Abstract In carrying out the demersal fish trading business between cities many owners of capital or entrepreneurs who are less concerned about the quality of services provided to customers in various aspects. The problem formulation in this study, namely how to influence the quality of inter-city services independent entrepreneurs "Yusuf Kasim" to customer satisfaction demersal fish in Manado City? The purpose of this study was to determine the variables that affect what services the customer satisfaction demersal fish in the city of Manado. The method used in this study is a survey method. Survey method is a study that takes a sample of the population and the questionnaire as a data collection tool that principal (Singarimbun and Effendi, 1995). The final result of the data collection form a complete picture of the issues presented in the form of tables of data and variables were analyzed quantitatively. The variables measured in this study are: 1) timeliness in deliveries of fish, namely the difference between the time of booking and arriving fish were booked (the day), 2) the stability of the price of fish, namely fluctuations in the price of fish were booked (RM), 3 ) quality of the fish is requested, namely the level of freshness of the fish orders, and 4) the suitability of fish products, which match the ordered fish and fish received. In order to determine the model of customer satisfaction, which marked a long time consumers patronize demersal fish, used multiple regression analysis. Based on the results and discussion can be concluded as follows: 1) customer satisfaction products demersal fish between cities is generally determined by the stability of prices and quality of fish order, 2) linear regression equation for inventory decisions demersal fish in the city of Manado, namely: Y = 1, 40 to 1.15 X1 + 0.875 X2 + 1.28 + 0.25 X3 X4 with the relationship (R2 = 0.84), 3) the variable X1 (Timeliness), X2 (price stability), X3 (Fish Quality) and X4 (Product Conformity) jointly affect Y, 4) partial effect variables are variables X2 and X3, namely price stability and the quality of fish order to customer satisfaction. Keyword: demersal, trade, service, satisfaction Abstrak Dalam menjalankan usaha perdagangan ikan demersal antar kota banyak pemilik modal atau pengusaha yang kurang memperhatikan mengenai kualitas layanan yang diberikan kepada para pelanggan dalam berbagai aspek. Perumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini, yaitu bagaimana pengaruh kualitas layanan antar kota pengusaha mandiri “Yusuf Kasim” terhadap kepuasan pelanggan ikan demersal di Kota Manado? Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui variable-variabel layanan apa saja yang berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan ikan demersal di kota Manado. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei. Metode survei merupakan penelitian yang mengambil sampel dari satu populasi dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpul data yang pokok (Singarimbun dan Effendi, 1995). Hasil akhir pengumpulan data berupa gambaran lengkap permasalahan yang disajikan dalam bentuk tabel-tabel data dan variabel-variabel yang dianalisis secara kuantitatif. Variabel-variabel yang diukur dalam penelitian ini ialah : 1) ketepatan waktu dalam mengantar pesanan ikan, yaitu selisih waktu pemesanan dan waktu tiba ikan yang dipesan (hari), 2) kestabilan harga ikan, yaitu fluktuasi harga ikan yang dipesan (Rp), 3) kualitas ikan yang diminta, yaitu tingkat kesegaran ikan pesanan, dan 4) kesesuaian produk ikan, yaitu kecocokan ikan yang dipesan dan ikan yang diterima. Guna menentukan model kepuasan konsumen, yang ditandai lama waktu berlanggan konsumen ikan demersal, digunakan analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan dapat diambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut : 1) kepuasan pelanggan produk ikan demersal antar kota pada umumnya ditentukan oleh kestabilan harga dan kualitas ikan pesanan, 2) persamaan regresi linear untuk keputusan persediaan ikan demersal di Kota Manado, yaitu : Y = 1,40 - 1,15 X1 + 0,875 X2 + 1,28 X3 + 0,25 X4 dengan keeratan hubungan (R2 = 0,84), 3) variabel X1 (Ketepatan Waktu), X2 (Kestabilan Harga), X3 (Kualitas Ikan) dan X4 (Kesesuaian Produk) secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi Y, 4) variabel yang berpengaruh secara parsial adalah variable X2 dan X3, yaitu kestabilan harga dan kualitas ikan pesanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of the quality of performance of women in NGOs. The results showed that the quality of the performance of women in NGOs was determined by the study sample (Speed ​​of service delivery, development and improvement of services provided, continuity in service delivery, service delivery method, cooperation with members of NGOs. Cooperation with citizens to meet their needs). She also showed professional proposals to increase the effectiveness of the quality of women's performance in NGOs. The results reached a suggested concept to increase the researcher used the descriptive method suitable for the social survey method using a comprehensive questionnaire based on the questionnaire as a data collection tool. Data will be coded and analyzed statistically using SPSS.V. 21.0

Customer loyalty is ‘suspected’not been able to optimizationrepetition of transactions, customer recommendation and durability with the establishment relationship quality of the trust, customer satisfaction and commitment. Therefore, research conducted on Bank CIMB Niaga aims to determine the extent of the trust, and commitment to customer satisfaction can increase X-tra and TabunganKU savings customer loyalty. This research is verification and the method of research is explanatory survey method, the sample is 160 customer X-tra and tabunganKU savings in the branch office Bank CIMB Niaga Bintaro. The analytical method used is structural equation model. The results showed loyalty can be achieved with relationship quality for customers through the establishment of trust, and commitment to customer satisfaction, which all three have a positive influence. Therefore, the management of Bank CIMB Niaga need to improve their ability in trust, satisfactionand commitmentwith the bank's customers to become increasingly favored customers.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of whether or not the quality of service, store atmosphere and promotion of consumer satisfaction at Pondok Jowi Restaurant Solo. The population in this study were consumers of Pondok Jowi Solo Restaurant in January 2020 at May 2020 with a total of 14,030 people. The sampling techniquemismpurposive samplingm which is a sampling technique with certain considerations by taking 100 respondents. Data collection uses a Likert scale questionnaire to measure respondents' answers to identify the relationship between service quality, store atmosphere and promotion of customer satisfaction. The results show that service quality, store atmosphere and promotion have a simultaneous and significant effect on customer satisfaction, servicei quality has assignificant effect on customer satisfaction, store atmosphere has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and promotion has significant effect on customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine how high the level of customer satisfaction with the service of PLN Rayon Kediri Kota, to determine the quality of service to customer satisfaction PLN Rayon Kediri Kota, to determine the response of the PLN Kediri Kota in dealing with customer complaints. This research was conducted in the work area of PLN Rayon Kediri Kota. The research time was on March 18, 2017 to March 24, 2017. In writing this thesis, the author uses primary data collection techniques, namely by distributing questionnaires to PLN Rayon Kediri Kota customers who come to the payment counter. and PLN District Kediri City services. Based on the results of the research, the quality of service conducted by PLN District Kediri Kota is sufficient to satisfy its customers, as evidenced by the results of a questionnaire that has been conducted on 100 respondents of PLN Rayon Kediri City.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa tinggi tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap pelayanan PLN Rayon Kediri Kota, Untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan PLN Rayon Kediri Kota, Untuk mengetahui respons pihak PLN Kediri Kota dalam menghadapi keluhan pelanggannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah kerja PLN Rayon Kediri Kota. Waktu penelitian pada tanggal 18 Maret 2017 sampai dengan 24 Maret 2017. Dalam penulisan skripsi ini, penulis menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data primer yaitu dengan membagikan kuesioner terhadap pelanggan PLN Rayon Kediri Kota yang datang ke loket pembayaran dan pelayanan PLN Rayon Kediri Kota. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian kualitas pelayanan yang dilakukan oleh PLN Rayon Kediri Kota sudah cukup memuaskan pelanggannya terbukti dengan hasil kuesioner yang telah dilakukan terhadap 100 responden PLN Rayon Kediri Kota.

This study aims to compare the perceptions of psychologists and who do people ruqyah to trans possession phenomena. This research is a comparative descriptive study using a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study amounted to 6 people consisting of 3 people who work as psychologists and 3 people who work as who do people ruqyah in the Pondok Sehat Al-Wahida. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. Analysis of the data used with descriptive-comparative methods.Based on the results of the research can be concluded that there are differences and similarities of perceptions of psychologists and people who do ruqyah in viewing at the trance phenomenon in the city of Banjarmasin. The difference between the perception of psychologists and people who do ruqyah in viewing the phenomenon of trance is that psychologists view the phenomenon of possession using psychological theory, while peruqyah views the phenomenon of possession using Islamic studies so that treatment given by psychologists and people who do ruqyah has this difference in accordance with their scientific competencies. As for the similarities between the perception of psychologists and people who the ruqyah in viewing at  the phenomenon of possession can be caused by psychological problems but they also believe in Islamic studies can be caused by a genie that penetrates the body,

Prevalence and diversity of ectoparasites in scavenging chickens (Gallus domesticus) and their association to body weight. Biodiversitas 21: 3163-3169. Domestic chickens (Gallus domesticus) which are traditionally fed by scavenging on farms predispose them to ectoparasites infestation. In this study, a preliminary survey was conducted on the common ectoparasites on G. domesticus in the rural areas of Banyumas. The purposes of this study were to determine the diversity of ectoparasites, their prevalence, and their relationship to the chickens body weight. This research was conducted by the survey method from December 2019 to April 2020 in five villages around the city of Purwokerto, Banyumas District, Central Java, Indonesia viz., Kedungwuluh, Kedungwringin, Kutasari, Karangsalam, and Karanggintung. Data analysis was conducted by Shannon Wiener and Evenness indexes. Analysis of variance was used to calculate the difference in prevalence among sample locations. Regression correlation analysis was used to determine the relationship between prevalence and chicken body weight. The results showed that there were six ectoparasite species  i.e., Menopon gallinae, Menacanthus cornutus, Lipeurus caponis, Dermanysus gallinae, Megninia ginglymura, and Haemaphysallis sp. parasitizing G. domesticus. The number of ectoparasite individuals among locations was significantly different (F 5.59 < 32.45; p <0.05). The most number of ectoparasite was found in Karangsalam (272 individuals). The most prevalent ectoparasite was M. cornutus (45%), followed by L. caponis (40%), and the lowest was M. synglineura (25%). Ectoparasite prevalence was associated with chicken weight loss (r = 0.98). The prevalence of ectoparasite of domestic chickens farm in the Banyumas Regency is classified as low but has the potential to influence body weight.

The article is devoted to the study of the influence of the brake control elements of passenger vehicles on the stability of their braking properties. The analysis of the influence of uneven braking forces on the wheels of one axle of vehicles on the deviation of the distribution of braking forces between the axles from its calculated value is carried out. When assessing the error in regulating the distribution of braking forces between the axles of vehicles, three components were taken into account: the theoretical error due to the imperfection of the selected control method (the difference between the actual calculated control characteristic from the ideal), the error created due to the instability of the ratio of the braking forces on the front and rear wheels, an additional error caused by the unevenness of the braking forces on the wheels of individual axles, since the fulfillment of the most stringent requirements of international and national standards for the efficiency of braking of vehicles and is inextricably linked with the need to increase the energy consumption of brake mechanisms. The energy consumption of braking mechanisms is understood as the ability of the latter to dissipate the greatest amount of energy of the braking machine without reducing the braking efficiency indicators to the minimum permissible level. Excessive heating of the braking mechanisms leads to a decrease in the friction coefficient μ of the friction surfaces and increased wear of the friction linings, and the brakes are the most unstable element of the braking control, which ensures the absorption and dissipation of the vehicle's energy during braking. The instability of the braking torques on the front and rear wheels, caused by a change in the coefficients of friction of friction pairs, leads not only to a change in the distribution of braking forces between the axles and individual wheels, but also to a decrease in the braking efficiency of vehicles under operating conditions. A method is proposed that makes it possible to assess the quality of regulation of the distribution of braking forces between the axles of a car, taking into account the instability of the braking forces on the wheels.

This research explores the concept of understanding of mosque managers in the public space about the importance of facing the direction of Qibla. Samples Mosque located in the public space of the Hospital Jogja International Hospital, Adisutjipto Airport and Mall Plaza Ambarrukmo be proof of the tendency of pattern of understanding of managers of religious orders to face the direction of Qiblah correctly. By using qualitative analysis method and data collection method in the form of observation, interview and documentation, it is found that first, that understanding of mosque managers in public space at three places reflects the quality of life of Islami ie measuring to the expert so that the direction of qibla . Secondly, the accuracy of the direction of the mosque building in the public space in Sleman Yogyakarta is included in the category of accurate with the maximum reason for the 6 minute arc disturbance, where the direction of the largest deviation on the mosques is 0o 1 '20.8 "or equivalent to 3,074 km which means still leads the city of Mecca.Keywords: Accuracy, Understanding and Mosque in Public Space Penelitian ini menggali konsep pemahaman para pengelola Masjid di ruang publik tentang pentingnya menghadap arah kiblat. Sampel Masjid yang berada di ruang publik yakni Rumah Sakit Jogja International Hospital, Bandara Adisutjipto dan Mall Plaza Ambarrukmo menjadi bukti kecenderungan pola pemahaman pengelola terhadap perintah agama untuk menghadap ke arah kiblat dengan tepat. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif dan metode pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi diperoleh hasil penelitian, pertama bahwa pemahaman para pengelola masjid di ruang publik pada tiga tempat tersebut mencerminkan kualitas hidup Islami yakni melakukan pengukuran kepada pihak ahli sehingga arah kiblat sesuai dengan keilmuan astronomi. Kedua, akurasi atau ketelitian arah kiblat bangunan Masjid di ruang publik di Sleman Yogyakarta termasuk dalam kategori akurat dengan alasan maksimal penyimpangan 6 menit busur, di mana arah penyimpangan paling besar pada masjid-masjid tersebut adalah 0o 1’ 20,8” atau setara 3,074 km yang berarti masih mengarah kota Mekah.Kata kunci: Akurasi, Pemahaman dan Masjid di Ruang Publik

This study was conducted to analyze the influence of price (X1), service quality (X2) and promotions (X3) on customer satisfaction at Bu Rajab Resto Pancing and Cottage. The study used a quantitative approach and was conducted from March to June 2020. Purposive sampling was used. 120 people were included in the research and 97 people were selected as samples. Participants were customers of Bu Rajab Resto Pancing and Cottage who had visited at least 2 times. A questionnaire was used for data collection. Data analysis involved linear regression, hypothesis testing and classical assumption tests, using the SPSS program. Price and service quality had a significantly positive impact on customer satisfaction, but promotions did not. Keywords: price, service quality, promotion, customer satisfaction

Academics are interested in exploring small and medium business actors both from a macro perspective that examines external factors in developing small and medium business actors, as well as from a micro perspective on internal determinants that contribute to the performance for small and medium enterprises. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial character on external funding and the development of small and medium business actors. This research is a quantitative study that explains the influence of exogenous variables on endogenous variables. Research location in the city of Makassar, South Sulawesi. The population in this study were 136 entrepreneurs who made loans to banks (State-owned enterprises) in the city of Makassar. The sampling of this study used the census sampling method (saturated sample). The data collection method uses a survey method with primary data collection in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using structural equation modelling. The results showed that the entrepreneurial character variable had a significant effect on external funding and the development of small and medium business actors. Therefore, based on research findings, efforts to enhance the development of small and medium business actors in further research can develop further models.
