pp. 118-138

The scientific research shows that literary terms in the Germanic languages were not studied uniformly. Literary terms, which were the subject of our research, have hardly been studied in the Slavic, Roman and Germanic languages. Objectives and methods: Therefore, it is relevant to study the terms of philosophy, culture and spirituality, ethics, aesthetics, religion, linguistics and especially literary criticism. The degree of study and significance of literary terms are carried out in the given article. The article also gives information about the dictionary of Chris Baldick –The Concise Oxford Dictionary of Literary Terms and the significant aspects of literary terms. Terms belonged to the theory of literature, its history, process and dramatic works are discussed. Epic, lyric and dramatic terms of literary genres were analyzed by thematic groups and the author's opinion on the interpretation of terms is expressed and explained in the article. Results: The Concise Oxford Dictionary of literary terms by Chris Baldick contains 1060 literary terms. These terms were divided into semantic groups according to literary types. Literary terms were grouped into epic, lyrical, and dramatic literary types. Literary terms in the dictionary were originally classified and studied in three main groups of literary type: prose, poetry, and drama. Conclusions: In the course of the research, it was noticed that there are some terms which can be included into both lyric and epic, or epic and dramatic, or to all three literary types. In addition, despite the existence of literary terms in the dictionary, there were also terms that did not belong to any literary type or genre and expressed general concepts in the literature that were also studied in a separate group. In the dictionary, we have analyzed the semantic groups included 142 epic, 329 lyrical, 110 dramatic, 330 terms belong to all three literary types and 149 terms that are not included in any literary type, which were further studied in small groups during our study.

The article is to describe an interesting phenomenon of the duplication of the literary patterns of behaviour among female protagonists created by Jane Austen. The subject of the paper is the analysis of the set books of the heroines invented by the British author in the both social and cultural context. Jane Austen’s novels can be regarded as the treasury of knowledge on the existence of the young girls at that time. The omnipresent conventions took away their right to dreams and self-fulfilment in almost every sphere of life. Lots of them found the coveted hope of improving their lives on the pages of overly aesthetic, sentimental novels. The characters from the books became inspirational among the female sex. The view of young ladies was based on their inner cultivation of the behaviour and mood which were inseparable from the girls from the popular romances. The patterns, continually given by fiction, took the place of humanistic and scientific knowledge, making the girls unaware – without the simplest information about the world. The subjects given in a wrong way by wrong teachers lowered their interest in education among youth, which also led to the popularity of sentimental, historical (especially those presenting the romance on the background of crucial events form the history of the given country) and Gothic novels. The text will concern the analysis of the attitude of the heroines created by the British author – on the basis of their set books and the position of Jane Austen in the range of literary criticism and the above-mentioned social phenomenon.

The article deals with the role of the Association of Ukrainian Writers in Exile “Word” in publication of the most complete collection of works by Vasyl Pachovsky in two volumes. Vasyl Pachovsky was a prominent member of Young Muse – an informal modernist group of writers and artists in Western Ukraine founded in 1906. In Ukrainian literature, he is mostly known as a lyric poet, but Vasyl Pachovsky is also the author of dramatic works. His modernistic dramas are lyrical allegories. At the same time they are highly patriotic works describing Ukraine’s long quest for freedom. Pachovsky’s most prominent dramas are: “Dream of Ukrainian Night”, “Sun of the Ruin”, “The Sphinx of Europe”, “Prince Roman the Great”, and “Het’man Mazepa”. Some of the works by Vasyl Pachovskyi were published in various journals or as separate books, but many of his works of art and historical articles remained in manuscripts. They are saved in the archives of the author’s family in the USA. In the context of solving this issue the publishing activity of the Association of Ukrainian Writers in Exile “Word” has been examined. The organization continued the traditions initiated by the Ukrainian Artistic Movement (Mystets’kyi Ukrayins’kyi Rukh). Its most famous members were Hryhorii Kostiuk, Yurii Sherekh, Vasyl Barka, Yurii Lavrinenko, Ostap Tarnavskyi and others. Their purpose was to create a literary center that would unite Ukrainian writers of diaspora. The organization also had to promote the development of independent Ukrainian writing, Theory of Literature and Literary Criticism, to create a publishing house in which the authors would be able to print their works. In general, a great number of different books (works of art, documentary, literary studies) have been published under the stamp of this Association. The collected works by Vasyl Pachovsky in two volumes have been published in 1984–1985, when Ostap Tarnavskyi was the chairman of the union. A lot of efforts have been made by sons and daughter of the writer. The structure and peculiarities of the publication are observed, the prefaces by the members of the Association Ostap Tarnavskyi and Vasyl Barka to each volume are considered. The texts of these authors are very important for the research into creative legacy of Vasyl Pachovskyi.

This study applied cognitive-pragmatic, literary criticism and theory of theatre approaches to summarize findings on the dramatic discourse of English Restoration. In this article, I set out the main points of Stuart Restoration ideology, sum-marize findings on the predominant concepts of that time, substantiate that the institution of theatre became a leading ide-ological instrument during the English Restoration, and single out its two main functions: entertainment and dissemination of absolutist ideology. In this paper, the subject matter and dramatis personae of Restoration drama have been character-ized. The paper focuses on generalizing the research results of comparative studies of Restoration and Elizabethan drama which concern their scope, genres, and morality. The conclusions reached in the studies that reported on borrowings in repertoire from native, French and Spanish sources at the beginning of Restoration and the influence of English and con-tinental writers have been synthesized. Further investigation of English Restoration drama revealed an unprecedented genre variety and combination which demonstrated signs of development in different directions during the 1660s. In this article, I state that the existing studies have reported on active behaviour of Restoration audiences during the perfor-mances, describe usual patterns of their behavior, and make conclusions as to the direct influence of such behavior on the processes of drama production and perception. The existing research has demonstrated weak points in some key areas, such as Restoration audiences’ composition. Despite the fact that scholars point to various sources of information as to the theatre-goers’ personalities in the seventeenth century, there is still no consensus of opinions on this issue. Although Restoration drama research demonstrably improved over the 20th and 21st centuries, further research on Elizabethan and Restoration drama cognitive construals of the world, comparative analysis of original plays and adaptations, literary genres origin and development, interactional patterns of viewers and characters of Restoration drama is recommended.Key words: English Restoration theatre, dramatic discourse, play, ideology.

BACKGROUND Researchers often spend a great deal of time and effort retrieving related journals for their studies and submissions. Authors often designate one article and then retrieve other articles that are related to the given one using PubMed’s service for finding cited-by or similar articles. However, to date, none present the association between cited-by and similar journals related to a given journal. Authors need one effective and efficient way to find related journals on the topic of mobile health research. OBJECTIVE This study aims (1) to show the related journals for a given journal by both cited-by and similarity criteria; (2) to present the association between cited-by and similarity journals related to a given journal; (3) to inspect the patterns of network density indices among clusters classified by social network analysis (SNA); (4) to investigate the feature of Kendall's coefficient(W) of concordance. METHODS We obtained 676 abstracts since 2013 from Medline based on the keywords of ("JMIR mHealth and uHealth"[Journal]) on June 30, 2018, and plotted the clusters of related journals on Google Maps by using MS Excel modules. The features of network density indices were examined. The Kendall coefficient (W) was used to assess the concordance of clusters across indices. RESULTS This study found that (1) the journals related to JMIR mHealth and uHealth are easily presented on dashboards; (2) a mild association(=0.14) exists between cited-by and similar journals related to JMIR mHealth and uHealth; (3) the median Impact Factor were 3.37 and 2.183 based on the representatives of top ten clusters grouped by the cited-by and similar journals, respectively; (4) all Kendall’s coefficients(i.e., 0.82, 0.89, 0.92, and 0.75) for the four sets of density centrality have a statistically significant concordance (p < 0.05). CONCLUSIONS SNA provides deep insight into the relationships of related journals to a given journal. The results of this research can provide readers with a knowledge and concept diagram to use with future submissions to a given journal in the subject category of Mobile Health Research. Prozedura monitorioa Prozedura Zibilaren 1/2000 Legeak taxutu zuen, zenbait kredituren tutoretza pribilejiatua izateko prozedura moduan. Hala eta guztiz ere, postulatu horiek ez datoz bat praktika forentsean sortu diren arazoekin; izan ere, maiz, prozedura ezagutu behar duen organoaren eskumena nork duen jakitea ez da gauza argia. Lan honetan, prozedura monitorioaren inguruan eskumen objektiboa eta lurraldekoa zehaztu beharraz sortu diren eztabaida nagusiak aztertzen dira, horri buruz agertu izan diren konponbide doktrinalen azterketa kritikoa eginez, eta gaiari buruzko azken jurisprudentzia-doktrina ere lantzen da. The payment procedure is envisaged by Act 1/2000 on the Civil Procedural Code as a procedure for a privileged guarantee of some debts. However, theses propositions conflict with the problems which arose in practice when deciding the subject-matter and territorial jurisdiction in payments procedures. By this study, main questions regarding the subject-matter and territorial jurisdiction within the payment procedure are analyzed with a critical review of the given different doctrinal solutions and a revision of the last case law doctrine on the topic.

The article considers issue of the connections between Teodor Parnicki, the Polish author of historical novels, and Russia. His attitude has its origins in biographical experiences. Knowledge of Russian culture is evident especially in the early work of Parnicki, and above all – in literary criticism of the interwar period. Careful reading shows that the sketches and reviews are a conservative critical project, the subject of which is Soviet social and cultural policy and communism in general. This article also complements the current state of research (who did not address this issue), while being a contribution to further research.
