Energi Mega Persada (EMP) Bentu Ltd is a national oil and gas company that operates the Bentu Block located in Riau Province. The increasing number of EMP Bentu Ltd consumers is directly proportional to the increasing number of gas wells, which causes EMP Bentu Ltd to often come into conflict with the community around the well. This study aims to determine the implementation of excellence public relations in conflict management by Public Relations Energi Mega Persada Bentu Limited in Muara Sakal District. Pelalawan 2019 through conflict management in carrying out the direction of communication, maintaining a balance of interests, running communication channels and considering the level of ethnicity. This study used qualitative research methods. Determination of informants using snowball sampling technique with 3 (three) informants at EMP Bentu Ltd and 7 (seven) people involved in Focus Group Discussion (FGP) in Muara Sakal Hamlet. The results of this study indicate PR EMP Bentu Ltd in managing conflict in Muara Sakal implements public relations excellence put forward by James E. Grunig and Hunt through implementation in carrying out the direction of conflict communication, maintaining a balance of interests, running communication channels and considering the level of ethnicity through conflict management. . Although unable to apply the 10 principles of excellent PR perfectly due to overlapping division of tasks, the conflict management in Muara Sakal Hamlet can be resolved.

Medicinal plants are one of the important components in medicine, in the form of traditional herbal concoctions and have been used since hundreds of years ago, to solve various health problems. This study aims to obtain the spesies of traditional medicinal plants used by the community in Gunung Sembilan Village in treating diseases and to know the use of medicinal plants and how to concoct medicinal raw materials. Data collection with interview and determination of responden uses a snowball sampling technique or carried out sequentially by asking for information on people who have been interviewed or contacted before the research. Observations were made, namely by walking while (without plots) making direct observations in the field together with respondents who knew about the medicinal plants. The results of interviews with the community of Gunung Sembilan Village, Sukadana District North Kayong Regency, 27 species of medicinal plants and 23 families were utilized by the community. The use of herbs is single or mixed, the most widely used are leaves (10 species or 37.04%). The most commonly used processing method is pounded (12 species or 44.44%), and how to consume the most frequently done, which is drink (12 species or 44.44%).Keywords : Gunung Sembilan village community, medicinal plants.

Field research can be associated with both qualitative and quantitative research methods, depending on the problems faced and the goals to be achieved. The success of data collection in the field research depends on the determination of the appropriate sampling technique, to obtain accurate data, and reliably. In studies that have problems related to specific issues, requiring a non-probability sampling techniques one of which is the snowball sampling technique. This technique is useful for finding, identifying, selecting and taking samples in a network or chain of relationships. Phased implementation procedures performed through interviews and questionnaires. Snowball sampling technique has strengths and weaknesses in its application. Field research housing sector become the case study to explain this sampling technique.

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Regulation of the Downstream Oil and Gas Regulatory Agency Number 06 of 2015 concerning Distribution of Specific Types of Oil Fuels and Types of Fuels Specifically for Assignments to Areas without Distributors in Katingan District. The type of research used is qualitative research methods with descriptive analysis techniques. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants taken in this study were carried out using the snowball sampling technique. Based on the results of the research based on the results of research on the implementation of the Regulation of the Downstream Oil and Gas Regulatory Agency Number 06 of 2015 it can be concluded that the regulation cannot be implemented. This is indicated by the absence of the establishment of sub-distributors and the appointment of sub-distributors. Suggestions that researchers can give to the local government of Katingan Regency should consider the needs of regions with limited distribution so that researchers feel the need to establish sub-distributors that can empower community groups through cooperatives and Village-Owned Enterprises.

ABSTRAKPemetaan konflik dapat mengklarifikasi berbagai level permasalahan, memberikan gambaranmenyeluruh, mengorganisasi titik pandang setiap orang dan memberi solusi efektif. Penelitian inibertujuan memetakan pemicu konflik, jenis konflik, dan penanganan konflik oleh perusahaan.Penelitian dilakukan di Perkebunan Tambaksari PTPN VIII Subang dengan desain kualitatif danmetode studi kasus. Staf perkebunan, tokoh masyarakat, LSM, staf desa, staf kecamatan, karyawanperkebunan dan masyarakat di sekitar perkebunan dipilih secara sengaja sebagai informan denganmenggunakan teknik snowball sampling. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakanpendekatan triangulasi. Hasil pemetaan mengungkap bahwa konflik dipicu oleh kondisi masyarakatsekitar yang miskin, kondisi perusahaan yang melemah, provokasi pihak ketiga dan tidak adanya gantirugi atas lahan garapan masyarakat yang sekarang dikonversi menjadi kelapa sawit oleh perusahaan.Konflik berwujud penyerobotan lahan perusahaan. Penanganan konflik sudah berlangsung lama danmelibatkan berbagai pihak terkait, namun semua pihak belum memahami pentingnya melakukanpemetaan konflik. Perlu integrasi atau kolaborasi pendekatan formal dan lokal dalam pemetaan konflikagraria.Kata kunci: pemetaan konflik, perusahaan perkebunan, masyarakat sekitarABSTRACTMapping the conflict may clarify the various levels of problems, giving a whole, organizing point ofview of each person and provide effective solutions. This study aims to map a trigger of conflict, typesof conflicts, and conflict management by the company. The study was conducted in Plantation PTPNVIII Tambaksari Subang with qualitative design and the case study method. Plantation staff,community leaders, NGOs, village staff, district staff, plantations employees and communities aroundthe plantation been deliberately as an informant by using snowball sampling technique. Data wereanalyzed using triangulation approach. Mapping results reveal that the conflict was triggered by thepoor condition of the surrounding communities, business conditions weakened, provocation thirdparties and the absence of compensation for people whose arable land is now converted into oil palmby the company. Conflict tangible land grabbing companies. Handling conflict has lasted a long timeand involve multiple stakeholders, but all parties do not understand the importance of mapping theconflict. Given the reality of language diversity in Banten and juxtaposed with the differences in language behavior between men and women, the researcher directly examined the pattern of Banten-Dialect Javanese Language associated with gender in the community of Gowok Village, Sukajaya, Curug District, Serang City. This study aimed to describe the patterns of Banten-Dialect Javanese Language use in the family and neighborhood domains viewed from gender perspective.To achieve the objectives, this study used a qualitative approach. A qualitative approach was used to describe the patterns of Banten-Dialect Javanese Language in two domains, namely family and neighborhood, and describe how gender can distinguish the use of language in the two domains. The populations of this research were the speakers of Banten-Dialect Javanese Language in Gowok Village, Curug District, Serang City, and the determination of sample as the respondents was done by snowball sampling technique. The method used to collect the data of this research was survey method. To obtain the data from large populations, the researcher used data collection techniques through a written questionnaire instrument .

The purpose of this research is to analyze the promotion strategy through advertising media at Desa Wisata Kubu Gadang Kota Padang Panjang view from 3 indicator: print media, electronic media, outdoor media. The research is a descriptive qualitative with survey method. Determination of informant using purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The purposive sampling technique involving 2 informant from tourism govermant and 2 informant from desa wisata Kubu Gadang Kota Padang Panjang manager then snowball sampling technique involving 3 informant from desa wisata Kubu Gadang Kota Padang Panjang visitor. Technique of collecting data is done by interview, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the strength of promotion advertising are: news paper easy to get, the picture quality on brochure have a good and interesting, radio can be heard anywhere, television give information through sound and picture, desa wisata Kubu Gadang also have a website and a big billboard with a perfect lighting. 2) the weakness of promotion advertising are: there was no promotion through a brochure, there was no update on the Kubu Gadang’s website, the billboard was vulnerable of damage. 3) the opportunities of promotion advertising are: there are many people who still interest to read the newspaper and brochure, there are many people who interest of internet using, many people can see the outdoor media as if billboard and baliho. 4) the threats of promotion advertising are: there are competitor through print media, television and outdoor media. The conclusion of The promotion strategy through advertising media at Desa Wisata Kubu Gadang Kota Padang Panjang is 1) making use of print media for promotion, 2) to increase the promotion thourgh radio, television and website/internet, 3) making advertising through outdoor media as if billboard and baliho.

This descriptive exploratory study analyzed user satisfaction with the care received at a Family Health Unit in Ribeirão Preto, Brazil. In total, 40 users from families registered in the FHU were selected, using key informants and the snowball sampling technique, and interviewed. Thematic content analysis was used to analyze the empirical material. Interviewees were mostly female, over 50 years, resident in the catchment area of the unit for 10-30 years, had incomplete primary education and also did not perform work outside the home. The analysis identified three themes: access, team-user interaction and organization of work in the FHU. The subjects of this study expressed satisfaction with the accessibility provided together with the caring attention given to them, marked by a team-user interaction that takes place in a friendly and patience manner. Although not totally satisfied, the majority of users would recommend the health service to someone due to its quality.

The coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic in Indonesia has a psychological impact among health workers who are working in hospital and caring for patients with positive COVID-19. This study aimed to examines the psychological impact among health workers in effort to facing the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) in Indonesia. Snowball sampling technique was employed to gather the sample in the eight islands. The health workers were responded to the depression anxiety stress scales (DASS-42) questionnaire, with the total of 644 respondents. The results of this study showed that about 65.8% of respondents experienced anxiety due to COVID-19 outbreak, There were 3.3% experienced extremely severe anxiety and 33.1% experienced mild anxiety. Whereas those experienced stress due to COVID-19 outbreak were 55%, extremely severe stress levels were 0.8% and mild stress were 34.5%. Health workers who experienced depression were 23.5%. There were 0.5% with very severe depression and mild depression was 11.2%. There is a closed correlation between anxiety (r=0.152 p=0.000), stress (r=0.086 p=0.029), and depression (r=0.111 p=0.005), to the worried of being alienated if infected coronavirus (COVID-19). The Indonesian government has to handle the anxiety, stress and depression that occurs in health workers in particular and can provide protection to medical personnel so that they do not feel alienated by those around them.

The implementation of public relations in the socialization of the labor social security program at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Padang has not been carried out optimally because the socialization carried out does not cover all BPJS Employment stakeholders and socialization media that are underutilized optimally. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of public relations in the socialization of the labor social security program at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Padang. The method used is Qualitative Descriptive Research. Determination of Informants in this study was carried out with Snowball Sampling Techniques. Data collection is done through Observation, Interview and Documentation, with Model Data Analysis Techniques of Miles and Huberman. The findings in this study indicate that (1) the socialization of the labor social security program is not carried out directly to workers; (2) the lack of awareness of employers registering workers in the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Padang program; (3) the media for socialization of the labor social security program has not been used optimally.Keyword: Public Relations, Socialization, Employment Social Security

Lazada is a market leader of e-commerce in Shout-East Asia. This study aims to analyze and discuss the effect of the e-service quality and eases on the repurchase intention through satisfaction. This study uses college students aged 18-25 years as respondents, which have purchased Lazada at least once, and their last purchase is in the last one month. The sampling method is non-probability sampling using a snowball sampling technique. The number of samples is 220 respondents. Data were collected by an online questionnaire and analyzed using AMOS. The result of this study indicates that e-service quality and ease have a significant effect on satisfaction and repurchase intention.
