There are so many people in this global era who need a loan to buy consumptive goods or purchase productive goods that will be used as working capital. By applying for financing in BPRS, Mojokerto City, Pandaan Branch Office, the community can encourage economic improvement and social welfare of the community and must be managed properly by the financial institution. The research method used for this study was interviews and literature studies. This type of research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, the data sources used are primary and secondary data. Primary data is obtained directly from sources where research activities take place, and secondary data is data obtained from books and other written documents. The results showed that the mechanism for financing proposals in the Murabahah contract must go through several stages, namely checking customer file files by Customer Service, submitting files from Customer Service to Marketing, BI Checking, marketing surveys to customers, customer analysis by marketing, approval from branch heads, submitted files to the admin section and Disbursement of funds. For Calculation of Financing in the Murabahah Contract in BPRS Kota Mojokerto Pandaan Branch Office, operational in it uses sharia sale and purchase transactions where customers borrow a sum of money that might be used for investment, working capital financing and consumer financing, but in this case the the customer when using a murabahah contract, namely the basic price along with a predetermined margin by installments in accordance with the agreed time period.

This study aims to determine the role of BPR in the development of MSMEs. The research method uses a descriptive-qualitative analysis method. The population in this study are rural banks and MSMEs in the Lebak regency of Banten. The type of data used is secondary data and primary data The role of BPR in the development of MSMEs in the Lebak Regency of Banten with credit growth from 2016 - 2018 of 166.88% and MSME growth of 28.05%, the characteristics of MSME actors in the Lebak district of Banten is the age level of 40 -50 years and male sex with the majority of MSMEs married, and educated in high school, with experience managing businesses between 1 to 5 years, business characteristics, in general, financing customers of PT. BPR Lebak Sejahtera has a business in the field of handicraft, a self-owned business with a place of business that is also owned by itself, in running its business it already has an official business license. financing characteristics provided, the customer receives working capital financing with a repayment period of 1 to 3 years.

Recent studies have documented that innovations improve profitability of firms. This article documents that deposit taking micro financial institutions that have adopted financial innovations have increased their profitability. The study covered five years between 2009-2013. Both primary and secondary data were used in the study. Primary data was obtained through administration of drop and pick questionnaires to selected employees of the institutions. Secondary data was obtained from financial statements and management reports of these deposit taking microfinance institutions. Data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, return on asset and multi-liner regression model to determine the effect of each financial innovation applied on profitability on the micro-financial institution. The results showed that most deposit taking microfinance institutions adopted these financial innovations in their current operations. There was strong positive relationship between individual innovations and profitability. In line with profitability ROA also showed improvement each year after the adoption of these financial innovations.


Purpose: The library works as an access point of information, knowledge and services to fulfill the requirement of learning research activities of its users. In the modern age, information technologies become the gateway of knowledge access. Various social networking sites have been progressedin addiction to development of computer technology as well as meet the users with their changing needs. Thus social networking site become the tool of connect people for common purpose. The people of today’s world vastly use SNS in their daily life. Libraries have improved their collection and services in electronic form with rapid growth of ICT. SNS helps the library to work as a user friendly center. This paper describes the different use of SNS by LIS Research scholar, their purposes and effectiveness of SNS forenhancing library services. Methodology: The primary data for this study has been collected through questionnaire, interview and observation method from LIS Research scholar of Gauhati University. The secondary data has been imported from the research article, paper published in different journal, conference proceedings and from books and Wikipedia. Findings: Social Networking sites can be used as an effective way for access information and knowledge for their research and academic purpose. It will be helpful for library professional to provide different kinds of information with least time.

The Hajj is the fifth pillar of Islam that must be fulfilled by Muslims for those who are able to finance and physically. The waiting list for the Hajj pilgrimage in Indonesia can now reach 20 years or more, with it awakening many Muslims who then plan the Hajj from an early age by opening a Hajj and Umrah savings account at Bank Syariah Mandiri. This study used qualitative research with primary data sources. Customers using Mabrur Savings products at Bank Syariah Mandiri Pandaan, Customer Service, Branch Operation Supervisor, Sales Force, other employees who served in Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Pandaan. While secondary data sources come from books and other literature. Data collection techniques are carried out in 3 ways, namely: Observation, Interview and Documentation. This study found that Marketing Mix in Mabrur Savings products, namely 1. Product Strategy: Based on sharia principles with mudharabah muthlaqah contract, competitive profit sharing based on the ratio determined by the bank, payments can be made using the ABATANA (auto debit) system from a savings account BSM for monthly deposits, the Validation Process is very fast and can be awaited, in collaboration with KBIH (Hajj Guidance Group) which is officially registered with the Department of Religion. 2. The Price Strategy consists of: a light initial deposit of IDR 100,000. 3. Strategy Place: The strategic location of Bank Syariah Mandiri with a minimalist yet modern design. 4. Strategy Promotion: Through websites, brochures, and various advertisements, Opening outlets or stands, Door to door, Bank Syariah Mandiri has an image as a Hajj Bank.

The research activities carried out are of an inductive qualitative nature located in Urug Indigenous Village, Kiara Pandak Village, Sukajaya District, Bogor Regency, West Java. The informant chosen was Abah Ukat Raja Aya as a traditional figure. Primary data collected directly from informants in the form of questionnaires for direct interviews and supplemented by secondary data from literature studies.As a trace of the legacy of King Siliwangi, Urug Indigenous Village is one of the areas included in the category of cultural tourism destinations, namely the Ministry of Education and Culture with Cultural Institution Number: LK20181124000302 with the proposer being Abah Ukat Raja Aya. For this reason, this research was conducted to find out the history of the birth of the Urug Indigenous Village and the cultural model preserved by the Urug Indigenous Village.The results show that the history of the birth of the Urug Indigenous Village is derived from the word 'teacher', which is an acronym form of digugu and imitated meaning can be trusted and made a role model. As for the journey the origin of the teacher's name because it was deliberately hidden or disguised so as not to be known, the letter ‘g’ moved back to Urug. The cultural model preserved by the First Urug Indigenous Village in terms of hereditary leadership, the existence of a large house as a center of authority for traditional leadership, and the lives of people who have a livelihood from planting to harvesting rice.

Profit sharing system in Islamic banks is one of the uses of sharia principles because interest is contrary to Islamic law. This type of research used in this study is normative legal research and the nature of the research is analytical descriptive. Sources of data used in this study are secondary data and primary data. The results of the study are the implementation of a gold pawning system with sharia at Bank Mandiri Syariah Kisaran Branch Office using 3 (three) contracts on gold-backed qaradh products, rahn contracts for gold binding and ijarah contracts for binding utilization of gold storage and maintenance services as collateral for loan funds. The implementation of the gold pawning is in accordance with the rules of Islamic law and sharia principles regarding gold rahn. The obstacles that arise in the implementation of the gold pawning with the sharia system that is not understanding the mechanism of rahn contract, customers who are not disciplined in paying installments so that when the gold is mortgaged auctioned auctioned by the bank and collateral carried by the customer does not comply with the specified specifications by the bank.

Bad credit is caused by two factors, which are from the bank and from the customer. This study aimed to analyze the fine financing problems in the Islamic of Pawnshop Unit Bone according to Indonesian Ulama Council (MUI) perspective. This research is a normative legal research using a sociological juridical approach. The primary data used are regulations or legal products from the Indonesian Ulama Council, namely the DSN-MUI fatwa regarding fines and direct interviews with employees and customers. Besides, the secondary data used was number of books that contain opinion Indonesian Ulama Council and other literature which is relevant to research. The results showed that the application of fines in financing problems in the islamic pawnshop Unit Bone of South Sulawesi had positive and negative impacts. The positive impact was giving a deterrent effect to customers who face the due while the negative impact is the waste of time for employees who have to work more than working hours. However, the impact of these fines did not reduce the performance of the South Sulawesi specially in the Islamic of Pawnshop Unit Bone in order to become a non-bank financial institution that is still in demand by the public and become a financial institution that can help the economy of Indonesian society, among them is the society in Bone, South Sulawesi. It is because people in Bone regency tend to open up business as their economic livelihoods.

This indicates that every company is required to have a high commitment inpreparing and building competitive human resources as well as maintaining its best talented employees invarious programs and strategic policies supported by the work culture that reflects the company’s big vision tobe realized. This qualitative research uses primary data by interview and observation method to 40 respondents,and utilize secondary data with the aim to improve performance and talent development of company employees.

Customer service plays a very important role in various companies and financial institutions such as Islamic banks. As a Customer Service , the roles and functions must be established. If customer service does not implement one of the functions that should be carried out, it will have an impact on the role of customer service, namely maintaining customers and getting new customers. The role of customer service can be carried out if each of the functions can be implemented by customer service. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of Customer Service at Bank BNI Syariah KCP Plered.The method used in this study is a descriptive method with is qualitative. With two data sources, namely primary data sources consisting of Customer Service, Operational Service Head, several customer security guards and secondary data sources consisting of supporting books, working papers and photos obtained from the field. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results research that role customer service at Bank BNI Syariah KCP Plered that is customer service as a service unit able to doing its role that is maintain customer and get customer new in the counter or bank. Implementation role could seen from implementation every the functions contained inside , though there is some functions that are not yet optimal in implementation

Indonesia is a country that adheres to the legal system. The role of the notary is very important in Indonesia. Notaries act as public officials in providing legal services to the public. Notaries are public officials who have the authority to make authentic deeds. A notary position is a public or public position because a notary is appointed and dismissed by the government. Notaries are prohibited from opening more than one notary office because notaries can only open one notary office. But in reality there is a notary who opens a branch office. How the accountability and position of the notary who establishes a branch office on its own behalf is a problem discussed. The research method used is normative legal research is to find the truth of coherence, namely the rule of law in accordance with legal principles. sourced from primary data and secondary data as other supporting data which are analyzed quantitatively. The results of the study explained that the West Jakarta Regional Supervisory Board found that there was a notary office with 2 signboards in the West Jakarta area that had a notary office named Notary Netty Maria Machdar. So that Netty Maria Machdar was found guilty and the position of the notary became hanging due to the absence of a further verdict because it was only proposed to be honorably dismissed by the Regional Supervisory Board so that in this case Netty Maria Machdar was found guilty and obliged to replace the loss but because there was no further verdict. Notary Netty Maria Machdar can still use her rights as a legitimate Notary. Notary Netty Maria Machdar also violated the Indonesian Notary Association Code of Ethics.
