Abstract. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence factor of the environmental quality of settlements of the Bajo ethnic community in Popisi Village, North Banggai District, Banggai Laut Regency and to determine the strategy for improving the quality of settlements for the Bajo ethnic community of Popisi Village, North Banggai District, Banggai Laut Regency. This study uses quantitative research with a quantitative approach, then the sample selection method in this study is Simple Random Sampling. The analysis used in this study is to use multiple regression analysis and SWOT analysis. The main conclusion of this research is that the influence factor of the environmental quality of the Popisi Village community settlements is influenced, namely the accessibility factor, population growth, natural and cultural factors of the Popisi Village community, while to improve the quality of the residential environment, an SO strategy is needed, namely using opportunities to maintain strength. Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui faktor pengaruh kualitas lingkungan permukiman masyarakat suku bajo Desa Popisi, Kecamatan Banggai Utara, Kabupaten Banggai Laut dan mengetahui strategi peningkatan kualitas permukiman masyarakat suku bajo Desa Popisi, Kecamatan Banggai Utara, Kabupaten Banggai Laut. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pendekatan kuantitatif, kemudian metode pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini ialah Simple Random Sampling. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan SWOT Analisis.. Kesimpulan utama dari penelitian ini ialah faktor pengaruh kualitas lingkungan permukiman masyarakat Desa Popisi dipengaruhi yaitu faktor aksesibilitas, pertumbuhan penduduk, faktor alam dan budaya masyarakat Desa Popisi sedangkan untuk peningkatan kualitas lingkungan permukiman dibutuhkan strategi SO yaitu menggunakan peluang untuk mempertahankan kekuatan.

Background: Stunting is growth failure in toddlers due to chronic nutrients deficiency and recurrent infections, especially during the first 1000 days of life and can be a bad impact to quality of widely accepted human resources, which further can decreases future national productivity. The incidence of diarrhea and family food security are indicated to be factors cause stunting. Stunting is closely related to food insecurity and the incidence of recurrent diarrhea experienced by toddlers.Objectives: This study aimed to analyze the relationship between family food security and the frequency of diarrhea among stunted toddlers in Kampung SurabayaMethods: This research was observational analytic using cross-sectional. Sample consisted of 52 toddlers 6-24 months in the Puskesmas Bulak Banteng Surabaya. Sample selection with simple-random-sampling. Data was collected by interview with questionnaire. Food security was measured by US-HFSSM questionnaire and a questionnaire to the frequency of diarrhea. Data were analyzed using the Spearman statistical test (α=0.05).Results: The results showed that as many as 63.5% of toddlers are stunted, 71.1% of toddlers were in families with food insecure conditions, and 55.8% of toddlers diarrhea with frequency rarely (1-2 times). Results showed a significant relationship between family food security with stunting (p=0.004). Frequency of diarrhea with stunting showed a significant relationship (p=0.01).Conclusions: The proportion of stunting events increase if condition of food insecurity occur continuously, hence, coping strategies in the family were needed to overcome food insecurity. Besides, to overcoming the incidence of diarrhea by held counseling about PHBS.ABSTRAKLatar Belakang: Stunting merupakan kegagalan pertumbuhan pada balita akibat defisiensi zat gizi kronis dan infeksi berulang terutama pada masa 1000 HPK dan dapat berdampak buruknya kualitas sumber daya manusia yang diterima secara luas, yang selanjutnya menurunkan kemampuan produktif suatu bangsa yang akan datang. Kejadian penyakit infeksi terutama diare dan ketahanan pangan keluarga diindikasikan menjadi faktor yang dapat menyebabkan stunting. Kondisi stunting erat kaitannya dengan rawan pangan dan kejadian diare berulang yang dialami balita.Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan ketahanan pangan keluarga dan frekuensi diare dengan stunting pada balita di kampung Surabaya.Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik dengan menggunakan desain cross-sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 52 balita berusia 6-24 bulan di wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Bulak Banteng Surabaya. Pemilihan sampel dengan teknik simple random sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara menggunakan kuesioner. Ketahanan pangan diukur dengan kuesioner US-HFSSM dan kuesioner terkait frekuensi diare. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji statistik Spearman (α=0,05).Hasil: Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 63,5% balita mengalami stunting, 71,1% balita berada pada keluarga dengan kondisi rawan pangan, dan 55,8% balita mengalami diare dengan kategori frekuensi jarang (1-2 kali). Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara ketahanan pangan keluarga dengan stunting (p=0,004). Frekuensi diare dengan stunting juga menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan (p=0,01).Kesimpulan: Proporsi kejadian stunting akan meningkat jika kondisi rawan pangan terjadi terus menerus, sehingga dibutuhkan coping strategi dalam keluarga untuk mengatasi kerawanan pangan. Selain itu untuk mengurangi kejadian diare dengan mengadakan penyuluhan tentang Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS).

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran efektivitas pembelajaran daring menggunakan media online selama pandemi covid-19 pada mata pelajaran matematika. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif yang fokus pada evaluasi pembelajaran menggunakan media online. Populasi penelitian yakni seluruh peserta didik SMA Negeri 1 Wajo yang diajar pada mata pelajaran matematika menggunakan metode daring. Sampel penelitian yakni peserta didik kelas XI MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Wajo yang dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan mempertimbangkan homogenitas populasi. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner pembelajaran daring. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan peserta didik menilai pembelajaran matematika menggunakan media online sangat efektif (23,3%), sebagian besar mereka menilai efektif (46,7%), dan menilai biasa saja (20%). Meskipun ada juga peserta didik yang menganggap pembelajaran daring tidak efektif (10%), dan sama sekali tidak ada (0%) yang menilai sangat tidak efektif. Akhirnya, untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran daring matematika selama pandemi covid-19, maka pendidik harus memenuhi sepuluh saran dari responden, yakni: (1) pembelajaran dilakukan melalui video call; (2) pemberian materi pembelajaran yang ringkas; (3) meminimalisir mengirim materi dalam bentuk video berat untuk menghemat kuota; (4) pemilihan materi dalam video harus berdasarkan kriteria bahasa yang mudah dipahami; (5) tetap memberikan materi sebelum penugasan; (6) pemberian soal yang variatif dan berbeda tiap peserta didik; (7) pemberian tugas harus disertakan cara kerjanya; (8) memberikan tugas sesuai dengan jadwal pelajaran; (9) mengingatkan peserta didik jika ada tugas yang diberikan; dan (10) mengurangi tugas.AbstractThis study aims to describe the effectiveness of online learning during the covid-19 pandemic in mathematics. This descriptive quantitative research focuses on the evaluation of online learning. The population of this study was all the students of SMA Negeri 1 Wajo who were taught mathematics. The research sample is XI MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Wajo was selected randomly with population homogeneity consideration. Data was collected by using an online learning questionnaire and analyzed descriptively. The result showed the presentation on students’ who were assuming learning mathematics was very effective with online learning was 23.3 %, the majority of students who assumed it was effective was 46.7 %, 20% of them assume it was nothing special, 10 % assume it was not effective, and 0% assume it was very ineffective . It also found from the study that to enhance the quality of mathematics online learning during the covid-19 pandemic, the teachers should full fill the respondent recommendations, they are; (1) the learning should be done with video call (2) the contents should be simple; (3) minimize the learning video capacity (4) the language that used in the video should be easy to understand; (5) the content should be explained before giving the task; (6) variety task for each student; (7) the task should come with clear instructions; (8) the task should be on schedule; (9) the task should be reminded to the students; (10) reduces the task.

Abstract:This study aims to determine how the influence of service quality on member satisfaction. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study were 503 members of the Bhakti Lestari Savings and Credit Cooperative who addressed the Merarai Satu Village, Sungai Tebelian District, Sintang Regency. The number of samples in this study were 80 respondents, the sampling method  Used was Simple Random Sampling. Data analysis was first carried out by looking for validity and reliability, contribution tests, and classic assumption tests. The results showed that the quality of service affects the satisfaction of members of the Cooperative Bhakti Lestari with the results of the t test, obtained a t count of 8.774 is greater than (>) t table of 1.990 and the value of Sig. 0,000 <0.05.Keywords: Service Quality, Member SatisfactionAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan anggota. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif.Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah anggota Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP) Bhakti Lestari sebanyak 503 orang yang beralamatkan di Desa Merarai Satu, Kecamatan Sungai Tebelian, Kabupaten Sintang.Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 80 responden, metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Simple Random Sampling.Analisis data terlebih dahulu dilakukan dengan mencari validitas dan reliabilitas, uji kontribusi, serta uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan anggota Koperasi Bhakti Lestari dengan hasil uji t, diperoleh nilai thitung 8,774 lebih besar dari (>) ttabel 1,990dan nilai Sig. 0,000 < 0,05Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Anggota

This study aims to explain the influence of innovation and product quality to the business performance of UKM Mini Resto D'Besto in address Setia Mekar, Setia  Mekar subdistrict, Tambun – Bekasi. Either partiially or simultaneously (together). In this study, the population and the sample is a consumer of these UKM  totaling 60 responden.Dengan using quantitative research and sampling techniques were used, namely, probability sampling and simple random sampling. Thus the second hypothesis on research which states that the Innovation and Quality Products variables are variables which equally affect the business performance is proven and can be accepted.   Penempatan peran yang baik bagi Family Caregiver sangatlah membantu lansia dalam meningkatkah qualitas hidupnya, meningkatkan motivasi dalam menjalankan hidup Penelitian ini bertujuan Mengetahui hubungan peran Family Caregiver dalam pemenuhan qualitas hidup bagi lansia di Kelurahan Langenharjo Kabupaten Kendal. DesainPenelitianDeskriptifKorelasional menggunakan pendekatan Krosectional,tehnikSamplingStratified Simple Random Sampling dengan karakteristik heterogen, dari populasi mempunyai hak yang sama untuk diseleksi sebagai sampel teknik undianPengambilan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Uji statistik Chi-square, dengan taraf signifikasi 5%jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini 70 sampel pada Family Caregiver dari 213 populasi yang ada. Hasil penelitian dari 70 responden didapatkan Peran Family Caregiver tidak baik dengan qualitas hidup tidak baik 33 (47,1%), sedangkan Peran Family Caregiver kurang baik dengan qualitas hidup lansia baik 3 (4,3%). Untuk distribusi Peran Family Caregiver kurang baik dengan qualitas hidup lansia tidak baik sebanyak 6 responden (8,6%) sedangkan untuk distribusi Peran Family Caregiver kurang baik dengan qualitas hidup lansia baik sebanyak 23 responden (32,9%). Terakhir, untuk distribusi Peran Family Caregiver baik dengan qualitas hidup lansia tidak baik didapatkan hasil 2 responden (2, 9%) sedangkan untuk distribusi Peran Family Caregiver baik dengan qualitas hidup lansia baik didapatkan hasil 3 responden (4,3%)Menunjukkan nilai ρ value 0,001 (ρ < 0,05) berarti ada hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan kepatuhan lansia dalam keikutsertaan posyandu lansia. Disarankan kepada semua Family Cregiver lansia untuk mampu memahami pentingnya perhatian, dukungan bagi lansia dalammeningkatkan qualitas hidup yang lebih baik bagi lansia.   Kata kunci : Peran family caregiver, qualitas hidup, lansia.   ABSTRACT Placement of a good role for Family Caregiver is very helpful for the elderly to improve their quality of life, increase motivation in living life Research Objective: To know the relationship between the role of Family Caregiver in fulfilling quality of life for the elderly in Langenharjo Village, Kendal Regency. Descriptive Correlational Research Design uses a cross sectional approach, Sampling Stratified Simple Random Sampling technique with heterogeneous characteristics, from the population has the same right to be selected as a sample lottery technique Retrieving data using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Test Chi-square statistics, with a significance level of 5% the number of samples in this study 70 samples on the Family Caregiver from 213 populations. Results of the Study Of 70 respondents found the role of Family Caregiver was not good with poor quality of life 33 (47.1%) , while the role of the Family Caregiver is not good with the quality of life of a good elderly 3 (4.3%). For the distribution of the role of Family Caregiver is not good with the quality of life of the poor family as many as 6 respondents (8.6%) while for the distribution of the Role of Family Caregiver is not good with the quality of life of good elderly as many as 23 respondents (32.9%). Finally, the distribution of the Role of Family Caregiver with good quality of life for the poor is obtained by 2 respondents (2, 9%), while the distribution of the Role of Family Caregiver with good quality of life for the elderly is obtained by 3 respondents (4.3%). 0.001 (ρ <0.05) means that there is a relationship between family support and the compliance of the elderly in the participation of the elderly posyandu. Background: Assertiveness, which is defined as the way individuals express themselves and as a part of healthy life, is among the prominent features of people who do sports. Assertiveness is an element that increases the quality of people's relationships with their environment. Aim: The aim of this study is to examine the assertiveness scores of the athletes engaged in individual sports in different branches according to independent variables. Methods: The research was designed according to the relational screening model. The sample of the research; The sample consists of 201 participants selected by simple random sampling method among the athletes dealing with different individual sports branches. The branches of the athletes; (Consists of taekwondo and cycling sports) Results: In the study, the personal information form created by the researcher to collect information about the independent variables (gender, age,) that are thought to be effective in the research, and the Rathus Assertiveness Inventory (RAE) were used. It is seen that 1% of the participants are in the avoidant group, 88.6% are in the moderately avoidant group, and 10.6% are in the assertive group. Conclusion: When the assertiveness scale mean scores of the participants by gender are examined, it is seen that the level of assertiveness by gender does not differ statistically significantly. When the assertiveness scale mean scores of the participants according to age are examined, it is seen that the level of assertiveness according to age does not differ statistically significantly. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to identify whether there are differences in self-regulation of emotion skills of male and female students. This study is a comparative study with a sample of 796 students (452 males, 344 females). The sample selection is taken using simple random sampling technique. The instrument used is the scale of self-regulation of emotion. Data analysis used to identify differences in self-regulation of emotion skills of male and female students is independent samples test. The findings of the study indicate that there is a significant difference between the self-regulation of emotion skills of male and female students. This study recommends counseling service to improve self-regulation of emotion skills.Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi apakah terdapat perbedaan self-regulation of emotion antara siswa laki-laki dan perempuan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian komparatif dengan sampel 796 siswa (452 laki-laki, 344 perempuan). Pemilihan sampel diambil menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah skala self-regulation of emotion. Analisis data yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi perbedaan self-regulation of emotion siswa laki-laki dan perempuan adalah independent samples test. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara self-regulation of emotion siswa laki-laki dan perempuan. Studi ini merekomendasikan layanan konseling untuk meningkatkan self-regulation of emotion siswa.

Penelitian ini mengkaji kualitas pelayanan dengan menggunakan Model SERVQUAL dan IPA (Important Performance Analysis) pada Jurusan Tarbiyah STAIN Gajah Putih. Dimensi pelayanan yang digunakan yaitu : Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Mixed Method dengan Model Sequential Explanatory, jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 1576 mahasiswa dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Simple Random Sampling menggunakan Rumus Slovin dengan jumlah sampel berjumlah 94 mahasiswa. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan menggunakan Skala Likert. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat tiga atribut layanan yang mempunyai kategori yang harus mendapatkan perhatian khusus, sembilan atribut layanan yang berkategori layanan yang baik tetapi mempunyai tingkat prioritas yang rendah, sepuluh atribut layanan yang berkategori atribut layanan yang mempunyai harapan dan persepsi yang rendah serta empat atribut layanan yang mempunyai kategori kinerja yang baik  dan telah melampui harapan dari para mahasiswa. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, SERVQUAThis study examines the quality of service using the SERVQUAL and IPA Models (Important Performance Analysis) at the STAIN Gajah Putih Tarbiyah Department. This research was conducted to assess whether understanding taxpayers, service quality, and tax penalties against the KPP Pratama Surakarta. Population in this research are Individual Taxpayers at KPP Pratama Surakarta. Data sources in this study are primary data collected by researchers through questionnaires distributed to 110 respondents, but returned and complete questionnaires were 60 respondents . This research is a quantitative research with 60 respondents at KPP Pratama Surakarta.  The data selection method is the random sampling method. The data in this study were processed using the SPSS 21.0 for Windows application. Based on research results understanding taxpayers, service quality, and tax sanctions have a significant effect on taxpayer approval. Understanding tax regulations becomes a benchmark for taxpayers in completing their tax obligations. The quality of service provided by the tax authorities influences taxpayer compliance, indicating that service quality is a benchmark to make taxpayers obey. The existence of tax sanctions that are given expressly will increase the level of compliance, because making taxpayers afraid of being subjected to these sanctions and the stipulation of tax sanctions will deter taxpayers and clear and firm sanctions. Marital harmony will be difficult to achieve without a good interpersonal relationship between husband and wife. In creating a good interpersonal relationship needs effective communication so as to prevent yourself from situation that could damage the relationship and can lead to not harmonious marriage. This study aimed to determine the relationship between interpersonal communication with marital harmony.   This study is a quantitative research that used a product moment correlation. The sampling technique used is the technique simple random sampling, with 110 subjects. The scale used in this research are scale interpersonal communication and scale marital harmony. Based on the results obtained correlation values (r) of 0,649 with probabilities of 0,000 (p<0,05). The result from test data analysis is that there is a positive and significant correlation between interpersonal communication with marital harmony. The effective contribution to interpersonal communication with marital harmony is 42,2% and the others are 57,8% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.   Keywords: Interpersonal communication, marriage harmony
