consumed by family respondents about 21 families with the percentage of 70 % of respondents, followed by chicken meat about 18 families with the percentage of 60 % of respondents, and beef by 8 families with the percentage of 26 respondents, 67 % of domestic poultry and meat about 6 families with the percentage of 20 % of respondents. Based on the results of research, it can be concluded that household income significantly affect the consumption of meat in the Village of Sea I, Pineleng district and the average consumption of meat in the Village of Sea I, Pineleng district was about 8,9  kg/capita/year, below the national target of 10,3  kg/capita/year.   Key Words : Household income, meat consumption, Sea I Village.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan : (1) mendeskripsikan saluran pemasaran setiap produk yang dihasilakan pengrajin anyaman purun dan (2) mengitung marjin pemasaran dan farmer’s share dari setiap produk yang dihasilkan pengrajin anyaman purun di Desa Tajung Atap Kecamatan Tanjung Batu Kabupaten Ogan Ilir Sumatera Selatan.  Waktu pelaksanaan praktik lapangan ini dilaksanaan pada bulan Januari 2018. Dara yang dikumpulkan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode pengumpulan data primer dan metode pengumpulan data sekunder.  Penarikan contoh di Desa Tanjung Atap Kecamatan Tanjung Batu Kabupaten Ogan Ilir dilakukan secara sederhana (Simple Random Sampling).  Pemasaran aneka kreasi anyaman purun di Desa Tanjung Atap terdapat dua pola saluran pemasaran. yaitu saluran pemasaran langsung yakni saluran pemasaran dari produsen ke konsumen tanpa menggunakan perantara. dan saluran pemasaran satu perantara yaitu menggunakan satu perantara pengecer dalam hal ini adalah pihak Universitas Sriwijaya Program Studi Sosial Ekonomi Pertanian dimana memang dari awal pembentukan kelompok pihak Unsri yang membantu membimbing para pengrajin sehingga aneka kreasi anyaman tikar purun mampu bersaing dipasaran. Dari setiap perhitungan marjin pemasaran dan farmer’s share untuk setiap produk yang dihasilkan dapat kita ketahui bahwasanya perbedaan harga ditingkat pengrajin dan konsumen rata-rata kurang lebih sebesar Rp 5.000/produk.   Kata Kunci : Aneka produk anyaman purun. Tanjung Batu Subdistrict. Ogan Ilir Regency of South Sumatra. The timing of implementation of this practice was carried out on January 2018. The comprehensive data on this research was the method of primary data and methods. Sampling in Tanjung Atap Village. Tanjung Batu Subdistrict. Ogan Ilir Regency is done by Simple Random Sampling. Marketing of various wicker creations in the village of Tanjung Atap There was two patterns of marketing channels. namely direct marketing channels from marketing sales from producers to consumers without the use of booths. and marketing channels one thing was a single retailer in this case was the Sriwijaya University Economic Social Studies Program Agriculture where it was from the beginning of the formation of groups of Unsri who helped guide the craftsmen so that various creations mat woven purun able to compete in the market. The purpose of this study is for learning. This study entitled Social Change Towards Development of Rasau Jaya Village 3 After the Development of the Rajati Flower Garden. With the problem of how social change in the village of Rasau Jaya 3, economic improvement after the construction of a flower garden, development planning or the addition of facilities. This research method is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data sources of this research are primary data and secondary data. The results showed that: after the construction of the flower garden in Rasau Jaya 3 village the development of social change there was increasing, the people there accepted the development of the flower garden, because with the development of the community's economy there could be increased, because the people there could sell at around the flower garden so that it can increase their economy again there, and there will be plans to add facilities in the flower garden so that it can attract visitors to keep coming to the flower garden of the flower garden rajati.

This study aims to find out how much benefit the clove farmers got and how much Break Event Point (BEP) in volume and price of production were obtained by clove farmers. The research was conducted by colecting primary data through interviews using a structured simple questionnaire. Interviews were conducted in the Suluun Raya Village, Sub-district of Suluun Tareran. Total samples are 30 respondents. It has selected intentionally (purposive sampling). To achieve the research objectives, the indicator analysis used the analysis of production, cost, revenue and profit. Total production of cloves from 30 respondents in the Village of Suluun Raya was 33,020 kg with an average production of 1,100.6 kg, for a total cost of IDR 1,587,078,500, with an average of IDR 52,902,617, for a total revenue of IDR 3.22865 billion with an average of IDR 107,621,666.7, and for a total profit of IDR 1,699,232,967 with an average of IDR 54.71905 million. Clove businesses in the Village of Suluun Raya has given benefits to farmers where the value of average of Revenue- Cost Ratio obtained 1.80. Thus clove farm in the village of Suluun Raya was very profitable. The Break Event Point volume of production was reached when the production rate of 542.942 kg. Average production volume of clove farmers was 1101 Kg means that clove businesses profitable for farmers. The Break Event Point was reached when the price of production of IDR 48 050/kg. Average price of cloves of IDR 97 433/kg means that the price of cloves in the Village of Suluun Raya profitable for farmers.
