The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of the quality of performance of women in NGOs. The results showed that the quality of the performance of women in NGOs was determined by the study sample (Speed ​​of service delivery, development and improvement of services provided, continuity in service delivery, service delivery method, cooperation with members of NGOs. Cooperation with citizens to meet their needs). She also showed professional proposals to increase the effectiveness of the quality of women's performance in NGOs. The results reached a suggested concept to increase the researcher used the descriptive method suitable for the social survey method using a comprehensive questionnaire based on the questionnaire as a data collection tool. Data will be coded and analyzed statistically using SPSS.V. 21.0

This study aims to examine the benefits of e-commerce in selling "snacking" business products in the city of Manado. This research was conducted from May to June 2020. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through interviews with “Snacking” business owners. The data collection method in this study is a survey method. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive method with a quantitative approach, to describe the sales of "snacking" business products in utilizing e-commerce. The results showed that the benefits of e-commerce in selling "snacking" business products, which can help in increasing the number of orders and sales turnover, as well as a means of business promotion, as well as helping in the development of business products.

Research background: Identification of the effects achieved by cities owing to their membership in the Cittaslow network plays a role not only in the development of every city, but also in the growth of national and international Cittaslow networks. Being a member of the Cittaslow network, and thereby adopting the slow city development model, affects the process of urban management by directing it towards such activities that agree with the assumed development concept. The achieved effects, manifested in the social, economic, and spatial spheres, contribute to the improved quality of life in a slow city, which in turn influences its development. Purpose of the article: Identification of the effects of membership of Polish cities in the Polish National Cittaslow Network. Methods: The study included a diagnostic survey method. The diagnostic survey based on a standardized survey questionnaire was used to identify the effects achieved by the Polish cities in the Cittaslow network. The survey was addressed to mayors of all member cities in the Polish National Cittaslow Network. The survey was conducted in May 2020. Findings & value added: The most important effects to date of cities being members of the Polish National Cittaslow Network, and their scale, have been investigated. An attempt was made to determine in which areas of urban life the effects become observable in a relatively short time (a few years), and which effects are attainable after a longer period of time. Major barriers to obtaining the desired effects were also identified. The research fills in a gap in this scope, as it provides a complex analysis of the effects of the membership of cities in the national Cittaslow network as seen by the city authorities. The results can serve to make comparative analyses of the effects achieved on different levels of development in the national Cittaslow networks, particular-ly in view of the fact that the Polish National Cittaslow Network is the second largest network in the world with respect to the number of member cities.

Abstract In carrying out the demersal fish trading business between cities many owners of capital or entrepreneurs who are less concerned about the quality of services provided to customers in various aspects. The problem formulation in this study, namely how to influence the quality of inter-city services independent entrepreneurs "Yusuf Kasim" to customer satisfaction demersal fish in Manado City? The purpose of this study was to determine the variables that affect what services the customer satisfaction demersal fish in the city of Manado. The method used in this study is a survey method. Survey method is a study that takes a sample of the population and the questionnaire as a data collection tool that principal (Singarimbun and Effendi, 1995). The final result of the data collection form a complete picture of the issues presented in the form of tables of data and variables were analyzed quantitatively. The variables measured in this study are: 1) timeliness in deliveries of fish, namely the difference between the time of booking and arriving fish were booked (the day), 2) the stability of the price of fish, namely fluctuations in the price of fish were booked (RM), 3 ) quality of the fish is requested, namely the level of freshness of the fish orders, and 4) the suitability of fish products, which match the ordered fish and fish received. In order to determine the model of customer satisfaction, which marked a long time consumers patronize demersal fish, used multiple regression analysis. Based on the results and discussion can be concluded as follows: 1) customer satisfaction products demersal fish between cities is generally determined by the stability of prices and quality of fish order, 2) linear regression equation for inventory decisions demersal fish in the city of Manado, namely: Y = 1, 40 to 1.15 X1 + 0.875 X2 + 1.28 + 0.25 X3 X4 with the relationship (R2 = 0.84), 3) the variable X1 (Timeliness), X2 (price stability), X3 (Fish Quality) and X4 (Product Conformity) jointly affect Y, 4) partial effect variables are variables X2 and X3, namely price stability and the quality of fish order to customer satisfaction. Keyword: demersal, trade, service, satisfaction Abstrak Dalam menjalankan usaha perdagangan ikan demersal antar kota banyak pemilik modal atau pengusaha yang kurang memperhatikan mengenai kualitas layanan yang diberikan kepada para pelanggan dalam berbagai aspek. Perumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini, yaitu bagaimana pengaruh kualitas layanan antar kota pengusaha mandiri “Yusuf Kasim” terhadap kepuasan pelanggan ikan demersal di Kota Manado? Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui variable-variabel layanan apa saja yang berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan ikan demersal di kota Manado. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei. Metode survei merupakan penelitian yang mengambil sampel dari satu populasi dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpul data yang pokok (Singarimbun dan Effendi, 1995). Hasil akhir pengumpulan data berupa gambaran lengkap permasalahan yang disajikan dalam bentuk tabel-tabel data dan variabel-variabel yang dianalisis secara kuantitatif. Variabel-variabel yang diukur dalam penelitian ini ialah : 1) ketepatan waktu dalam mengantar pesanan ikan, yaitu selisih waktu pemesanan dan waktu tiba ikan yang dipesan (hari), 2) kestabilan harga ikan, yaitu fluktuasi harga ikan yang dipesan (Rp), 3) kualitas ikan yang diminta, yaitu tingkat kesegaran ikan pesanan, dan 4) kesesuaian produk ikan, yaitu kecocokan ikan yang dipesan dan ikan yang diterima. Guna menentukan model kepuasan konsumen, yang ditandai lama waktu berlanggan konsumen ikan demersal, digunakan analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan dapat diambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut : 1) kepuasan pelanggan produk ikan demersal antar kota pada umumnya ditentukan oleh kestabilan harga dan kualitas ikan pesanan, 2) persamaan regresi linear untuk keputusan persediaan ikan demersal di Kota Manado, yaitu : Y = 1,40 - 1,15 X1 + 0,875 X2 + 1,28 X3 + 0,25 X4 dengan keeratan hubungan (R2 = 0,84), 3) variabel X1 (Ketepatan Waktu), X2 (Kestabilan Harga), X3 (Kualitas Ikan) dan X4 (Kesesuaian Produk) secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi Y, 4) variabel yang berpengaruh secara parsial adalah variable X2 dan X3, yaitu kestabilan harga dan kualitas ikan pesanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. This study aims to explore the economic impact, especially UMKM players in Banten on the spread of covid-19, and to identify the strength of entrepreneurial networks and the use of e-marketing by UMKM in Banten during the covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this study was analyzed by sampling using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. This questionnaire includes closed questions, measured on a nominal scale. The collected data were analyzed using the AMOS Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software. The results showed that there had been a decline in the marketing performance of UMKM due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. And it is proven that the quality of entrepreneurial networks and e-marketing can improve the marketing performance of UMKM. From this research, a model for strengthening UMKM in dealing with the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic is obtained by strengthening entrepreneurial networks and the use of e-marketing, so that UMKM in Banten in particular and UMKM in Indonesia in general, do not fall into business collapse caused by the spread of Covid-19. The conclusion of this study is expected to contribute to the development of management science, especially marketing, entrepreneurship and the development of UMKM in dealing with the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstrak. Pesatnya pertumbuhan penduduk dan tingginya perkembangan pembangunan, menyebabkan banyaknya kawasan yang beralih fungsi menjadi kawasan yang bukan peruntukan yang sesuai yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah termasuk ruang terbuka hijau (RTH) yang berfungsi untuk menunjang kualitas hidup masyarakat di dalam suatu kota baik dari segi lingkungan maupun kesehatan. Pesatnya perkembangan suatu kota tentu banyak menarik minat masyarakat untuk pindah menuju kota tersebut, semakin meningkatnya jumlah penduduk tentu juga meningkatkan kebutuhan akan oksigen. Untuk itu Kota Bireuen dituntut mampu menyediakan RTH untuk mengimbangi kebutuhan oksigen masyarakat kota itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung ketersediaan RTH yang direncanakan di dalam RDTR Kota Bireuen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada lah metode deskriptif dengan teknik survai. Sedangkan analisis kecukupan RTH menggunakan rumus berdasarkan luas daerah dibagi dengan RTH yang tersedia. Hasil perhitungan analisis RTH di dapat bahwasannya RTH Kota Bireuen sebesar 46,96%.Kata Kunci: Bireuen, RTH, RDTR Abstrack. The rapid growth of population and the high development of the developmental, causing the number of areas that switch functions to areas that are not appropriate designation established by the government including green open space (GOS) that serves to support the quality of life of people in a city both in terms of environment and health . The rapid development of a city would attract many people to move to the city, the increasing number of people of course also increases the need for oxygen. For that Bireuen City is required to provide GOS to compensate for the oxygen needs of the people of the city itself. This study aims to calculate the planned GOS availability in the DSP of Bireuen City. The method used in this research is descriptive method with survey technique. While the analysis of GOS adequacy using the formula based on the area divided by the available GOS. The calculation result of GOS analysis can be that the GOS of Bireuen City is 46.96%.Keyword: Bireuen, GOS, DSP

The study aimed to identify the practice of kindergarten teachers in providing، nutritional knowledge of the kindergarten child during the ، meal time. To achieve this، a descriptive method was used. The questionnaire was used as data collection tool. The sample consisted of (148) In the analysis of the data، the results of the study showed that the tool obtained an average of (2. 96 from 4. 00) and at the field level Axis (concept of nutritional knowledge (2. 89 of 4. 00)، followed by the difficulty of kindergarten teachers during the meal time، at an average (3. 49 of 4. 00)، both of which are rated (high)، while very high on (kindergarten teacher practices during the meal time at an average of (2. 50 of 4. 00) The teachers also showed that the meals attended by the children are healthy and that there is awareness among the families about the type of food provided to the children. .

The purpose of this study is to determine the KBIH strategy in improving prime service in the form of customer needs or practical pilgrims as well as the needs of customers or pilgrims emotionally and the process of providing services in KBIH Maqdis in terms of improving excellent service for prospective pilgrims. The method used in this study is descriptive method using a qualitative approach. The research steps are taken by: determining the location of research, collecting data using observation techniques, interviews, literature studies, and documentation then analyzing data by means of data reduction then data classification and drawing conclusions. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the KBIH Maqdis strategy in improving excellent service is quite good because this can be seen from the practical needs given by KBIH Maqdis to prospective pilgrims. The KBIH Maqdis party provides good service in terms of its service, supervisor, management and chairman. Because the effort to provide good service is expected that pilgrims feel satisfied so that they can tell others about the quality of services provided by KBIH Maqdis to worshipers. The process of implementing service delivery can also look good, that is seen from the provision of excellent service in KBIH Maqdis, Bandung.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi KBIH dalam meningkatkan pelayanan prima berupa kebutuhan pelanggan atau jamaah secara praktis maupun kebutuhan para pelanggan atau jamaah secara emosional dan proses dari pemberian pelayanan yang ada di KBIH Maqdis dalam hal meningkatkan pelayanan prima terhadap calon jamaah.Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun langkah-langkah penelitian ditempuh dengan: penentuan lokasi penelitian, pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan tehnik observasi, wawancara, studi kepustakaan, dan dokumentasi selanjutnya analisis data dengan cara reduksi data kemudian klasifikasi data dan penarikan kesimpulan.Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi KBIH Maqdis dalam Meningkatkan pelayanan prima cukup baik karena hal ini dapat dilihat dari kebutuhan secara praktis yang diberikan KBIH Maqdis kepada calon jamaah haji. Pihak KBIH Maqdis memberikan pelayanan yang baik dari segi pelayanannya pembimbing, pengurus maupun ketuanya. Karena dengan upaya memberikan pelayanan yang baik diharapkan jamaah haji merasa puas sehingga dapat memberitahu kepada orang lain tentang kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan pihak KBIH Maqdis terhadap jamaah. Proses pelaksanaan pemberian pelayanan pun dapat terlihat baik yakni dilihat dari pemberian pelayanan prima yang ada di KBIH Maqdis Kota Bandung.

This research explores the concept of understanding of mosque managers in the public space about the importance of facing the direction of Qibla. Samples Mosque located in the public space of the Hospital Jogja International Hospital, Adisutjipto Airport and Mall Plaza Ambarrukmo be proof of the tendency of pattern of understanding of managers of religious orders to face the direction of Qiblah correctly. By using qualitative analysis method and data collection method in the form of observation, interview and documentation, it is found that first, that understanding of mosque managers in public space at three places reflects the quality of life of Islami ie measuring to the expert so that the direction of qibla . Secondly, the accuracy of the direction of the mosque building in the public space in Sleman Yogyakarta is included in the category of accurate with the maximum reason for the 6 minute arc disturbance, where the direction of the largest deviation on the mosques is 0o 1 '20.8 "or equivalent to 3,074 km which means still leads the city of Mecca.Keywords: Accuracy, Understanding and Mosque in Public Space Penelitian ini menggali konsep pemahaman para pengelola Masjid di ruang publik tentang pentingnya menghadap arah kiblat. Sampel Masjid yang berada di ruang publik yakni Rumah Sakit Jogja International Hospital, Bandara Adisutjipto dan Mall Plaza Ambarrukmo menjadi bukti kecenderungan pola pemahaman pengelola terhadap perintah agama untuk menghadap ke arah kiblat dengan tepat. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif dan metode pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi diperoleh hasil penelitian, pertama bahwa pemahaman para pengelola masjid di ruang publik pada tiga tempat tersebut mencerminkan kualitas hidup Islami yakni melakukan pengukuran kepada pihak ahli sehingga arah kiblat sesuai dengan keilmuan astronomi. Kedua, akurasi atau ketelitian arah kiblat bangunan Masjid di ruang publik di Sleman Yogyakarta termasuk dalam kategori akurat dengan alasan maksimal penyimpangan 6 menit busur, di mana arah penyimpangan paling besar pada masjid-masjid tersebut adalah 0o 1’ 20,8” atau setara 3,074 km yang berarti masih mengarah kota Mekah.Kata kunci: Akurasi, Pemahaman dan Masjid di Ruang Publik

This research article examines the significance of the influence of leadership managerial abilities on the quality of administrative services at the Alauddin State Islamic University in Makassar, while the objectives of this research article are: first, to analyze the reality of the managerial abilities of the postgraduate leadership of Alauddin State Islamic University Makassar; second, analyzing the reality of the administrative service quality of the Postgraduate Administration at the State Islamic University alauddin Makassar; third, to analyze the significance of the influence of the managerial ability of postgraduate leadership on the quality of administrative services at the Alauddin State Islamic University in Makassar. The type of research used is survey research through a quantitative approach with the data collection tool used is a questionnaire, while the analysis used is the product moment analysis and correlation analysis. The indications for the results of this study are that: first, the reality of the managerial ability of the postgraduate leadership of Alauddin State Islamic University Makassar is in the good category (71.4%); second, the reality of the quality of administrative services at the Postgraduate Program at Alauddin State Islamic University in Makassar is in the medium category (65.8%); third, the managerial ability of the postgraduate leadership of the Alauddin State Islamic University in Makassar has a significant effect (16.5%) on the quality of administrative services at the Postgraduate Program at the Alauddin State Islamic University in Makassar

Parent's attention to children is still lacking, caused by several things including busyness, low educational background, lack of parent's direction of everything that has been achieved by the child, causing the child to become indifferent to learning. The problems that arise are how the influence of parenting parents on student learning discipline at MTs Al Hidayah Ciomas Panjalu.This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of parenting on student learning discipline in MTs Al Hidayah Ciomas Panjalu.The method used in this research is descriptive method with quantitative approach. The study population at MTs Al Hidayah was 162 students with a sample of 35 people. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique. The data collection tool taken was observation and questionnaire as many as 35 respondents, after the data was collected with complete stages. The next step was data analysis using spermant rank coefficient (rs). Parental parenting values in Al Hidayah MTs were obtained at 39.4 at intervals of 38.2 - 40.3 with a fairly good classification. While the learning discipline value of students in Al Hidayah MTs was obtained at 37.97 at intervals of 35.22 - 38.44 with poor classification. Based on the testing of hypotheses that have been done, the results have a pretty good effect between parenting parents with student learning discipline in MTs Al Hidayah. This is obtained from rs = 0.59 with the Guilford scale at an interval of 0.41 - 0.60 with a fairly good classification. The pattern of Oreangtua Parenting affects the Discipline of Student Learning is 35% so 65% is influenced by other factors. The influence of these two variables, namely Parenting Parents Against Student Learning Discipline is a significant correlation. This is evidenced by t_count = 4.20> t_table = 1.69236 so that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Thus Parenting Parents have a pretty good effect on Student Learning Discipline.
